델파이 기법을 활용한 스쿠버 레스큐 교육과정의 문제점 및 개선방안 (Identifying Problems and Suggesting Improvements for the Scuba Rescue Curriculum Using the Delphi Method)

  • 본 연구는 전문가들의 의견을 수렴할 수 있는 델파이 기법을 활용하여 스쿠버다이빙 레스큐 교육과정에서의 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 통해 우리나라에서 이루어지는 스쿠버 레스큐 교육과정을 보다 전문적이고 체계적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 참여자들이 즐겁고, 안전하게 스쿠버다이빙을 할 수 있도록 하는 기반을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 2022년 현재 스쿠버 레스큐 교육과정에 관여하고 있는 전문가 8명을 모집단으로 선정하여 연구 참여와 관련하여 연구윤리동의서를 받은 후 실시하였다. 스쿠버 다이빙 레스큐 교육과정의 지도자, 프로그램, 시설 측면의 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 지도자 측면에서는 지도자의 능력에 대한 검증제도가 필요하고, 지도자의 역량이 강화되어야 한다고 했다. 프로그램 측면에서는 스쿠버 단체별로 최신화된 프로그램 메뉴얼을 제작하고 평가 기준을 마련해야하며, 다양한 장비를 활용한 프로그램을 개발해야 한다고 했다. 시설 측면에서는 시설 내 인공파도 장치 등을 구축해야 한다고 하였다.

Stationary Distribution for the Mobilities in Catastrophe Rescue Scenario

  • Mobility Model has drawn more and more attentions since its critical role in Mobile Wireless Networks performance evaluation. This paper analyzes the mobility patterns in the catastrophe rescue scenario, and proposes the Random Waypoint with Base Point mobility model to model these characteristics. We mathematically analyze the speed and spatial stationary distributions of the nodes and derive explicit expressions for the one dimensional case. In order to keep the stationary distribution through the entire simulation procedure, we provide strategies to initialize the speed, location and destination of the nodes at the beginning of the simulation. The simulation results verify the derivations and the proposed methods in this paper. This work gives a deep understanding of the properties of the Random Waypoint with Base Point mobility model and such understanding is necessary to avoid misinterpretation of the simulation results. The conclusions are of practical value for performance analysis of mobile wireless networks, especially for the catastrophe rescue scenario.

이동 중인 구조보트 내에서 수기가슴압박과 기계가슴압박의 질 비교 (A comparison of the quality of manual and mechanical chest compressions in a moving rescue boat)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to determine effective chest compression methods that could be used when performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation in rocking boats. Methods: Tests were conducted for four minutes using manual and mechanical chest compressions on two mannequins, placed in boats, and moving at a speed of 35km/hours on calm sea surfaces with wave heights of 0.5m and wind speeds of 2-3m/s (testing for two minutes, followed by rest, then a second round of testing for two minutes). To compare the quality of the chest compressions, data were analyzed using mannequins (Resusci Anne Q-CPR, Laerdal, Norway) and then statistically processed. Results: When chest compressions were administered in the moving rescue boat, an accuracy analysis showed that the pressure speed of the hand and mechanical techniques were normal, h owever, the pressure depth accuracies were 49.04% for manual techniques and 0% for mechanical techniques. The relaxation accuracies during compressions were 2.07% for manual techniques and 95.4% for mechanical techniques. Conclusion: When administering chest compressions in rocking rescue boats, mechanical rather than manual techniques should be preferentially considered.

자살기도자의 절망감과 자살치명도간의 관계 (The Relationship between Hopelessness and Suicidal Lethality of Suicide Attempters)

  • The objective of this study is to evaluate the relationship of hopelessness and suicidal lethality of suicide attempters. The subjects were 72 persons who attempted suicide and came to the emergency room of Chungbuk National University Hospital from April 1st, 1995 to March 31st, 1996. The hopelessness of suicide attempter was assessed by Beck Hopelessness Scale(BHS), and the suicidal lethality was assessed by Risk-Rescue score. The Risk-Rescue Scores exhibited no significant differences in demographic characteristics (sex, age, education, religion, marital status, socioeconomic class, occupation) and psychiatric diagnoses. But the Risk-Rescue scores were significantly higher in high BHS group(BHS score ${\geq}$ 9) than in low BHS group(BHS score <9) and positive correlation was observed between the BHS and the Risk-Rescue score(Rs=0.77 : p<0.05). These results suggest that level of hopelessness be a major risk factor for suicidal lethality.

퍼지로직과 DEA를 이용한 RCC/RSC별 운영효율성 평가 (Evaluation of Operation Efficiency in the Korean RCC/RSC Using Fuzzy-Logic and DEA)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 RCC/RSC의 효율성을 2개의 투입자료와 4개의 산출자료를 이용하여 DEA법을 이용하여 측정하였고, 정성적 자료는 전문가의 설문 및 면접결과로 평가하였다. 또한, 이러한 자료를 통합하기 위한 방법은 의사결정지원시스템인 퍼지로직을 적용하였고, 이 평가방법을 이용하여 RCC/RSC의 운영효율성의 우선순위를 평가하였다. 그 결과 목포, 제주, 부산, 통영, 인천, 여수, 동해, 울산, 포항, 속초, 태안, 완도, 군산RSC 순으로 효율성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

확률론에 기반한 점자블록 추종 알고리즘 및 센서장치의 개발 (Development of Sensor Device and Probability-based Algorithm for Braille-block Tracking)

  • Under the situation of a fire, it is difficult for a rescue robot to use sensors such as vision sensor, ultrasonic sensor or laser distance sensor because of diffusion, refraction or block of light and sound by dense smoke. But, braille blocks that are installed for the visaully impaired at public places such as subway stations can be used as a map for autonomous mobile robot's localization and navigation. In this paper, we developed a laser sensor stan device which can detect braille blcoks in spite of dense smoke and integrated the device to the robot developed to carry out rescue mission in various hazardous disaster areas at KIST. We implemented MCL algorithm for robot's attitude estimation according to the scanned data and transformed a braille block map to a topological map and designed a nonlinear path tracking controller for autonomous navigation. From various simulations and experiments, we could verify that the developed laser sensor device and the proposed localization method are effective to autonomous tracking of braille blocks and the autonomous navigation robot system can be used for rescue under fire.

119구조대원복의 기능성 향상을 위한 연구 - 서울시내 119구조대를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Functional Improvement of 119 Rescue Uniforms)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the current performance of 119 rescue uniforms and to improve them in terms of fitness, mobility, functionality, and convenience. This study was conducted a questionnaire survey on rescuers in 22 rescue squads in Seoul through direct. observations and face-to-face interviews to investigate the dissatisfaction of their uniforms. According to the results of this survey, respondents were highly dissatisfied with the fitness of uniforms, design, and functionality. liking into consideration of the problems found through this survey, an experimental uniform was developed as follows. The girth and width of the experimental uniform were designed to be more ample than the current uniforms and the jacket could be worn over pants. And the size and the number of pockets were increased in both the Jacket and trousers. In addition, the hems of the sleeves and trousers as well as the fly front of the jacket were improved. Furthermore, darts were added to the front and back of the knees to improve knee movement. Then an experimental uniform was evaluated through three sequences of wearing tests to compare it with the current uniforms: the evaluation of the appearance, mobility. and performance at field activity. According to these tests, the experimental uniform was found to be more satisfactory than former one.

Ubiquitous Sensor Network 기반 산악조난구조시스템 구현에 관한 연구 -계룡산국립공원을 중심으로- (A Study on Realization of Mountain Search and Rescue System based on Ubiquitous Sensor Network - A Case Study of Kyeryongsan National Park -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 기반 산악조난구조시스템의 산악지형 적용 가능성을 평가하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 계룡산국립공원 동학사 탐방로 코스의 은선폭포에서 관음봉 구간에 10대의 산악조난구조시스템을 설치하여 조난구조 요청 신호의 송 수신율과 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크의 안전성 파악을 위한 현장조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 데이터 수신율은 최소 90.0% 이상으로 매우 높게 나타났으며, 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크의 안전성 검증을 위해 설치된 10대의 조난구조시스템의 2개의 센서 중 1개의 센서를 임의로 오작동 상태로 설정하여 측정한 결과 데이터 수신율이 매우 안정적인 것으로 나타났다.

터널 내 화재발생시 구난역 내의 연기 거동에 미치는 설계된 환기 영향에 대한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Designed Ventilation Effect on the Smoke Movement at Rescue Station fire in Railway Tunnel)

  • In this study, the 1/35 reduced-scale model experiment were conducted to investigate designed ventilation effect on the smoke movement at rescue station fire in railway tunnel. A model tunnel with 2 mm thick, 10 m long, 0.19 m high and 0.26 m was made by using Froude number scaling law. The cross-passages installing escape door at the center were connected between incident tunnel and rescue tunnel. The n-heptane pool fires with heat release rate 698.97W were used as fire source. The fire source was located at the center and portal of incident tunnel as worst case. A operating ventilation system extracted smoke amount of 0.015 cms(cubic meters per second). The smoke temperature and CO gas concentration in cross-passage were measured to verify designed ventilation system. The result showed that, at center fire case without ventilation, smoke did not propagate to rescues station. In portal fire case, smoke spreaded to rescues station without ventilation. But smoke did not propagated to rescues station with designed ventilation.

긴급구조 정보시스템 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Revitaliztion of the Emergency Rescue Information System)

  • 인구의 도시집중화, 건축물의 고층화 밀집화 지하심층화로 재난 발생시 그 피해가 더욱 커지면서 재난에 대한 대응책 마련은 정부의 중요한 과제 중 하나로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 긴급구조정보 시스템의 사용자 측면, 시스템 측면, 조직적 측면에 관한 사항을 평가하고, 운영상 나타난 문제점을 바탕으로 긴급구조정보시스템의 활성화 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 사용자 측면에서는 긴급구조정보 시스템의 접근과 조작 방안, 시스템 측면에서는 신속성과 안정성 제고 방안, 조직적 측면에서는 의사결정 및 조직성과 기여 방안 등을 제시하였다.
