기술지도제도는 전문기술인력을 활용하여 재해율이 높은 중ㆍ소규모 현장의 건설재해를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 정부가 간접적인 안전관리 전문제도로 도입하였다. 하지만 IMF 이후 급격히 변화된 건설현장 안전관리 체계와 재해율 증가, 지도기관 업체의 난립과 부실한 지도업무수행 등으로 기술지도제도의 실효성에 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술지도제도의 운영 실태와 관계 법령, 설문조사 자료를 분석하여 문제점을 도출한 후 제도 운영상의 개선 방안, 지도기관의 전문성 강화 방안, 자율적인 안전관리 유도 방안으로 구분한 내실화 방안을 제시함으로써 효율적인 재해예방대책으로서 기술지도제도의 신뢰성을 제고시키는데 그 목적이 있다.

Recently there has been a trend of hiring more foreign labors in the Korean construction sites after the introduction of the government policy for foreign workers since 2007, called Employment Permit System(EPS). With the trend in the sites, the skilled and unskilled foreign workers would have become a main resource in the construction site workforce. This study aims to analyzing the effectiveness and the reality of working status for the foreign workforce. In doing so, both mail questionnaire survey and face to face interview with site managers and foreign labors in 38 apartment construction sites around Seoul region have been performed. The results of survey has been compared to the former research, which has been done for foreign labors hired under the old government policy, called Industrial Trainee System. This study found that there still exist many problems in reality of utilizing foreign workers in the sites, and proposed various recommendations for the effective use of foreign labors in the Korean construction industry.

본 조사의 대상은 화물을 일정한 수량 단위로 하역 운송 보관하기 위하여 사용하는 파렛트이다. 조사 대상 파렛트는 용도에 따라서 재사용 파렛트와 일회용 파렛트로 구분하되, 재사용 파렛트는 다시 구매 보유 물량과 임대 사용 물량으로 구분하였다. 아울러 재질에 따라서 플라스틱, 목재, 금속으로 구분하였다. 조사 대상 업체의 범위는 원칙적으로 우리나라 산업 현장에서 파렛트를 생산하고 있는 모든 업체이다. 조사 대상인 업체의 범위를 기본적으로 통계청에서 제공하는 표준산업분류코드(KSIC)에 근거하여 재질, 규모 및 지역 관점에서 분류하여 처리하였다. 그러나 금속 및 종이 재질 업체에 대한 조사는 다소 미흡한 수준이었으며, 목재 재질 업체에 다소 편중된 조사가 이루어졌다.

본 연구는 국민 학교 산수 익힘책의 효율적인 활용 방안을 찾는 데 목적이 있으며, 이를 위하여 선행 및 문헌 연구와 "산수 익힘책"의 활용 실태를 조사하였다. 본 연구에서 수행한 연구 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 가. 이론적 배경 연구 및 산수 익힘책의 개발 방향 문헌과 선행 연구를 통하여 보조 교과서의 특성에 따를 활용 방안 및 보조 교과서의 학습 내용에 따른 틀용 방안을 이론적으로 고찰하였고, "산수 익힘책"의 개발 방향 및 그 특색에 대하여 조사하였다. 나. 활용 실태 조사 사용하고 있는 "산수 익힘책"의 활용 실태를 파악하여, 활용 방안을 마련하는 기선 자료를 수집하기 위함이며, 조사 내용은 다음과 같다. 1) 조사 내용 (1) 교사의 측면에서 ㆍ "산수 익힘책"의 도움 정도 ㆍ "산수 익힘책"의 수업 시간에의 활응 목적, 방법 ㆍ "산수 익힘책"의 활용시 편리성 ㆍ 흥미성 ㆍ 활용 시기 ㆍ 가정 학습으로 부과시의 목적 ㆍ 문제 풀이 결과 확인자 ㆍ 교육 과정 반영 정도 ㆍ 개선점 (2) 학부모의 측면에서 ㆍ"산수 익힘책"의 활용 목적 ㆍ "산수 익힘책"의 활용 정도 ㆍ "산수 익힘책"의 도움 정도 ㆍ 학부모의 역할 정도 ㆍ "산수 익힘책"에 대한 학생의 흥미도 ㆍ "산수 익힘책"의 개선점 2) 조사 도구 조사 내용에 대하여 국민 학교 1, 2, 3학년 담임 교사용과 학부모용의 질문지를 각각 작성하여 전문가의 검토를 거쳐 "산수 익힘책"의 활용에 관한 실태 조사지를 개발하였다. 이 때, 각 학년별 교사용끼리, 학부모용끼리의 질문지의 문항은 서로 같게 하였으며 교사용은 25문항, 학부모용은 16문항으로 구성하였다. 다. 활용 방안 구안 "산수 익힘책"의 개발 방향과 "산수 익힘책"의 활용 실태 조사에 기초하여 산수 익힘책의 효율적인 활용 방법을 수업 절차에 따라 구분하였다. 수업 절차는 여러 가지 형태가 있지만 본 연구에서는 KEDI의 수업 과정 일반 모형에 준하여 산수 익힘책의 활용 방법을 구안하였다. 라. 활용 방안을 구안하였다. 1) 적용 목적 구안된 "산수 익힘책"의 활용 방안의 현장 적용은 활용 방안의 질을 높이려는 대에 중요한 목적이 있다. 적용 결과는 현장 적용 가능성을 판단할 수 있는 입증 자료가 될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, "산수 익힘책" 관심을 가지고 있는 교사나 연구자에게 학력 향상 가능성에 대한 경험적 근거를 제시함으로써 중요한 시사를 줄 수 있을 것이다. 2) 적용 결과 전체적으로 적응 수업이 실시된 지 3주후 부터는 활용 방안에 익숙해져 "산수 익힘책"을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있었다. 그 뿐만 아니라 자율학습시 학생들 스스로가 상호 확인을 하고, 서로 결손이 있는 부분을 가르쳐 주는 협동 학습이 이루어졌다.

In this study, in-depth site investigation related to design and construction of pile foundation was carried out, especially with respect to 103 large-scale bridges located in South Korea. As a result, the depths and location of investigation was unsatisfactory at the foundation investigation process. Moreover, pile load tests were not performed when the capacity of the file is calculated in planning phase, and it was difficult to determine the load capacity limit due to the fact that loading capacity was not specified in pile-loading test. The design criteria related to pile foundation does not reflect the reality of the construction site, and that causes over design, and economic inefficiency in budget. Therefore, the purposes of this study is to review case studies related to the bearing capacity of pile foundations and suggest improvements in the construction specifications.

This study was carried out to investigate the quality of soil, irrigation water, and status of agrochemicals application in relation to good agriculture practices system in the major cultivation area of Disocorea batatas. The concentrations of heavy metals as Cd, Pb, Cu, and Zn in soils and irrigation waters were lower than those of standard level for Environmental Conservation Act of Soil and Water in Korea. The dominant weed have been appeared Digitaria sanguinalis and Portulaca oleraceamite. The dominant insect pests and plant pathogens have been appeared aphid and anthracnose. Average yearly application of pesticide was 2 to 4 times for herbicide and 4 to 6 times for plant pathogens and insect pests. In order to safety production of medicinal crops could be achieved by proper cultivation management such as minimum application of agro-chemicals, effective use of by-product fertilizer, and technology development of organic farming.

The purpose of this study is to develop a guideline for user based collection development of the military library. A questionnaire survey of 1,000 soldiers of armed forces selected from two military divisions was conducted. The survey results show the needs for the sufficient collections with diverse subject areas. current materials. and Periodicals. and also suggestion of the programs for encouraging soldiers to read.

교구로봇' 교육은 영재교육과 경진대회를 통하여 초등학생과, 학부모, 교사에게 기대와 인식이 매우 보편화 되었다. 또한 창의성과 통섭교육에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 초등학교 방과후 교실의 로봇교육은 더욱 증가할 것으로 보인다. 그러나 방과후 로봇 교실 운영에 대한 초등현장의 교구로봇 교실 운영 실태조사가 이루어지지 않고 있을 뿐만 아니라 지도교사 양성이나 체계적인 프로그램 운영 관리가 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초등학교의 방과후 '교구로봇' 교실 운영실태 및 교사의 인식을 조사하여 문제점을 파악하고, 보다 바람직하고 효율적인 방향으로 방과후학교 로봇교실이 정착될 수 있도록 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.
