A Study on Improvement of Assistive Technology Device Support System for the Work Disabled in Korea (보조공학기기 지원제도 개선 방안에 관한 연구)

  • The study is purposed to investigate the current status of assistive technology devices(ATDs) and to explore ways to improve the ATDs support system for work. As a method, domestic and foreign systems were investigated to derive implications can be applied in Korea based on the analysis framework that compromised Gilbert and Terrell's policy analysis model and research purpose. Next, a survey was conducted on 202 disabled supported ATDs for Work. They were looking for a job or working. We would like to suggest a plan as follows. First, it is necessary to improve the support process centered on consumers. Second, the expansion of items and supplementation of the quality management system should be considered. Third, it is urgent to expand the application qualifications. Finally, the foundation for improvement should be continuously laid. We expected the direction of improvement of the support system will be established.

Exchange Rate Changes Cause Conflicting Effects on Improving the Quality and Increasing Market Share of Eco-friendly Vehicles (환율 변화의 친환경 자동차 품질 향상과 시장점유율 확대에 대한 상충효과)

  • This paper shows that when the exchange rate changes, there are conflicting effects on improving the quality and increasing market share of eco-friendly vehicles. In a vertically differentiated duopoly model consisting of high quality clean cars and low quality internal combustion engine cars, I set up a two-stage noncooperative game under perfect information that the quality levels and the prices of the cars are competitively determined. The vehicles are assumed to be produced in countries that use distinct currencies. When the exchange rate of the country that produces low quality cars rises, the producer prefers to intensify competition due to the relatively lowed cost, and the incentive for quality improvement arises from the intension of attempting to reduce the degree of differentiation of quality level. At this time, the clean car manufacturing firm tries to avoid competition due to weakened competitiveness, and increases the quality level to expand quality differentiation. However, in this case, the market share of eco-friendly vehicles shrinks. On the other hand, if the exchange rate changes in the opposite direction, the market share of eco-friendly vehicles is expected to increase, but the quality of both cars are deteriorated, causing a conflict effect.

The Evaluation of Seepage Characteristics in Reinforced Embankment Constructed on Low Permeable Clay Layer Through Centrifuge Model Tests (원심모형실험을 활용한 투수성이 낮은 기초지반에 위치한 보축 제방에서의 침투 거동)

  • In this paper, a series of centrifuge tests were performed to evaluate the seepage characteristic of reinforced embankment. The centrifuge models simulated an actual embankment reinforced by enlargement of levee cross-section. The centrifuge models have the same conditions except the locations of enlargement with low permeable material : water-side and land-side. In addition, the prototype embankment is constructed on low permeable clay layer. In the case of water-side reinforcement, the reinforced zone makes water head down and the saturated zone of embankment propagates slowly. In the case of land-side reinforcement embankment, the saturated zone enlarged relatively faster but the amount of exit water at land-side toe was very small because of the land-side reinforcement zone. The low permeable clay foundation layer was being continuously saturated by the inflow from the embankment as well as the uplift flow from the permeable layer induced by the excess pore water pressure.

  • BPR(Business Process Re-engineering)은 업무 프로세스를 혁신적으로 재설계 함으로써 급속한 외부환경과 내부환경의 변화에 능동적으로 대처하고자 하는 기업의 경영혁신 기법, 조직 재설계의 수단으로 도입되었다. 해마다 시행되고 있는 정보화평가위원회의 국가 정보화 사업에 대한 평가는 정보화 사업의 성과관리에 있어 BPR에 따른 조직과 제도개선 성과를 포함하여 제도혁신에 대한 인센티브 제공 둥 조직과 제도혁신 강화의 필요성이 강하게 주장되는 등 BPR은 공공부문으로 점차 확대 될 추세이다. 본 연구는 조직적 문제의 해결을 통하여 지방자치단체 GIS의 효율성을 제고 하고자 하는 목적으로 출발하였다. 따라서 BPR의 이론적 고찰을 통하여 지자체 GIS BPR의 개념을 정의하고, 지방자치단체의 GIS 시스템 도입 이후의 업무 프로세스의 변화, 업무 변화의 양상, 잠재적 업무 효과를 BPR의 기법을 통해 보여줌으로써 조직 재설계의 수단으로 GIS BPR의 가능성을 모색하였다. 이는 GIS 발달 단계에 따른 효과 창출의 패러다임을 고려한 지방자치단체 GIS 업무의 변화를 수용하는 능동적이고 융통성 있는 조직 모형을 찾는 것이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 단위조직, 진화조직, 전체조직의 GIS 발달 단계에 따른 지방자치단체 GIS 조직 모형을 규정하였다. 본 연구를 통한 시사점은 지방자치단체 GIS 조직이 현재의 단위조직 수준에서 진화조직의 단계를 걸쳐 전체조직으로 향하는 가능성을 제시했다는 점이다. 이는 지방자치단체가 각각의 단계에서 GIS의 도입 효과를 창출하기 위하여 충실히 수행해 할 것이 무엇인지를 BPR을 통해 조직적 차원에서, 그리고 조직이 다루는 업무영역의 차원에서 접근했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 지방자치단체 GIS 기본계획에 있어 조직 측면의 장기적 비전의 제시가 가능하며 이를 통해 보다 성숙된 GIS 사업의 추진과 효율적인 시스템의 운영이 가능할 것이다.. 이상의 결과를 종합해볼 때, ${\beta}$-glucan은 고용량일 때 직접적으로 또는 $IFN-{\gamma}$ 존재시에는 저용량에서도 복강 큰 포식세로를 활성화시킬 뿐 아니라, 탐식효율도 높임으로써 면역기능을 증진 시키는 것으로 나타났고, 그 효과는 crude ${\beta}$-glucan의 추출조건에 따라 달라지는 것을 알 수 있었다.eveloped. The Effects of Export Insurance on Korea's Exportation before and after 2008 Financial Crisis (글로벌 금융위기에 따른 수출보험이 한국의 수출에 미치는 영향)

  • In this paper, we explore the effects of export insurance on the Korea's export by using the gravity model with the data of 112 countries that Korea exports on years of 2005 and 2009. For this model, we used the Korea export as a dependent variables and real GDP, distance between the two nations, export insurance, country credit rating of the Korea's counterpart countries and FTA were used as an independent variables. The results show that the underwriting performance of the export insurance and the sovereign credit rating of the export counterpart countries have the positive impact on Korea's export. Also, the impact of the export insurance is more increasing to the Korea exportation but the importance of the economy size of the export counterpart countries decreased after 2008 global financial crisis. Particularly, the influence to the export by the sovereign credit rating has diminished in that period and this seems to be due to the export insurance has increased. These results imply that the export insurance plays an important role to promote the Korea's exportation since 2008 global recession. Especially, if the recession continues, then there will be more crippling impact to the small-mid size companies rather than large size companies. Therefore, Korea government should do their best to continuously expand the export insurance for the purpose of increasing Korea exportation, expecially to the small-mid size companies.

An Analysis for Influencing Factors in Purchasing Electric Vehicle using a Binomial Logistic Regression Model (Focused on Suwon City) (이항로지스틱 회귀모형을 이용한 전기차 구매 영향요인 분석 (수원시를 중심으로))

  • An electric vehicle is emerging as an alternative to the response of global climate change and sustainability. However, an Electric vehicle has not been popular due to the constraints such as its price or technical limitations. In order to analyze the effect of purchasing electric vehicles, this study conducted a binary logistic regression model that demonstrates the relation between purchasing and influencing variables. Variables which have high correlation were excluded from the model through the correlation analysis to prevent multicollinearity. Socio-economic variables such as the number of owned vehicles, sex, ages are not significant. On the other hand, Variables related to prices, charging and policy are found to have a significant to effect on the purchase of electric vehicles. In accordance with the model estimated result, it seems to be necessary to improve the charging incentives, or to provide electric car information and to expand opportunities for experience electric vehicles. The result is also expected to be helpful for spreading electric vehicles and formulating policies.

Moderating Effects of Personal Innovativeness in Mobile Banking Service (모바일뱅킹에서 개인혁신성의 조절효과)

  • 모바일뱅킹은 빠르게 성장하고있으며 은행서비스의 많은 부분이 모바일뱅킹에서 제공되고 있다. 하지만, 모바일뱅킹을 사용자들이 수용하는데 개인의 혁신성이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 불행히도 모바일뱅킹은 그 특성상 제한된 화면을 사용자들이 사용하기가 용이하지 않다. 본 연구는 개인혁신성(PI)의 관점에서 모바일뱅킹을 수용하는데 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히고 자하였다. 특히 다른 정보시스템에서 많이 사용된 지각된 유용성(USF) 및 사용의 용이성(EOU) 변수뿐만 아니라 지각된 즐거움(ENJ)의 요인을 추가하여 모바일뱅킹 수용에서 영향요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 336명의 모바일뱅킹의 사용자들에게 설문을 실시하였으며, 응답자들을 두 그룹(개인 혁신성이 높은 그룹과 낮은 그룹)으로 분류하여 구조방정식모형에서 집단간차이를 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 개인 혁신성(PI) 모바일뱅킹 수용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 세부적으로 분석해 보면 개인혁신성이 높은 그룹이 낮은 그룹 보다 더 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히, 사용의도와 사용의 유용성 그리고 지각된 즐거움 사이의 경로계수 값의 크기가 개인혁신성이 높은 그룹이 낮은 그룹보다 높았다. 여기서 지각된 즐거움의 경우 개인 혁신성이 높은 그룹이 낮은 그룹 보다 더 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 모바일뱅킹 서비스의 성장과 확대에 실무적으로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 분석된다.

Interface Server Model for the Effective Data Link between Public Data Portal and Open Platform (공공데이터와 오픈플랫폼의 효율적 자료연계를 위한 연계서버 모형)

  • According to the public open data policy, the government established the demanders-oriented and customized open data plan and allowed people to use plenty of public data free. There are, however, few geospatial information systems to maximize its usability. For the purpose to make the effective geospatial information services, this study examined how data was linked between the public data portal and open platform first. And then this proposed the interface server model to support the data link between these systems technically.

  • Metropolitan transport demand has increased in Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA) due to the expansion of its role and land use. Various public transport modes have to be supplied to relieve road congestions for the convenience of users. During the constructions of theses infrastructures some conflicts between the central government and local governments arise for sharing financial resources. In this study finance sharing criteria is developed for the metropolitan BRT, transfer facility, and public garages. Finally, a case study has been done for the metropolitan BRT between Cheongra and Hwagok area in SMA.

  • This study reviews planning support systems (PSS) in the context of the development processes of urban models(focusing on Land-Use Transport Models, LUTM) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS), both of which are key components of PSS supporting spatial plannings like urban and regional planning. It also explores changing planning environments like increased demands of citizen participation, especially in the environmental sector like global warming, and intensified development of Information technologies based on Internet and mobile networks. As a conclusion this study proposes a prototype of portal service to support low-carbon city planning to mitigate the greenhouse gas as an alternative to supplement or reinforce PSS, reflecting the changing planning environments.
