Multi-Level Models for Activity Participation and Travel Behaviors (다수준 모형을 이용한 활동참여와 통행행태 분석)

  • In this paper, multilevel models are adopted to identify interactions among household members in trip making behaviors. The multilevel approach is a proper methodology to handle samples, which are extracted from a hierarchical structure universe. PSTP dataset is used in developing models and understand proportion of variations among individuals and household. The results of this study show that for activity participation and travel behavior household level variance is more than 1/4 of person level variance and therefore not negligible. The results confirm the importance of multilevel model in travel behavior analysis.

Effect of Science Conceptual Model Completion Activity and Science Conceptual Model Modifying Activity on Middle-school Students' Achievement in Science Conceptual Learning (미완성 개념 모형의 완성 활동 및 주어진 개념 모형의 수정 활동이 중학생의 과학 개념 학습 성취도에 미치는 효과)

  • The purposes of this study are to investigate the effects of the Science Conceptual Model Completion Activity and Science Conceptual Model Modifying Activity on middle-school students' achievement in science conceptual learning, and to analyze if there are any correlations among their achievements by purposed activities, their cognitive level and school science achievement. For the study, 112 middle school students were sampled for three groups, which are two experimental groups (Model Completion activity group, Model Modifying Activity group) and one control group. Pre- and post-tests were taken to measure the students' achievement in science concepts, and the logical thinking ability test was administered after the implementation period. In addition, their school science achievements were analyzed. The research findings are as follows: First, the Science Conceptual Model Completion activity is more effective for middle school students' science conceptual learning than the Science Conceptual Model Modifying activity or conventional activity. Second, higher school science achievement also results in higher achievement of science concepts through the Conceptual Model Modifying activity or the Conceptual Model Completion activity. Lastly, the Conceptual Model Completion activity is more effective for the concrete operational level students to attain science concepts than formal operational level ones. Meanwhile, on the contrary, the Conceptual Model Modifying activity is more effective for formal operational level students than the concrete operational level ones.

  • The emergence of the Internet as a tool for the business-to-consumer aspect of e-commerce has far reaching ramifications. Most importantly, it has created opportunities for businesses to reach out to consumers in a very direct was and create electronic markets. This study treats e-commerce as a technology adoption process and evaluates the suitability of popular adoption models. This research supports the use of the technology acceptance model to predict online shopping activity, both the intention to shop online and actual purchases. Also this research finds that the task-technology fit model is a valuable addition to the technology acceptance model for online shopping tasks.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 7차 교육과정에서 소개된 과학적 자유탐구 활동 모형을 개발하고 이러한 자유탐구 활동모형에 대한 효과를 알아보기 전에 예비 초등교사들의 인식조사를 하는 것이다. 개발 목적은 학생들의 과학탐구 활동능력신장에 있으며, 본 연구는 천문학사에 근거한 예를 사용하였다. 연구방법으로 Lawson(2010)의 과학적 탐구추론모형을 택하였다. 천문학사에서 예를 택해 자유탐구 모형과 설문지를 개발하여 예비초등교사들의 인식조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는, (1)대부분 예비 초등교사들은 이러한 자유탐구전략의 사용에 대한 아이디어를 좋아했으며, (2)이러한 과학적 자유탐구활동의 사용의 효과 또한 대부분의 응답자들이 잘 인식하고 있었다. (3)그럼에도 불구하고 많은 예비 초등교사들은 이러한 자유탐구 전략의 구성이 쉽지 않은 과정임을 인식하였고, 학생들에게 적합한 자유탐구활동모형의 개발을 위해서는 학생을 지도하는 교사들이 서로가 협력해야 한다고 응답하였다.

Analysis of Participation Behavior and Factors of Urban Leisure Activity (도시 여가활동의 참여행태 및 요인분석)

  • This research develops a model of participation and scheduling choice of urban leisure activity. A nested legit model was found to be an appropriate approach. Data collected from Deagu and Pohang City were used for empirical estimation of model parameters. The empirical results confirmed several behavioral aspects associated with participation and scheduling choice of urban leisure activity. The paper presents a discussion on implications that can be inferred from the empirical results. Finally, future potential research question are also discussed.

A Study on Activity Type Based on Multi-dimensional Characteristics (개인의 복합적인 특성에 따른 활동유형 분석)

  • Activity-based models analyze individuals' various daily activities that are identified as a decision-making unit for transportation planning. In other words, it is the model that determines the types of activities according to the social, economic and situational characteristics of the groups with the same activity patterns and predicts individuals' activity time, distance, spatial movement and transportation mode. The activity-based model is a method of estimating more efficient and realistic demand in transportation forecasting because traffic is regarded as a complex decision-making process that an individual and other people participate in. In this paper, we grasp the factors affecting choice behavior of activity pattern and analyze choice behavior of activity pattern based on multi-dimensional characteristic of each person. First, we classify activity types of reviewing the trip chain and activity purpose. Next, we identified preferable activity types using complicated characteristics of main agent of activity. We concluded that choice behavior of activity pattern is dependent on complex characteristics of each agent, and further multi-dimensional characteristics of each person are affected over the whole decision process of activity schedule.

  • 본 연구는 여가활동 참여과정을 설명할 수 있는 여가활동 참여과정 모형을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 레크리에이션 전문화, 진지한 여가, 여가제약, 여가제약협상, 여가촉진 등 다양한 여가학 이론 및 선행연구들을 심도 있게 고찰하였으며, 다양한 분야의 관련 이론 및 모형들을 고찰하였다. 이를 통해, 레크리에이션 전문화를 근간으로 9개 영역($3{\times}3$)으로 구성된 여가활동 참여과정 모형을 최종적으로 제시하였다.

  • Reading is a typical representative knowledge and information activities. It is a put of the presents man and by itself Read-learning is the cognitive and social activities of the creating platonic world. However, in the education training of students become a visible problems of read-learning too many. To solve the problems have to pull off a systematical plan in read activities. This aims to purpose the model of the union reading contents management as the method for the read activity based on the problems analysis of read-learning activity.   • 컴퓨터와 통신의 발달은 멀티미디어 개발 및 보급에 기여하였으며, 특히 인쇄매체를 대체하고 '전자'화된 전자교과서 시대를 열었다. 그리하여 그 동안 많은 전자교과서 모형 설계 및 개발이 이루어져 왔으며, 그 효과 또한 입증 된 바 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자교과서의 이점을 살려 초등학교 특별활동 의식행사 활성화에 기여하고자 한다. 현행 초등학교에서 특별활동 일환으로 실시되고 있는 의식행사는 '교과교육 외의 활동'으로 취급 되어 지면서, 교과서 없이 지도서만 가지고 형식적이고 한시적인 내부계획에 따라 진행 되었다. 이에 초등학교 특별활동 의식행사 전자교과서 모형 개발을 제안한다. 이 모형은 학습자로 하여금 다양한 멀티미디어 자료 학습을 통해 흥미와 관심을 갖고 의식행사에 참여할 수 있게 설계 하였으며, 기존의 전자교과서 기능에서 전자노트 기능을 추가하였다. 또한 교수자 측면에서는 전자교과서를 쉽고 간단하게 학습에 적용시킬 수 있도록, 학습모형에 기반 하여 설계함은 물론, 학습자료 구성하기 및 훈화자료 만들기 시스템을 통해 전자교과서의 활용 폭을 넓혔다.

  • 기존 교수 연수체제는 전이 효과가 떨어지며 교사의 업무에 지장을 초래하게 된다. 이에 선정된 컴퓨터교육내용을 원격교육체제로 전환하여 기존 교사 연수의 단점을 극복하여, 효율성을 기할 수 있다. 컴퓨터교육내용을 원격 교육체제로 구축함에 있어서 다양한 원격교육매체의 특징과 가능한 학습 활동, 컴퓨터교육 내용의 특징에 따라서 원격 컴퓨터교육의 모형을 탐색하여 보았다. 그 모형은 자기주도적 학습활동에 기반한 코스웨어 모형, 토의 학습활동에 기반한 토의학습 모형, 대체 학습모형으로 일체학습 모형, 원격 교육의 모든 매체를 활용할 수 있는 문제결학습모형으로 분류하여 제시하여 보았다.
