Mediating Effect of Career Adaptability in the Relationship between Strengths Knowledge and Occupational Engagement of Nursing Students (간호대학생의 강점인식과 진로관여행동: 진로적응성의 매개효과)

  • This study aims to investigate the mediating effect of career adaptability in the relationship between strengths knowledge and occupational engagement for nursing students. The participants of this study were 284 nursing students in three Universities in G City, J Province. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis. Also mediation analysis was performed according to the Baron and Kenny method and Sobel test. The career adaptability showed a partial mediating effect between the strengths knowledge and the occupational engagement(Z=6.66, p<.001). The positive the strengths knowledge(β=.24, p<.001), the higher the career adaptability(β=.49, p<.001), the higher the occupational engagement level, and the explanatory power to explain occupational engagement was 47%. In order to increase the level of career engagement of nursing students, specific behavioral strategies for fostering career adaptability as well as cognitive guidance strategies that enable individuals to recognize their strengths in career-related education and counseling are needed.

Applying the Theory of Planned Behavior to Understand Milk Consumption among WIC Preagnant Women (저소득층 임신부들의 우유 소비 행동을 이해하기 위한예측이론(Theory of Planned Behavior)의 적용)

  • Despite the importance of prenatal nutrition, many studies find inadequate calcium intake among pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to investigate the value of the Theory of Planned Behavior in explaining the intentions and the actual consumption of milk among pregnant women participating in or eligible for WIC. A cross-sectional survey was conducted to collect information regarding attitudes, subjective norms, perceived control, milk allocation within the family, intentions and consumption of milk. The survey questionnaire was developed using open-ended questions and interviews with 112 pregnant women. One-hundred-eighty women recruited from prenatal clinics completed the survey questionnaire. Multiple regression was used separately to investigate the association of factors to intentions and to the consu-mption of milk, as proposed in the theory. Milk allocation within the family was used as an exploratory variable to explain milk consumption. Study findings revealed that all three factors, attitudes, subjective norms and perceived control contributed to the model in explaining intentions (explained variance : 36.2%), with perceived control being most important. For milk consumption, intentions and perceived control were related significantly to actual consumption, while milk allocation within the family was not (explained variance : 44.6%). These findings suggest that perceived control is important in understanding both intentions and milk consumption, providing empirical evidence for the Theory of Planned Behavior. With respect to the role of perceived control, more strong evidence was provided in explaining intentions. Findings suggest that educational interventions to increase milk consumption among pregnant women should incorporate strategies to enhance the perception of control, and to strengthen positive attitudes and to elicit social support from significant other.   • 악성코드의 위협이 점차 증가하고 있다. 악성코드를 보다 잘 탐지하기 위해 의미 구조를 기반으로 탐지하는 안티바이러스 프로그램이 필요하게 되었다. 의미구조를 기반으로 악성코드를 검출하기 위해서는 프로그램의 어떤 행동이 나쁜 행동인지를 구체적으로 서술하는 것이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 악성코드의 행동을 형식적으로 나타내는 기술 언어를 만들고 그것이 얼마나 표현가능한지를 악성코드의 행동을 직접 표현해 봄으로써 구체적으로 설명한다. 이 기술 언어를 사용하여 특정 프로그램과 기술 언어를 입력으로 받아 악성코드인지 여부를 알아내는 정적 분석기를 만들 수 있을 것이다. 여기서 제시하는 행동 기술 언어는 프로그램의 행동을 구체적으로 고차원으로 표현할 수 있고, 악성코드의 대표적인 행동들을 충분히 담을 수 있을 만큼 강력하다.

The effects of adult attachment and satisfaction with life on affection-rejection parenting in preschoolers' mothers (유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 성인애착과 삶의 만족도가 애정적-거부적 양육행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates the relationships among adult attachment, satisfaction with life and affection-rejection parenting in preschoolers' mothers. The participants were 339 preschoolers' mothers in Daegu or Gyeongbok Province. The collected data were analyzed by single and multiple regressions, using SPSS PC(15.0 version). The results are as follows. (1) Adult attachment and satisfaction with life was positively associated with affection parenting in preschoolers' mothers. Adult attachment and satisfaction with life was negatively associated with rejection parenting In preschoolers' mothers. (2) The influence of adult attachment on affection-rejection parenting was rather higher than satisfaction with life in preschoolers' mothers. (3) The explanation power adult attachment on rejection parenting was rather higher than on affection parenting in preschoolers' mothers.

  • This paper revisits two conventional beliefs of environmental nonmarket valuation and examines their weaknesses and a new opportunity. The two beliefs are that willingness to pay (WTP) is an appropriate measure of nonmarket behaviour and that exogenous variables are relevant predictors of WTP whilst endogenous variables are not. The contemporary literature in psychology and economics is reviewed to demonstrate departures from these two beliefs. Tackling heterogeneity in stated preferences, both socio-demographic and psychological variables should be measured simultaneously to explain and predict choice behaviours more accurately.

  • This paper presents a multimodal sensor system that can determine the location of house space by analyzing the postures and heights of the residents. It consists of two sensors: a tilt sensor and an altimeter sensor. The tilt sensor measures the static and dynamic postures of the residents, and the altimeter sensor measures their heights. The sensor system includes a Bluetooth transmitter, and the server receives the measured data and determines the location in the house. We describe the process determining the locations of the residents after analyzing their postures and behaviors from the measured data. We also demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed system by applying it to a real environment.

  • 강화 학습은 누적 보상 값을 최대화할 수 있는 행동 선택 전략을 학습하는 온라인 학습의 한 형태이다. 효과적인 강화학습을 위해 학습 에이전트가 매 순간 고민해야 하는 문제가 탐험(exploitation)과 탐색(exploration)의 문제이다. 경험과 학습이 충분치 않은 상태의 에이전트는 어느 정도의 보상 값을 보장하는 과거에 경험한 행동을 선택하느냐 아니면 보상 값을 예측할 수 없는 새로운 행동을 시도해봄으로써 학습의 폭을 넓힐 것이냐를 고민하게 된다. 특히 단일 에이전트에 비해 상태공간과 행동공간이 더욱 커지는 다중 에이전트 시스템의 경우, 효과적인 강화학습을 위해서는 상태 공간 축소방법과 더불어 탐색의 기회가 많은 행동 선택 전략이 마련되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 로봇축구 Keepaway를 위한 효율적인 다중 에이전트 강화학습 방법을 설명한다. 이 방법의 특징은 상태 공간 축소를 위해 함수근사방법의 하나인 타일 코딩을 적용하였고, 다양한 행동 선택을 위해 룰렛 휠 선택 전략을 적용한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이 방법의 효과를 입증하기 위한 실험결과를 소개한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 앞서 진행한 연구들과 딥러닝을 이용한 고소작업자 행동 모니터링 논문에 이어 작업자 위험 행동분류 시스템을 개선할 수 있는 연구 결과를 비교, 설명한다. 이번 연구에서는 작업자의 행동에 따른 고도계 센서의 데이터를 추가로 수집하여 작업자의 더 다양한 행동을 분류하고 위험 행동 패턴 분석을 위한 방향을 제시한다.

  • 본 논문에서 기존의 이미지 캡셔닝의 문제점인 행동 인식 관련한 문제를 해결한다. 이미지 캡셔닝 모델의 학습 데이터의 행동 부분 즉, 동사 부분으로 행동 인식 데이터 셋을 만들었을 경우 많은 클래스, 각 클래스에는 적은 데이터로 구성됨을 보였다. 따라서, 본 논문에서 행동 인식 모델을 추가하고, 임계값을 두어 이미지 캡셔닝의 동사 부분의 정확도가 낮을 경우, 그리고 행동 인식 모델의 정확도가 높을 경우 두 결과물을 교체하는 방식으로 이미지 캡셔닝의 문제점을 해결한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 모델에 대한 설명과 구현 과정 및 행동 인식에 강인한 이미지 캡셔닝 실험 결과를 보인다.

The Effect of a Librarian's Organizational Commitment and Organization Citizenship Behavior on Organizational Effectiveness (도서관사서의 조직헌신성과 조직시민행동이 조직효과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to explore the effect of a librarian's organizational commitment and Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on organizational effectiveness in libraries. The following conclusions were drawn from the research procedures and data analysis. First, the librarian's organizational commitment make no difference by age level. The librarian's organizational commitment makes no difference by career. The librarian's organizational commitment and organization citizenship behavior make no difference by employment status. Second, the highest correlation is maintain commitment factor and all of the commitment. The second high correlation is sportsmanship behavior factor and all of the organization citizenship behavior. The third high correlation is conscientiousness behavior factor and all of the organization citizenship behavior. Third, the organizational effectiveness is affected 13.4% by a librarian's organization citizenship behavior, 5.6% by librarian's organizational commitment.
