A Study on Reduction of Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) and Stability of Incineration Facility by the Food Wastewater Incineration (음식물류 폐수 소각처리에 따른 질소산화물 저감 및 소각설비의 안정성 평가에 관한 연구)

  • We examine the processing method of the food wastewater to direct spray at living waste incinerator. The demoscale stoker system is used as a incineration facility. The results show that it brings effect on the reduction of nitrogen oxide ($NO_x$) concentration as well as the ammonia ($NH_3$) amount in SNCR (selective non-catalytic reduction) by the incineration of food wastewater which is containing a plentiful ammoniac nitrogen ($NH_3$-N). Furthermore, the stability of incineration facility and the extension of operation period is actualized as a improvement of clogging phenomenon on outer wall of water pipe as the 870~$950^{\circ}C$ maintain of exit temperature in a second combustor by spray of the food wastewater. The 26 items of air pollution matter of nitrogen oxide ($NO_x$), sulfur oxide ($SO_x$) and dioxin etc. are measured. The results show that it is under the value of allowable exhaust standard.

  • As logistics facilities have a high ceiling height, simple structure, and the need for a quick return on investment, it is usually essential to advance the construction schedule of such facilities. Accordingly, PC structures, which require less labor, cost and schedule, can be more competitive than RC structures. However, most construction companies in Korea are familiar with RC structure design, have negative perceptions regarding PC structures, and do not sufficiently adopt new construction techniques. The structure that this research features has 110 columns that are 14 m high and are built to the same specification, and applying an RC design to the structure will lead to issues related to constructibility, economic viability, project duration and safety. Therefore, this study intends to feature PC design as an alternative to the RC warehouse design, and perform a comparative analysis of the reduction in labor, cost and construction schedule to highlight benefits. The research outcomes herein will provide inputs to subsequent studies on new construction strategies to advance the construction schedule, improve quality and constructibility, enhance safety and save costs.

  • 지금까지 제조업체는 생산 및 물류 시스템의 효율성 증대를 통한 제품판매 증가에만 주의를 기울여왔다. 그러나 환경에 대한 관심이 높아지고, 관련 법규가 엄격해지면서 폐기물 처리와 재활용이 기업의 생존을 위한 중요한 과제로 떠오르고 있다. 자동차 제조업계에서 역시 폐자동차 재사용 및 재활용에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 한국에서는 자동차 산업의 외형적 성장과는 달리 이에 대한 시스템 구축이 미비한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 폐자동차의 재활용에 관한 외국의 사례를 조사하고, 폐자동차의 회수 및 해체 촉진을 위한 바람직한 정부 정책 모델을 제시하려 한다.

  • In this paper, we presented a cart which can automatically transport loads to the distribution center of the appointed indoor place, based on Raspberry pi 4. It can recognize the obstacles by using the ultrasonic sensors so that it prevents the collision and takes a detour. Further, we entered the direction control code in the RFID. It has installed at important points such as the intersections of the destinations, so that if the RFID reader of the cart senses the RFID, the cart would stop or change the direction. After the transportation, if the load cell(weight sensor) recognizes that the baggage is unloaded, the cart returns to the initial point and would be retrieved. Therefore, we embodied the transportation cart which reduces the use of manpower and solves the problems conveniently across the transportation strategies.

  • This paper presents an UHF(Ultra High Frequency) band small cavity structured RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag antenna with a long reading range, designed to apply on metal cart or pallet for auto-parts logistics. The size of tag antennas is $140{\times}60{\times}10mm^3$, attached on a exporting metal cart, and it can give the information of inventory and logistics of carts. By collecting the exported carts and increasing the recovery rate of missing carts or pallets, the paid import tax can be refunded when the carts are returned back to the manufacture. The tag antenna was equipped with a cover to prevent damage, and the dielectric constant of the cover is considered for the simulation. The reading range of the tag antenna is 12 m using LP(Linear Polarization), 10 m with CP(Circular Polarization) reader antennas. This 920 MHz UHF RFID cavity tag ensures the long reading distance of the antenna regardless of the material of the object where it is attached.

  • 본 연구에서는 기존의 대중교통 통행배정모형이 고려하지 않거나 미흡하게 반영하였던 차량과 노선의 용량제약을 고려한 모형의 구축을 시도하였다. 일반적으로 대중교통 통행배정에서 수요와 공급의 관계는 수요가 증가하는 것과 무관하다고 받아들여지고 있으나 용량 초과는 통행자들의 경로선택 및 수단선택에 영향을 끼친다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 용량초과에 의한 혼잡을 반영하기 위해 용량제약식을 포함한 모형을 개발하고 실용운행회수라는 개념을 도입하였다. 또한 기존에 제시된 용량제약을 고려한 모형들이 실제적인 현상을 정확히 모사하는 데에는 한계가 있을 뿐 만 아니라 현실과 다소 거리가 있는 가정이 내재되어 있는 반면 본 연구에서는 가능한 한 최대로 현실 여건을 반영하는 모형을 정립하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모형은 동일한 기종점 사이를 운행하는 경쟁노선이 많은 대도시에서 통근·통학을 위한 통행자들이 많은 오전, 오후 첨두시 대중교통 수요를 분석하여 대중교통의 운행관리체계 개선 및 투자계획, 서비스 개선을 위한 수요예측을 하는데 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 그리고 기존의 대중교통 통행배정의 결과가 현재나 장래의 잠재적인 수요(demand)를 예측하는 방법인데 반하여 본 연구에서 정립된 모형은 주어진 네트워크에서 실제로 통행하고 있는 수요(flow)를 예측함으로써 교통 계획가나 대중교통 운영자의 계획 및 운영정책수립에 합리적인 도움을 줄 수 있다. 또한 현재의 대중교통 시스템 하에서의 통행배정 뿐만 아니라 다른 형태의 용량과 운행특성을 가진 교통 수단이나 노선이 도입되었을 때 공급이 제한적인 경우의 수요 예측에 적합한 모형을 개발하였다.에 대한 규제가 초국가적 차원으로 발전되는 계기를 제공하고 있다. 향후, 담배규제협약안의 세부사안들에 대한 합의과정에서 각 국별로 상당한 이견과 반발이 예상되고 있지만, 협약안의 전체 회원국 투표에서 승인될 경우 각 국가들뿐만 아니라 담배산업과 담배기업들에게 미치는 파급효과가 매우 클 것으로 예상된다. 대부분의 국제협약들이 그러하듯이, 담배규제협약도 그 적용 범위와 수준이 어느 정도로 결정되는지에 따라 각 국가와 기업별 이해관계가 크게 달라지게 되기 때문에 신중한 대응전략이 요구된다고 하겠다.의 화물전용차선의 설치시는 수답렬 교통량의 구성비와 구간 평균교통량에 의하여 그 효과가 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 물류비용 절감차원에서의 화물전용차선의 설치는 본 연구에서 나타낸 방법과 같이 수단간의 경제적 편익을 고려한 구간별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군

BSC includes non-financial factor as well as financial factor in performance assessment and it is a tool that will be able to evaluate even strategy of long-term view. In point of performance management, BSC brings in relief importance on non-financial performance as well as financial performance and it shares with viewpoint of 4 things of financial viewpoint, customer viewpoint, internal process view point, learning and growth viewpoint. then these make an array with vision and strategy of organization by causal relationship, it presented necessity of performance control on organization as center on KPI of inner of each viewpoint. Thus, study on measures and control of management performance is progressed actively and is accomplishing much development. This study is aimed at calculation of weight that is able to reflect its importance about AHP on KPI of each viewpoint. The purpose of this study is to present desirable performance measurement model and to give a weight in consideration of working-level character.

Liabilities of Air Carrier Who Sponsored Financially Troubled Affiliate Shipping Company (항공사(航空社)의 부실 계열 해운사(海運社) 지원에 따른 법적 책임문제)

  • This writer have thus far reviewed the civil and criminal obligations of the directors of a parent company that sponsored financially troubled affiliates. What was discussed here applies to logistics companies in the same manner. Hanjin Shipping cannot expect its parent company, Korean Air to prop it up financially. If such financial aid is offered without any collateral, under Korean criminal law, the directors of the parent company bears the burden of civil and criminal responsibility. One way to get around this is to secure fairness in terms of the process and the content of aid. Fairness in terms of process refers to the board of directors making public all information and approving such aid. Fairness in terms of content refers to impartial transactions that block out any possibilities of the chairman of the corporate group acting in his private interest. In the case of Korean Air bailing out Hanjin, the meeting of board of directors were held five times and a thorough review was conducted on the risks involved in the loans being repaid or not. After the review, measures to guard against undesirable scenarios were established before finally deciding on bailing out Hanjin. As such, there are no issues. In terms of the fairness of content, too, there were practically no room for the majority shareholder or controlling shareholder to pocket profits at the expense of the company. This is because the continued aid offered to a financially troubled company (i.e. Hanjin Shipping) was a posing a burden to even the controlling shareholder. This writer argues that the concept of the interest of the entire corporate group needs to be recognized. That is, it must be recognized that the relationship of control and being controlled between parent company and affiliate company, or between affiliate companies serves a practical benefit to the ongoing concern and growth of the group and is therefore just. Moreover, the corporate group and its affiliates, as well as their directors and management must recognize that they have an obligation to prioritize the interests of the corporate group ahead of the interests of the company that they are directly associated with. As such, even if Korean Air offered a loan to Hanjin Shipping without collateral, the act cannot be treated as an offense to law, nor can the directors be accused of damages that they bear the responsibility of compensating under civil law.

  • Recently, enterprise information management activities have been applied to promote electronic trade, while changing the paradigm of cross-border trade and overall trade business processes. L/C, which facilitates payment from the trade transaction in a company, has been able to eliminate the high cost and inefficient element of the trade process by utilizing the electronic letter of credit (e-L/C). This study examines the influential relationship among the e-trade utilizing factor (such as the perceived ease of use and the volition of CEO), the e-L/C and corporate performance, and the study aimed to verify the moderating effect of customer service level by organizations utilizing e-trade. For the purpose of the research, we conducted a survey implementing the e-L/C and analyzed the 338 data collected. The results of this research are as follows. First, the perceived ease of use and volition of CEO have positive impact on the e-L/C. Second, the e-L/C has positive impact on the business performance. Third, a moderating effect shows on the customer expectation level. The main implication of this study is that the perceived ease of use is to be considered preferentially than the volition of CEO in order to utilize electronic trading, and the volition of CEO shows synergy effect with customer service level by organization utilizing e-trade.

Reclaimed Products to Recycling and Energy Recovery for Sustainable Use of Closed Non Sanitary Landfills through Reclamation Works (사용종료(使用終了) 비위생매립지(非衛生埋立地)의 순환적(循環的) 사용(使用)을 위한 선별물질(選別物質)의 활용(活用) 가능성(可能性) 평가(評價))

  • potential assessment of converting closed non sanitary landfills into sustainable landfill through the reclamation works(= landfill mining project) of illegal landfill discovered in land development site using Sustainable Landfill Reclamation system(SLR-system) was investigated. The SLR system had treatment capacity of 91.4 $m^3/hr$ (130.61 ton/hr) in condition of 28.0% of water content. Recovery ratio and purity of sorted soil were 98.9% and 99.66%, respectively. Sorted combustibles were 91.8% and 92.0%, respectively. Especially, high heating value (HHV) and low heating value(LHV) of combustibles were 4,282kcal/kg and 3,636 kcal/kg, respectively, in considering the energy content and recovery ratio of combustibles. Therefore, combustibles separated from landfill site have higher value than Fluff RDF standard value(3,500kcal/kg) of MOE. RDF can be produced with combustibles by 84.43%. Averaged size and organic foreign matter content of the sorted soil were less than 035mm and 0.31 %(VN), respectively. In addition, concentration of all contents of hazardous matters containing soils met safety standards. Therefore, it is possible to be recycled as refilling and cover materials to rebuild Sustainable landfills by 98.42%.
