Case Study and Development of Quest-Based Learning Using QR Code (QR코드를 활용한 퀘스트 기반학습 개발 및 적용사례 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm meaning for quest-based learning designed as one of learning methods with new media, which the contents were made of QR code based on smart-phone. For this purpose, this study conducted 8 times of class during one month with 32 elementary third graders. And analysis for the result of this study was carried out MANOVA focus on four sub-factor of motivation. The results showed positive effect for quest-based learning in attention and confidence factor on motivation. Quest-based learning of gaming version as a learning method using various media can use a learning method for facilitation of learner participation, supporting of learning by doing.

  • Knowledge contents acquisition has received very little attention in the study of knowledge management, unlike knowledge sharing and utilization. For an organization to generate and preserve a competitive advantage, it is vital that its knowledge contents be acquired. This study analyzes, by quantitative approach of surveys, the degree of activities of knowledge contents acquisition for the employees of a local government organization. The results show that the employees of a local government are not aggressively involved in knowledge contents acquisition activities. Lessons and implications of this study for management leadership are presented.

  • The emergence of the Internet as a tool for the business-to-consumer aspect of e-commerce has far reaching ramifications. Most importantly, it has created opportunities for businesses to reach out to consumers in a very direct was and create electronic markets. This study treats e-commerce as a technology adoption process and evaluates the suitability of popular adoption models. This research supports the use of the technology acceptance model to predict online shopping activity, both the intention to shop online and actual purchases. Also this research finds that the task-technology fit model is a valuable addition to the technology acceptance model for online shopping tasks.

The Web-Based Interface Design for University Students' Activity-Oriented Career Education (대학생의 활동중심 진로교육을 위한 웹기반 인터페이스 설계)

  • This study was designed to implement Activity-Orientated Career Education for college students, using the web-based interface. A draft web interface was designed by Rapid Prototyping and was thereafter taken to experts to review and determine the designs, in order to achieve the purpose of the study. Firstly, the sequence of activities of career education was run in accordance with the systematic order of Action Learning, in order to understand the overall design direction. Secondly, the design of the study may result in virtuous cycle-to-cycle. According to two major design directions, on the learning environment platform, the interface consisted of, knowing who I am; knowing who others think I am, knowing the job world; career decisions; career action plans; action planning; individual and co-evaluation; reflection; etc. These steps were designed to be implemented in accordance with strong interactivity of Wiki and Web 2.0 designs. This study was able to implement career education experiences centered around the activities of students at university, as well as experts, in order to increase the accessibility of Career Based Education on the web.

Perception of the importance and educational needs of job performance competency of National Competency Standards based vocational education curriculum in technical specialized high schools and meister high schools (NCS 기반 직업교육과정 도입에 따른 공업계열 특성화고·마이스터고 교사의 직무수행능력 중요도 및 교육적 요구에 대한 인식)

  • The study tried to investigate perception of the importance and educational needs of job performance competency of National Competency Standards based vocational education curriculum in technical specialized high schools and meister high schools. For this, the survey was conducted targeting 269 specialty subject teachers in technical specialized high schools and meister high schools. And the results are as follow: First, job performance competency were divided into 5 categories(curriculum guidance, school life guidance, class management, extraordinary activities and administrative duties) and 34 sub-categories. Second, higher importance values were curriculum guidance, extraordinary activities and school life guidance. Higher educational needs values were curriculum guidance, extraordinary activities and administrative duties in categories. Third, higher importance values were construction and reconstruction of NCS learning modules, organization and manage of NCS based vocational education curriculum, guide of the new laws and employment, student records manage, research activities of NCS, hands-on-background training, NCS projects in sub-categories. Fourth, the results show that the NCS experienced teachers more highly evaluated the importance and educational needs of the job performance competency than the NCS inexperienced teachers did.

  • 본 연구는 대학도서관 사서가 지각하는 근거기반실무 지식의 정도와 영향요인을 식별하고자 하는 연구이다. 근거기반실무 지식에 유의한 차이가 나타난 변인은 연령, 교육 정도, 고용 유형, 직위, 학술지 읽기, 학술대회 참여이었다. 근거기반실무 지식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육 정도, 학술지 읽기로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학도서관 사서의 근거기반실무 지식은 대학도서관과 사서직의 지속적 발전과 혁신의 촉진 요인이기 때문에 근거기반실무 역량을 향상시킬 수 있도록 연구 관련 활동을 지원하는 조직단위, 도서관계, 학계 차원의 지원과 정책이 필요하다.

A Study of the Impact of Digital Capability and Personal Ability on the Intent to Continue Economic Activity : Focused on the Adjustment Effect of the Role Model (디지털 역량과 개인적 역량이 경제활동 지속 의도에 미치는 영향: 롤 모델의 조절 효과 중심으로)

  • The rapidly changing social structure of the digital environment is having a significant impact on economic activities. That is also an important issue for Individuals who want to sustain economic activities and countries that support policies. Non-face-to-face industries have been revitalized due to the problem of human capital utilization attributed to aging population, the real economic recession caused by Corona 19, contraction of face-to-face economic activities, reduction of employment, and job instability. Accordingly, digital media contents based economic activities have become commonplace, and the government's main policy issue is to use human capital effectively for media contents based economic activities. Adaptation to the digital environment has become a necessity, not a choice, for those who wish to continue to be in employment. Therefore, this study analyzed the effects of digital and individual abilities on intention to sustain the economic activity and verified the modulation effect of the role model. In order to achieve the purpose of this research, an online survey was conducted on men and women aged 20 to 80 nationwide, and 382 of the 385 collected questionaires were analyzed. The SPSS 23.0 program was used to analyze this study, and the questionaire questions were measured using the Likert 5-point scale. As a result of the analysis, first, the ability to utilize media contents in digital capacity has a positive impact on the intention to sustain economic activity, and that the higher the ability to utilize the latest digital media contents such as SNS, the more likely the intention to sustain economic activity. Secondly, it was found that the financial strength of individuals' abilities was affected by the negative impact, and that the experiences were affected by positive(+) impact on the intention to sustain economic activity. Thirdly, the social environment has no significant effect on the intention to sustain economic activity. Fourth, it was found that family support amongst social support has a positive impact on the intention to sustain economic activity, and that various emotional support for families has increased intention to sustain economic activity. Fifth, the role model was found to have a positive(+) impact on economic sustainability, while the ability to utilize media content and family support played a modulating role on economic sustainability. Therefore, as a result of this research, the government's policy support for employment and entrepreneurship is required in accordance with digital media content based digital education and human structure in order to sustain economic activities.

  • 컴퓨터와 통신의 발달은 멀티미디어 개발 및 보급에 기여하였으며, 특히 인쇄매체를 대체하고 '전자'화된 전자교과서 시대를 열었다. 그리하여 그 동안 많은 전자교과서 모형 설계 및 개발이 이루어져 왔으며, 그 효과 또한 입증 된 바 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자교과서의 이점을 살려 초등학교 특별활동 의식행사 활성화에 기여하고자 한다. 현행 초등학교에서 특별활동 일환으로 실시되고 있는 의식행사는 '교과교육 외의 활동'으로 취급 되어 지면서, 교과서 없이 지도서만 가지고 형식적이고 한시적인 내부계획에 따라 진행 되었다. 이에 초등학교 특별활동 의식행사 전자교과서 모형 개발을 제안한다. 이 모형은 학습자로 하여금 다양한 멀티미디어 자료 학습을 통해 흥미와 관심을 갖고 의식행사에 참여할 수 있게 설계 하였으며, 기존의 전자교과서 기능에서 전자노트 기능을 추가하였다. 또한 교수자 측면에서는 전자교과서를 쉽고 간단하게 학습에 적용시킬 수 있도록, 학습모형에 기반 하여 설계함은 물론, 학습자료 구성하기 및 훈화자료 만들기 시스템을 통해 전자교과서의 활용 폭을 넓혔다.

  • 6 시그마는 현재 모든 비즈니스에서 경영혁신의 일반 단어가 되었다. 연구개발 분야에서 선 개발 활동을 통한 부가가치 창출과 시장 선점 활동을 하기 위해서는 초기관리와 불량관리 활동 및 TPM의 공통 필수 지주에 대해서 철저히 하지 않으면 안 된다. 이에 여러 가지 경영혁신 기법들이 제시되고 있지만 장점을 충분히 살리지 못하고 있다. TPM 활동을 극대화하기 위한 방법으로 6 시그마에서 사용하는 기법들과 사상을 TPM활동에 도입하여 TPM이 내포하고 있는 단점들을 해결하여 보다 높은 효과를 얻을 수 있는 새로운 통합 모형을 제시하고자 한다.
