Activity Pattern Analysis(APA) is the methodology to Design the functions of information systems, to Estimate the monetary value of IS based on Activity Based Costing, to Acquire feasibility of IT Project. This study shows APA case in Health Check-up Service Organization (G-Center) and the Utility of APA. G-Center had acquired Five Outcomes through APA: (1) IT Strategy, (2) IT Project Goals, (3) Transformed Business Process, (4) Functional Blueprint of Information Systems, (5) IT Project budget and its feasibility. APA consists of three analysis processes; Activity Separation, Activity Rearrangement, Activity Costing. APA is flexible in determinating the range and the time of analysis, and is able to expand the Actors(as analysis objects) based on the purpose of analysis by researcher. Eventually APA can be used to do internal IT Management effectively.

Patterns are of great significance to develop algebraic thinking of elementary students. This study analyzed teaching methods of patterns in current elementary mathematics textbook series in terms of three main activities related to pattern generalization (i.e., analyzing the structure of patterns, investigating the relationship between two variables, and reasoning and representing the generalized rules). The results of this study showed that such activities to analyze the structure of patterns are not explicitly considered in the textbooks, whereas those to explore the relationship between two variables in a pattern are emphasized throughout all grade levels using function table. The activities to reason and represent the generalized rules of patterns are dealt in a way both for lower grade students to use informal representations and for upper grade students to employ formal representations with expressions or symbols. The results of this study also illustrated that patterns in the textbooks are treated rather as a separate strand than as something connected to other content strands. This paper closes with several implications to teach patterns in a way to foster early algebraic thinking of elementary school students.

The activity of finding rules is useful for enhancing the algebraic thinking of elementary school students. This study analyzed the pattern activities of a finding rules unit in 10 different government-authorized mathematics curricular materials for fourth graders aligned to the 2015 revised national mathematics curriculum. The analytic elements included three main activities: (a) activities of analyzing the structure of patterns, (b) activities of finding a specific term by finding a rule, and (c) activities of representing the rule. The three activities were mainly presented regarding growing numeric patterns, growing geometric patterns, and computational patterns. The activities of analyzing the structure of patterns were presented when dealing mainly with growing geometric patterns and focused on finding the number of models constituting the pattern. The activities of finding a specific term by finding a rule were evenly presented across the three patterns and the specific term tended to be close to the terms presented in the given task. The activities of representing the rule usually encouraged students to talk about or write down the rule using their own words. Based on the results of these analyses, this study provides specific implications on how to develop subsequent mathematics curricular materials regarding pattern activities to enhance elementary school students' algebraic thinking.

In this paper, multilevel models are adopted to identify interactions among household members in trip making behaviors. The multilevel approach is a proper methodology to handle samples, which are extracted from a hierarchical structure universe. PSTP dataset is used in developing models and understand proportion of variations among individuals and household. The results of this study show that for activity participation and travel behavior household level variance is more than 1/4 of person level variance and therefore not negligible. The results confirm the importance of multilevel model in travel behavior analysis.

본 연구는 중학교 1학년 함수 학습을 위해 패턴 활동으로 구성된 함수 지도 프로그램을 개발하고, 개발한 프로그램을 적용한 실험 집단(85명)과 교과서를 적용한 비교 집단(85명)간의 함수 학습에서의 효과를 분석하였다. 함수 지도 프로그램은 학생들이 패턴 활동을 동해 함수적 사고를 기르며, 활동적으로 수업에 참여하여 수학에 대한 자신감과 실생활의 연계성을 가질 수 있도록 구성하였으며, 적용 결과, 수학 수준별 수업을 하는 상반에서는 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 중반에서는 유의미한 차이는 없었으나 수업 시간에 흥미가 매우 높았다는 긍정적 평가를 할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 Pacific-Japan (PJ) 대기패턴과 북서태평양 지역의 열대성 태풍 활동에 대한 관계를 분석하였다. 특히 한반도에 영향을 미치는 태풍을 중심으로 낙동강 유역의 태풍에 의해 유발된 여름철(June-September) 강수의 지역적 특성 변화를 진단하였다. 분석 결과, 양(+)의 PJ 기간에 발생하는 대기순환패턴의 변화는 태풍의 활동에 보다 유리한 작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 한반도에 영향을 미치는 태풍에 대한 진로 분석 결과, 양(+) PJ 기간동안 태풍이 주로 남서쪽으로 향하는 경향이 있으며, 음(-)의 PJ 기간에는 북동쪽으로 향하는 경향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 태풍 진로의 변향점(recurve)은 양(+)의 PJ 기간에는 보다 북서쪽에 위치하며 음(-)의 PJ 기간에는 보다 북동쪽에 치우쳐 있음이 분석되었다. 따라서, 음(-)의 PJ기간 보다 양(+)의 PJ 기간에 태풍의 활동이 활발하며, 낙동강유역에서 태풍에 의해 유발된 강수가 통계적으로 유의한 증가패턴이 뚜렷하게 발생하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다.

Urban transport demand is derived from activity participation. A variety of individual daily activities based on the decisions on activity participation result in collective spatial behavior. The travel derived from the effort to overcome the spatially distributed locations of adjacent activities represents the detailed structural relationships among activities. An activity-based approach provides an important framework of analyzing contemporary urban daily life in the sense that it studies the interaction between individuals' daily decision making and social practice in time and space, on the one hand, and socio-spatial environment on the other. The current study identifies representative patterns of urban daily activity implementations and analyzes the correlation between representative patterns and individuals' characteristics and contextual characteristics. The study shows that urban daily activity patterns can be grouped in a limited number of representative patterns, which are systematically correlated with socio-spatial characteristics. The results provide related transportation policy implications.

The primary purpose of this study is to identify spatial distribution patterns of co-authoring activities in Korean cadastral science. The analysis showed that a small number of researchers played an essential role in the Korean cadastral co-authorship network. In particular, some authors not only had a significant influence on other nodes in the network but also served as intermediaries between researchers. Moreover, the distance between researchers influenced co-authorship decisions to a limited extent. This study differs considerably from previous studies in that it used spatial analysis techniques to identify spatial distribution patterns of co-authoring activities. However, this research is limited in that it applied only 2019 data to determine the spatial distribution pattern of co-authoring activities. We can overcome this limitation if we analyze the spatial distribution patterns of co-authoring activities using multi-year data in future studies.

사이버 공간이 현실 생활의 일부분으로 통합되어가고 사이버 공간에서의 대인간 의사소통이 보편적인 현상으로 나타남에 따라 사이버 공간에서의 의사소통과 경험 그리고 그것의 영향력에 대한 논의는 그 동안 많이 있어왔다. 그러나 기존의 연구들은 사용자의 행동 특성에 따라 사이버 공간에서의 활동과 영향력, 그리고 그 의미가 달라진다는 점을 간과하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 동일한 커뮤니케이션 공간인 싸이월드도 그것에 부여하는 가치와 의미는 사람마다 다르고 따라서 행동도 다를 것이라는 가정하에, 싸이월드에서 나타나는 다양한 이용행동과 활동들을 유형으로 분류하고 그 유형에 따라 싸이월드에서의 의사소통 패턴과 경험, 활동에서의 차이를 살펴보고자 했다. 사전 연구로 진행되었던 사용자 인터뷰를 통해 정리된 행동문항을 전체 설문을 통해 분석한 결과 싸이월드에서 보이는 개인의 행동적 특성을 의미하는 5 개 요인(적극성.몰입, 낯선 사람과의 연결과 정보 추구, 사생활 보호, 단순한 연락 수단, 폐쇄성)이 확인되었고, 이렇게 추출된 행동 요인을 토대로 싸이월드에서 나타나는 3 개의 행동 유형(적극적 활용형, 폐쇄적. 다이어리 추구형, 새로운 관계.정보 추구형)이 구분되었다. 행동 요인의 차이로 표현되는 3 개의 행동 유형에 따른 싸이월드에서의 의사소통 패턴과 싸이월드에서의 활동 그리고 싸이월드 경험에 대한 평가를 분석한 결과 행동 유형간에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 동일한 싸이월드라는 공간이 사용자가 추구하는 가치와 목적에 따라 각기 다른 공간으로 기능하고 있음을 보여주었다는 데에 의의가 있으며, 가치의 차이로 나타나는 행동 유형에 따라 싸이월드에서 소통하는 대상과 방식이 달라지고 경험의 의미 또한 달라질 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

최근 연구에 의하면 엘니뇨 패턴의 중심이 열대 동태평양에서 중앙태평양으로 이동하는 양상을 보이고 있는 것으로 보고되고 있으며 태평양 연안 국가를 중심으로 이에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 진화하는 엘니뇨패턴과 관련하여 한반도의 영향을 미치는 태풍을 중심으로 태풍의 활동특성과 그에 따른 지역별 태풍강우의 특성을 비교 분석하였다. CT/WP 엘니뇨와 관련하여 북서태평양 지역에서 발생한 태풍이 한반도에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 태풍에 의해 발생한 여름철 강우와 중호우 사상의 발생특성을 분석하였다. CT 엘니뇨해에는 한반도의 서남부 지역에서 태풍에 의한 여름철 강우가 감소하는 경향이 나타났으며, 동북부 지역에서는 증가하는 특성이 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 WP 엘니뇨 해에는 한반도 대부분 지역에서 태풍에 의한 여름철 강우가 증가하였으며, 중북부지역과 중서부 지역에서 통계적으로 유의한 증가패턴이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 성과는 태풍을 고려한 지역 맞춤형 기반시설 확충 및 유역대책 수립, 수자원 확보 등에 대한 기초자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
