Standards boost technological innovation by promoting information sharing, compatibility, stability and quality. Identifying groups of companies that particularly benefit from these functions of standards in their technological innovation and commercialization helps to customize planning and implementation of standards-related policies for demand groups. For this purpose, this study engages in profiling of SMEs whose R&D objective is to respond to standards as well as those who need to implement standards system for technological commercialization. Then it suggests a prediction model that can distinguish such companies from others. To this end, decision tree analysis is conducted for profiling of characteristics of subject SMEs through data mining. Subject SMEs include (1) those that engage in R&D to respond to standards (Group1) or (2) those in need of product standard or technological certification policies for commercialization purposes (Group 2). Then the study proposes a prediction model that can distinguish Groups 1 and 2 from others based on several variables by adopting discriminant analysis. The practicality of discriminant formula is statistically verified. The study suggests that Group 1 companies are distinguished in variables such as time spent on R&D planning, KoreanStandardIndustryClassification (KSIC) category, number of employees and novelty of technologies. Profiling result of Group 2 companies suggests that they are differentiated in variables such as KSIC category, major clients of the companies, time spent on R&D and ability to test and verify their technologies. The prediction model proposed herein is designed based on the outcomes of profiling and discriminant analysis. Its purpose is to serve in the planning or implementation processes of standards-related policies through providing objective information on companies in need of relevant support and thereby to enhance overall success rate of standards-related projects.

신뢰성 기술은 제품이 고장 없이 일정기간 사용할 수 있게 하는 기술로 시장점유율과 고객만족을 높이는 효과적이고 전략적인 필수 요소이다. 검사시점의 적합성에 대한 평가가 아닌 제품 및 시스템의 설계에서부터 폐기까지의 제품수명주기에 대한 신뢰성 평가를 다루는 제품의 신뢰성인증과 신뢰성경영시스템 인증 확보가 시급한 과제이다. 이를 위한 제품 수명의 평균과 분산을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 신뢰성 식스시그마 기술개발과 확보가 중요 현안과제이다. 정규분포를 가정한 대부분의 품질경영시스템에서의 식스시그마 접근법은 비정규 분포를 따르는 신뢰성특성과 실험계획기법 등을 고려해야 하는 신뢰성 식스시그마에서의 적용의 한계가 많다. 본 연구에서는 품질혁신 방법론인 식스시그마 기법을 토대로 신뢰성경영시스템에서 맞는 식스시그마 구축의 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

미래 U-city 시대의 Health care 산업과 금융상거래 보안 및 사회안전 인증 장치로써 활성화 방안인 생체 칩은 2004년 10월 미 식품의약국(FDA)의 승인으로 더 큰 힘을 얻었다. 산업 전반적인 부분에 응용 가능한 생체 칩은 RFID 기술을 핵심기술로 사용하고 있으며, U-city 시대의 혁신적인 기술인 반면 개인정보 침해 및 법제도적, 윤리적, 전자파 유해성 이라는 문제점을 안고있다. 이 모든 문제점은 RFID 자체적인 문제점으로 많이 언급되어져 왔지만 생체 칩은 인체에 직접 사용한다는 점에서 더 큰 의미를 둔다. 현재 기술의 도입 시점인 생체 칩의 규제는 미국을 중심으로 가이드라인을 진행 중 이며, 우리 나라에서도 우려의 목소리가 높다. 본 연구는 사회적 인식이 부족한 생체 칩 기술 도입 전 미리 정보 보호 측면에서의 문제점을 분석하고 개선방향을 검토해 보고자 한다.

In this paper, we discussed various securities of electronic signature. Merchants or sellers must address all Internet security concerns. Security technology may secure the routes of Internet communication, but it does not protect consumers from people with whom they might choose to do business. To Protect consumer information, they must maintain physical security of their servers and control access to software passwords and private keys. Techniqaues such as secret and public-key encryption and digital signatures play a crucial role in developing consumer confidence in electronic commerce.

많은 6시그마 혁신을 하는 기업 중에서 IS09000 시리즈나 IS0/TS16949 인증을 받고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 6시그마 도입 초기부터 ISO/TS16949와 통합운영을 생각하고 추진하는 곳은 많지 않다. ISO/TS16949에서는 기업전반의 프로세스에 많은 중점을 두고 있다. 그 중에서도 APQP(Advanced Product Quality Planning)은 제품 초기에서 부터 명확한 품질계획 업무 프로세스를 가지고 활동을 하라는 필수 프로세스를 요구하고 있다. 그러나 구체적인 Flow나 단계는 각 기업체의 특성에 맞기고 있다. 6시그마의 Lean DFSS는 이러한 제품개발 프로세스의 구체적인 전개단계를 제공 하고 있다. 여기에 APQP에 서 요건으로 명시한 각 프로세스 단계마다 인풋(Input)요소, 아웃풋(Output) 요소, 타켓(Target), 그 프로세스를 책임질 구성원, 핵심성공요인(KSF), 핵심성공지수(KPI), 단계마다의 FMEA(Failure Mode Effect Analysis) 분석을 대응하면 도입 초기에서 부터 상호 유기적이면서 효과적인 System이 된다.

최근 Wi-Fi Alliance는 Wi-Fi 기반의 Peer-to-Peer(P2P) 규격인 Wi-Fi Direct 기술의 발표와 함께 인증을 진행하고 있다. Wi-Fi Direct 기술은 TV, 노트북, 프린터, 카메라와 같은 휴대기기 및 모바일 단말 등에 탑재되어 Access Point(AP) 또는 라우터와 같은 별도의 장비 없이도 단말 간 직접 통신을 통하여 기기 간 콘텐츠 및 서비스를 사용할 수 있는 기반을 제공하는 기술이다. Wi-Fi Direct 기술은 빠른 전송속도와 전송거리를 제공함으로써 향후 일부 영역에서 블루투스 기술을 대체할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한 향후 Wi-Fi Direct 규격의 전체 기능을 구현한 스마트폰이 출시된다면 사용자 경험(UX)을 극대화 시킬 수 있는 혁신적인 모바일 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 본 고에서는 Wi-Fi Direct의 업계 동향과 Wi-Fi Direct의 동작 원리를 표준 기술 규격서를 통해 분석하여 요약 정리한다.

Single PPM Quality Innovation Program is to pursuit of defects below 10ppm in outgoing quality for strengthen the small and medium enterprise's competitiveness. This study aims to find that whether quality innovation promotion is significant or not in the ISO 9001 certification enterprises. To perform this research, we surveyed CEOs, managers and workers working for manufacturing business, we distributed 250 sheets totally and withdrew 171 sheets. We analyzed 135 sheets that we could use for this research using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 18.0 program.

최근 디지털 콘텐츠 및 멀티미디어는 거의 모든 IT 산업에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있으며, 이중에서도 비디오 콘텐츠는 그 동안의 검색, 유통, 관리 등의 수동적인 범위를 넘어 실세계와의 실시간 상호작용을 통한 능동적이며 혁신적인 역할을 수행하고 있다. 실시간 비디오 검색 기술은, 다양한 분야에서 활용이 가능한데, 대표적인 서비스 분야는 ALV(Autonomous Land Vehicle : 무인자동차), SNS 서비스, 오락/스포츠/광고 서비스, 모바일 쇼핑, AR, Surveillance 분야 등 매우 다양하다. 본 논문에서는, 실시간 비디오 검색 기술의 개요와 적용분야 및 사례를 설명하고 실시간 비디오 검색기술을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 방법, 절차에 대한 인증서에 대한 규격을 제정하여, 사용자가 표준화된 실시간 비디오 검색 기술의 인증서의 내용을 토대로 자신의 목적에 따라 기술을 선택하여 사용할 수 있도록 하였다.

본 논문은 스프링 프레임 워크를 이용한 클라우드 환경에서의 자산 및 부실예측 지원시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 자동화된 통합인증 및 접근제어 시스템으로서 각기 독립된 모듈에서 처리된 데이터를 기초로 거래관리 모듈로 통합하여 자산 및 부실예측을 평가하고 지원시스템의 데이터의 기법을 다른 모듈과 공유함으로써 자산의 부실채권을 이용한 회수를 관리하여 효율성을 높인다. 또한 제안 시스템은 클라우드 환경에서 운영되므로 정보화를 통한 경영혁신 및 경영정보를 활용한 리스크 관리 시스템을 처리하는데 목적을 둔다. 따라서 제안하는 시스템은 고객과 기업의 전략경영 등의 기능을 강화하여 업무투명성, 비용절감, 고객 접근성이 기존시스템보다 효율적으로 사용될 것으로 기대된다.
