Photochromic dye의 광안정성을 향상시키기 위해 다양한 형태의 산화방지제 및 자외선흡수제를 사용하고 있다. PMMA를 MEK에 녹이고 photochromic dye, 다양한 형태의 산화방지제 및 자외선흡수제를 첨가하여 film 조성액을 만들고 PET film에 coating하여 도막을 만들어 광변색소의 안정성을 관찰하였다. 산화방지제 및 자외선 흡수제의 종류에 따른 광변색소의 변색특성을 관찰하였으며, 농도에 따른 광변색소의 광안정성을 관찰하였다.

Localized or solitary fibrous tumor (SFT) of the pleura has been classified as a type of mesothelioma, arising from the submesothelial connective tissue cells. The preoperative diagnosis of the tumor at the cytologic or histologic level is very important for the proper handling of the lesion. This preoperative diagnosis is now possible by means of the advance in the transthoracic fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNA) techniques and in the very experience of the cytopathologists. We describe FNA cytologic feature of two cases of SFT arising from the pleura. Cytologic, histologic, immunohistochemical, and electron microscopic characteristics of pleural SFT are discussed. The tumor cells of SFT are spindle or oval in shape with a variable amount of cytoplasm. They are arranged in irregular trabeculae intimately associated with capillaries. A unique cytologic feature observed in this tumor is that thick, eosinophilic, amorphous collagen bundles are scattered between tumor cells.

Hyalinizing trabecular tumor (HTT) of the thyroid gland is a rare neoplasm and only less than 100 cases have been reported so far. It is characterized by hyalinizing stroma with trabecular growth pattern and has an indolent clinical course. Because of its histologic features, it is frequently misdiagnosed as papillary or medullary carcinoma in fine needle aspiration cytologic findings. The tumor is benign or low malignant potential and thyroid lobectomy is recommended for adequate treatment. We recently experienced a case of thyroidal HTT in a 57-year-old man, who presented with a right thyroid nodule that was suspicious of papillary carcinoma in aspiration cytology. We report the unique and rare disease entity with brief literature review.

성문과 성문하부의 기도 폐쇄는 위치 정도 원인 기간 등은 환자에 따라 다르고 그 치료방법 역시 다양하다. 주 원인으로는 기관내 삽관, 각종 외상 및 화상 등 을 들 수 있다. 이러한 질환의 치료 목적은, 기관내 튜브나 기관 캐뉼러 를 통하지 않고 비강을 통하여 자연스럽게 호흡할 수 있도록 기도를 유지 하면서 발성이 가능하고 기고 흡인 없이 연하가 가능하도록 하며 기침 반사가 원활하게 되도록 하는데 있다. 치료목적의 달성을 위하여 협착의 경우, 단계 즉 초기 단계 또는 성숙단계 여부, 위치, 정도, 범위 환자의 연령 전신상태 등을 술전에 잘 평가하고 수술도중의 소견과 술자의 경험이나 기호에 따라 적절한 치료법을 선택하여 치료해야 한다. 후두 외상에 의한 기도 문제는 다른 외상에 비해 흔하지 않은데 이는 연골의 유연성과 후두의 가동성 그리고 후두가 하악과 흉골사이에 위치하여 외상시 보호받게 되는 해부학적 특성에 기인한다. 여러 요인으로 인하여 진단이 늦어질 수도 있는데 이러한 경우 심각한 증상이 초래 되거나 치료가 의 시기가 지나 후두 또는 기관 협착, 발성장애등의 후유증이 유발 될 수 있다.

본 논문은 흡필드 모델의 실수연산을 고속으로 수행할 수 있는 디지털 신경회로망의 구현에 관한 연구이다. 흡필드 모델［1］-［8］의 연산과정은 행렬-벡터의 연산으로 기술 할 수 있으며, 이 연산과정은 순환, 반복적으로 이루어지므로 어레이프로세서 구조로 설계하기에 적합하다. 또한, Look-up-Table(연산표)에 의하여 비선형 함수를 출력함으로써, 고속의 실수 연산을 수행할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 현재 개발된 VLSI기술로 실현 가능하기 때문에 실제 신경회로망의 응용분야에 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Cr-CrO cermet solar selective coatings with a double cermets layer film structure were prepared using a special direct current (dc) magnetron sputtering technology. The typical films structures from surface to bottom substrate were measured to be an $Al_2O_3$ anti-reflection layer on a double Cr-CrO cermet layer on an Al metal infrared reflection layer. Optical properties of optimized Cr-CrO cermet solar selective coating were absorptance (${\alpha}$) = 0.95 and emittance (${\varepsilon}$) = 0.10 ($100^{\circ}C$). Atomic force microscopy (AFM) image showed that Cr-CrO cermet film was very smooth and their grain size was also very small The results of thermal stability test showed that the Cr-CrO cermet solar selective coatings were stable for use at temperature of $400^{\circ}C$.

Organic coatings are widely used to control of the corrosion of a steel structure. The water in coatings may cause the coatings to swell, leading to the degradation of the coatings. In addition, water affects the permeation of oxygen and other corrosive agents, and consequently, the presence of such substances at coating-metal interface promotes corrosion of the metal substrate. In this study, the anticorrosive properties of 4 types of coating, such as epoxy-epoxy, epoxy-urethane, urethane-epoxy, urethane-urethane, were evaluated. The evaluation tests were conducted under cyclic water-absorption/desorption conditions, consisting of alternative exposure to diluted 0.001M-LiCl(a$H_2O$≒1) and concentrated 10M-LiCl(a$H_2O$≒0.15). The anticorrosive performance of coatings was found to decrease in the order of urethane-urethane > urethane-epoxy > epoxy-epoxy coating.

선천성 후두열은 매우 드문 선천성 기형으로 신생아에게 심각한 호흡곤란 및 수유장애를 초래할 수 있다. 해부학적 결손정도와 관련된 기형에 따라 다양한 증상이 나타난다. 가장 흔한 특징적 증상으로는 흡기시 천명, 간헐적으로 나타나는 수유시 호홉곤란을 들 수 있다. 이 증상들은 후두연화증, 성대마비, 후비공폐색 둥과 같은 다른 선천성 기형에서도 나타나기 때문에 미리 의심하지 못하면 진단이 어렵다. 따라서 진단을 위해서는 세심한 주의와 정확한 내시경 검사가 필요하다. 저자들은 선천성 후두열 2례를 경험하였다. 첫 증례는 제 II형이었고 두번째는 III형이었으며, 두 증례 모두 전방 후두열 접근법으로 치료하였다. 제 III형 환아는 술전 흡기시 천명을 동반한 호흡곤란과 여러번의 흡인성 폐렴을 겪었으며 술후 캐놀라발거는 가능하였으나 경구를 통한 수유시 흡인을 동반하여 현재까지 위루술을 통해 음식을 섭취하고 있는 상태이다. 저자들은 최근 경험한 선천성 후두열 2례를 video presentation과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

폐의 결핵종은 드물지 않게 관찰되는 소견이다. 그러나, 폐의 이소성 간은 매우 드물다. 결핵종으로 보여지는 폐결핵은 방사선적 소견으로 진단이 가능하지만 확진은 항산균을 확인하거나 조직학적 소견으로 한다. 초음파하 세침 흡인 조직 검사로 이소성간으로 잘못 진단된 좌하엽의 결핵종 증례를 보고한다. 간의 정상적 변이에 대한 이해가 불필요한 침습적 시술을 예방할 수 있으리라 생각된다.
