A Study of Influencing Sequential Relationship on the Loyalty (점포충성도의 상호순차적인 영향관계에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to investigate structure relationship between factors influencing or mediating store loyalty in service encounter. The result of study suggests salesperson's voluntary service has an effect on store loyalty through interpersonal relationship and store satisfaction. On the other hand, nonvoluntary service doesn't statistically influence interpersonal relationship but influences store loyalty through store satisfaction. Interestingly this results shows that store loyalty is consisted of cognitive loyalty, affective loyalty, intentional loyalty, and behavioral loyalty and each loyalty have an affect in sequence each other. Managerial implications on research result is followed as first, as an evaluation method of salesperson, it is useful to evaluate salesperson's behavioral performance. second, to build store loyalty, it must make an effort for marketer to differentiate through store promotion in terms of customer's cognitive perspectives. It is meaningful for these results to apply to current retailing situations practically.

Structural Relationship among User Experience, Flow and Satisfaction of Electronic Hogu System in the Taekwondo Game (태권도 경기에서 전자호구 시스템의 사용자 경험, 몰입 및 만족의 구조적 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to find the effects of user experience on flow and satisfaction of electronic hogu system in the taekwondo game. The subjects were players who had experience using electronic hogu system in the taekwondo game for 2014 year 7month~10month. 652 samples out of 750 samples through convenient sampling method were adopted as a final data. We confirmed the goodness of fit test of the model, utilizing SPSS WIN Ver 18.0, and AMOS 7.0, and after which we tested each hypothesis. The results were as follows; First, sentient, emotional, cognitive, behavioral, relational experience of user experience did not have a significant influence on cognition flow. Second, sentient, emotional, relational experience of user experience did not have a significant influence on behavioral flow. Third, cognitive, behavioral experience of user experience had a significant influence on behavioral flow. Fourth, cognition, behavioral flow had a significant influence on satisfaction. Fifth, factor between native and foreigner taekwondo players had significantly different. This paper is a meaningful to figure out user satisfaction of electronic hogu system in taekwondo games and maximize athletic performance.

A Study on Documentation Strategy for Contemporary Incidents (동시대 사건 기록화를 위한 도큐멘테이션 전략 연구 L코믹스 사태를 중심으로)

  • The contemporary incidents, in which hatred toward the socially disadvantaged is the cause, are constantly evoking archivists' social role and responsibility. This study notes the documentation strategy as a way to document contemporary incidents involving the socially disadvantaged as the main actors. The purpose of this study is to propose the documentation strategy for documenting contemporary incidents around the L Comics issue. As a theoretical study, it examines the concept and significance of contemporary incidents documenting and documentation strategies. Through an analysis of the issue's overview, features, key events, and focus groups, the context of the issue was identified, and relevant online records were investigated. In addition, through interviews with stakeholders and experts, opinions on the documentation strategy of the L Comics issue were collected. In conclusion, the study discusses the objectives, direction, principle, category, subject and considerations for documenting the issue, and proposes the documentation strategy for it.

Relationships between Knowledge, Attitude and Preventive Behavior about Tuberculosis in Service Workers (서비스직 종사자들의 결핵관련 지식, 태도 및 예방행위)

  • This study examined the relationships among levels of knowledge, attitude and preventive behavior regarding tuberculosis in service workers. The survey period was 1 - 7 October, 2015 with service workers who work in large scale stores in Jeonnam. The collected data were analyzed using an independent t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients using the SPSS WIN 12.0 program. The mean score for knowledge about tuberculosis was $14.05{\pm}6.39$, the mean score of attitude toward tuberculosis was $29.87{\pm}4.89$ and the mean score of preventive behavior for tuberculosis was $31.44{\pm}4.86$. Preventive behavior was found to have significant relationships with gender, marital status, smoking, job satisfaction, and subjective health status. A slightly positive correlation was observed between the knowledge of tuberculosis and the attitudes toward tuberculosis. A positive correlation was noted between the attitude toward tuberculosis and preventive behavior for tuberculosis, while there was a negative correlation between the preventive behavior and age. Therefore, is necessary to consider the related factors for the development and implementation of systematic education programs that can encourage and promote preventive behavior for tuberculosis among service workers.

인터넷 상점에서의 동적인 고객 분석에 따른 마케팅 전략

  • 전통적인 고객관계관리 연구는 특정 시점에서 고객관계관리에 중점을 두어 연구되었다. 정적인 고객관계관리와 고객 행동에 관한 지식은 마케팅 관리자가 제한된 마케팅 자원을 이익의 극대화를 위해 사용할 수 있게 해주었다. 그러나 시간이 경과하게 되면 이러한 정적인 지식은 쓸모가 없어지게 된다. 그러므로 고객관계관리는 고객의 동적 특성을 반영해야 한다. 과거 고객의 구매 행위를 관찰하여 현재 또는 미래 시장의 고객을 세분화하여 구분된 고객 군집에 대해 서로 다른 마케팅 전략을 사용할 수 있다. 고객의 구매행동을 근간으로 한 고객관계관리는 수십 년 전부터 연구되어왔지만 동적인 고객관계관리에 대한 연구는 최근에 들어 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 인터넷 상점의 고객 데이터로부터 추출된 지식과 시간 경과에 따른 고객 행동 패턴의 분석을 위해 데이터마이닝과 모니터링 에이전트 시스템(MAS)을 이용하며, 이를 통해 동적인 고객관계관리 모델을 제시한다. 이 모델은 고객 이력 경로에 대한 예측과 고객에게 나타나는 집단 이력경로의, 분석, 그리고 시간 경과에 따른 고객 군집의 변화에 대한 분석, 그에 따른 마케팅 전략 도출을 포함한다. 이 모델의 제안은 많은 온라인 소매상이 직면할 수 있는 경영상의 문제를 해결하는데 유용할 것이다.

  • T-Commerce는 한 마디로 TV를 통한 e-commerce이다. 그러나 단어가 주는 간단함과는 달리 기존의 e-commerce나 m-Commerce가 가졌던 전통적 상거래 개념으로부터의 혁명성을 한 차원 더 뛰어넘는 엄청난 잠재력과 변화력을 가지고 있는 새로운 개념이자 현상이다. 즉, e-commerce가 갖고 있는 개별성, 즉시성, 상호작용성, 다매체성의 장점 위에 욕구의 충동성, 편의성 및 고감도성이 결합된 새로운 경제문화행위 방식이라 할 수 있다. 우리에게 너무도 친숙한 TV방송의 디지털화를 통한 방송과 통신의 융합현상으로 방송 산업의 형태도 빠르게 변화되고 있다. 이러한 시장의 확대는 데이터 방송의 양방향 서비스인 T-Commerce에 대한 새로운 서비스를 가능하게 하는 기술과 성공적인 사업모델에 대한 실질적인 준비가 전제되어야만 가능하다. 본 고에서는 T-Commerce 비즈니스 모델과 전략에 따른 기술에 관하여 논하고자 한다.

The Effects of Individual and Social Factors on the Knowledge Sharing Activities of the Virtual Community of Practice (가상 지식실행공동체에서 개인요인과 사회관계요인이 지식공유 활동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to find factors affecting knowledge sharing activities which have two aspects-quantity and quality. We surveyed the members of a virtual community of practice called "UPOW.com". It is dedicated to sharing knowledge about job related problems, questions, experience of educational official. This study derived factors from social cognitive theory and social capital theory. The findings of the study can be summarized as follows; first, quality of shared knowledge and quantity of knowledge sharing both have positive effect on knowledge utilization. Second, individual factors and social relations have positive effect on quantity of knowledge sharing. However, individual factors' effects on quantity of knowledge sharing are not significant. These results have academic implications to find factors affecting both side of knowledge sharing. Also these finding will give an insight to develop virtual community of practice for an organization's sustained competitiveness.

The Relationship between Attitude, Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control and Intention of Safer Sexual Behavior in the Non-Experienced University Students of Sexual Intercourse (성 경험이 없는 대학생의 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행위통제와 안전한 성행위 의도간의 관계)

  • This purpose of this study was to identify the relationships between attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and intention of safer sexual behavior in non-experienced university students of sexual intercourse. The study participants were 604 students of university in Seoul. Considering the extremely private and sensitive topic of this study, data collection was performed through online and mobile media form April 1 to 14, 2013. Collected data were analyzes using the SPSS 21.0 Programs. As a results, Intention of safer sexual behavior had a meaningful relationship with attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control. Bsaed on these results, it is suggested that the results the of this study are used to develop nursing intervention strategies for the promotion of sexual health, such as sex education programs or sex counseling programs targeting university students.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the patterns of deviation in urban music festival through the theories and a case study. A deviation help contemporary people in the routine of daily life to give a lot of energy. Such a deviation is strongly experienced from the festival. So it is important to study the patterns of deviation in urban festival. For this purpose, the relation between deviation and festival is examined first. And then the patterns of deviation in festival are drawn from the preceding research and case studies. The patterns of deviation in festival are identified as spatio-temporal deviation, active deviation, and situational deviation. Spatio-temporal deviation is divided into non-dailiness, space separation, and space appropriation. Active deviation is divided into make-over and expression. Situational deviation is divided into overturning and new meeting. This patterns of deviation applies to case study of ACC world music festival held in Gwangju metropolitan city with a content analysis methodology. The research finding is that Spatio-temporal deviation is most evident in ACC world music festival, on the other hand active deviation and situational deviation are weak or no evident. It is expected that various deviant elements presented in this study will be used strategically in festival planning to help strengthen the festivity of modern urban festivals.
