A study on the continuous intention to use for Smartphone based on the innovation diffusion theory: Considered on the loyalty between users of iOS and Android platform (혁신확산이론에 따른 스마트폰 지속사용의도에 관한 연구: 아이폰 사용자와 안드로이드 사용자의 충성도 비교를 고려하여)

  • The purpose of this study was aimed to analyze factors affecting on continuous intention to use of Smartphone based on the innovation diffusion theory. Also, by using the demographic characteristics were compared whether the difference in the loyalty on between user group of iOS and Android platform. Predictor factors were selected innovation, convenience, economic cost, social influence, communication channel, compatibility and complexity suggested on the innovation diffusion theory. Participants of this study were 278 Smartphone users in Busan city and Gyeongnam province in accordance with convenience sampling. IBM SPSS Statistics 19 were employed for descriptive statistics, Smart PLS(partial least squares) was employed for confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis of casual relationship among variables and effect. Analytical results show that all paths except path from complexity to the continuous intention to use and loyalty are significant. The comparison loyalty on between user group of iOS and android platform are significant. This study suggests practical and theoretical implications based on the results.

A Study on the Factors Influencing the Intention to Use the Metaverse: Focusing on Innovation Resistance Model (메타버스 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 혁신저항 모델을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify various variables that affect the intention to use the metaverse, which has recently attracted attention. In particular, while previous studies have focused only on the variables that have a positive effect on the spread of the metaverse, this study tried to examine both the use and resistance perspectives by examining the psychological variables of consumers who reject specific changes, such as innovation resistance. By constructing consumer characteristics and innovation characteristic variables that affect innovation diffusion, the relationship between innovation resistance, attitude toward the metaverse, and intention to use the metaverse was examined. As a result of the study, it was found that innovation propensity, social image, and conformity had a negative effect on resistance to the metaverse. In addition, innovation propensity, social image, suitability, relative advantage, complexity, and observability mediate innovation resistance and attitudes toward the metaverse, and were finally revealed as variables that have positive or negative influences on the intention to use the metaverse.

Forecasting methodology of future demand market (미래 수요시장의 예측 방법론)

  • The method of predicting the future may be predicted by technical characteristics or technical performance. Therefore, technology prediction is used in the field of strategic research that can produce economic and social benefits. In this study, we predicted the future market through the study of how to predict the future with these technical characteristics. The future prediction method was studied through the prediction of the time when the market occupied according to the demand of special product. For forecasting market demand, we proposed the future forecasting model through comparison of representative quantitative analysis methods such as CAGR model, BASS model, Logistic model and Gompertz Growth Curve. This study combines Rogers' theory of innovation diffusion to predict when products will spread to the market. As a result of the research, we developed a methodology to predict when a particular product will mature in the future market through the spread of various factors for the special product to occupy the market. However, there are limitations in reducing errors in expert judgment to predict the market.

  • 본 연구는 인터넷 환경 하에서 Davis의 기술수용모델(TAM)을 확장한 것이다. 본래의 TAM 모델에서는 인지된 사용용이성(perceived ease of use) 및 인지된 사용편이성(perceived usefulness)이 시스템 사용을 설명할 때 가장 중요한 요인이라고 제안하고 있다. 그러나 TAM 모델은 실제 시스템 사용의 약 $40\%$만 설명하고 있어 이 모델의 확장이 필요한 편이다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 TAM 모델에, Flow 이론에서 언급된 "인지된 즐거움 (perceived enjoyment)" 및 혁신확산이론(IDT)에서 언급된 "일치성(compatibility)"을 추가하여 TAM 모델을 확장하여 사용하였다. 본 연구자가 근무하는 대학의 대학포탈(university portals) 웹사이트를 사용하여 이 모델을 평가하였다.

Influence of Organizational Factors on Business Performance in INNOBIZ SMEs: Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Absorption Capacity (기술혁신형 중소기업의 조직요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향: 흡수역량의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • As the open innovation paradigm spreads, the ability to search for new external knowledge and combine it with the organization's existing knowledge has been cosidered to play an important role in improving business performance of a company. This study empirically analyzed the influence of such organizational variables as empowering leadership, organizational learning culture, and interdepartmental cooperation on business performance of innovative technology SMEs focusing on the mediating effects of absorption capacity. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 15,227 INNOBIZ SMEs, and 326 usable questionnaires were collected and analyzed using the structural equation model. Statistical analyses showed that the direct influence of empowering leadership, organizational learning culture, and interdepartmental cooperation on business performance was not found, but indirect effects of three organizational variables on business performance proved significant using absorption capacity as a mediating variable. This result also indicates that empowering leadership, organizational learning culture, and interdepartmental cooperation are important antecedent variables of absorption capacity.

  • 우리나라 연구개발(R&D) 투자는 2014년 기준 세계 6위, GDP 대비 총 연구개발비 비중은 4.29%로 세계 최고 수준으로 조사되었다. 또한 정부 R&D 예산은 지속적으로 증가하는 추세를 유지하고 있으며, 연구개발비 투자 규모 증대에 따라 국가과학기술역량의 양적 증대뿐만 아니라 질적 수준 또한 향상되고 있는 것으로 평가되고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 연구성과의 활용 측면에서 기술사업화로 연계가 큰 폭으로 증가한 것으로 조사되었다. 반면 R&D 예산 및 성과 활용의 양적 질적 증대가 이루어졌음에도 불구하고 다수의 연구성과가 사업화로 연계되지 못하고 휴면 상태로 있다는 조사결과도 있다. 이에 본 연구는 막대한 예산, 특히 정부 R&D 예산 투입에 의하여 창출되는 연구성과가 기술이전뿐만 아니라 사업화까지로 연계될 수 있도록 영향을 미치는 요인을 선행연구 분석을 통해 도출하고, 각 요인 간 영향 및 기술사업화에 영향을 미치는 핵심요인에 대해 정량적 데이터 분석을 수행할 것이다. 본 연구는 기술의 이전 및 사업화에 관한 연구를수행함에 있어 결정주체, 정책/제도 등의 관점에서 분석한 정태적 접근과, 사업화 전체 프로세스의 관점에서 분석한 동태적 접근을 포괄하는 통합적인 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 본 연구결과는 산 학 연 및 정부의 기술이전 사업화 관련자들이 보다 종합적인 관점에서 효과적인 사업화 전략 수립을 통해 성과 확산에 기여하는데 정책 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

An Integrated Model of the Intention to Use the Intelligent Personal Assistant (IPA) (지능형 개인비서(IPA)의 사용의도에 관한 통합모형)

  • An intelligent personal assistant (IPA) is a software agent that assists people to perform basic tasks or services for an individual by commonly providing information via natural language. In spite of the versatile capabilities of the IPA to answer a user's simple information-based queries, such as the weather and driving directions, the actual usage rates for IPA services are limited to date. In this research, to evaluate the factors affecting the intention to use IPA, we develop an empirical model based on technology acceptance model, innovation diffusion theory, and IS success model. Afterward, we collect 203 questionnaires from actual users of IPAs. Finally, the structural equation model validates the causal relationship between the constructs of the model. Consequently, the innovation characteristics of IPA drawn from innovation diffusion theory, namely, relative advantage, compatibility, observability, all exerted a positive influence on perceived usefulness. Furthermore, information quality, a quality characteristic of IPA obtained from DeLone and McLean's IS success model, presented a positive effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Finally, the perceived intelligence of IPA displayed a positive influence on perceived usefulness and ease of use. This characteristic was also a major factor that can increase the intention to use the IPA. Given these research findings, this study is significant for identifying factors that may influence the intention to use the IPA by providing strategic guidelines to relevant business operators and establishing an integrated model.

Exploration of Digital Textbook Adoption and Implementation based on an extended Technology Acceptance Model (확장된 정보기술수용모델(TAM)을 기반으로 디지털교과서 수용 및 활용 탐색)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that determined the adoption of digital textbook among elementary and middle school teachers, and to propose and validate a revised Technology Acceptance Model. The study was grounded in the innovation diffusion theory and the attribute factors proposed in the theory were used in the model. More specifically, observability, compatibility, and subjective norms were proposed as external factors and usefulness, easy of use, intention to use were proposed as internal factors in the proposed model. It was found that (a) observability, compatibility, and subjective norms were the main external factors that influenced the teachers' intention to use digital textbook and (b) the revised TAM was validated.

  • This paper considers the nature of a digital library in terms of definitions and its technical environment It also explores some of the problems and issues involved in demanding and supplying information So current publishing systems and the library resources were investigated. The relative advantages of both electronic and paper journals are also briefly considered and it is suggested that research relating to build the full text database is required. Finally it considers the innovative management technology such as TQM, Business Process Reengineering to innovative library itself.

기술수용모형을 적용한 무선인터넷 서비스의 채택에 관한 연구

  • 전체 인구대비 가입률이 $80\%$에 육박하는 이동통신서비스를 기반으로 국내에서 무선인터넷은 눈부시게(outstanding) 성장을 거듭하고 있다. EV-DO를 중심으로 제 3세대 이동통신 기술의 진화와 카메라 폰 등의 최신의 무선 단말기 보급, 게임 및 SMS, MMS, LBS 등의 콘텐츠 보급 등이 무선인터넷 성장의 원동력(growth factors)으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보기술수용모형(TAM)을 기반으로 국내에서 무선인터넷 확산 영향요인을 규명하기 위한 탐색적인 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 무선인터넷의 네트워크 품질, 콘텐츠 품질, 단말기 품질, 초기 비용, 이용요금, 유용성, 이용용이성, 사회적 영향, 이용태도, 이용행동 등에 관한 자료를 설문 조사를 통해 수집하였다. 그리고 구조방정식을 통하여 각 요인들간의 인과관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 그리고 국내에서 무선인터넷에 대한 이용의향을 바탕으로 고객군을 세분화하고 집단의 특성을 파악하였다.
