This study analyses a productivity effect by E&T and R&D activities via estimation of E&T stock, R&D stock, and patent stock in a corporate level. Particularly, the analysis reflects the effects of skilled training after estimating E&T stock from E&T flow. When a spillover effect of E&T is analyzed, a methodology using technical proximity concept becomes a new experiment. Also classifying long and short term effects from the usage of Dynamic Panel Data Analysis becomes a new trial, too. The results of study appear that the productivity effects from E&T investments are relatively lager than R&D investments. Through spillover effects and long-term effects E&T and R&D activities have a strong influence on the corporate's productivity.

The vocational competency development training teacher must complete the training course for the training of vocational competency development training instructor and get the qualification of the vocational competency development training teacher from the Ministry of Employment & Labor with the criteria set by the Presidential Decree. Therefore, it can be said that H_university 's educational performance, which is the only vocational competency development training teacher in Korea and that plays a role of mass production in the labor market, has a great influence on vocational competency development training. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems through the analysis of actual condition of vocational competency development training education based on CIPP model, Furthermore, it was aimed to suggest improvement plan of qualification training education. In order to accomplish the purpose of the research, the present situation of the training course for the vocational competency development training teacher training students was grasped. And We conducted a survey to draw out the improvement plan and utilized the results of 173 copies. We conducted interviews by selecting eight subjects for in-depth analysis and Understand the details of the results of the surveys conducted. As a result of the study, positive responses were obtained from the educational objectives and educational resources in the context factors. On the other hand, there were negative opinions about the curriculum reflecting the learner and social needs. In the input factors, positive opinions were derived from the educational objectives and training requirements. However, there were many negative opinions about the achievement of the learner's educational goals. In addition, there were many negative opinions of online contents education. In the process factors, positive evaluation was high in class related part, learner attendance management, and institutional support. However, negative opinions were drawn on the comprehensive evaluation of qualification training period, and the learner's burden due to lack of learning period appeared to be the main reason. In the factor of calculation, Positive opinions were derived from the applicability of the business curriculum for training courses for training teachers who are in charge of education and training in industry occupations. However, there were negative opinions such as learning time, concentration of learning, and communication of instructors. Based on the results of the study, suggestions for improving the operation of vocational competency training teacher qualification training are as follows. First, it is necessary to flexibly manage the training schedule for the weekly training course for vocational competency development training teachers. Second, it is necessary to seek to improve the online education curriculum centered on consumers. Third, it is necessary to seek access to qualification training for local residents. Fourth, pre - education support for qualified applicants is required. Finally, follow-up care of qualified trainees is necessary.

본 연구팀은 2017년부터 CBT (Computer Based Training)기반 연안여객선 비상대응 훈련 프로그램 개발을 진행하고 있으며, 이로인해 기존 여객선 교육 중 이론 파트를 프로그램으로 대체할 수 있다. CBT 프로그램으로 확보된 교육시간을 활용하여 기존의 체험형 훈련에서 탈피할 수 있으며, 표준화된 실습교육으로 다양한 교육기관에서 활용할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

우리가 보유한 워게임모델 개발기술이 군사기술 선진국인 유럽국가(프랑스, 독일, 영국, 네덜란드 등)들과 비교해 볼 때 조금도 뒤떨어지지 않는다는 평가를 받을 수 있게 되었다. 현재 교육사 전력분석실에서는 축적된 워게임 모델 개발기술로 지난 '98년부터 추진해 온 대대전술기 및 연대전투훈련 모델을 통합하여 하나의 모델로 대대 및 연대 전투지휘훈련이 가능한 '전투21모델' 개발완성을 눈앞에 두고 있으며, 후방작전모델, 군수모델, 사단급 작계분석용 모델 등을 개발하기 위해 운용개념기술서, 요구사항 분석을 마치고 본격적인 개발을 추진하고 있다

Currently financial support for vocational skills development training is provided based on the NCS standard unit price set according to the NCS occupational classification. Such a standard unit price system has the advantage of reducing administrative burdens required in managing the training levy-grant system. In this paper, it is pointed out that current unit price system may distort the social integration function of vocational training policy as it is based on the tuition fees of training course. As a basis for finding a more appropriate financial support system, we analyzed what factors are influencing the training course fees set by training institutions. As a result, it was confirmed that the monopolistic nature of the training courses or the high level of willingness of pay of training participants influenced the training course fees. Therefore, the necessity of removing the influence of such factors from unit price system was suggested so as that the training policy contributes to the social integration. Furthermore, it is required to establish new support criteria centered on the government's policy judgment if the training costs of all training courses cannot be exactly estimated.

The consortium for the HRD ability magnified program is part of the joint training program for SMEs in the strategic field and supports the infrastructure, training, personnel, and general operation expenses required for the joint training. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of the education and training program, as perceived by the participants of the Consortium for the HRD Ability Magnified Program. The results of this study are as follows. Gender, trainer satisfaction, educational facilities and service satisfaction have a statistically significant effect on training program satisfaction. The impact on education and training satisfaction of gender, instructor satisfaction, educational (facilities) and service satisfaction was high and in that order. It was found that the male participants have a more positive effect on satisfaction of education and training than the female participants. Age, job group, and job title did not have a statistically significant effect on training program satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, the following suggestions are made. The capacity of the trainers should be strengthened. It is important to provide facilities that enable trainees to participate effectively in education and training and increase the transfer of education and training to the field. It is necessary to design and implement a curriculum that takes into consideration the female trainees' characteristics and situations. More effort is needed to improve the appropriateness of the education and training contents, education and training time, job relevance, and job contribution.

The purposes of this research are to analysis and diagnosis the actual condition of vocational ability development training for juveniles delinquent occupational capability development of juveniles who are assorted as a socially disadvantaged group and to suggest the remedies for their successful return to normal social life. In order to accomplish these purpose of the research, we involved in vocational training teachers(23) and trained for more a month to juvenile delinquents(533) such as surveys. Both of them focused on improvement of strengthen for vocational training, complementary learning of juvenile delinquents and securing experts.

항해사가 타선과의 충돌위험 인지 및 피항을 위한 Radar/ARPA 교육훈련은 오래전부터 STCW협약에 의하여 각 해양계열 및 수산계열 교육기관에서 실시되는 교과목명, 교육시간, 교육내용이 상이한 것으로 조사되었다. 하지만 각 교육기관에서 발행한 이 교육훈련과 관련한 증서는 동일한 효력을 가지고 있다. 이에 Radar/ARPA 교육훈련 내용의 세부사항이 표준화될 필요가 있으며, 최저 평가에 대한 표준도 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 Radar/ARPA 교육환경 개선 및 시나리오 개발, 실습노트, 평가 툴(Tool)에 대하여 개선하고자 하여 이들을 개발 제안하여 이 교육훈련의 효율적인 교육방안을 위한 기본적인 표준모델을 개발하고자 한다.

가상환경에서 화재를 재현, 체험 및 소방훈련을 수행할 수 있는 실감영상기반 소방안전 대응 훈련 시뮬레이터 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 소방훈련 시뮬레이터를 설계하고, 대상 화재 공간을 가상현실에 구현하였으며 화재 대응 시나리오 지침을 마련한 후 화재시나리오에 따른 화재시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 또한 전산해석 결과를 토대로 한 화재상황을 가상공간 구현하는 시스템을 구축하였다. 팀 훈련이 가능하도록 하는 팀 훈련 모듈과 열기를 체험할 수 있는 물리 체험모듈을 장착하여 모듈을 추가하여 6팀이 고층 빌딩 및 지하역사에서 소방안전 팀 대응 훈련을 할 수 있는 소방안전 대응 시뮬레이터 시스템을 개발하였다.

본 연구에서는 기존에 개발된 가상현실 기반 대형 기계설비 안전대응 훈련 시스템의 현장 적용성 향상을 위한 시뮬레이터 운영 기술 연구에 관해 소개한다. 먼저 안전훈련 대상 시설에 대한 현실적인 사고 및 훈련 시나리오를 개발하였고, 이를 기반으로 훈련 운영자가 시뮬레이터를 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 시나리오 분기제어 및 모니터링 기능을 포함하는 훈련 시뮬레이터 통제 프로그램의 설계와 개발 결과를 소개한다.
