Study about the Positive and Negative Affect on the Continuance Intention of Internet only Bank (금융소비자의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 정적·부적 정서 연구: 인터넷전문은행을 중심으로)

  • Internet only Banks in Korea have acquired more than seven million customer base, but most of the accounts are not active. As financial products tend to be similar, customer affect plays more crucial role than service features in continuance intention. The purpose of this research is to study about the impact of positive and negative affect on the continuance intention. The result indicated that positive affect is positively related to continuance intention, and negative affect is negatively related to continuance intention. Also expectation confirmation is positively related to positive affect. The results imply Internet only Banks need to focus on customer's positive affect and expectation confirmation to improve continuance intention.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting the intention of smart device internet usage from the perspective of lifelong learning of elderly people. Survey was conducted for understanding the factors affecting the internet usage intention of smart devices with 150 elderly people who visited the Gwangju Senior Technology Center (GSTC). The empirical results show that the perceived economic value and practical value of the elderly have a significant effect on the intention of utilizing the Internet of Smart Device. Although the moderating effect of the individual innovation of the elderly is not significant, Participation in social activities significantly moderated the relationship between perceived value and intention to use internet. In addition, the elderly expected that the quality of life would be improved via the use of smart devices.

  • Recently, NFT, which is growing at a rapid pace, is gradually entering our lives. NFT is an acronym for Non-Fungible Token, a technology that allows you to claim ownership of digital data. As ownership of digital data takes over, it is showing characteristics as an investment value along with the characteristics of new technology, and it is expected to develop further in the future. In this study, we tried to analyze the intentions of users who own NFTs to purchase. Factors that can influence purchase intentions were selected and a research model was established using personal characteristics, NFT characteristics, and social characteristics. As a result of conducting an empirical study, it was found that individual innovativeness, profitability and reliability of NFT, and FOMO factors significantly influence purchase intention.

  • The purpose of this study is to study the influencing factors that can affect the acceptance intention and acceptance behavior of the 4th Industrial Revolution and smart factory-related technologies by using the expanded UTAUT. Through this, by grasping which influencing factors affect the introduction and acceptance of related technologies, it is to derive strategies for responding to the fourth industrial revolution by manufacturing companies and accepting smart factory related technologies. A survey was conducted on various manufacturing companies, and 167 copies were used for research. As a result of the testing of research hypotheses, performance expectation, social impact, promotion conditions, network effect, and innovation have a positive (+) significant effect on acceptance intention. However, expectation of effort had a positive (+) effect on acceptance intention, but was not significant. Acceptance intention was tested to have a positive (+) significant effect on acceptance behavior. Therefore, factors that should be improved by individual manufacturing companies in the process of responding to the 4th industrial revolution and the introduction and acceptance of smart factory-related technologies are clearly presented.

인터넷 비즈니스 모델(BM) 특허와 향후 방향

  • 인터넷 비지니스가 중요한 경쟁요소로 발돋음하고 있는 현재의 시점에서 인터넷 비즈니스 모델에 특허권을 부여한다는 것은 비슷한 성격을 가진 타 경쟁업체의 경쟁력을 약화시키고 이를 포기하도록 의도하는 독점적 전략의 일종이다. 미국에서는 Statestreet 사건을 비롯한 일련의 BM 특허에 관한 소송이 제기되어 이미 BM 특허를 인정하고 있는 상황이며 이를 기점으로 BM 특허권을 인정하는 것이 대세로 되고 있다. 기존의 특허와 다른 양상을 갖고 있는 BM 특허는 새로운 아이디어를 중심으로 그 사업성을 인정받는 영업 모델 특허인데 이는 현재 독점과 관련한 부정적인 인식으로 그 특허의 타당성과 특허보호기간 적용문제가 논란이 되고 있다. 외국의 특허로부터 국내 인터넷 사업을 보호하기 위하여 정부차원에서의 특허 인정 노력이 필요하지만 인터넷 사업의 경쟁력 있는 활성화를 위해서는 특허보호기간이 현행 20년보다 축소해야 한다는 반발도 만만치 않다. 인터넷 비지니스 후발주자인 한국은 서두르지 않으면 치열한 인터넷 경쟁에서 뒤쳐질 위험을 안고 있다. 선발주자들의 경쟁우위 전략을 따라잡기 위해서는 인터넷 비즈니스 전반에 대한 경쟁력 확보와 함께 BM 특허에 관한 준비와 활성화 계획을 철저히 마련하는 것이 중요하다. 그리하여 우리 나라의 인터넷 비즈니스 모델이 cyber market에서 공격성과 방어성을 모두 갖춘 우수한 모델로 키워나가야 한다.

The Effects of Airport Duty-Free Store O2O Integration Service Patterns Innovation Characteristics, Consumer Pursuit Benefits and Value-Congruency on Behavioral Intention

  • This paper calls attention to the central problem of the influence of identifying the determinants of airport duty-free store customers perceived innovativeness, pursuit benefits and value-congruency on the behavioral intention. The data is completed with 307 adults with purchasing experience of airport duty-free store O2O integration service which brings sufficient convenience to consumers. The content analysis results show that the influence factors of innovation characteristics, consumer pursuit benefits and value-congruency affect the behavioral intention in various aspects. The result suggests that we should upgrade the innovate functionality and improve the service quality based on consumer needs. Finally, this study discusses implications for theory and practice, indicates limitations, and concludes with some suggestions for future research.

Study on the Effect of Industrial Safety Consultant Ability on Recontract Intention through Consulting Satisfaction and Utilization (산업안전 컨설턴트 역량이 컨설팅 만족도와 활용도를 매개로 하여 재계약의도에 미치는 영향 )

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the sub-factors of consultant ability of an industrial safety consulting company and conduct an empirical study on how these factors influence the intention to recontract by mediating consulting satisfaction and utilization Research on consultant ability, satisfaction with and utilization of consulting has been actively conducted in fields such as small and medium-sized business consulting and management consulting, but research in the field of industrial safety consulting has been found to be insufficient. Accordingly, this study seeks to demonstrate the causal relationship between the ability of industrial safety consultants, satisfaction and utilization of consulting, and recontract intention. Using the random sampling method, the researcher collected 202 questionnaires from customers such as companies and public institutions receiving industrial safety consulting, and conducted statistical analysis with the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the study were as follows. First, it was found that consultant ability, consultant knowledge, and consultant attitude, which are sub-factors of consultant ability, had a significant positive effect on recontract intention. Second, it was found that consultant ability, consultant knowledge, and consultant attitude, which are sub-factors of consultant ability, had a significant positive effect on consulting satisfaction and utilization. Third, consulting satisfaction and utilization were found to have a significant positive effect on recontract intention. Fourth, consulting satisfaction was shown to mediate the relationship between consultant ability and recontract intention. Fifth, consulting utilization was shown to mediate the relationship between consultant ability and recontract intention. The conclusions and implications of this study are as follows. First, it was demonstrated that consultant ability, consulting satisfaction and utilization are important in the recontract intention for industrial safety consulting. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of consultant ability on recontract intention, consulting satisfaction and utilization, it was analyzed that the influence of consultant ability, consultant knowledge, and consultant attitude was significant in the order. Third, consulting satisfaction and utilization were found to mediate the relationship between consultant ability and recontract intention. In conclusion, It was demonstrated that consultant ability, consulting satisfaction, and consulting utilization had a significant impact on the recontract intention, and it was found that consulting satisfaction and utilization mediate the relationship between consultant ability and recontract intention. and it was discovered that the three sub-factors of consultant ability had a significant impact on consulting satisfaction, utilization, and contract renewal intentions in the order of ability, knowledge, and attitude. it was found that the consultant ability, consulting satisfaction, and the utilization of industrial safety consulting companies are all important factors that influence recontract intention. In addition, industrial safety consulting companies have laid the foundation that in order to greatly affect consulting satisfaction, utilization, and recontract intention by improving consultant ability, consultants' capability, knowledge, and attitude must be improved in order.

기술수용모형과 기술 사용자수용의 통합이론을 이용한 공공부문 BSC시스템 수용에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 최근 공공부문에 급속히 확산되고 성과 관리시스템을 수용하는데 있어 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증분석으로 검증하기 위한 연구 이다. 정보시스템 형태로 구현된 BSC(Balanced Scorecard)기반의 성과관리시스템을 수용대상으로 하고 있어 Davis(1986)의 TAM (Technology Acceptance Model)을 기본 틀로 Venkatech et al.(2003)의 UTAUT(the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology)를 접목하여 연구모형으로 활용하였다. 설문조사는 BSC시스템을 도입하여 사용 중인 공공부문 기관(회사)을 대상으로 251부의 유효표본을 확보하였다. 구조방정식 모형의 경로분석을 통한 가설검정 결과 13개의 가설 중 9개의 가설이 채택되었다. 교육훈련, 정보시스템 지원, 최고경영자지원, 개인의 혁신성은 노력에 대한 기대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 사용 자들이 새로운 기술 수용에 있어서 보다 쉽게 사용 할 것으로 기대하는데 교육훈련, 정보시스템 지원, 최고경영자지원 등 조직차원의 다양한 지원과 사용자 개인의 혁신성이 요구되는 것으로 해석된다. 성과에 대한 기대의 경로분석 결과 BSC시스템 수용 요인들 중에서 최고경영자지원과 개인의 혁신성만이 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 공공부문의 실제 BSC시스템 구축에 대한 사례연구들에서도 지적된 사항이기도 하다. 한편, 노력에 대한 기대는 성과에 대한 기대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기존의 TAM 관련연구들의 결과를 지지하는 것으로 공공부문 BSC시스템 수용에 있어서도 노력에 대한 기대가 높을수록 성과에 대한 기대가 높은 것을 보여준다.

Do Firms in Industry Cluster Built by Government Show better Performances? (산업단지 입주기업은 비입주기업보다 성과가 뛰어난가? - 경기도 지역 제조업체를 중심으로 -)

  • Generally, it is known that the agglomeration economies appear in some industry clusters which were developed naturally. But, in Korea, most of industry clusters were built by government. This research was carried out to evaluate the performance of governments zoning investment, in other words, industry cluster policy. In this research, we use the data of manufacturing firms in Kyunggi-province. For the microeconomic analysis, we use the KIS-VALUE data of 2008. As the empirical test methods we use both multiple regressions and Propensity Score Matching. In conclusion, there is no evidences that firms in industry cluster have better performances. Surprisingly, in PSM analysis, we find the evidence that firms in industry cluster show less innovative performance.

  • 초고속 인터넷 서비스 보급의 확산에 따라 인터넷 이용이 더욱 편리해지고 일상화되면서 인터넷 뱅킹은 새로운 기술혁신의 수용이 아니라 생활 속에 자리 잡은 일상의 금융서비스가 되었다. 이러한 디지털 금융환경의 변화로 인해 이제 국내에도 인터넷 전문은행의 도입에 대한 시장여건이 한층 성숙되어지고 있으며, 이에 따라 인터넷 전문은행의 성공적인 시장 진입의 가능성에 대한 관심도 그 어느 때 보다 고조되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 시장의 관심을 반영하여, 기존 인터넷 뱅킹 사용자들이 인터넷 전문은행이 도입 될 경우 전환에 대해 어떠한 수용태도를 보일 것인지에 대해 실증 분석을 통해 그 가능성을 타진해 보고자 하였다.
