The challenge shop is a means of countermeasure for empty store at downtown in Japan and takes effect all part of the city from 2000. Local self-government, chamber of commerce and industry or other organizations introduce the challenge shop with the object of a nurture talent. Raises the talented man can be the commencement of an enterprise to empty store from the area. It will reduce the empty store. But it is hard to accomplish purpose of business only by the founder of recruitment in manage challenge shop. Even though the challenge shop is not making more active only one time that is contributing to business district. This study focuses on the key success factor based on the way of managing challenge shops in Japan and draws the conclusion from the domestic challenge shop of Anyang Central market and Daejeon underground Central market that one market-on-one university exclusive charge system produces founders of new business.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influences of extreme flood on urban stream's habitat environment at Shincheon stream in Daegu. In case of Shincheon stream, as any extreme floods have not flowed over the artificial bank, an extreme flood have an effects on inner part of confined channel. To make riparian park along Shincheon channel, Concrete and rubber weirs are constructed. These weirs interrupted flow of running water as obstacles during extreme flood, and running water moved aside into and destructed banks of lower-flow-channel. In reach of no weir, as all small-scale topographic bedforms were eliminated, habitat environment of river ecosystem was simplified, and biodiversity of river ecosystem was decreased. As simplified riverbed become irregular bedforms through frequent small-scale-floods, river ecosystem will become vigorous.

The purpose of this research is to clarify the relationship between participation motivation of physical education and welfare service participants and physical health, emotional health and satisfaction of living in an integrated structure. The following results were obtained from the actual analysis by voting for general adult males and females participating in the National Physical Fitness 100 program. It was found that the external motivation had a positive effect on physical health and emotional health, internal motivation had a positive effect on physical health and satisfaction of life. It was found that physical health had a positive effect on emotional health and satisfaction of life and emotional health had a positive effect on the satisfaction of life. Therefore, participants participating in welfare services are expected to maintain their physical fitness and health through of National Physical Fitness 100 program physical strength and to improve the satisfaction of life and emotional health.

Many cities have instituted public art projects for the purpose of urban regeneration. The main objective of these projects is to revitalize an abandoned area through the culture of art. This endeavor however, seems to have become standardized, a one-time event, as institutionalized Public Art. The Maeulmisul Art Project has served as a complement to these problems, strengthening local identity and restoring community through use of local assets and artistic contributions of residents. There have also been areas in which the Maeulmisul Art Projects was taken as an opportunity to revitalize an area through linkage with other projects. This study examines the process of the formation of local identity and recovery of community through site-specific art of the Maeulmisul Art Projects. I would like to explore the possibility of implementing regional regeneration through use of the Public Art Project.

The purpose of this research is to study how an elderly male lives after the experience of bereavement, and to understand the experience's essence. The researcher picked 3 elderly men living alone after separation by death as test subjects and gathered information through in-depth interviews. The analysis of the information was done based on the three-dimensional space of narrative presented by Clandinin and Connely(2000), and it restructures the common experience under five meanings. The mutual themes of 'It's the life of a sinner, but not wanting to be seen as a widower to others', 'The fear for death, and the preparation for after death', 'Trying to stay alive for the children', 'Entering the world to find meaning in a gloomy life', and 'A lone goose lost in search of social warmth' came from the research results. The essence of the experience studied with the mutual themes as basis came out to be 'A struggle to take flight again after one broken wing'. This research has a major significance in that elderly males' experience of bereavement was studied in the dimension of time continuity, and that individual social interactions that are made by elderly males to continue their lives after the experience of bereavement were studied.

The vitality of the city's commercial district, which in the base of city life and provides vitality and diversity of life, has a great impact on the vitality of the entire city and the revitalization of the local economy. The revitalization of the commercial street is related to the activation of walking, and walking is closely related to the quality of life because it involves a wide range of interactions with the surrounding environment beyond simple movement. This quality of life leads to 'Livability'. In order to revitalize pedestrians on the commercial street, the liberty factor was derived and the importance of what was the most important and effective for the activation of the commercial street was analyzed. As a result, it was found that the items representing the atmosphere and purpose, which are detailed indicators of placeness, had a high priority, and it was found that the detailed indicators belonging to accessibility came out with a lower priority. In order to increase the livability of the commercial street, the priority is to increase the spatiality of the space, and if pedestrians are activated as the number of visits and stay time of visitors increases, it can be extended to the vitality of the entire area.

The current era's focus is on the surge in real estate prices triggered by the global economic downturn. This study advocated STO-based dispersed investment for the MZ generation, who has less capital than earlier generations. Existing real estate investment methods were categorized into online, offline, and hybrid formats and the effectiveness of the suggested STO was given in this study through case analysis domestically and overseas. The entry of STO into the financial industry was positively proved, and the efficacy of blockchain technology was validated, through the investigation of the STO framework. The findings of this study are projected to revitalize the new real estate sector by actively supporting the access of the MZ generation into the current inflexible real estate investment market by the application of blockchain and reflecting MZ generation's investment propensity.

지난 몇 년 동안 인터넷을 비롯한 각종 미디어 산업에서 사용자가 직접 제작한 콘텐츠라는 의미를 지닌 UCC(User Created Content)가 주목을 받았다. UCC는 사용자가 직접 이미지, 비디오 등의 형태로 제작한 콘텐츠를 말하는데, 이러한 UCC는 인터넷의 발달과 함께 크게 성장하게 되었으며 이제는 단순한 미디어나 콘텐츠로서가 아닌 하나의 산업으로 인정받기 시작했다. 또한 사용자와의 상호작용성과 체험적 형태를 지닌 상호작용 UCC가 등장함에 따라 이제는 UCC는 우리 생활과 밀접한 연관을 가진다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 최근 들어 각광을 받고 있는 스마트폰을 활용하여 스마트폰과 상호작용 UCC와의 융합적 접근으로 스마트폰 터치스크린 안에서의 체험형 UCC를 어떻게 제작할 것인지를 알아본다. 기존의 컴퓨터의 모니터를 통해서만 상호작용이 가능하였던 점에서 탈피하여 공간적 제약을 극복하고 누구나 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 기존 UCC와 새로운 스마트폰 터치스크린의 정보 기술과의 효과적인 융합에 초점을 맞추고자 한다. 그 동안의 UCC 파급효과를 보았듯이 UCC는 남녀노소 누구나 손쉽게 즐길 수 있다. 이러한 UCC가 최근 주목을 받고 있고, 사용자수가 급증하고 있는 터치스크린 기반의 스마트폰을 통해서 다시 한 번 UCC 시장에 활기를 불어넣을 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 또한 상호작용 UCC를 통해서 기존의 UCC 매체인 모니터를 이용하여 전달하고자 하는 것보다, 스마트폰의 장점과 강력한 특징인 터치스크린을 잘 살려 스마트폰을 통해 보다 효율적으로 전달할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

According to data released by the Covid 19 Self-Employed Emergency Response Committee, 95.6% of small business sales due to Covid 19 have decreased over the past two years, and the damage has further increased due to social distancing for quarantine. However, as all social distancing guidelines have rebeen lifted, and the commercial district has been revitalized, the Seoul Metropolitan Government is pushing for a project to foster local brand commercial districts so that small business owners or prospective founders who have closed their businesses due to the prolonged COVID-19. Therefore, this study propose the model that recommends alley commercial districts suitable for founders among the five alley commercial districts selected for the project to foster local brand commercial districts in Seoul. The Seoul Metropolitan Government's local brand alley commercial recommendation system recommends major population age groups and major industries in the commercial district by combining the population perspective model using Xgboost and the commercial district characteristic model using Decision Tree.

This study aims to provide a basis for preparing specific welfare measures for healthy lives of those who have lost vitality due to COVID-19 by identifying the Korean people's level of fear of COVID-19 and vaccine acceptability, and by examining people's life satisfaction. . The research results are as follows. First, the fear of coronavirus perceived by the survey subjects was found to be very high. Second, when compared to other vaccines against coronavirus, fear or fear of the vaccine was significantly higher. Third, the vaccine acceptance of adults perceived by the survey subjects was positive. Fourth, the reliability of the government policy on the coronavirus prevention vaccine was found to be relatively high. Fifth, in the evaluation of quality of life, economic satisfaction was lower than in other areas, and emotional satisfaction was found to be relatively high compared to other areas.
