A Study on the Library Cooperation between South and North for the Unified Korea (통일 한국을 대비한 남북한 도서관교류협력에 관한 연구)

  • Non-ideological information exchange and cooperation based on the scholarly and cultural fields would be the most effective project of south and north Korea for gaining the national homogeneity and trust in the long-term perspective. In this context, this study researched the measures on cultural exchange and cooperation between south and north through national libraries for the unified Korea. Related with that issue, this study analyzed function and limitation of national library in north Korea and evaluated library cooperation between south and north Korea in the frame of cultural cooperation project. So, this study suggested the stepwise model of the library cooperation between south and north based on the five practical measures including the cooperation governance system.

The Effects of Cooperative Labor-Management Relations Climate on Organizational Performance: Moderating Effects of Strategic Human Resource Management (협력적 노사관계분위기가 조직성과에 미치는 영향 - 전략적 인적자원관리의 조절효과 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide academic and practical implications through empirical analysis on the moderating role of SHRM that is relatively lacking in the relationship between CLMRC and performance. In order to achieve the research purpose, data were collected from 123 CEOs of Korean companies. The reliability and validity of the collected data were examined and the hypothesis was verified by hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study show that CLMRC has a meaningful positive(+) effect on both net profit and sales per person, and SHRM has shown to have a moderating effects between CLMRC and sales per person, CLMRC and net profit. Through this analyzes, CLMRC can enhance the management performance, and in this process, the more strategic the human resource management(HRM) is, the more the impact on the management performance is strengthened. Implications for CLMRC and SHRM, limitations of the study and suggestions for future researches are discussed.

Cyclic Codebook Scheme for Coordinated Scheduling and Beamforming (협력적 스케줄링 및 빔형성을 위한 순환적 코드북 기법)

  • In this paper, we propose coordinated scheduling and beamforming based on limited feedback to overcome the effects of inter-cell interference in multi-cell environment. The goal of this study is to improve a performance of cell-edge area significantly affected by the inter-cell interference and also to guarantee a performance of the entire system. Existing coordinated scheduling and beamforming based on the perfect channel state information generates an overhead for the channel state information feedback and exchange at the users and base stations, respectively. In this study, first we propose a novel codebook to obtain a null space of an interference channel efficiently which can be used to reduce the inter-cell interference. Using the proposed codebook, we propose coordinated scheduling and beamforming to improve the performance of cell-edge area and the entire system. Through the proportional fair scheduling, the performance of the proposed technique is shown as improvement of channel capacity for users located cell-edge area and entire system.

A Study on the Effect of Cooperative Industrial Relations on Trust and Commitment (협력적 노사관계가 신뢰와 몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Labor-management relations are essential to corporation to secure competitiveness and a continuous development. However it is difficult to establish labor-management relations. This study focuses on the effect of cooperative industrial relations in trust and commitment of organization and labor union through 300people of 12 companies who belong to the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions. As a result of the study, cooperative industrial relations have a positive effect on the trust in organization and labor-management. Furthermore, the trusts of both organization and labor-management relations have a positive effect toward its commitment. This research result is an important factor to change a strategy of the labor union which cannot break out original roles. The cooperative industrial relations are also necessary for organization.

  • This study aims to look into factors which exert an important effect on the formation of cooperative employer-employee management systems of enterprises and finally to suggest an alternative for establishing the future's union-management relations. To accomplish the purpose, this research find each of important factors of the formation of cooperative employer-employee management systems through a theoretical consideration of those factors. The importance and priority order of the factors were systematized by the AHP analysis. The analysis showed the following two things. First of all, the management expecting the employees should be strengthened. Then, the establishment of transparent management and union-management systems sharing the enterprise's vision and values play important roles in the formation cooperative employer-employee management systems. In conclusion, this study provided alternative for establishing the future's union-management relations, based on the analysis results.

Impacts of Collaborative Problem Solving for Character Competency (CoProC) Strategy on the Practical Character Competency and Collaborative Problem Solving Competency in Middle School Science (협력적 문제해결(CoProC) 전략을 통한 중학생의 실천적 인성 역량 및 협력적 문제해결력의 함양)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of Collaborative Problem solving for Character competency (CoProC) strategy on the practical character competency and collaborative problem solving competency in middle school. For this study, 49 seventh grade students (two classes) were selected for use applying the CoProC strategy (CoProC group) while 46 students (two classes) were used for traditional lecture and experimental class (comparative group). In the result, CoProC group showed a statistically significant result in practical character competency than the comparative group. In the sub items of the competency, the CoProC group showed result statistically significant in cooperation, communication, responsibility, and positive self-understanding than the comparative group. Analysis of the effect size of students' practical character competency showed that the CoProC group results showed more effective than the comparative group in terms of care, cooperation, communication, honesty, responsibility, positive self-understanding, and self-regulation. In addition, we investigated the effect of the CoProC strategy on collaborative problem solving competency. As a result, it showed a large effect in the total score of collaborative problem solving competency. Among the sub items of the competency, 'exploration and understanding of members' showed a small size of effect and 'Establishing and maintaining team organization' showed a medium size of effect. 'Communication' and 'self-reflection' showed a large effect. CoProC strategy embedded in Science subject could improve students' collaborative problem solving competency through the process of scientific communication in the scientific inquiry process.

  • 협력적 추천 알고리즘의 성능향상을 위한 많은 연구들이 진행되고 연구 결과로 다양한 협력적 추천 기법들이 제안되고 있다. 이러한 연구에서는 EachMovie, MovieLens등의 선호도(Rating) 값을 기반으로 하는 데이터를 대상으로 추천의 효율을 높이고자 하고 있다. 그러나 실세계에서 우리가 얻을 수 있는 원 거래 데이터(Raw Transaction Data)는 선호도 값을 갖고 있지 않다. 따라서 실세계의 구매 데이터에 효과적인 추천을 하기 위해서는 기존의 선호도 기반 알고리즘이 아닌 구매 정보만을 기반으로 하는 변경된 협력적 추천 알고리즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 연관규칙 탐사 기법에서 사용하는 확신도(confidence)를 유사도식에 사용하고 이를 기반으로 선호도를 예측하는 구매 기반의 협력적 추천 알고리즘을 제안한다.

  • 정보교과는 컴퓨터과학적 지식과 기술의 탐구와 더불어 실생활의 문제 해결을 위해 새로운 지식과 기술을 창출하고 이를 통합적으로 적용하는 능력과 태도를 함양하는 교과이다. 2015 개정 교육과정에서 정보교과의 교과역량 중 하나가 협력적 문제해결력이다. 정보교육을 통하여 배울 수 있는 프로그래밍 분야에서 강조하는 역량 역시 협력이다. 본 연구는 정보교과의 관점에서 협력적 문제해결력 측정 방식을 깃허브, 스택오버플로우의 사례와 PISA, ATC21S의 평가사례를 비교하고자 한다. 협업을 통한 더 나은 결과물을 도출해내는 프로그래밍의 과정을 통하여 협력적 문제해결력을 살펴볼 수 있는 토대를 마련하는데 의의가 있다.

Analyzing Collaborative Problem-Solving Behaviors Based Upon Cognitive Motions of IT Personnel and Users (정보기술 전문가와 이용자의 인지이동에 기반한 협력적 문제해결 행위 분석 연구)

  • This study is a preliminary work in examining how to manage resources for collaboratively interactive help systems. The purpose of this article is to describe significant patterns of behaviors and cognitive state in collaborative problem-solving situation, and further to explore the relationship between the behavior and the perception of service evaluation. Based on the concept of 'cognitive motion' in Dervin's Sense-Making theory, this study conducted a time-line interview. The sample of this study consists of 22 IT personnel helping other person solve IT problems and 36 users being helped for a IT problem-solving. This study presents a model of collaborative problem-solving behaviors and discusses some implications for designing help systems which collaborative interactions can happen.
