This study aimed to investigate the moderating effect of empathy between adolescents' self-esteem and aggression. For this study, 542 adolescents were surveyed in B county of Gyeongsangbukdo in Korea. Data were analysed using reliability analysis, frequency analysis, mean comparison analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis for moderation. Major results are as follows. First, it was found out that adolescents' empathy were significantly different depending on gender, school level. But adolescents' aggression did not show any differences. Second, adolescents' aggression was negatively correlated with their self-esteem and empathy. Third, As a regression analysis, it was found that the male students showed a moderating effect of empathy between self-esteem and aggression, but the female students did not showed it. Based on these findings, it was suggested that programs for lowering aggressiveness of adolescents should be developed according to their environment and gender. In addition, the research through nationwide sampling, the research on the empathy related to the female students, and the study on the elementary school students were addressed.

Recently, interest in organizational performance has been increasing due to marketization and diversification of supplier introduced in long-term care system. To analyze the effects of caregivers' calling on the organizational performance of long-term care facilities and to examine the mediating effects of job satisfaction on the path, data were collected from caregivers in Seoul and Kyonggi-do. Multiple regression analysis was used to examine the effect of caregivers' calling on job satisfaction and job performance, and the mediating effect of job analysis was tested by hierarchical regression analysis. As a result, caregivers' calling had a positive effect on job performance and job satisfaction, and the job satisfaction showed full mediation effect between caregivers' calling and effectiveness and partial mediation effect between caregivers' calling and efficiency. Based on this, we discussed the need to improve efficiency through job satisfaction management and to manage efficiency by managing job satisfaction and vocation awareness.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 사회복지악계의 사회적 지지에 관한 지난 10여년간의 연구를 정리하고 집중적인 내용분석을 아는데 있다. 분석대상논문은 1990년대 이후부터 2002년까지 노인관련 학술지와 사회복지학술지에 게재된 사회적 지지에 관한 연구들이며, 총 30여편이었다. 연구결과는 사회적지지에 관한 연구들은 90년 중반부터 활발히 연구되었으며, 사회적 지지의 연구대상은 노인이 많았다. 사회적지지에 대한 개념 측정은 기능적 특성을 측정한 연구가 많았고, 측정도구의 사용이 불분명해서 측정도구의 타당성 문제와 표준화된 척도의 필요성이 제기되었고, 효과성 검증결과에서는 주효과모델보다 완충효과 모델의 연구가 적어, 향후 완충효과모델에 관한 연구의 필요성을 제시하였다.

본(本) 연구에서는 에너지절약을 위한 주요 정책수단(政策手段)인 저리융자나 세제감면 또는 특별감가상각 인정 등 에너지절약 비용측면의 금융 세제지원이라는 과인성(課引性)정책과, 에너지수요조절를 위한 에너지가격 규제해제(energy price deregulation)나 에너지세(稅)의 추가부과 등 가격관리(조세) 정책의 경제적 효과를 비교 분석하였다. 그리고 에너지세(稅)부과의 경우 과세단계별 효과분석을 통하여 바람직한 과세포인트를 선택하고, 이를 통하여 현행 에너지절약 지원(支援)정책이나 에너지가격 및 조세체계에 대한 개선방향을 모색하였다. 분석결과, 약간의 물가상승 압박효과를 감수하더라도 에너지가격통제 해제나 에너지세 부과가 금융 세제지원제도에 비하여 에너지절약에 있어 그 효과가 크게 나타났다. 또한 에너지과세의 경우 그 대상과 실행시기에 대해서도 신축성을 기하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 나타나 에너지의 소비감소라는 효율성 측면과 함께 수반되는 물가압박요인을 고려하여 신중히 결정되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 그렇지만 단기적으로 에너지가격의 상승을 감수하더라도 DSM 프로그램비용을 자본화해 나감으로써 점진적으로 가격상승요인을 흡수하고 효과적인 에너지소비의 절약을 통하여 국민경제의 에너지비용을 줄여나갈 수 있는 종합적인 에너지대책이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of drama education program for elementary school students by using method of meta-analysis. For the purpose of the study, master's theses, doctoral dissertations, and journal articles published in Korea up to July, 2013 were systematically reviewed. As a result, a total of 19 studies were eligible for the inclusion criteria. The mean effect sizes and test for homogeneity of effect size(Q-statistic) were analyzed by using Comprehensive Meta-Analysis software 2.0. The main findings of the study were as follows. First, the average effect sizes for drama education program were ES=1.103 of self-expression, ES=1.011 of self-esteem, ES= .858 of creativity and ES= .672 of sociality. Second, by analysing the moderate variables of the effect size for drama education program, 'sessions' were statistically significant. Based on the study results, the research and practice implications were discussed.

최근 영화와 애니메이션에서 기포가 수중에서 발생하는 장면이 많아지고 있다. 컴퓨터 그래픽 시각 효과를 사용하여 제작된 수중 기포 효과의 사실적인 수중 장면은 전반적인 효과에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소가 된다. 물속의 환경과 융합된 기포의 특성을 분석하고 Maya를 응용한 실험과정을 통해 실감나는 기포 효과를 구현하는 것을 목표로 한다. 기술 개발과 VFX 영화의 향상으로 인해 수중 장면과 같이 직접 촬영으로 얻을 수 없는 장면을 시각효과를 통해 사실적으로 제작할 수 있다. 디지털 시각효과를 이용한 VFX 영화의 리얼리티와 생동감과 박진감 넘치는 모습을 보여 준다. 수중 환경의 사실성을 재현하기 위해 기포 효과의 사실성에 대한 요구가 높다. 기포가 있는 수중 환경은 다양한 역학 조건의 영향을 받으므로 분석과 제작을 통해 접근하는 것이 효과적이다. 본 연구는 컴퓨터 소프트웨어를 통해 수중 기포의 사실성 증대에 대한 시뮬레이션 과정을 분석한다.

First, the average effect sizes for drama program for people with developmental disabilities were ES= 0.8335 for sociality, ES= 0.6512 of self-expression. Second, by analysing the moderate variables of the effect size for drama program for people with developmental disabilities, 'age', 'the number of session' 'the type of drama program', 'the major of drama director' were statistically significant. The research and practice implications of drama programs for people with developmental disabilities in Korea were suggested.

전자문서교환(電子文書交換)(EDI) 시스템이 정보사회의 도래와 더불어 전략경영(戰略經營)의 핵심수단으로 등장함에 따라 우리나라에서도 EDI에 관한 학문적(學問的) 관심이 최근에 고조되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 EDI에 관한 국내(國內)의 선행연구(先行硏究)는 일천할 뿐더러 연구의 양(量)과 질(質)에 있어서도 매우 미미하다. 이제는 EDI가 기업의 전략경영(戰略經營) 성과(成果)에 구체적으로 어떤 영향(影響)을 미치고 있는가를 심층적으로 분석할 필요성(必要性)이 크게 대두되고 있다. 이와 같은 연구(硏究)의 필요성(必要性)에 따라 본고(本考)에서는 정보기술(情報技術)(IT)과 성과(成果)(performance) 분석(分析)에 관련된 최근의 선행연구를 종합적(綜合的) 포괄적(包括的)으로 정리하였으며, 이들 선행 연구들이 성과(成果) 분석(分析)에 사용한 구체적인 측정방법(測定方法)을 제시하고 있다.

The present study analyzed the effect of firms' external research and development (R&D) on corporate productivity, while investigating the moderating effect of firm size on the external R&D-productivity nexus. In the empirical analysis, we estimated South Korean manufacturing firms' total factor productivity (TFP) using the firm level data drawn from the Survey of Business Activities (Korea National Statistical Office) for the years 2006-2015. Thereafter, focusing on the role of external R&D and its interaction with the firm size in determining firms' TFP, the productivity function was estimated as well. To this end, we used ordinary least squares (OLS) and quantile regression to highlight the heterogeneous impacts of external R&D by companies' productivity level. Empirical results confirmed that firms' external R&D significantly enhanced corporate productivity in all manufacturing industries, from high-tech to low-tech. The moderating effect of firm size in determining the productivity effect of external R&D was not as prominent as in the case for internal R&D, which exhibited some degree of the size premium in the productivity-enhancing effect. These results suggest that regardless of the firm size, external R&D can be an important channel for corporate productivity improvement, and can be a particularly effective strategy for SMEs with relatively limited internal R&D capacities.

This article aims to explore the performance evaluation framework for assessing the contribution of national research and development(R&D) program to productivity growth. The key idea starts with the development of methodology for evaluating the returns to R&D. The method of this study is based on the comparison of productivity growth between different periods, not cross-sectional approach with one period. In this context, backward effect and forward effect are operationally defined as a measurement for contributions of R&D in this paper. The analysis results gives that the backward effect of R&D is greater than the forward effect, while the difference was especially evident with the case of sales variable, not operating profit variable.
