Water Balance Analysis in the Yeongsan River and Seomjin River Basins Considering the Real Water Use System (실제 물이용체계를 반영한 영산강·섬진강 유역 물수지 분석 연구)

  • 영산강 유역은 타수계에 비해 농경지 비율이 높으며, 영산강 하류에는 나주평야 등 논농사를 하고 있어 농업용수 위주의 물이용율이 높다. 또한 4대호(광주호, 장성호, 담양호, 나주호) 이외의 대규모 다목적댐이 없어 수자원 확보에 어려움이 있다. 섬진강 유역은 유역변경으로 대부분 타수계로 물 공급이 이루어져 하천유량 부족, 섬진강 하류 생태계 피해로 물문제가 지속되고 있다. 이러한 물문제를 해결하기 위해 물관리 일원화에 따른 물이용, 수량, 수질 등을 모두 고려한 효율적인 통합 물관리 방안이 제시되고 있다. 통합 물관리를 위해 유역 내 수자원 이용현황과 물 문제해결 등을 고려한 용도별 최적 물이용 계획 및 효율적인 물관리 운영방안이 중요시되고 있다. 이를 위해서는 지역의 여건 및 특수사항을 고려한 장래 물공급량 변화 및 과부족량에 대해 분석하는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본연구에서는 대상지역인 영산강·섬진강 유역 특성 및 물공급체계를 파악하고 이를 반영한 물수지 분석체계를 구축하여 유역 내 수자원 현황을 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 실제 물이용체계를 반영하고 용수계통에 따라 자기유역 내 또는 타수계에 대해 용도별 수요량에 따른 공급량, 부족량을 산정하여 그 적용성을 평가하고자 한다. 이를위해 1) 하천수는 유수와 저수로 구분하고 유수는 하천 취수시설의 실사용량을 유역단위 수요량으로 추정, 저수는 다목적댐은 계약량, 농업용저수지는 필요공급량을 개별시설의 수요량으로 설정하여 각각의 수원(저수/유수)에 대한 수요량 대비 공급량과 부족량을 분석하였다. 2) 댐과 저수지는 용수공급조정기준에 따라 공급량을 탄력적으로 적용하고 농업용저수지는 가뭄등급에 따라 하천유지용수를 고려하였다. 3) 주암본댐과 섬진강댐은 송정 수위관측지점의 유량 상황에 따라 환경대응용수를 고려하였다. 4) 주안본댐과 주암조절지댐의 연계 운영을 고려하였다. 물수지 분석 결과 검증을 위해 주요 지점의 관측유량과 물수지 분석을 통해 계산된 유량을 비교하여 적용성 분석을 진행한 결과 상관관계가 높게 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 영산강·섬진강 유역 내 효율적인 물관리 방안 수립에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

A Study on the Improvement of the Efficiency of School Report Documentation Using Artificial Intelligence Technology in Natural Language Processing (자연어 처리 인공지능 기술을 활용한 생활기록부 작성 효율성 제고 향상 연구)

  • 본 논문에서는 대입수시전형에서 생활기록부 입력은 대한민국 입시를 결정하는 매우 중요한 평가자료이다. 30명의 교사를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 통해서 교사들이 생활기록부를 작성하는데 가장 많이 참고하는 자료로는 수행평가 결과물, 발표내용, 보고서, 감상문 등의 학습 결과물(90%), 학생들이 작성한 자기평가서(73.3%), 관찰 평가지(50%)로 나타났으며, 80%(24명)의 교사들이 생활기록부를 작성하는데 고충을 겪고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 교사들이 느끼는 고충의 원인으로는 학생들의 개인별 특성 파악이 어려워 차별성있게 작성하는 것(76.7%)을 가장 힘들어 하였고, 작성해야 할 많은 수의 학생(60%), 문구를 만드는데 대해 부담(86.7%)을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 이 과정에서 교사의 전문성 뿐만 아니라 기계적이고 반복적인 작업도 많이 요구되고 있기 때문에, 생활기록부를 작성하는데에 도움을 줄 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다고 고안을 내었다. 교사들 역시 반복적이고 일률적인 생활기록부 작성에 도움을 줄 수 있는 프로그램이 있다면 유용하게 활용할 것이라는 응답이 90%였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 자연어 처리 인공지능 기술을 활용하여 교사들이 생활기록부를 작성하는데 있어 기계적이고 단순한 작업을 도와 주는 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제시하였다. 제안하는 프로그램은 학생들의 탐구보고서, 토론, 발표, 감상문 등의 생화기록부 작성 참고자료들을 텍스트로 변환하고 추상요약(Abstractive Summarization)을 통해 교사들이 효율적으로 작성하는데 활용될 수 있도록 설계하였다. 연구 결과 생활기록부 작성 참고자료를 텍스트로 변환하는 것과 추상요약을 할 수 있는 개방형 데이터셋까지는 확보하였다. 추상요약을 구현하는 방법에 대해서는 보다 심도 있는 추가연구가 필요하였다. 이를 통해 교사들이 교육 본질에 더욱 충실할 수 있는 환경을 마련하고, 내실 있는 생활기록부 작성이 공교육 신뢰 제고에 밑바탕이 되고자 한다.

  • This paper presents an example of the introduction and operation of the PBL so that students can have the ability to apply the problems of corporate social responsibility and ethical values that must be considered by exporting companies or multinational companies, which are the main research subjects of business dynamics. As a result, students were able to broaden their views through self-directed classes and presentations, listen to and share opinions of other students through discussions, and were able to take a logical approach to judgment standards involved in specific corporate activities, showing that the PBL teaching method is effectively applied to business ethics classes.

  • In this study, John Burningham's picturebooks(『Come Away from The Water, Shirley』, 『Time to Get Out of The Bath, Shirley』) was analyzed using the concept of carnival among Bakhtin's conversationalism theory. In John Burningham's picturebooks, the unconscious desire for the deviation of the main character, Shirley, is transformed into an adventure in an extraordinary imaginary world, and is depicted as a festival with laughter. Through picturebooks, children are satisfied by indirectly experiencing the forbidden behavior in reality by converting it into an event in the imaginary world. This indirect experience is very important for children to naturally resolve their dissatisfaction in reality and to develop their own original inner development. This study also suggests that providing an environment where children can easily access various picturebooks at home or early childhood education institutions plays a very important role in their growth.

Inverter-Based Solar Power Prediction Algorithm Using Artificial Neural Network Regression Model (인공 신경망 회귀 모델을 활용한 인버터 기반 태양광 발전량 예측 알고리즘)

  • This paper is a study to derive the predicted value of power generation based on the photovoltaic power generation data measured in Jeollanam-do, South Korea. Multivariate variables such as direct current, alternating current, and environmental data were measured in the inverter to measure the amount of power generation, and pre-processing was performed to ensure the stability and reliability of the measured values. Correlation analysis used only data with high correlation with power generation in time series data for prediction using partial autocorrelation function (PACF). Deep learning models were used to measure the amount of power generation to predict the amount of photovoltaic power generation, and the results of correlation analysis of each multivariate variable were used to increase the prediction accuracy. Learning using refined data was more stable than when existing data were used as it was, and the solar power generation prediction algorithm was improved by using only highly correlated variables among multivariate variables by reflecting the correlation analysis results.

Development of Prussian Blue-laden Magnetic Janus Micro-adsorbents for Remediation of Cs+ Ions in Wastewater (프러시안 블루가 함입된 자성 야누스 미세 흡착제 개발 및 이를 이용한 폐수 내 세슘정화)

  • Here, we develop a centrifugal microfluidic reactor with simple, fast, and high-throughput manner for the generation of magnetic Janus micro-adsorbents (MAs). By using the multi-micronozzle consisting of two separate aligned needles and centrifugal tubes, we have synthesized highly monodispersed Prussian blue- and magnetic nanoparticle-laden micro-adsorbents (PB-MNP-MAs). The enhanced cesium (Cs+) adsorption was demonstrated by conducting the adsorption isotherm and kinetics experiment which can be contributed to the porous nature of the Ca-alginate networks with a high surface area of embedded PB nanoparticles, resulting to perform rapid adsorption activity within 10 min. After Cs+ adsorption process, the as-synthesized PB-MNP-MAs were successfully harvested by introducing the external magnetic fields. Therefore, we believe that our findings can be provided new direction towards the development of advanced functional adsorbents in biological and environmental fields.

  • Recently, interest in Edu-Tech, which applies new technologies to the educational field, is growing. Edu-Tech is now being naturally used in schools, allowing both teachers and students to adapt to these changes. Particularly, there's significant attention on using Edu-Tech to bridge the educational gap through various teaching and learning strategies. This study focuses on the importance of self-directed task management by students for supplementary learning. It developed and utilized a math learning platform that enables teachers to easily provide and manage necessary tasks for students. Initially, the study developed "Sussam-MathTeacher" a problem-based learning application for middle school students, aimed at enhancing problem-solving abilities. This platform operates as a task management system, allowing teachers to assign or recommend problems to either the entire class or individual students. It aims to improve students' problem-solving abilities through a process that includes presenting necessary tasks, monitoring their own progress in solving problems, and self-assessing growth. Through this study, students demonstrated improved problem-solving skills by tackling tasks suited to their levels using "Sussam" highlighting the critical role of teachers in the digital educational environment.

Analysis of Static Shift and its Correction in Magnetotelluric Surveys (MT 탐사에서의 정적효과 및 보정법 분석)

  • In magnetotelluric (MT) surveys, small inhomogeneities near the surface cause a static shift in which apparent resistivities shift regardless of frequency. As the static shift in MT data leads to errors in subsurface structure interpretation, many studies have been conducted over the past few decades to mitigate or remove the distortions it caused. The most representative method involves removing static shifts from the data before inversion. Conversely, static shifts can be corrected during inversion or included in the inversion process. In addition, other geophysical data can be used to remove static shifts. However, the correction methods are limited to one-dimensional (1D) static responses, and limitations remain in two- or three-dimensional (2D or 3D) interpretation of distorted MT data owing to static shifts. This study provides a foundation for future studies on static shift by analyzing several previously published methods.

The Influence of Information Security Techno-stress and Organizational Justice on Compliance Intention: Focusing on the Theory of Planned Behavior (정보보안 기술 스트레스와 조직 공정성이 준수 의도에 미치는 영향: 계획된 행동이론을 중심으로)

  • Organizations amplify their information security (IS) technical investments as the demand for IS escalates. This research suggests conditions for enhancing insider compliance with IS, focusing on the potential for behavior modification through techno-stress and organizational justice, based on the theory of planned behavior. To test the proposed hypothesis, this study utilized a survey methodology on 383 employees from companies with implemented IS. The test results showed that IS techno-stress (overload and uncertainty) caused by reduced attitudes of employees, and organizational justice increased subjective norms, influencing IS compliance intentions along with self-efficacy. Additionally, organizational justice has been found to alleviate the adverse effects of IS overload and uncertainty on attitudes. The findings are expected to help clarify measures for achieving IS performance within the organization by proposing organizational justice conditions to improve the negative IS environment of the organization.

Paleomagnetic Study of the Proterozoic and Mesozoic Rocks in the Kyeonggi Massif (경기육괴에 분포하는 원생대 및 중생대 암석에 대한 고지자기 연구)

  • A paleomagnetic investigation of the Mesozoic Daedong Supergroup and the Precambrian Seosan Group in the Kyeonggi massif is carried out to elucidate the tectonic evolution of Korea under the effect of the collision between Korea and the North/South China Blocks. For the Daedong Supergroup, the characteristic direction of D/I=74.5$^{\circ}$/36.7$^{\circ}$(k=60.7, $\alpha$=5.1$^{\circ}$) after tilt correction is better clustered than that before tilt correction (D/I=61.9$^{\circ}$/52.8$^{\circ}$, k=4.4,$$\alpha$_{95}$=21.5$^{\circ}$), indi-cating that it is a primary magnetization acquired during the formation of the rock. Paleomagnetic pole position of the formation locates at 208.0$^{\circ}$E, 24.5$^{\circ}$N (n=14, K=67.5, $A_{95}$=4.9$^{\circ}$), statistically similar to those of Middle Triassic period of the SCB, revealing that the two had occupied the same tectonic unit during this period. It is observed that only 6 out of 33 sites of the Seosan Group yield remagnetized paleomagnetic direction. The rest of the sampling sites reveals severe dispersion of magnetic directions presumably due to the consequences of the collision between Korea and the North/South China Blocks. The characteristic direction of the Seosan Group is D/I=45.7$^{\circ}$/60.1$^{\circ}$(k=41.2,$$\alpha$_{95}$=10.6$^{\circ}$) and the corresponding pole is at 195.0$^{\circ}$E, 51.6$^{\circ}$N (n=6, K=20.8, $A_{95}$=12.4$^{\circ}$). Although the pole position is close to those of Jurassic period of the Kyeonggi massif and Early Cretaceous of the Kyeongsang basin. it is interpreted that the Seosan Group was remagnetized by the influence of the emplacement of the Jurassic Daebo Granite after or at the closing stage of the orogenic episode rather than under the direct effect of deformation and/or metamorphism caused by the collision.
