Customer incivility is an important stress factor employees performing service tasks, and this is equally true for employees who perform civil affairs services. The purpose of this study is to investigate the negative effects of adverse customer behavior and ways to reduce it. This study adopts the Conservation of Resource (COR) theory in order to examine customer incivility. This study predicts that customer incivility will negative emotions and eventually lead to emotional exhaustion in employees. We also predict that social support (organizational support, supervisor support, coworker support) perceived by employees would moderate the relationship between customer incivility and negative emotions. This study is based on 481 questionnaires collected from public officials. The results are as follows: First, customer incivility causes negative emotions. Second, negative emotions mediate the relationship between customer incivility and emotional exhaustion. Third, the relationship between customer incivility and negative emotions showed moderating effects on the perception of organizational support which is one of three types of social support. Based on the results of this study, implications, limitations, and future direction of research are suggested.

Purpose: Obesity can lead to several chronic diseases. With a continuous increase in the obesity rates, sustainable healthy weight management among growing adolescents has become essential. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between obesity-related factors and creative convergence ability. This could form the basis for convergence education for the sustainable healthy weight management of adolescents. Methods: Data were collected from 430 adolescents in Daegu, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeonggi regions using a self-administered 5-Likert questionnaire from November to December 2020. Results: The average score of the male students was higher than that of the female students in terms of healthy weight management convergence awareness, creativity, convergence thinking ability, self-efficacy, exercise, and dietary diversity. On the other hand, the dietary restraint score and the number of weight loss attempts were higher in the female students. Dietary restraint, disinhibition scores and weight loss attempts were higher in obese adolescents compared to underweight adolescents. It was found that dietary restraint, convergence thinking ability, problem-solving ability, exercise, and dietary diversity factors had a positive effect on healthy weight management convergence awareness. Healthy weight management convergence awareness, exercise, meal amount management, junk food management, weight loss belief, and weight loss trial experience had a positive effect on dietary restraint. Convergence thinking ability, weight loss experience, and obesity factors had a positive effect on dietary disinhibition. Conclusion: The sustainable healthy weight management education of adolescents is based on weight management knowledge and awareness of convergence, and must include gender differences. Thus, the problem-solving ability for healthy weight management can be creatively cultivated to enhance self-efficacy.

최근 유통연구에서 상당히 진행되고 있는 신뢰에 기반한 관계형성에 관한 연구들은 신뢰를 장기지향적인 관계를 형성하는 핵심적인 개념으로 간주하고, 경로구성원의 신뢰형성에 관계되는 선행 및 결과요인에 대한 다양한 개념들을 가지고 다각적인 연구모델들을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 연구들의 공통된 견해는 신뢰를 기반으로 한 관계행동에 관한 연구가 쌍방향적 관점에서 실행되어야 한다는 필요성을 인식하면서도 실증부분에서는 어느 일방향적 관점에서 설명하는 한계점을 나타냈으며, 비록 연구모델이 쌍방적 측면을 고려했다고 할지라도 관계행동이 쌍방에 의해 형성된 하나의 신뢰인에 의한 것인지 경로구성원 각자가 독자적으로 형성한 상대방에 대한 신뢰들에 의한 것인지를 명확히 규명하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위해 먼저 문헌고찰을 통하여 신뢰의 본질 및 방향성, 관계형성에서의 신뢰의 역할을 논의하고 이와 같은 문헌고찰을 토대로 신뢰의 선행변인과 결과변인을 도식화한 쌍방의 독자적 신뢰에 대한 모델을 제시하여, 마케팅 이론과 실무에 적합한 시사점을 제안하고자 한다

The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement direction of the delivery system through researching the information accepter' recognition and use about warning delivery system. According to the survey, they listen to civil defence alert broadcasting on mass media more than personal media. The frequency of alert broadcasting is significantly very low and they listen to it below 5 times in a year. Also, nearly one in four people says its siren and contents are indistinct. Alert broadcasting's siren shows less memory retrieval and sorting capability than others and the result shows that they will act based on the broadcasting instead of reacting to prior knowledge in real situations. Finally, the result shows that improving public awareness through education and publicity more than social system buildup is important in civil defence alert system.

Recently, the use of artificial intelligence technology including deep learning has become active in various fields. In particular, several algorithms showing superior performance in object recognition and detection based on deep learning technology have been presented. In this paper, we propose the proper direction for the implementation of mobile healthcare application that user's convenience is effectively reflected. By effectively analyzing the current state of use satisfaction research for the existing fitness applications and the current status of mobile healthcare applications, we attempt to secure survival and superiority in the fitness application market, and, at the same time, to maintain and expand the existing user base.

최근 CCTV(Closed Circuit Television)의 설치가 증가하면서 효율적인 모니터링을 위하여 지능형 영상분석 기술에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 지능형 영상분석 기술은 영상의 정보를 분석하여 자동으로 이상 행위를 탐지하고 관리자에게 경보를 전송하는 기술로써, 사고를 사전에 예방하고 사고가 발생한 경우에는 신속하게 대응하여 피해를 줄일 수 있게 해준다. 본고에서는 지능형 영상분석 기술이 탐지할 수 있는 이상 행위, 즉 이벤트를 그 목적에 따라서 보안, 비즈니스 인텔리전스, 객체인식으로 구분하여 현재 기술 수준을 살펴볼 것이다. 그리고 앞으로 지능형 영상분석에서 이벤트 탐지 기술의 발전 방향을 사람의 행동인식, 행위 기반 이상 현상 탐지, 군중 환경에서 이벤트 탐지, 지능형 영상분석 구조의 변화 등의 관점으로 구분하여 살펴보고자 한다.

Educational culture generally refers to learners' perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors related to education. Given that educational culture of the university is considered a major factor influencing students' college life, such as learning development, achievement, and dropout, identifying their perceptions of the educational culture is critical to establish the university's education goals and directions. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the educational culture recognized by K university's students and analyze differences in perception with professors to derive implications for future improvement.

The research was conducted with awareness of cultural uniqueness in each country and similarities and universality among countries. On that account, it raised questions about the idea that social well-being can be achieved only materialistic consumption and its cultural symbolism can lead to incongruity in social hierarchy and then dysfunctions in a counter way. On the other hand, the value of well-being can be achieved by many different ways and within one's limited budget as well as material consumption. This paper provides basic information about the development of essential wellbeing products and strategies for building market segmentation in the industry. The research also provides policy makers with the direction of welfare policy in our society to establish a foundation of creating conditions for true well being. This paper will be helpful in fulfilling well-being in our whole society.

In order to prepare for the Anthropocene, this study aims to provide basic data on the direction of the Anthropocene liberal arts education by sharing experiences on anthropocene perception for undergraduates using the FGI analysis method. Interviews were conducted on 14 people who participated in liberal arts tutoring for about four months from October 2021 to January 2022, and as a result of confirming meaningful concepts according to qualitative analysis methods, a total of three topics, eight subcategories, and 16 sub-units were derived. "The advent of the new geological age" recognized that the anthrop tax was close to our lives, and it was time to predict the future through the meaning, seriousness, and development potential of the anthrop tax, and "Anthropocene Reorganization and Responsibility" emphasized the reorganization and responsibility of individuals, companies, and governments. The Direction of Human Tax Liberal Education proposed future basic liberal arts education, action practice for climate change, measures to overcome the anthropology using ICT technology, and various liberal arts education contents for a positive anthropology. In this regard, this study raised perception of the survival of mankind by in-depth exploration of the anthropocene in terms of liberal arts education, suggested the direction of future liberal arts education necessary in the anthropocene era, and suggested implications for the educational content and method.

증권가격의 시계열을 그래프로 표시하면 이 시계열의 운동양태가 파악될 수도 있다. 그래프를 통하여 추세가 존재하고 있는지 아니면 존재하지 않는지를 파악할 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 이 그래프를 통하여 증권가격 시계열이 정상적과정에 의하여 생성되는지의 여부가 인식될 수도 있을 것이며, (조건부) 이분산이 존재하고 있는지 또는 (조건부) 동분산이 존재하고 있는지도 인식될 수 있을 것이다. 간단한 기술통계량을 통하여 증권시계열의 성질을 파악할수도 있다. 이 시계열이 선형과정에 의하여 생성되는지 아니면 비선형과정에 의하여 생성되는지도 인식할 수 있을 것이다. 뿐만아니라 비선형과정중 하나인 카오스 과정에 의하여 증권가격이 생성되는지의 여부도 파악할 수 있을 것이다. 증권가격의 실현된 표본경로와 시뮬레이션을 통하여 얻은 표본경로가 일치하는지 또는 불일치하는지에 대한 판별을 통하여 모형정립에서 특히 많이 사용되고 있는 확률과정들이 생성시키는 증권가격 시계열이 실제로 관찰된 가격 시계열과 일치하여 현실적합성을 가지고 있는지의 여부도 판단할 수 있을 것이다. 주가시계열 그 자체를 출발점으로 하여 이 시계열의 움직임과 행동양식을 파악해가면 수많은 연구를 통하여 축적된 이론들과 주가를 형성시키는 성질들이 현실적으로 성립하고 있는지도 밝힐 수 있고 개발된 이론들의 장점과 단점을 강도높게 밝힐 수 있는 계기도 갖게 될 것이다. 데이터를 있는 그대로 면밀하게 검토하면 이미 공개된 문제점(open question)도 확인할 수 있을 것이고 아직 알려지지 않은 문제점들과 질문들을 찾게 될 수도 있을 것이다. 이것들은 앞으로의 연구를 위한 중요한 발견이 될 수 있을 것이다. 이 논문에서는 문제와 질문의 발견에 초점을 둔다. 이 논문에서는 한국의 주식시장과 미국의 주식시장을 대비하여 다룬다. 우리가 그동안의 연구를 통하여 미국의 문헌과 미국의 시장에 대한 지식을 상당히 축적하고 있는 만큼 이 대비를 통하여 두 시장이 동일하게 가지고 있는 행동양태와 서로 상이하게 가지고 있는 점들을 파악하면 두 시장에 대한 이해의 폭도 넓어질 것이며 동시에 미국의 연구결과를 수용하는 큰 방향을 결정하는데에도 일조가 되리라고 생각된다.
