The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship pattern among paternal parenting behaviors, father involvement, parenting stress, and parenting self- efficacy. The subjects were 299 fathers of 3 to 4 year-old children at 2 child care centers and 11 kindergartens in Seoul and the Gyunggi-do area. Fathers responded to a modified version of Parenting Daily Hassles(Crinc & Greeberg, 1990), a re vised version of Parenting Sense of Competence(Gibaud-Wallston & Wandersman, 1978), and questionnaires including questions about parenting behaviors(Park, 2000) and father involvement developed by authors. Stepwise regression analyses showed that fathers' cognitive efficacy of parenting and the frequency of play involvement on weekdays significantly explained paternal 'warmth encouragement'. Also, cognitive efficacy and the frequency and time amount of play involvement on weekdays significantly explained paternal 'setting up the limitations'. Meanwhile, fathers' emotional efficacy and the amount of play time involvement on weekdays significantly explained paternal 'over-protection permission'. Finally, the cognitive and emotional efficacy of rearing and parenting stress significantly explained paternal 'rejection non-intervention'.

이광오[1]의 연구를 바탕으로 한글 필기 행동의 설명을 시도하였다. 한글 필기에 나타나는 실수에는 예기, 지속, 부가, 생략 등의 유형이 있었으며, 실수에 개입되는 단위로는 단어, 글자, 자모가 인정되었다. 필기에 필요한 기본단위로 글자표상을 가정하고, 심성어휘집에서의 부분적 표기정보 인출과 음소-자모 변환에 의해 글자표상이 생성되는 필기행동 모형에 대해 고찰하였다.

인간은 일주일 단위로 유사한 행동 패턴을 가진다고 한다. 이런 점에서 일주일 단위의 시간-공간 기록의 형태인 인간 이동 데이터를 이용하면, 인간의 행동 패턴을 유추해 낼 수 있다. 본 논문에서 인간의 행동을 유추하기 위해 BPN알고리즘을 사용하였다. BPN알고리즘에 대해 설명하고, 인간 이동의 예측에 관한 적용에 관한 BPN알고리즘의 설계 과정을 논의한다. 그리고 해당 실험의 결과와 분석을 제시한다.

The neurophysiological study has been widely used in search of the relationship between brain and behavior. The basic techniques for the animal experiments of this kind such as stereotaxic techniques, lesioning methods, the methods of electrical stimulation and recording, and confirmation of histological location were briefly reviewed. Nevertheless, the importance of complementary neurochemical, neuroanatomical and behavioral studies can not be neglected.

Recently, personal information leakage incidents with increased usage of mobile services are increasing. Personal information leakage incidents can have a significant impact on an individual's mobile banking services. Accordingly, we examine relationships among individual's psychological characteristics, intention and behavior regarding compliance in an individual's perception on personal information leakage incidents in mobile banking contexts. In this study, for explaining our research model and understanding with personal psychology and behavior in mobile banking contexts, we adopted two theories, theory of interpersonal behavior and stimulus-response theory. We collected the 55 data using online surveyor and then analyzed structural equation model in order to find causal relationships among research variables. The results of this study should be useful to the mobile banking services companies in promoting service users to follow the information privacy policies.

This study was to investigate sociocultural attitude toward appearance, body image, and self-esteem predict the appearance management in middle and high school girls. A descriptive compare design was used with self-report questionnaires, which were completed by 384 subjects. Data was analyzed with t-test and regression. There were statistically significant differences in sociocultural attitude toward appearance (internalization, awareness), body image (appearance evaluation, appearance orientation, body area satisfaction), and appearance management (weight management, cloth management, face management) between the two groups. Regression analysis revealed sociocultural attitude toward appearance (internalization, awareness) and appearance orientation of body image were predictors of appearance management in middle school girls. The significant predictors of appearance management for high school girls were body image (appearance evaluation, appearance orientation, body area satisfaction). The study gives new suggestions that there is necessary different methods to educate and council for appearance management in middle and high school girls.

This study analyzed variables that affect children's social behavior. The subjects were 1000 kindergarten children and their mothers living in Korea. Instruments used in this study were the Children's Social Behavior, Temperament, Emotional Intelligence, Maternal Characteristics, and Parental Involvement Checklist. Collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results showed that (a) girls had higher social behavior score than boys. (b) For both boys and girls' social behavior was related to children's temperament and emotional intelligence. Particularly, children's emotional intelligence was the strongest predictor for both boys and girls' social behavior.

This current study sought to investigate effects of in-service teachers' achievement goal orientation, organizational citizenship behavior on job-satisfaction and to discuss the improvement of early childhood teachers' achievement goal orientation and organizational citizenship behavior. A total of 178 teachers participated in this study and completed questionnaires. To analyze the data, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical multiple-regression analysis were used. The results were as follows. Firstly, relatively correlation existed between teachers' achievement goal orientation and job satisfaction. Particularly, mastery-approach orientation, performance-approach orientation showed the relatively high correlation with job satisfaction and its sub-scales. Also, teachers' organizational citizenship behavior had relatively positive correlation with their job-satisfaction and its sub-scales. Secondly, teachers' achievement goal orientation and its sub-scale had 38% significant effects on their job-satisfaction. And teachers' organizational citizenship behavior appeared to have 8.6% influence on job-satisfaction. Based on the results, several ways were discussed to develop and improve teachers' achievement goal orientation and organizational citizenship behavior.

This study examined how students' satisfaction with their major department influences their organizational commitment and intention to pursue a career in tourism-related fields among college students majoring in hospitality and tourism. The results indicated that their overall satisfaction with their department affected positively their organizational commitment but not the behavioral intention to pursue career in the tourism-related fields. Organizational commitment, on the other hands, exerted a positively significant influence behavioral intention to pursue tourism-related career. The results of this study underscored the needs for the educators to manage students' psychological attachment to the department they belong to and their major field of study. Continuous relationship-building efforts should be made for the students to pursue tourism-related career after graduation. Such efforts include efficient communication between faculty and students, extended supports from the school and alumni to the students, and last but not the least, sufficient supports from colleges.

기존의 온라인 게임에서 구현되어 있는 수동적인 MOB(Mobile Character)에 '회피' 상태를 추가하고 3 가지 각각의 행동 전이에 따른 행동 패턴을 행동 특성 곡선으로 표현하며 '공격'과 '접근'자극을 스트레스 모형에 적용하여 스트레스에 따른 MOB 에이전트의 행동 패턴 변화를 설명하고 주변의 다른 에이전트들과의 협동을 도모할 수 있는 지능적인 MOB 에이전트를 [1]논문에서 설계하였다. 본 논문에서는 [1]논문에서의 모형을 향상시키기 위하여 행동패턴을 구체화하고 수식을 추가하였으며, 또한 스트레스 카운터를 추가하여 보다 현실적인 모형을 설계하였다.
