This study was identified to affection factors the life satisfaction among the college students with allergies by ecological approaches. This study was secondary analysis by using the 2015 Korean Community Health Survey (CHS) raw data, it analyzed 1,862 college students with allergies. Male students' life satisfaction were explained by 7.9% as degree of allergic diseases, frequency of breakfast, networking with friends, social activities with relatives, social activities with religion, satisfaction of natural environment and medical health service. Female students' life satisfaction were explained by 3.0% as frequency of breakfast meal, social activities with relatives and satisfaction of natural environment. We need to make the strategies and policies to improve of student's intake breakfast and make campus' green space.

This study examined how the facility satisfaction, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, and depression of the elderly in care facilities affect their life satisfaction. The objects of the study were 271 elderly in 8 care facilities located in Seoul and associated areas. The results of a questionnaire, which was carried out from the 10th March to 25th August 2013, were analyzed. For data analysis, a t-test, one-way variance analysis, correlation analysis, and proof analysis on the SPSSWIN 18.0 program was conducted at the significance level of 5%. The analysis revealed the following. First, there were differences in the life satisfaction depending on age, sex, education level, and marital status. Second, life satisfaction was related to service satisfaction, medical service satisfaction, facility environment satisfaction, and self-esteem. Third, life satisfaction was higher if self-esteem, service satisfaction and facility environment satisfaction were higher, and if the family relationship stress was lower. Overall, self-esteem, service satisfaction, and facility environment satisfaction of the admitted elderly were positive influential factors of life satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to verify the causal relations among related factors of job and life satisfaction among 805 wage workers with disabilities. The study conducted a path analysis using the $8^{th}$ Panel survey of Employment for the Disabled data. The results are as follows. Firstly, the life satisfaction scale was categorized into the human relationship satisfaction and the material environment satisfaction by an explorative factor analysis. These two satisfactions are directly affected by Job Satisfaction (JS) and Job Involvement (JI), not directly affected by Job Engagement (JE). Secondly, JS and JI have a complete mediated effect on the path from JE to these two satisfactions. Thirdly, an indirect effect in the path reaching JS was shown to be significant in a dual mediating effect through JS and JI. Based on this study, it is recommended the way of vocational rehabilitation counseling and the related supporting strategies and programs devise toward a JS of wage workers with disabilities, vocational rehabilitation field practitioners and professionals should consider properly intervening job factors.

This study of elderly couples examined the main environmental factors affecting the married life satisfaction and life satisfaction of the spouses. The survey was conducted on 60-year-old elderly couples who live in the metropolitan area of Seoul and Gyeonggi. A total of 400 questionnaires were used to analyze the exception of a number of 12 388 additional missing data. The results were as follows. First, environmental factors affecting the marital satisfaction of spouses' personality suitability and gender role attitudes appeared in the economic conditions. Second, the spouses environmental factors affecting the life satisfaction turned out to be the gender role attitude, reliability and economic conditions. Third, the major environmental factors affecting both spouses married life satisfaction and life satisfaction was found to be the gender role attitude and economic conditions. Fourth, the environmental factors representing a moderating effect on the supporting spouse between environmental factors and life satisfaction appeared to be the personality suitability and economic conditions. These results suggest that the recent increases in the twilight divorce rate may be due to the marriage satisfaction and common factors of gender role attitudes. Therefore, to improve the lives and economic conditions as well as the satisfaction of the spouse, the support of important factors are needed to adjust the crisis of old age couples. Therefore, a relevant policy that targets elderly couples through counseling and education will be needed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of service quality for seasonal visitors of Korea National Arboretum using Importance-performance analysis. Data were obtained from visitors of Korea National Arboretum on spring, summer, autumn. Results of analysis showed that all season visitor's satisfaction was high. The IPA was undertaken with total 24 variables about service quality of arboretum. Results of IPA was founded that summer visitors want to improve some services (information facilities, forest museum, conveniences, etc). Autumn visitors, on the other hand, thought that some services (kindness, active responsiveness, variety of plant, etc) are overinvested. As a results, there is differences between importance and satisfaction about seasonal service quality.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of educational environment on job on the educational satisfaction and recommendation toward the educational service among the students who are major in cooking and confectionery bakery in Busan area. In addition, current student conducted to perform the moderating effect of part-time condition. In order to achieve the purpose of current study total 299 students of 2-year college students were employed and it was educational statistically analysed using SPSS 20.0 program. Three-step hierarchical regression analysis was employed to check whether the major part-time job experience had a moderating impact or not. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the educational environment and educational satisfaction, and the adjustment effect was partially adopted in the educational environment. Eurthermore, the part-time condition has positive influence on the relationship between environmental element and educational1 satisfaction, so the moderating effect was verified. These results will be contributed to provide marketing strategy to improve the educational environment service for students as well as related foodservice industry.

This study is a descriptive correlation study to confirm the relationship between external environment factor, nursing work environment and internal factors such as job satisfaction and social support. A survey of 173 nurses was conducted. The results showed that the average nursing work environment was 2.43, job satisfaction was 3.04, social support was 3.44, and intention to work was 4.3. Nurses' intention to work was positively correlated with nursing work environment, job satisfaction, and social support. The most important factor affecting the nurse 's intention to work was job satisfaction, and explanatory power was 93%. In conclusion, in order to increase the job satisfaction of nurses and to improve their job-intention, it is necessary to pay attention to sufficient manpower and material resources to secure a good quality nursing work environment and to find new and various ways to increase emotional trust among colleagues It is necessary to induce them to work for a long time.

본 연구의 목적은 최근 건설된 노인전용 조합주택으로 입주한 노인가구를 대상으로 거주자 측면에서의 주거환경 평가이며, 아울러 미국 조합주택에 대한 이해를 도모하고자 한다. 설문지를 통해 수집한 자료는 빈도와 백분율 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 총 171가구가 본 조사에 참여하였다. 조사대상 가구주의 평균 연령은 76세였으며 교육 수준은 높았고, 가족형태는 부부나 독남가구가 대다수였다. 조사에 참여한 가구들은 저렴한 주택비용, 안전성, 주택유지 및 관리의 용이성, 주거 내의 접근용이성을 현 주거환경의 선택 동기로 손꼽았다. 현 주거환경의 평가를 물리적 환경, 사회적 환경, 그리고 거주자 참여방식의 관리에 대한 만족도로 크게 3가지로 나뒀으며, 물리적 환경 관련 요소가 주거환경 평가와 관련한 만족도에 가장 중요하게 작용하였다. 본 연구결과는 장기적인 주택관련 비용의 저렴화와 노인의 독립성을 위한 지원성이 강화된 물리적인 환경의 구축이 무엇보다 주거환경 평가시 중요하므로, 향후 노인전용 대안주택 계획시 이점에 대해 고려되어야 할 것이다.

This study is a study on the satisfaction of the living conditions of the residents of Chungcheongnam-do, and the analysis data was based on the results of the Chungcheongnam-do social survey conducted in 2020 by Statistics Korea. The results of the analysis on the satisfaction of the living conditions of the residents of Chungnam Province are summarized as follows. The level of satisfaction with the quality of life of the living environment, which is a personal characteristic, was 5.92 out of 10 for the degree of satisfaction with one's life, and 6.28 out of 10 for the overall value of the work one is doing. The overall life satisfaction of the region (city and gun) was analyzed as 5.81 out of 10, indicating that the satisfaction of Chungnam residents was more than average. In addition, satisfaction with the residential housing environment was analyzed with the highest frequency and ratio of 43.5%, with 226 people being slightly satisfied. Satisfaction with facility use was also slightly higher in 231 people, showing 44.5% response rate, and slightly higher in women than in men. This study is meaningful in that it provides basic data such as policy implications for improving the quality of life by grasping the social interests related to the quality of life and the subjective consciousness of the people of Chungnam.

This study analyzes the influences of the working environments and conditions(job cooperation, working condition, stress, compensation and reward, and achievement) on the job satisfactions, and the differences for the staff members to perceive them among staff members according to demographic variables. One hundred staff members of K library were participated in the survey using questionnaires. There were significant differences in the perceptions on the stress, compensation and reward, and achievement according to demographic variables. The job cooperation and achievement among work environments and conditions significantly influenced on the job satisfactions of the staff members.
