사회의 발전과 더불어 현시대에는 지역적으로 특성화된 재난의 급증과 함께, 각종 재난 유형의 복합화와 대형화가 일어나고 있는 실정이다. 이에 반하여 현재 적용되고 있는 재난대응 훈련의 조치들은 증가하는 재난의 위험에 발맞추지 못한 채 한계에 부딪쳐 답보중인 상태이다. 이에 따라 재난대응역량 강화를 위하여 현장의 긴박한 상황을 이해하여 빠른 상황판단을 할 수 있는, 현실감 있고 생동감 있는 훈련 시뮬레이터의 개발이 추진되고 있다. 더불어, 훈련 시뮬레이터의 개발뿐 아니라 시뮬레이터의 효율적인 이용과 변화하고 있는 현대 재난에 대한 발 빠른 대응을 위하여, 기존의 단편, 부분적인 훈련 시스템을 탈피한 새로운 훈련 시뮬레이터에 대응하는 훈련 방안과 재난대응훈련 평가체계 방법에 관한 연구도 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 개발되고 있는 증강현실기반 시뮬레이터를 활용한 재난대응 훈련 방안 개발 내용을 소개하며 연구의 목표와 기대성과에 대해서 설명하고자 한다.

LNG 선박의 급증에 의한 승무원 심각한 부족현상에 대비하여, STCW의 전면 개정 등과 같은 IMO의 대응은 물론 각 국가에서도 승무원 양성을 위한 교육과정의 개설은 물론 관련 법제 정비 등으로 대응방안을 마련하고자 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 국제해사대학연합과 한국해양대학교를 중심으로 한 아시아 LNG 교육훈련센터에서는 향후 국제무대에서 활약할 LNG 교육훈련강사를 양성하기 위한 전문과정을 추진하고 있다. 이 발표에서는 LNG 교육훈련 전문강사 과정의 개요를 살펴보고, 이러한 과정을 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 시뮬레이터의 활용방안에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

This study aims to devise reasonable future-oriented librarian training program development plan for satisfying on-site demands of librarians nationwide by examining and finding out the operation of managing the nation's only one librarian training program of National Library of Korea. Based on a survey targeting 2,044 people participating in training program, meeting of interested persons, doing self-operation rating, it tries to find problems of training programs, examine ways to improve them and suggests solutions such as reforming of exclusively designed organization for educating, training of lectures, increasing training budget, promoting cyber training and balancing the testing systems. In addition, as part of improving librarian training programs, it considers Sejong National Library(currently being constructed) to be responsible for sharing its work and management.

최근 사회 환경의 변화를 보면 혁신 기업도시 건설 등으로 인한 전국토의 도시화 및 도시구조물의 초고층화 및 밀집화 등으로 대형 재난발생의 가능성이 증가하고 있으며, 지구환경 변화에 따른 기상이변으로 인해 재해규모가 대형화 되는 추세이다. 이와 더불어 고령화 사화 도래와 생활수준의 향상으로 복지정책 강화와 재난에 대한 서비스 강화 요구가 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 재난환경의 변환은 기존 소방훈련 패러다임의 변화에 부응할 수 있는 보다 실질적이며, 다양한 재난상태에 대한 대응능력을 강화시킬 수 있는 훈련을 요구하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 재난환경의 변화와 교육 및 훈련 패러다임 변화에 부응할 수 있는 소방훈련을 국내외 현황분석을 통해 도출하여 향 후 소방훈련 시설 설계에 기준이 되도록 훈련 방안을 제시한다.

해사영어는 SMCP(표준해사통신용어)를 기반으로 하는 특수목적영어의 한 분야로 콘텐츠 개발을 비롯한 학습과 훈련을 지원할 수 있는 해사영어훈련기관을 통해 효과적인 학습과 훈련이 제공되어 진다면 교육생을 단기간에 그 구사 능력을 상당한 수준에 이르게 할 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 우리나라 해양분야의 국제 경쟁력을 제고하고 새로운 일자리 창출을 위해 필수적인 해양산업 종사자들의 영어구사 능력개발을 위한 해사영어훈련센터(METC)의 필요성과 설립방안을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the educational types and educational status of institutions that operate virtual training contents distributed by K University's Online Lifelong Education Center and to examine the role and improvement measures of institutions that supply virtual training contents. To this end, a survey was conducted on 56 institutions that operate virtual training contents distributed by K University's Online Lifelong Education Center in 2020, and a survey of 44 institutions that responded finally was analyzed. The analysis results are as follows. First, virtual training education media responded that a total of 52 courses were applied to the content process using PC, the theory+virtual training type is the most, and one to two weeks of practice period were the most. In addition, when looking at the current status of education, the subjects of virtual training were mainly students, and the institution itself recruited, and the largest number of respondents was 1-20, the number of courses opened was 1-3, and the number of teachers and instructors in charge was 1-3. Second, they responded that it is necessary to develop various virtual training contents as a virtual training content supply institution, present ways to apply and utilize virtual training curriculum, and improve the quality of virtual training content. Third, as an improvement plan for virtual training content distribution institutions, it demanded strengthening the linkage of virtual training content, training using virtual training content by teachers and instructors, suggesting various virtual training content linkage, and strengthening virtual training content quality management. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it identified the overall operation status and status of virtual training content management institutions and examined ways to establish and improve the role of public virtual training supply institutions.

The Republic of Korea Army (ROK Army) is currently developing the Army Synthetic Battle Training System (ASBTS) by 2026 and will use it to advance division-level LVC integrated training. This study proposes a way to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of training by applying VR/AR technology to the ASBTS. To this end, we analyzed cases of VR/AR technology use in the defense field in advanced countries and the ROK military. As a result, we confirmed that the effectiveness and efficiency of training can be improved when the training system is converted to an immersive system. Accordingly, we selected and presented defense training subjects to be applied to VR/AR technology, considered the development direction for applying VR/AR technology to the ASBTS, and proposed a way to apply VR/AR technology to the ASBTS.

We developed the safety training methods which improve the current methods by overcoming the single scenario-based one-way communication between trainee and training system. We improved the design and implementation of the safety training scenarios, which is one of the most important components of the plant safety training system for safe operation of the city gas governor. The diversity and training effects of the training scenarios can be improved by interactive training between the plant safety training system and operators. The interactive training methods were developed based on Finite State Machine model which is applicable to and based on plant safety training platform. We could see the possibility of applying this method of safety training scenario system to other domain of plant safety training system.

본 연구는 중소기업에서 실시하고 있는 S-OJT 프로그램 구성요인이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 S-OJT프로그램의 효용성을 증진할 수 있는 구성요인과 실행방안을 연구할 목적으로 진행되었으며, 연구결과 S-OJT프로그램 구성요인은 교육훈련 성과에 영향을 미치며, 조직의 지원은 학습자의 특성과 무관하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습동기가 낮은 경우, 교육훈련의 적절성과 환경에, 학습동기가 높은 경우에는 교육훈련의 훈련전문가의 역량이 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 학습자 스스로가 학습능력이 높다고 판단하는 경우는 교육훈련 내용의 적절성이 교육훈련 프로그램 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 S-OJT 실시에 있어 조직의 지원은 프로그램 성과에 긍정적인 기여효과가 있으며, 훈련전문가의 역량은 현업적용도, 직무성과를 높일 것이다. 아울러 훈련프로그램의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 학습자의 학습동기와 자기효능감을 높일 방안을 강구해야 한다고 볼 수 있다.

최초 해기면허 발급을 위해 필수적인 의무승선실습의 품질향상을 도모하고자 국제사회에서 다양한 방안이 모색되고 있다. 특히, 2022년 2월 개최된 IMO 제8차 인적요인, 훈련 및 당직 전문위원회(HTW)의 주요의제 중 승선실습 품질관련으로 제출된 6개 의제문서들이 중점적으로 논의되었다. 우리나라, 필리핀 및 일본 등 주요 회원국은 승선실습 품질 제고를 위한 승선실습/육상훈련의 체계적인 재분배, 훈련기록부 효율성 향상, 승선실습 품질표준 관련 지침 개발 등 다양한 방안을 제시하였다. 더욱이, 향후 심화 논의를 위한 회기간 실무작업반 개설이 승인된 바 있다. 한편, 최근 디지털 시대에 걸맞는 효과적인 승선실습 시행 방안 마련을 위한 움직임이 활발해지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 승선실습 품질 제고를 위한 IMO 논의동향을 살펴보고 디지털 시대의 효과적인 승선실습 시행방안을 소개하고자 한다.
