오늘날과 같은 글로벌 경쟁시대에 대기업과 중소기업의 협력은 기업네트워크를 통한 경쟁력 강화 방안의 핵심요소라 할 수 있다. 최근 대기업과 중소기업 상호 모두에게 도움이 되는 호혜적 협력사업을 성공적으로 추진하고 있는 전경련중소기업협력센터(이하 '협력센터')는 중소기업 경영자문 활동을 통해 상생협력 인프라를 구축함과 동시에 중소기업의 경쟁력 강화에도 이바지 하고 있다. 이러한 상생협력 모범사례 중 지난 3월 대기업 협력업체의 경영혁신전략 구축을 위한 '경영닥터제' 발대식 현장을 소개하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 디지털콘텐츠산업에서 영상콘텐츠와 기술의 두 분야 모두에서 유저중심의 R&D 기능을 강화해 나가야 한다는 점에서 지금까지의 현장밀착적 인력양성 교육위주 방식에서 탈피하여, 첨단 디지털영상산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 새로운 산학협력의 모델을 마련하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2009년부터 진행되었던 정책과제와 지원사업과 산학협력사례 분석을 통해 그 문제점을 찾아보고, 교육과 산학협력이 성공적으로 이루어진 해외 대학의 사례를 검토해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 국내의 대학에서 전공교육과 산학협력의 활성화가 상호 유기적으로 이루어질 수 있는 새로운 형태의 산학협력 방안을 모색하게 될 것이다.

In this paper, we propose a reinforce learning based on cooperative sensing scheme to select optimal secondary users(SUs) to enhance the detection performance of spectrum sensing in Cognitive radio(CR) networks. The SU with high accuracy is identified based on the similarity between the global sensing result obtained through cooperative sensing and the local sensing result of the SU. A fusion center(FC) uses similarity of SUs as reward value for Q-learning to determine SUs which participate in cooperative sensing with accurate sensing results. The experimental results show that the proposed method improves the detection performance compared to conventional cooperative sensing schemes.

한중일 3국간 경제협력이 강화되고 있다. 우리나라는 그 동안 칠레, 아세안, EFTA, 미국과 EU 등 원거리에 있는 국가와 자유무역협정(FTA) 체결을 위한 협상을 벌여 왔다. 이 과정에도 아직도 FTA에 대한 찬반 논란이 끊이지 않고 있지만 04년 이후 중단되었던 한일 FTA협상을 재개할 것인가에 대한 검토가 이루어지고 있다. 또한 한중 FTA의 타당성과 추진 시기에 대해서도 검토되어야 한다는 견해가 대두되고 있다. 한중일간의 FTA 협상이 본격화될 경우 우리나라는 본격적인 시장개방과 함께 동북아협력의 새로운 시대를 맞이할 전망이다. 본 고에서는 최근 한중일 자동차산업의 동향 및 협력현황을 살펴 보고 동북아 3국간 새로운 협력시대의 전개와 그 시사점을 도출해 보기로 한다.

This study aims to set a cooperative network system for children's service in public libraries in Korea centering on the National Library for Children and Young Adults. The purpose of the study is to foster effective online and offline cooperation among public libraries through the National Library for Children and Young Adults and improve children's library service. Based on the survey results and face-to-face interviews the study suggests various ways to strengthen cooperative network system and public library council for children's service. First is to empower the council and to that end, to expand the cooperative network as well as to clearly set its role. Secondly it advises to capitalize from council's homepage service and adapt social-networking tools.

As global competition has become more intense in recent years, collaborative cooperation and shared growth between large and small enterprises for enhancing competitiveness of enterprises have become an important social concern. In the long run, collaborative cooperation between large and small enterprises is becoming more important not only in terms of enhancing corporate competitiveness but also in terms of CSR and CSV. In fact, many large companies are strengthening collaborative cooperation. This study compares and analyzes collaborative cooperation cases of major Chaebol companies including Samsung Electronics, and derive implications for collaborative cooperation plan of large companies.
