This Risk analysis on information related assets is conducted primarily according to the standards the Korea Information and Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) or the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The process is made of asset analysis, threat analysis, vulnerability analysis, and response plan analysis. The risk for information related assets belongs to the operational risks suggested by BIS (Bank for International Settlements) and the information related losses can be estimated in terms of BIS' suggestion. In this paper it is proposed that how to apply the method proposed by BIS to estimate the loss of information assets.

많은 국내 기업들이 중국으로부터 되돌아 오지만, 한편으로 더 많은 기업들이 중국으로 진출하고 있다는 사실은 중국에 대한 관심을 단적으로 짐작하게 한다. 중국의 GDP(국내총생산)는 1978년 개혁 이후 22년간 연평균 9.5% 이상의 고도성장을 이루었으며, 2000년을 기점으로 1조 달러를 넘어섰다. G7의 나라별 GDP규모가 대체로 1조 달러를 넘어선다는 것으로 이 수치의 의미를 알 수 있다. 중국이 미국과 같은 수준에 도달하는 시점에 대해, 지금과 같은 8%의 경제성장률을 지속적으로 유지할 경우 2050년이 될 것이라고 예상한다. 학자에 따라서는 이보다 훨씬 이른 2020년이라고 예측하기도 하지만, 여하튼 중국은 건국 100주년이 되는 2050년에 미국에 버금가는 세계의 경제강국이 되겠다는 목표를 갖고 있다. 여기에서 흥미로운 사실은 아시아 경제위기 발생 이후 미국과 중국이 세계경제 속에서 차지하는 위상이 뚜렷이 동반 상승했다는 것이다. 당시 일부에서는 미국이 중국을 견제하기 위해 투기성 자금을 동원, 아시아 금융위기를 고의로 터뜨렸다는 소위 음모론을 제기하기도 했지만, 어쩌면 세계경제가 조만간 미국과 중국의 '쌍끌이'에 의해 움직일 가능성도 높아지고 있다. 청도는 이러한 중국 경제성장의 중추적인 역할을 담당하는 도시이며, 이미 지난 호에서 청도의 경제상황과 역사, 그리고 도시와 건축을 살펴보았다. 이번 호와 다음 호에는 (주)무영종합건축사사무소의 합자회사 설립과정과 운영, 전망, 그리고 진행 프로젝트를 소개할 것이다. 먼저, 합자회사인 TMI의 설립과정과 운영, 그리고 첫 프로젝트인 양광해안 주거단지에 대해 살펴보기로 한다.

오늘날 국민생활에 전기의 의존도는 날로 높아지고 또한 매우 다양하고 고품질의 전력공급을 요구하고 있으며 정보산업사회로의 진입에 따라 고객의 기대수준에 전력공급설비의 발달이 미처 따라주지 못하고 있어 고객에게 감동을 주는 서비스의 실현이 더욱 어려워지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 특히 서울 명동지역은 구건물의 밀집지역으로 상권이 형성되어 있고 외국인 관광객들의 명소로 점차 자리잡아 가고 있는데 반해 전력공급설비는 국내 초기 지중화지역으로 기기설치 공간이 부족하여 노후된 건물 옥상에 다수의 변압기, 케이블이 설치 운영되고 있어 설비관리의 어려움뿐만 아니라 신규전력공급에 부응치 못하는 한계에 도달, 특히 밀집상가의 화재발생 우려 등 많은 문제점으로 안정적 전력공급을 위한 대책이 절실히 요구되는 상황이 되었다. 따라서 이 난해한 문제의 해결과 설비개선을 위해 보다 근원적인 대책을 모색하고자 ‘99년 초 한국전력공사 서울지역본부에 설비혁신 Task-Force를 운영, 명동지역에 가칭 배전 Station 건설을 포함한 종합정비사업을 추진키로 하였다. $\ulcorner$배전 Station$\lrcorner$ 이란 건물 내에 개폐기, 변압기 등 전력기기를 모두 수용하여 전력을 공급하는 소형 배전형 변전소 형태로 국내는 물론 세계적으로도 찾아보기 힘든 경우라 할 것이다. 건울과 설비가 복잡하기로 유명한 유서 깊은 명동지역의 특수한 주변 환경과 조화된 안정적 전력공급의 획기적인 대안으로 실현되고 있는 영동 배전 Station은 현재 3개소를 추진하여 준공단계에 있으며 도심건물 밀집지역의 전력공급에 만전을 다할 것으로 기대하고 있다.

인터넷은 한마디로 "정보의 바다"라고 할 수 있다. 다른 방향에서 본다면 인터넷이란 하나의 거대한 도서관이라고도 할 수 있다. 도서관에서는 각 정보를 색인화하여 쉽게 정보를 찾아 볼수 있게 되어 있고 새로운 정보가 나오면 추가로 색인을 재 정리하는 시스템으로 되어 있다. 인터넷도 도서관의 색인 시스템과 마ㅏㄴ가지로 전세계의 전산망 특히 산업보건과 관련된 기관에 접속하여 키보드로 산업보건정보를 찾을수 있게 되어 있다. 그렇다면 우리가 어떻게 전세계에 산재되어 있는 대형, 소형, IBM, 매킨토시 컴퓨터의 전산망에 접근하여 정보를 찾아 낼 수 있는가? 하고 의문을 갖는 사람들이 있을 것이다. 인터넷이 바로 그것을 가능하게 해준다. 그러면 어떻게 인터넷에 접근을 할 수 있는가? 많은 대학의 전산망, 교육망, 연구망을 통해 인터넷에 연결되어 있고 여러가지 상업서비스도 생겨나서 인터넷접속이 얼마든지 가능하다. 그러나 여기에는 또 한가지의 문제가 있다. 인터넷은 UNIX 운영시스템으로 구성되어 있기 때문에 약간의 UNIX언어를 알아야 인터넷 접근이 가능하다는 것이다. 이런한 문제 때문에 일반인들은 인터넷의 접근을 회피하게 된다. 그러나 이러한 단점은 World Wide Web(WWW)와 Web browser라는 프로그램이 나오면서 해결되었고 요즈음 일반적으로 많이 사용하고 있는browser는 Mosaic과 Netscape라는 프로그램이다. Netscape은 UNIX운영시스템이 탑재된 work station이나 대형컴퓨터에 보다 많이 이용되고 일반 개인용컴퓨터 사용자는 Mosaic 프로그램 버그(bug)가 적기 때문에 주로 사용하고 있다. Netscape도 사용법에 있어서는 Mosaic과 별 차이가 없다. 필자는 Netscape보다는 Mosaic을 주로 사용해 왔기 때문에 Mosaic을 이용하여 인터넷에 접근하는 방법과 필자가 접속해 본 미국의 산업보건관련 기관을 소개하고자 한다.

This study would present a risk analysis method to evaluate stable tap water supply in a multi-regional water supply system and propose a measure for the evaluation of the effect of the conjunctive operation of the multi-regional water supply system using this. Judging from the vulnerability for the crisis response of the entire N. multi-regional water supply system, as compared to the result of Scenario 1 in which no conjunctive pipes were operated, it was found that in Scenario 2, in which conjunctive pipes were partially operated, the vulnerability of crisis response decreased by about 30.6%, and as compared to Scenario 3, the vulnerability of crisis response decreased by 86.2%. In setting a plan for stable tap water supply in N multi-regional water supply system, using the estimated value and the method for the evaluation of the vulnerability of crisis response by pipe, by interval and by line, it is judged that this can be utilized as a basis for the judgment of the evaluation of the operation or the additional installation of conjunctive pipes.

This study was conducted with 92 people who participated in the online self-introduction consulting program operated for 3 weeks in August, 2020 at a university. This is a study to find out whether the application of the online self-introduction consulting program helped prepare for employment. As a result of the study, there was not enough self-introduction to be written in advance or the employment target organization was not clear. After participating in the online self-introduction consulting program, it was very helpful in preparing for employment, and the service utilization of the related self-introduction program was high. They responded that a series of questions about the templates in the program helped to write the self-introduction letter. It was said that the interview preparation process is necessary as a necessary job support education

To investigate the current status of Sex Education for children with Developmental Disabilities and to effectively operate Sex Education programs, 12 teachers working in special education institutions and childcare services for Children with Developmental Disabilities were selected. Focus Groups Interview were conducted to identify opinions and requirements on the three themes through literature review. In the case of Sex Education for Children with Developmental Disabilities, difficulties in operating Sex Education were identified because the direction of education was inconsistent and individual characteristics and needs were not taken into account.

This research aims to provide a solution for the improvement of private security according to the change in criminal environment. The main cause of crime can be found in the anti-functional dimensions including value set disorder, social phenomenon variation, information-based, globalization and urbanization. In this environment, the private security sector has dramatically increased in a quantitative viewpoint, but it is insufficient in a qualitative viewpoint. This paper recognized this problem and demonstrates a solution for improvement through classifying elements of private security into relevant legislation, education institutions, security companies and security associations. The analysis result is a follows: First, motivation and satisfaction rate of escort and security related major has shown to be high. However, respondents evaluated the guard educational institution negatively. Second, the motivation of entering into the private security sector for internal staffs has shown to be positive and sound. However, the job satisfaction rate has shown to be low due to excessive competition, negative perception of occupation and low earning. Third, respondents gave an average mark to the Security Association's management and operation. In addition, the mutual-aid project received the same mark. Negative feedbacks were given to the protection of member's interest and to association operation and policy, while positive feedbacks were given to the degree of member's cooperation towards association policies.

This study analyzes the copyright problems of document delivery services based on interlibrary loan which are operated by KERIS and KISTI according to the agreements with KORRA. As a result of the study, we found that there are limitations of the libraries and copyright works to implement the document delivery services. Also, the electronic document delivery is the only between librarians and there is no provisions in the agreements for individual users who are not affiliated to libraries. This study suggests introduction of the ground provision for the interlibrary loan in the Copyright Act of Korea and development of authoritative guideline for details of document delivery services. Also, the study suggests that end users to request documents could be print out it but the library have to install systems to avoid copyright infringement. Finally, the study proposes the copyright fee based model for the document delivery services for individual users.
