This study is about the effectiveness and activation strategies of vacational training programme for the disabled guided by the Ministry of Labour and the Korea Employment Promotion Agency for the Disabled(KEPAD). This research employed quantitative approach. The quantitative research used the samples of 853 disabled people who had finished vocational training programme during recent 3 years. In this research the effectiveness is categorized into two ; product effectiveness and employment effectiveness. Product effectiveness is influenced by the kind of train-center, train-area, train-length. The KEPAD, non-IT job area and train-period over 6 month are more effective. Employment effectiveness is significantly influenced by demo-sociological factor rather than disability factor. Especially the kind of train-center is very important to be employed for the disabled. This implicates that choice of train-center by the disabled and effective management of it by the public sector is very important in developing employment. Effective management, stated above, includes reengineering programmes and functions accountable to the need form the trainee, bridging the gap among train-centers in terms of performance, differentiation of financial support according to the product to save the public fund, encouraging one special programme in one train-center.

The purposes of this study are to understand the relationship between training program components and training performance in public sector. Training program components(training planning, trainer's teaching ability, trainee's motivation to learn, training contents) and the social support(superior's support, peer's support) that are supposed to affect the training performance were chosen by the literature review. There are 20 hypotheses based on literature reviews and tested by the data from questionnaires. It is turned out to be partly significant positive relationship between the training program components and training performance. The contribution and limitations of this research were discussed, and the future researches were mentioned.

This study analyses a productivity effect by E&T and R&D activities via estimation of E&T stock, R&D stock, and patent stock in a corporate level. Particularly, the analysis reflects the effects of skilled training after estimating E&T stock from E&T flow. When a spillover effect of E&T is analyzed, a methodology using technical proximity concept becomes a new experiment. Also classifying long and short term effects from the usage of Dynamic Panel Data Analysis becomes a new trial, too. The results of study appear that the productivity effects from E&T investments are relatively lager than R&D investments. Through spillover effects and long-term effects E&T and R&D activities have a strong influence on the corporate's productivity.

This article tried to find out the individual wage effect of training. This Article used 1998, 1999 KLIPS(Korea Labor and Income Panel Study) panel data. The size of the individual wage effect of training was twice of tenure's, and had significance. Training had a good effect on the job satisfaction and carrier development. To overcome self selection bias, this article regressed the first difference of wage equations, but we didn't get the significant results. Dividing sample into quitters and non-quitters in order to investigate the relation between training cost and benefit, we regressed separately the each first difference of wage equation. On quitters, the individual effect of training appeared significantly, but on non-quitters, it didn't. This results mean that employer does not raise wage rate according to upgraded skill originated in incumbent's training. And the results also mean that the upgraded skill of employee who quit pre-employer is recognized by new employer, and his wage rate rises in his new job.

부대기동 및 실사격을 적용한 군사훈련이 가장 사실적이며 현실감이 있지만, 부대기동에 따른 교통체증 유발과 실사격 훈련에 대한 민원 증가로 인하여 실기동에 의한 군사훈련을 실시하기에는 많은 어려움이 있다. 그러므로 실사격 훈련의 제한 및 통제형 선형훈련으로 인하여 현장감이 저하되고 학습효과가 상대적으로 떨어지게 되는 단점을 극복하기 위하여, 미국, 영국, 독일, 프랑스 등 군사선진국들은 실전적 훈련묘사 및 정밀 훈련분석이 가능한 과학화 전투훈련장을 구축하여 군사훈련의 성과를 높이고 있다. 국내에서도 육군 과학화 전투훈련장(KCTC) 구축사업이 현재 진행중에 있다. 과학화 전투훈련은 일반적으로 마일즈 장비와 시뮬레이션을 사용하여, 지휘/통제/통신 및 기동, 전투근무 지원에 이르는 군사훈련 전과정을 모의하며, 직/곡사화기 교전, 화학 및 지뢰지대 운용, 항공지원 등 전투과정을 재현함으로써 훈련에 참여하는 지휘관과 병사로 하여금 현장감 있는 전투훈련을 유도한다. 이러한 과학화 전투훈련이 실제 훈련과 동일한 훈련효과를 창출하기 위해서는, 신뢰성 있는 교전 피해평가가 필요하다. 예를 들어, 곡사화기에 의한 살상범위, 피해정도 등이 실무부대 전투결과들과 큰 차이가 발생하면 소기의 훈련목적을 달성할 수 없다. 본 고는 과학화 전투훈련장의 전투피해평가 자료체계에 대한 객관적이고 신뢰성 있는 자료검증방법을 제시하여, 향후 과학화 전투훈련의 신뢰성 제고에 기여하고자 한다.

This article empirically explore the effects of a training subsidies of corporate training investment and productivity improvement using enterprise data. I find that large sized enterprises don't have clear positive effects, but small&medium sized enterprises have, And the more enterprises have corporate training investment, the more positive effects of training subsidies decrease. So large sized enterprises with a relatively high level of corporate training investment have the restricted effect of training subsidies compare to small&medium sized enterprises.

본 논문에서는 증강현실기술을 사용하여 재난 대응 훈련에서의 효과성을 높이기 위한 시뮬레이터 개발용 시나리오의 작성에 대해서 소개하였다. 기존의 재난 대응 훈련은 시나리오의 비현실성, 훈련내용의 부실로 인한 실효성의 부족 등의 문제로 인하여 효과성 측면에서 문제가 제기되어 왔으며, 세월호 사건은 그러한 문제점이 직접적으로 드러난 재난으로 꼽히고 있다. 점차 다양화, 복잡화되는 재난에 따라 실질적인 훈련과 다양한 기능, 부처간 연계를 위한 훈련체계가 요구되는 현실에 맞춰 재난대응에 있어 통합훈련의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 시뮬레이터에 사용되는 시나리오는 단순한 도상훈련이 아닌 직접 체험할 수 있다는 점에서 기존의 훈련 시나리오와는 다른 성격을 가지며, 실효적 재난대응을 위해 국내 외 사례에서 기반한 재난대응의 문제점을 분석하고 그것을 집중적으로 훈련할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 또한 여러 돌발적인 이벤트 상황이 발생하더라도 그에 적절한 대응방안을 함께 제시하고 있다.

As the economic environment rapidly changes, the ability to flexibly adapt has become a vital skill which is primarily attained through education and training. Subsequently, it is essential that the effects of vocational eduction and training are closely examined to see if they are fulfilling their goals; specifically, whether they bolster the chances of gaining employment. To that end, the endogenous aspects of training variables must be controlled. This study critically assesses the approaches of current literature in regards to tackling the endogeneity issue, and investigates the effects of vocational training through various econometric models. The results failed to reveal any positive effects of Korea's vocational training on employment. However, the negative effects were also not large enough to be significant. Additionally, the marginal effects were weaker for women and older age groups-which show a disparity between men and women-than for men and younger age groups, respectively. A more comprehensive and in-depth analysis will be needed of these results using recent data and detailed information about the training process.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effects of education and training on labor productivity of the leading firms in Busan during the period of 1999~2000. In order to control for firm heterogeneity and the endogeneity problem of education and training, we employed fixed effects model and 2SLS. Our empirical results showed that firms expenditures per capita on education and training were positively correlated with their labor productivity. We also tested whether the effects of education and training on labor productivity vary with firm size or across industries. It is shown that, while firm size makes no statistical differences, the effect of education and training on labor productivity is smaller in service industry than in manufacturing one. From heterogeneous effect of education and training across industries, we could infer that policies to support various education and training programs in service industry are needed to be reinforced to improve the competitiveness of service industry.

This study gathered previous studies on the effects of image training in school physical education conducted in korea in order to investigate the average effect size as well as the factors that influence the effect sizes. This study connoted findings of individual studies related to image training in school physical education from 1995 to 2018. The results of this study were as follows: Firstly, the overall mean effect size of the image training in school physical education was large size(Cohen, 1988). Secondly, motor skills showed the large effect size than psychological variable. Thirdly, major factors that influence the effect of image training in school physical education appeared to be the type of motor learning, age, gender, training period, training frequency, training ime. Based on these findings, implications for future research and application of image training in school physical education were suggested.
