The purpose of this study was to find an appropriate approaches for successful aging adapt to Korean older women 's needs. For this purpose, this study did a comparative study between middle-aged and elderly women. Data from the third Korean longitudinal study of aging were analyzed by network analysis and statistical methods. The results were as follows. From network analysis, it was identified the participation difference of productive activities between middle-aged and elderly women according to level of education, subjective heath condition and residential area size. From the multiple regression analysis, voluntary activity, existence of spouse, residential area, family income and level of education significantly affected satisfaction of life quality in middle-aged women while family caregiving, age, religion, residential area, family income and level of education were significant in elderly women's satisfaction of life quality. Based on these results, it was suggested several implications to increase productive activities according to characteristics of Korean middle-aged and elderly women.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the use and perception of adults concerning bokbunja (Rubus coreanus Miquel) products. Self-administered questionnaires were collected from 502 residents in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk area. According to the survey more females in their 20s responded than males (45.2 and 54.8%, respectively). In total, 82.6% of respondents had an income of under 4,000,000 won per month and most were living in the city. The results regarding knowledge about bokbunja products showed that the bokbunja wine score was highest (3.66), and intake frequency showed that over half of the respondents had never eaten bokbunja products. The preference for bokbunja wine by males was higher than that for females, whereas the others products showed higher scores for females than for males. When asked about how they knew about bokbunja products, 37.0% of males and 46.9% of females responded a family member or neighbor. When purchasing bokbunja products, males and females answered that they considered taste, country of origin, and manufacturer, and price. Approximately 48% of the respondents answered that they purchased bokbunja products in the grocery and department store. As a result, popularization of bokbunja products was based on product development and sales promotion, and the product development factor significantly influenced preference for bokbunja products.

본 연구의 목적은 유방절제수술을 받은 여성들을 위해 개발한 다섯 종류의 브래지어와 두 종류의 보정물 유형에 따른 착용감과 쾌적성을 검토하기 위한 것이다. 피험자로는 유방절제시술기간이 3년 이상이며 브래지어 사이즈 85에 컵사이즈 A컵인 여성 세 명을 선정하였다. 실험방법은 보정물을 삽입한 브래지어를 하루에 최소 15시간 이상 연속착용하도록 하고 실험복을 착용한 상태에서 피험자들의 일상과 그에 소요된 시간을 기록하도록 하였으며 이 때 착용한 브래지어와 보정물에 대한 느낌을 5점 척도로 표시하게 하였다. 실험기간은 다섯 종류의 브래지어를 하루에 한 가지씩 정해진 순서대로, 처음 5일은 옥보정물과 함께 착용하도록 하고 그 후 5일은 스펀지 보정물과 함께 착용하도록 하였으며 이러한 순서를 두 번 반복하게 하여 총 20일이 소요되었다. 각각의 피험자들에 대해서는 실험이 진행되는 동안 반복적인 면접을 통하여 진행상황을 기록하였으며 아울러 실험복에 대한 제언을 수렴하여 보다 나은 제품개발을 위한 기본 자료화하였다. 실험결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 브래지어에 있어서는 세 명의 피험자가 일치된 결과를 나타내어 일반적인 브래지어 형태와 가장 유사하면서 어깨 끈과 하변밴드 폭만 약간 넓혀준 실험복이 착용감에서 가장 높은 점수를 받았다. 착용자의 편의를 고려하여 앞트임으로 제작한 실험복의 경우에는 앞으로 구부렸을 때 밴드부분이 꺾이는 현상이 생겼으며 피험자들이 모두 뒤트임에 익숙하여 앞트임 브래지어 착용에 불편함을 나타내었다. 브래지어 착장평가에 있어서는 피험자들의 일상적인 행동이나 보정물의 종류가 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다 2. 보정물 평가에 있어서는 모든 피험자가 옥가루 재질의 보정물만으로는 수술부위를 자극하는 느낌이 든다고 하였으나 3mm 두께의 스펀지와 함께 삽입했을 때는 아무런 문제가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 보정물의 무게 조절이 가능하므로 실리콘재질의 보정물에서 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있는 무게에 대한 문제를 제기한 피험자는 없었다. 그러나 스펀지로 제작된 보정물에 대해서는 무게가 너무 가벼워 모든 피험자들이 양 쪽 가슴의 균형이 잘 맞지 않는다고 답하였으며 특히, 운동을 즐기고 활동이 많은 피험자의 경우 스펀지로 제작된 보정물에 대해 큰불만을 표시하였다.

Although social work practice skills are one of the important components of social work practice, research on social work practice skills has been very scarce. It seems that the reason might be a lack of standardized instruments used to measure social work practice skills. The purpose of this study is to validate a Korean version of the Practice Skills Inventory(PSI) developed by O'Hare and colleagues. The PSI is the only instrument developed in the field of social work to measure the frequency of social work practice skills that social workers use. A total of 310 social workers working in medical or mental health field were participated in this study. A result of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the Korean version of the PSI is composed of 4 factors like its english version. The Korean version of the PSI was also reliable and valid. Implications for social work research, practice and education are provided.

It confirmed the applicability as an anti-inflammatory material from Rubus occidentalis seed (RSE) extract. In HaCaT cells to evaluate the anti-inflammatory potential as a material RSE extract on the activity of the inflammatory factors caused by UVB and $IFN-{\gamma}/TNF-{\alpha}$. We measured the activity of ROS, interleukin-$1{\beta}$ ($IL-1{\beta}$), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) by ROS-Glo $H_2O_2$ assay and ELISA kit. Our results showed that the RSE extracts inhibit the UVB and $IFN-{\gamma}/TNF-{\alpha}$-induced ROS activities and expression of $IL-1{\beta}$, IL-6 and IL-8 in a dose-dependent manner. Also it was found that inflammatory mediators of the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibition were also brought, the expression of which is increased $PGE_2$ by COX-2 also inhibited. Finally RSE extracts measure the seed expression of filaggrin in the skin barrier, the main factor of the extract could be confirmed to increase the expression of the filaggrin damaged as a result of this concentration-dependent manner. Through this, it was able to confirm that the efficacy RSE extract to protect the inflammation by restoring the damaged layers of the epidermis. Results from more than RSE extract was able to confirm that the extract that has anti-inflammatory effects by improving the inflammation being produced from UVB.

Fandom is a meaningful social phenomenon that represents a significant dimension of contemporary Korean youth culture. Previous research, however, has considered fandom as a deviant activity that is negative in nature, and there is scant research on the positive effects of fandom activity. This study examined the effects of off-line and on-line fandom activity participation on adolescents' academic time management capability. Data were collected from three waves (2010, 2012, and 2014) of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (middle school cohort; N=2,206 at baseline). Results from the multi-level growth curve analysis were as follows. First, more than half of the adolescents reported participating in fandom activities, and the majority of them participated in both online and offline activities. Second, adolescents' academic time management capability improved over time. Third, both off-line and on-line fandom activity participation was positively associated with adolescents' academic time management capability at the baseline (first year of middle school). The size of this relationship, however, decreased over time (from middle school to high school). This study presented the importance of appropriate guidance by adults to develop and promote the positive aspects of fandom activity, and highlighted the need for further research that focuses on the positive aspects of fandom activities.

최근 경제활동의 확충 및 국민소득의 증가에 따라 해안역에 있어서 자연환경의 보존, Water-Front 및 Resort개발의 중요성이 보다 강조되고 있다. 그러나, 기존의 방파제 등과 같은 해안ㆍ항만구조물은 해저에서부터 수면위로 건설되어 해수유동을 차단하므로 해안환경측면에서 그 기능을 충분히 발휘할 수 없기 때문에, 근년에 파랑제어라는 원래의 목적에 부합될 뿐만 아니라, 해안환경 및 생태계측면에서도 우수한 기능을 갖는 잠제에 대한 연구를 활발히 수행하여 오고 있다. (중략)

제7차 교육과정에서는 초등학교에서의 인터넷 소양을 권장하고 있다. 인터넷을 교육에 활용하는 형태는 다양하지만 학교에서 이루어지는 활용은 정보검색이 주된 목표가 되고 있다. 학교서버를 구성하거나 도입하여 교육적으로 활용하는 방법에는 여러 가지가 있겠지만 본 연구에서는 리눅스를 이용한 서버를 구성하도록 제안하며 서버의 구성시 고려해야 할 점과 학교망에서 인터넷 서버로서 활용할 수 있도록 제안하고 있다. 학생과 교사간, 학교와 학부모간에 일어지는 교육활동의 한 부분과 교사의 업무를 인터넷 망을 이용하여 효율적으로 이용하다는 것은 교육의 참여도를 높여줄 뿐만 아니라 정보화에 대비하는 미래교육이 될 수 있는 것이다.

본 연구는 제조 부문과 서비스 부문 간의 서로 다른 6시그마 프로젝트에 대해 분석하였으며 각 부문 별 8편씩 실제 프로젝트 사례를 바탕으로 서술하였다. 서술 단계는 6시그마 기법 중 DMAIC 방법을 기본으로 하였으며 최근 6시그마를 도입하고 있는 서비스 부문에 대해 제조 부문과의 차이점을 분석하여 향후 서비스 부문이 6시그마 도입하는 과정에서 문제점과 나아갈 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

수서동물은 육상동물과 마찬가지로 섭이 후 소화와 흡수 과정을 통하여 생존 및 대사에 필요한 에너지원을 얻게 되므로 섭이는 생물의 활동에서 매우 중요한 부분이다. 동물들은 다양한 환경 조건에 따라 절식상태에 처하는 경우가 생기게 되고 절식시 이들은 행동, 생리 및 생화학적 방법으로 이러한 어려움을 극복하고자 노력하는데 이 때에는 생체내에 축적된 에너지원을 이용하게 된다 (Weatherley and Gill, 1987). (중략)
