The purpose of this study is to examine whether organizational justice, including procedural justice and distributive justice, improve employees' innovative behavior through work engagement and knowledge sharing. In addition, it was conducted to investigate whether work engagement and knowledge sharing indirectly affect the relationship between organizational justice and innovative behavior. Result of the analysis shows that procedural justice, work engagement, and knowledge sharing influenced innovative behavior. The constructs influencing work engagement were procedural justice, distributive justice, knowledge sharing. Also, procedural justice and work engagement were constructs that affected knowledge sharing. In the relationship between procedural justice and innovative behavior, the indirect effect was confirmed in all paths. In the relationship between the distributive justice and the innovative behavior, It was confirmed that there is not the indirect effect only in the path via knowledge sharing. he indirect effect was confirmed in all paths that did not acquire knowledge sharing. In addition, through the PROCESS Macro analysis, we examined the magnitude of the indirect effect of various paths between mediators. The results show that organizational justice can have the greatest effect on innovative behavior through work engagement. The weakness of respondents control by SNS survey is the major limitation of this study. In the future, Further research is needed depending on the nature of the organization, such as the analysis of differences between various industries.
The objective of this research is investigating the mediating effect of job engagement on the relationship between job autonomy and innovative behavior in public organizations. Major findings from Structural Equation Model analysis demonstrates that the variable 'job engagement' took a positive role between job autonomy and innovative behavior. From theoretical point, this result provides the empirical evidence of causal relationship in the three components of attitude-cognition, emotion, and action, which contributes to the advancement of action theory. Some policy implications can be drawn from the empirical findings. Firstly, job autonomy need to be seriously considered as a strategic instrument for the encouragement of innovative behavior. Secondly, job engagement of employees need to be more carefully monitored to stimulate the innovative behavior in the public organizations. In public organizations, enhancement of innovative behavior can not be achieved from institutional arrangements. Provision of job autonomy is more effective method of behavior change than performance management approach.

From the past to the present, justice has attracted many people's attention. Most of the previous studies carried out in relation to justice are studies of the resulting variables, and there is a great advantage that they let us know about the importance of justice. However, the findings are focused only on the behavior of the members of the organization according to the status of justice already perceived. Therefore, studies on the antecedent of justice are also necessary to understand justice accurately. This study identifies the factors that can directly affect justice and the contextual factors that could moderate their relationship. In particular, using the '2017 Public Employee Perception Survey' released by the Korea Institute of Public Administration, we examined how innovative behavior of public employees affects the perception of distributive justice and how the relative professionalism, which is the situation variable, moderates the relationship between variables. A regression analysis of 321 public employees showed that innovative behavior affects the perception of distributive justice, and that the positive relationship of innovation behavior to the perception of distributive justice is weakened when the level of individual perceived relative professionalism is high.

The purpose of this study is to suggest directions for enhancing competitiveness of corporate management by examining how individual creativity and organizational members' value innovation culture perception affect innovation behavior and knowledge sharing, and how innovation behavior and knowledge sharing affect organizational innovation performance and management outcomes In order to achieve these research objectives, the measurement variables of each variable were extracted through previous research and 423 valid samples were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical package program and LISREL 9.1 to verify a hypothesis. As a result of this study, it was found that the creative thinking skills of the individual creativity, the meaningful tasks of the value innovation culture recognition, and the risk - taking culture have a significant influence on the innovation behavior. Only the meaningful tasks of organizational members' value innovation culture perception affect knowledge sharing. Innovation behavior has a significant effect on knowledge sharing and innovation performance, but not on business outcome. In addition, knowledge sharing has no significant effect on innovation performance but has a significant effect on business performance. Finally, we confirmed that innovation performance has a significant effect on management outcome.
