항공우주산업의 선도적 기술혁신은 타 산업으로 연계 파급 효과가 매우 클 뿐 아니라 역으로 연관산업의 발전이 없이는 기술적 우위를 확보하기 어렵다. 항공우주산업이 높은 기술파급효과를 가지는 이유는 수백만 개의 부품을 퍼즐처럼 조립하는 전형적 복합체계종합산업이기 때문이다. 때문에 기술체계가 매우 복잡하고 관련된 산업 기술 분야 또한 매우 넓다. 항공우주 부품의 생산과정이 매우 복잡하고 엄격한 안전규정을 충족해야 하기 때문에 모기업에 대한 의존도가 높은 강한 가치사슬 구조를 지니게 된다. 항공기 개발 산업은 설계, 생산, 자본재 조달에 있어 계약 관계에 크게 의존한다. 수요특성 면에서는 군 또는 대형 항공사가 주된 수요자로서 상당히 높은 수요독점력(monopsony power)을 지니고 있어 관련 업체(Player)간 협상을 통해 계약관계가 형성된다. 계약 관계는 거래 당사자간의 흥정 또는 협상을 통한 게임으로 지배되는 경향이 많아 상호 정보의 교류는 매우 필수적이다. 항공우주산업 완제품 획득에 있어 체계종합과 부품소재 간의 효율적 연계는 매우 중요한 문제이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 필요기술과 그 소요시점에 있어 부품소재 개발자와 체계설계자는 서로 상이한 시각을 지나고 있다. 양자간의 차이점을 밝히고 전략적 연결점을 제안함이 본 연구의 주제이다. 본 연구는 2004년 산업자원부와 한국산업기술재단이 작성한 항공우주산업기술로드맵의 결과를 바탕으로 항공기 개발 과정에 있어 체계설계와 수많은 부품간의 관계를 파악하고 전략적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

New system solves scheduling problem in medical services. The existing scheduling system by FCFS is for a hospital but new system expresses the condition of a hospital and the profit of separate system's parties by the automated negotiation. This system expresses user preference time as a priority number and is designed that the schedule is changed according to the priority number with a negotiation strategy for a patient. And a hospital makes a schedule according to the policy. The system supports customer satisfaction in medical services by considering not only equipment efficiency but also the patent waiting time unlike the existing system considering the idle time for a equipment.

The Importance of SEP (Standard Essential Patents) Procurement Operation is on the side of Governmental and Public both to accelerate the national trade negotiation competitiveness. To operate cooperative system of SEP creation and management, Government should monitor the effect and performance periodically to public sectors. and To achieve the support objectives, it should establish the virtuous circle infrastructure between R&D and economic performance on SEP. This can make the SEP enhancement to pursue the international competitiveness on Intellectual Property Rights. Especially the specific support approach to each phase of the SEP declaration matrix is essential to consolidate the possibility of SEP creation and acquisition. In this study, the concepts of SEP to accelerate the national trade negotiation competitiveness and the prior research were verified through the investigation of market trend and current state of affair analysis. Through the analysis of international and domestic situation of SEP procurement and management, We have found the results as follows. First of all, the leading conglomerates and the Government should focus on the secondary and tertiary industries to create and acquire SEPs to accomplish the effectiveness of selection and concentration. In second, the SMEs and Univ. Labs should focus on the quaternary sector of the economy to retain the competitiveness of speed and challenge on SEP related. From this study, the appropriateness of the tailored-support management model should be institutionalized, and the results implied an research in order to examine the suitability among the current SEP to enhance the competitiveness of national trade research issues.

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships between leisure constraint, leisure constraint negotiation and leisure participation of Chinese students studying in Korea. A total of 210 respondents, participating in the athletic competition for Chinese students, were selected to conduct this study, using the purposive sampling method. Finally, 194 surveys except 17 respondents, were used for this study. The reliability of the questionnaire was analyzed using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ with SPSS 18.0 and the Simple Regression Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis were conducted. As a result, Main findings were as follows; First, leisure constraint had a positive relationship with leisure constraint negotiation. Specifically, leisure constraint had an influence on 'leisure activity partner search' and 'leisure activity intensity control effort' out of leisure constraint negotiation strategies. Second, leisure constraint had a negative relationship with leisure participation. Third, leisure constraint negotiation had no significant influence on leisure participation.

The purpose of this study was to analyze Structural relations among leisure facilitators, leisure constraints negotiation, and serious leisure for winter sports participants In order to achieve the purpose of this study, total 320 data were collected who are participating in winter sports at 4 Ski resorts located in Gyeonggi and Gangwon area. The collected data analysis were conducted using SPSS 21.0 and Amos 18.o and its result is as follows; First, through the model-fit validation regarding hypothetical model of leisure facilitators, leisure constraints negotiation and serious leisure, the model-fit was satisfied the standard. Second, leisure facilitators showed no significant effect on both leisure constrains negotiation and serious leisure but leisure constraints negotiation showed significant effect on serious leisure. After validation, all suggested hypotheses were selected. Leisure facilitators showed positive effect on continuous participation on planned, strived serious leisure by encouraging leisure participants and boosted constraints negotiation effort that eliminates negative situation which caused by physical, conscious strategic leisure participation overcoming restricting factors.

기업의 전략적 제휴와 관련된 이슈는 (1)계약체결이전의 문제(제휴의 동기 및 파트너의 선정), (2)계약상의 문제(계약 협상), 그리고 (3)계약이후의 문제(제휴의 운영 및 관리)의 세 가지 측면에서 접근가능하다. 본 연구에서는 전략적 제휴 이후의 결합효과 증대와 공동의 목표달성을 위한 제휴의 성공적 운영 및 관리에 초점을 두고 그 핵심전략으로서 상호호혜적 조정노력(가치-공유적, 일치성-중심 및 친교적 조정노력)을 제안한다 구체적으로, 전략적 제휴에 있어서 상호호혜적 전략이 파트너 기업과의 관계(파트너기업의 협력행동 유발, 기업간 상호적응성, 그리고 파트너 기업의 기회주의적 행동 억제)와 효과성(거래비용감소 및 관계지속의지) 사이의 관계를 구조적으로 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

WTO 기본통신협상 체결에 따른 국내 통신시장의 개방환경조성으로 정보통신 관련업체가 대응전략의 수립에 고심하고 있는 가운데 최근 정부는 전기통신사업법 개정안을 입법예고 했다. 동법 개정안에 따르면 국내 민간 부가통신사업자의 경우 별정통신사업자로 등록이 되면 자사의 전용회선설비를 이용하여 기간통신역무의 제공이 가능해져 국내 전기통신사업의 새로운 지평이 열게 될 것으로 전망된다.

대학에 갈등이 없을 수도 없고 오히려 약간의 갈등이 있다는 것은 그 대학이 살아 있다는 반증이 될수도 있다. 대학 내 갈등의 처리는 협상과 타협에 인색하지 말고, 상대방에게도 승리감과 명분, 위신을 세워주고 상처를 주지 않도록 배려하는 전략을 써야 할 것이다. 대학 구성원은 같은 조직에 몸담고 교수, 연구 봉사라는 대학의 목표와 기능을 위하여 거의 평생을 같이 노력해야 할 사람들이기 때문이다.

미국 상무성의 전기통신정보국(NTIA)은 지난해 말 새대통령이 실행해야 할 미국 전기통신 정책과 정책결정기구의 개혁에 관한 제안문서(NTIA TELECOM 2000: CHARTING THE COURSE FOR A NEW CENTURY)를 발표하였다. 이 제안보고서는 1989년 1월 발족한 부시 새정권의 산업정책을 선도할 것이며 앞으로 미국 통신정책의 구체적 방향의 근간이 될 것으로 보인다. 또한 이달부터는 재개될 것으로 보이는 한미간 통신협상에서도 미국 무역대표부는 이 보고서에 근간하여 협상전략을 짤 것으로 예상된다. 이 보고서는 제1부 "전기통신, 정보정책에 있어서의 중요과제"와 제2부 "전기통신, 정보분야의 연구"로 구성되어 있는데 본란에서는 제1부의 정책제언 중 각 분야의 권고내용을 중심으로 소개한다.
