Aesthetic impression is emphasized in the recent field of implant restoration. However, there is limitation of creating proper shape of soft tissue as well as cervical emergence profile due to the use of pre-existing healing abutment in the process of initial post-operative soft tissue healing period. Designing the shape of abutment into the final customized abutment instead of its original shape helped to achieve more aesthetic implant restoration by applying healing abutment which could minimize the malposition and recession of soft tissue. In this study, soft tissue healing was promoted using the post-operative customized healing abutment and thereby obtained the result of more aesthetic and functional restoration by minimizing displacement of soft tissue in the process of applying final customized abutment.

The gametophytes of Cyrtomium falcatum and Cyrtomium caryoptideum var. coreanum arising from spores were mechanically homogenized and cultured In vitro, to study their gametophyte ontogeny and sporophyte development. Homogenized gametophytic tissues formed as one-dimensional filaments after 2 weeks in culture and then glowed into blanched gamatophytes after 4 weeks. After 6 weeks, which were developed to two dimensional plates with apical notch and meristem in central zone. After 8 weeks in culture, apomictic buds were formed on the midribs without archegonium formation and these buds developed to sporophytes after 10 weeks in culture. Flow cytometric analysis of gametophytes and apomictic sporophytes revealed that both forms had the same ploidy level in C. falcatum and C. caryoptideum vu. coreanum, respectively. This is to certify that C. caryoptideum var. coreanum was an apomictic fern as well as C. falcatum.

Most cases of child abuse in South Korea are caused by parents in the family home. Currently, these types of incidents are growing. Child abuse creates irreparable damage to a child's development and its effects are prolonged. This damage can create a maladjusted adolescent and adult criminal acts. Because of this damage and the long lasting effects on a person and society as a whole, special attention needs to be paid to this pressing issue. South Korea's rapidly changing social environment has created a variety of new family forms including dual-income families and single-parent families. With the current economic downturn and accompanying employment instability, many families exist in uneasy financial and emotional states. The children in these stressful family environments are the most vulnerable and live in risk of experiencing physical or psychological abuse from their parents. In the context of significant and often difficult social changes, this study identifies the characteristics of child abuse based on family status and parental mental health.

Containers are fitted with various placards on the surface to indicate the risk of cargo. If the containers are loaded with dangerous goods, care should be taken in handling the containers. Therefore, as part of the port automation system, there is a demand for automatic placard recognition. In this paper, proposed is a method to extract placard areas from a container image, which is the first part of the placard recognition system. The fact that placards are of various types but all have a diamond shape can be an advantage in recognition. However, it is a disadvantage in recognition that the placards can be distorted in various ways because the container surface is not flat. When the proposed method was applied to actual images, type I error did not occur. In addition, since the shape feature of the object and basic image operations are used to extract regions of interest, it can be applied to various shape-based region extraction problems.

To examine the sex morph, fruiting characteristics and seed viabilities of Acer palmatum var. matsumurae (Koidz.) Makino, the flowers and seed-sets of 101 trees were collected from early April to late October 2010, and floral structure and seed viability were studied. Among investigated 101 trees, 73.3% of trees were protandrous (PA: pollen is shed before stigmas are receptive) and 26.7% were protogynous (PG: stigmas are receptive before pollen is shed). Acer palmatum var. matsumurae has heterodichogamous sexual system. Number of flowers and seed-sets per inflorescence are significantly different between sex morphs, and PA has more flowers and seed-sets per inflorescence than PG. Rates of sound seeds and decayed seeds are significantly different between sex morphs. Rates of sound seeds were 46.4% in PA, but 65.6% in PG. and rates of decayed seeds were 49.6% in PA, but 23.6% in PG. The differences of decayed seeds' rates between sex morphs might be related with the timing of pistil flower blooming and insect pests' outbreak.

The purpose of this study was to nutritional aspect of tofu. Tofu is a widely-enjoyed food made from soybeans, and it is a great example of how a simple food like soybeans can be woven into human food traditions in a way that is natural, inexpensive, and nourishing. One of the most important things to remember about tofu is its basic whole food nature. Tofu is produced with significantly less processing than most low-fat soymilks, it is a soy food that is much closer to a "whole foods" category than soy protein isolates and concentrates. From a health benefits standpoint, there are also benefits to tofu that has been fermented. Replacing meat and dairy with tofu and other soy products would also lower our total cholesterol intake by about 125 mg per day and our saturated fat by about 2.4 g per day. These nutritional changes, in turn, would lower our risk of several chronic diseases, including cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

To achieve the advertising objectives, we must first draw out consumer's advertisingto advertising, and then realize the data processing course from comprehension to the retention of the advertising contents. In current media environment, however, the value of advertising as the method of attracting consumer's attention is declining due to the current situation of newspaper and magazine advertising as follows. As for newspapers, competitive messages are increasing on a continuous basis; the size of advertising section and the number of newspaper pages has been increased along with the popularization of color advertising. As for magazines, more pages are allocated for advertising rather than for the actual contents. In such communication environment, it is believed that only the advertising capable of uniquely appealing to consumers can achieve the purpose of advertising. Hence, this research attempts to discuss the effective ways of promoting attention in print media through the case studies covering the design principles relating to layout and the layout format, among the visualization processes related to the consumers'memory.

세포질에 존재하는 100 kDa Phospholipase $A_2$(cPLA$_2$)는 인지질의 sn-2 위치의 에스테르결합을 가수분해함으로서 Prostaglandin과 Leukotriene등 Eicosanoids 생합성의 전구체인 아라키돈산과 Platelet activating factor(PAF)를 생합성하는 전구체를 동시에 생성시키는 효소로 염증과 세포손상등에 중요한 역할이 기대된다. 본 효소의 활성화 기전을 규명하고자 하는 최근의 활발한 연구에도 불구하고 불명확한 점이 많은 것이 현실이다. 특히 세포를 자극하였을 때 유리되는 아라키돈산의 증가율과 세포를 파괴한 후 조제한 가용성분획에서 측정한 활성의 증가율과는 많은 차이를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과부터 cPLA$_2$ 효소 자체를 활성화시키는 어떤 인자를 가정하였다. 최근, PLA$_2$의 또다른 형태인 14 kDa의 분비성 PLA$_2$의 in vitro 활성을 증가시키는 인자가 동정되어 그 생화학적 특성이 규명되고 있으나 이 인자는 cPLA$_2$의 활성에는 아무런 증가효과를 나타내지 않았다. 본 연구자들은 소의 뇌조직에서 cPLA$_2$의 활성을 증가시키는 인자를 발견하고 그의 생화학적인 특성을 규명하였다. 돼지 비장에서 정제한 cPLA$_2$를 사용하였으며 소의 뇌 조직의 가용성 분획으로부터 본 활성화 인자를 동정하였으며 그 활성분획을 양이온 크로마토그라피로서 Mono S EPLC와 Superose 12 Sepharose gel filtration 크로마토그라피를 이용하여 더욱 분리한 결과 약 70 kDa과 25 kDa에서 각각 용출되었다. 이렇게 부분정제한 활성은 췌장에서 분리한 group I과 흰주의 group I과 흰주의 혈소판에서 분리한 group II PLA$_2$에 대해서는 아무런 증가효과를 나타내지 않는 반면, cPLA$_2$의 활성만을 약 5배 증가시켰다. 본 활성은 cPLA$_2$ 효소량의 증가에 따라 활성의 증가효과가 정차 감소하므로 화학량적인 반응(Stoichiometric reaction)일 것으로 예상되었다.

Ron Arad, the master of contemporary design in the U.K., is one of representative leaders of this age who has left distinguished achievements in the history of contemporary design through innovative design. Analyzing and understanding the Deconstructive design concept and the deconstructive characteristics of interior space of Ron Arad will contribute to finding directions for today's design and laying the ground for explaining the development pattern of design in the 21st century. After analyzing the deconstructive characteristics of each selected space, One Off and Ron Arad Associates have shown a deconstructive design trend of a creative formula by using methods that shed conventional processes and material while a space composition and form of new concept was attempted in the resting space of the New Tel Aviv Opera House, offering not only the establishment of a new circulation system, but also diverse experiences of space to visitors. Likewise, a temporal experience and communication between the user and the space was attempted in Belgo Noord and Belgo Central by partially applying a narrative space composition that sheds existing design concepts. At the Millennium House, they have produced an interior space for future house developed by breaking off from existing typical design development work and material through computer operation, and made various forms of space and atmosphere possible by attempting variable elements and the use of ultramodern material. Y's fashion shop has granted variability to the form and volume of space according to time by presenting display elements that have shed existing form and function. Hotel Puerta America as well, with a curved structure that has broken off with existing forms and maximized space variability through structures that have utilized ultramodern materials and instruments. Through this study, it has been verified that Ron Arad has been unraveling connections between interior space and its user, its requirements, and the original unique principles of space by applying deconstructive design concepts, and that through the mediation of these spaces, he is attempting indirect communication with the user. Eventually, he is taking part in the harmony and development of all elements of space connected with human beings by applying deconstructive design concepts.

Eighty seven strains were isolated from 164 dried marine products(dried squid and dried alaska pollack etc) in Seoul Garak wholesale market. Among 87 isolates, twenty four E. faecalis and 4 E. faecium were identified by API strep kit. Twenty eight strains of E. faecalis, and E. faecium were resistant in streptomycin (95.6%), kanamycin (84.5%), gentamycin (66.7%), cephaloxin (97.8%), ampicillin/sulbactam (88.9%), ticarcillin(66.7%), amikacin (97.8%), sulfonamides (97.8%), ceftriaxone (75.6%), nalidixic acid (100.0%), and cefoxitin (100.0%), and were susceptible in amoxicillin/clavulanic acid(97.8%), chloramphenicol(95.6%), sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim (97.8%), and tetracycline (71.1%). Also, ten strains of E. faecalis was resistant in $S-K-GM-CF-SAM-TIC-An-S_3-CRO-NA-FOX$ drugs simultaneously. Conclusively, E. faecalis strains from dried marine products were resistant on antibiotic drugs residue.
