Analysis on Relation between Rehabilitation Training Movement and Muscle Activation using Weighted Association Rule Discovery (가중연관규칙 탐사를 이용한 재활훈련운동과 근육 활성의 연관성 분석)

  • The precise analysis of exercise data for designing an effective rehabilitation system is very important as a feedback for planing the next exercising step. Many subjective and reliable research outcomes that were obtained by analysis and evaluation for the human motor ability by various methods of biomechanical experiments have been introduced. Most of them include quantitative analysis based on basic statistical methods, which are not practical enough for application to real clinical problems. In this situation, data mining technology can be a promising approach for clinical decision support system by discovering meaningful hidden rules and patterns from large volume of data obtained from the problem domain. In this research, in order to find relational rules between posture training type and muscle activation pattern, we investigated an application of the WAR(Weishted Association Rule) to the biomechanical data obtained mainly for evaluation of postural control ability. The discovered rules can be used as a quantitative prior knowledge for expert's decision making for rehabilitation plan. The discovered rules can be used as a more qualitative and useful priori knowledge for the rehabilitation and clinical expert's decision-making, and as a index for planning an optimal rehabilitation exercise model for a patient.

Effects of Open-Situation Scientific Problem-Making Activity on the Scientific Problem-Finding Ability of Pre-Service Teachers (개방적 상황에서 과학적 문제 만들기 활동이 예비교사의 과학적 문제발견능력에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, we investigated how the scientific problem-finding ability of pre-service teachers is improved through open-situation scientific problem-making activity. We organized two experimental groups and a control group by degree of participation. The 1st experimental group is an actively participating class, while the 2nd experimental group is a passively participating class. We developed and applied a worksheet for training in problem-making. The pre-service teachers filled in the worksheet for problem-making once a week for seven weeks, then the lecturer gave feedback for every worksheet. We developed and applied a problem finding test in an open-situation to measure their problem finding ability at pre- and post-training. As a result of the training, problem level and diversity improved for pre-service teachers through continuous problem-making activities and feedback. The 1st experiment group significantly improved on the quality and quantity of problems. Especially in the originality, elaboration, verifiability, and variables' category, the 1st experimental group significantly improved compared to the control group and the 2nd experimental group. On the other hand, the quality and quantity of problems of the 2nd experimental group decreased. These results provide a basis for correlation between training attitude and improvement of problem-finding ability. Based on the result of this study, continuous problem-making training and feedbacks are helpful in improving the problem-finding ability of pre-service teachers.

The effects of repeated speech training using speech cues on the percentage of correct consonants and speech intelligibility in children with cerebral palsy: A single-subject design research (Speech cues를 이용한 반복훈련이 뇌성마비 아동의 자음정확도 및 말명료도에 미치는 영향: 단일대상연구)

  • This single-subject study examined the effects of repetitive speech training at the word and sentence levels using speech cues on the percentage of correct consonants (PCC) and speech intelligibility of children with cerebral palsy (CP). Three children aged between 5-8 years with a history of CP participated in the study. Thirty-minute intervention sessions were provided four times a week for four weeks. The intervention included repeated training of words and sentences containing target phonemes using two instructions of speech cues, "big mouse" and "strong voice". First, the children improved their average PCC and speech intelligibility, but an effect size analysis indicated that the effect was different for each child, and the effect size for speech intelligibility was higher than for PCC. Second, the intervention effect was generalized to untrained words and sentences. Third, the maintenance effects of PCC and speech intelligibility were very high. These findings suggests that repeated speech training using speech cues is an intervention technique that can help improve PCC and speech intelligibility in children with CP.

  • Education for an organization is implemented to improve the organizational and each individual's performance. However, the actual results are not as expected. Accordingly, this study is committed to investigate the education related factors that have impact on the organizational performance, which is defined by the trainee's organizational commitment and work performance. Based on the acquired knowledge, we suggest things to consider when designing corporate training for performance creation. First, it is investigated whether the task value and job relevance(educational content characteristics) and the degree of support for education within the company(organizational characteristics) affect learning-transfer of trainees. After that, the causal relationship from the learning-transfer to organizational commitment and work performance(organizational effectiveness) is analyzed. In this overall process, the effect of on-/off-line education is analyzed and compared. As a result, it is found that the task value, the job relevance, and organizational compensation have a significant impact on the learning-transfer, and the learning-transfer has impact on organization commitment and work performance. In addition, the moderating effect of the on-/off- education is identified. This study is conducted only with franchise enterprises and as a future study, a more general sampling is required to extend this work.

  • The study aims to explore the possible link between lifelong education and local education·training projects to enhance vocational skills. To this end, we first looked at vocational training in lifelong educational institutions. We looked at the areas of lifelong education presented by the Lifelong Education Act and the status of job improvement in them, as well as the actual number of learners across the country. Next, we looked at local education training projects. In this case, We investigated the significance and type of education·training projects, and identified the number of programs and the number of learners. Looking at them, we looked for five possibilities the possible link of between vocational abilities and educational·training projects. The five were to strengthen employment related lifelong learning of the economically inactive population, to strengthen lifelong education related to the underprivileged people, to enhance vocational skills for lifelong education centered on the employed, to utilize lifelong education institutions and universities in the region, and to strengthen the role of local governments to guide local job demands and suppliers.

  • 머신러닝을 위주로 하는 인공지능 기술이 여러 분야에서 다양하게 적용되고 있다. 머신러닝 기술은 시험 데이터에 대해 높은 성능을 보였지만, 악의적으로 만들어진 데이터에 대해서는 오동작을 하는 경우가 보고되고 있다. 그 외에도 학습데이터 오염시키기, 학습된 모델 탈취 등 새로운 공격 유형이 보고되고 있다. 기계학습에 사용된 훈련데이터에 대한 보안과 프라이버시 또한 중요한 이슈이다. 인공지능 기술의 개발 및 적용에 있어 이러한 위험성에 대한 고려와 대비가 반드시 필요하다.

  • 본 논문에서는 훈련용과 연구용 시뮬레이터들에서 차량조종 및 자동조종(autopilot) 시스템들을 시뮬레이션하기 위하여 공통적으로 사용되는 기술들을 소개한다. 여기서 언급하는 차량 조종 시스템들은 고정익기와 회전익기의 비행제어시스템은 물론 지상차량의 조종 시스템들을 모두 포함한다. 본 논문은 다양한 유형의 비행 및 지상차량 조종 시스템들에 대한 검토로 시작된다. 다음으로 차량조종 및 자동조종 시스템들의 시뮬레이션과 모델링, 조정 부하(control loading)라 통상 일컫는 조종감(control feel)의 시뮬레이션, 조종계통 모델링툴 시스템 통함 및 시스템 성능 비준 등의 주요 주제들이 이어진다.

  • 건설현장의 안전사고는 안전불감증과 허술한 재난관리시스템으로 인한 인재(人災)가 대부분이다. 따라서 여름 장마철과 혹서기에 대비, 현장의 감전사고 및 침수 붕괴재해 예방, 그 밖의 수해방지대책 등을 수립해 현장근로자에게 사전교육을 철저히 하는 것이 재해예방의 첫걸음이다. 특히 재난관리시스템 및 매뉴얼을 구축한 뒤 재난 유형과 상활별 시나리오를 구성, 이를 바탕으로 사전교육과 모의훈련을 통해 긴급조치 및 대피계획을 수립 실시하는 등 구체적인 재해대책 요령을 숙지하면 재해를 줄일 수 있다. 본지는 회원사의 공사안전에 참고가 되도록 한국산업안전보건공단에서 제공한 장마철 혹서기 건설 현장 안전지침을 게재한다.

Segmentation-free Approach to the Recognition of Two Touching Numerals (두자 접촉 숫자열의 분할-자유 인식)

  • 숫자열 인식은 문서 자동화 분야에서 매우 중요하다. 기존의 방법들은 숫자열을 낱자 단위로 분할하는 단계와 분할된 숫자들을 인식하는 두 단계로 이루어져 있다. 이들 방법으로는 접촉 유형의 많은 변형 때문에 만족할 만한 결과를 얻을 수 없다. 본 논문은 두자 접촉 숫자열을 분할-자유 방법으로 인식하는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 두자 접촉 숫자열을 하나의 패턴으로 간주하여 인식한다. 즉, 인식 대상이 되는 부류가 100개(00, 01, 02, ... , 98, 99)이다. 훈련 데이터는 NIST 데이터베이스에의 낱자 단위 숫자들을 조합하여 합성하였고, 테스트 데이터는 NIST의 숫자열 필드에서 두자 접촉한 숫자열 만을 추출하여 사용하였다.

  • 인터넷의 급속한 발전으로 인한 유용성 이면에는, 공공 시스템에 대한 악의적인 침입에 따른 피해가 날로 증가되고 있다. 이에 대비하기 위한 침입 탐지 시스템들이 소개되고 있으나, 공격의 형태가 다양하게 변화되고 있기 때문에 침입탐지 시스템도 이에 대비할 수 있도록 지속적인 연구 노력이 필요하다. 최근의 다양한 연구노력 중에는 데이터 마이닝 기법을 이용하여 침입자의 정보를 분석하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 마이닝 기법을 사용하여 KDD CUP 99의 훈련 집합(Training Set)을 기반으로 효과적인 분류를 하기 위한 모델을 제시하였다. 제시된 모델에서는 휴리스틱을 적용하여 효과적으로 필요한 데이터를 생성할 수 있었으며, 또한 각 공격 유형마다 분류자를 두어 보다 정확하고 효율적인 탐지가 가능하도록 하였다.
