The primary purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationships of single party bargaining system on the cooperative and participative labour-management relations using the samples from several teachers' organizations. This study seeks to identify a reasonable single party bargaining scheme though empirical research as well. Results of empirical study are summarized. Finally suggestions, implications and limitations of the present study are also discussed.

In this study, we attempt to identify factors that influence the performances of Korean firms regarding global R&D cooperation, and to derive policy implications for performance improvement. The hypothetic influential factors include firms' general characteristics, purposes and types of cooperation, technology, partners and their countries, and government support. We categorize the performances of global R&D cooperation into technological, economic, and strategic performance, and analyze the effects of those factors on each of the performances as well as the overall performance. We use a standard tobit model for the overall performance, while using a multivariate tobit model for the other performances to reflect the possible correlations among them. The survey data was collected from 162 Korean firms that had previously conducted or were currently conducting global R&D cooperation.

As social needs are increasing to minimize the occurrence of external effect due to urban development and to diffuse the benefits of development to surrounding areas, diverse cooperative planning methods are increasingly being discussed. In the long term, laws and systems need to be refined to support cooperative planning, but prior to such development, elements, procedures, and methodologies wherein cooperative planning in U.S.A cases could be implemented were examined to derive the alternative to and implications of cooperative planning that can apply not only to single administrative districts but also to complex boundary new towns being developed by various local governments. This paper surveyed and analyzed the cases of Wisconsin State of the U.S.A, thereby deriving the following implications. First, joint planning areas should be established within the boundary area of various local governments to establish cooperative planning areas in special areas such as complex boundary new towns, and to this end, urban planning means should be prepared. Together with such efforts, to boost the flexibility of cooperative planning, life sphere unit-based planning unit should be established, and a well-organized operation system to activate communities should be prepared. Also, revenues, generated through regional growth, should be distributed to individual local governments through joint tax according to the agreed-upon ratios, and as such, measures to share services and operate joint tax in small-size regions should be secured. Together with such efforts, to establish cooperative governance, measures to manage conflicts through the participation by stakeholders and arbitrators should be prepared from the planning stage, and measures for implementing cooperative planning at the level of basic urban planning should be prepared.

기업의 경쟁단위가 그 기업이 포함된 공급사슬로 확장되고 구매에 대한 전략적 측면이 강조되면서 구매자-공급자 기업간의 관계가 정예화된 장기적인 협력을 추구하는 경향으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 구매자와 공급자간 협력의 요인과 행태에 대한 다각적인 분석과, 구매자와 공급자 양측의 관점을 포괄적으로 이해하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구는 통신산업에서의 구매자와 공급자의 개별적인 측면에서 측정된 결과를 이용하여 구매자-공급자 비교연구를 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 구매자와 공급자가 가지고 있는 협력에 대한 인식과 행태의 차이를 발견할 수 있었다. 구매자 측면에서는 전환비용, 목적 호환성, 조직간의 신뢰가 중요한 협력의 설명 요소로 나타났으며, 공급자 측면에서는 기술적 예측불확실성, 목적 호환성, 공정성 인지가 중요한 협력의 설명 요소로 파악되었다.

본 논문에서는 미국·영국의 사례를 통한 정책적 함의를 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 미국의 경우 초기 대응자로서 민간 부문의 중심적인 역할, 공공과 비영리 그리고 민간 부문 조직들의 협력적 대응, 자원봉사자들의 적극적인 참여, 평소 민간 부문에 대한 훈련, 민간 기업의 기민성과 영국의 경우 위기관리를 위한 언론의 협조자 역할, 정부의 언론을 통한 위기관리의 중요성 인식 등은 우리에게 시사하는 바가 크다. 요컨대, 미국·영국의 경우 전 국가적 차원에서의 대테러활동을 위한 민·관 간의 협력적 운영이라는 사실과 더불어 우리나라 대테러 관계기관 실무자들의 민·관 협력 기능의 필요성에 대해 시민의식의 향상, 시민단체와 민간 기업의 사회적 공익 분야 강조, 언론의 역할 정립에 대한 인식이 높아지고 있는 시점에서 대테러시스템 운영을 위해 이들의 역할과 기능이 더욱 확충되는 방안을 모색해야 할 것이다.

A collaborative filtering which supports personalized services of users has been common use in existing web sites for increasing the satisfaction of users. A collaborative filtering is demanded that items are estimated more than specified number. Besides, it tends to ignore information of other users as recommending them on the basis of information of partial users who have similar inclination. However, there are valuable hidden information into other users' one. In this paper, we use Association Rule, which is common wide use in Data Mining, with collaborative filtering for the purpose of discovering those information. In addition, this paper proved that Association Rule applied to Recommender System has a effects to recommend users by the relation between groups. In other words, Association Rule based on the history of all users is derived from. and the efficiency of Recommender System is improved by using Association Rule with collaborative filtering.

본 논문에서는 컴퓨팅 집약적인 현대와 미래 사회를 대비하기 위한 컴퓨터 교육의 목표를 계산적 사고 및 이를 바탕으로 한 협력적 문제 해결 능력의 향상으로 보고 이를 실현하기 위한 컴퓨터 교육의 전망과 과제를 제시하였다. 계산적 사고 향상을 위한 컴퓨터 교육은 컴퓨터과학을 전공하는 학습자 뿐 아니라 모든 학습자를 대상으로 이루어져야 하며 이를 위해 초 중등학교 컴퓨터 교육과정의 체계적인 개선 및 계산적 사고를 바탕으로 한 간학문적 융합 학습 활동의 설계 및 평가 전략의 개발이 요구된다. 또한 여학생, 특수교육대상 학생과 같은 정보 소외 계층 학습자들의 컴퓨터과학에 대한 관심과 참여를 조장하고 협력적 문제 해결 활동을 지원하기 위한 학습 환경을 제시하여야 한다. 따라서 이러한 과제를 해결하기 위한 새로운 접근으로 예술과 컴퓨터과학의 융합 교육 활동인 E-Textiles 프로젝트의 특성과 연구 동향, 국내 적용 방안을 제시하였다.

Collaborative knowledge is continuously producted and modified by group individuals during collaboration and it is also fostered in a radical trust environment like Wiki. The example is Wikipedia. However I found out a big problem as difficulties of exploring when the knowledge space is extended more and more widely. To solve this problem, collaborative knowledge management systems are implemented based on wiki. The one is navigation map that supports the efficient exploring and the another is knowledge map that supports a convergent thinking in a group. In this study, we examined the effectiveness of navigation map and knowledge map.

본 연구의 목적은 디지털콘텐츠산업에서 영상콘텐츠와 기술의 두 분야 모두에서 유저중심의 R&D 기능을 강화해 나가야 한다는 점에서 지금까지의 현장밀착적 인력양성 교육위주 방식에서 탈피하여, 첨단 디지털영상산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 새로운 산학협력의 모델을 마련하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2009년부터 진행되었던 정책과제와 지원사업과 산학협력사례 분석을 통해 그 문제점을 찾아보고, 교육과 산학협력이 성공적으로 이루어진 해외 대학의 사례를 검토해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 국내의 대학에서 전공교육과 산학협력의 활성화가 상호 유기적으로 이루어질 수 있는 새로운 형태의 산학협력 방안을 모색하게 될 것이다.

본 논문에서는 전자상거래 발전 단계 및 프로세스 공유에 대만 문헌 연구, 프로세스 표준화 작업. 현행프로세스 유형 및 현행 프로세스 방식 등을 비교하여 살펴보고 CPFR 프로세스를 연구한 후 CPFR 구현 사례 및 시사점을 연구하여 프로세스 공유를 통만 협력적 전자상거래의 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.
