  • 산업구조의 세분화 및 고객 요구사항의 다양화로 인해 국내 뿐만아니라 해외의 대고객 사업의 구조가 점점 프랜차이즈화 되고 있다. 그러나 프랜차이즈 업무가 표준화 및 전산화 되어있지 않아 실패하는 경우가 많다. 따라서 가맹점을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 표준적인 경영 관리 시스템의 필요성이 절실히 요구되는 실정이다. 본 논문은, 프랜차이즈 본부가 가맹점을 모집하고, 가맹점주의 창업업무를 도와주며, 교육 및 A/S등, 가맹점에 대한 지속적인 지원을 효율적으로 할 수 있게 함은 물론, 로얄티등 각종 수금업무를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 프랜차이즈 경영 관리 시스템을 구현하였다.

  • 최근 단순한 이동수단의 목적인 자동차에서 IT기술을 접목시킨 스마트 자동차로의 패러다임 변환을 시도하고 있다. 이러한 ITS(Intelligent Transportation System)기반 스마트 자동차에는 기본적으로 차량 통신 네트워크 기술인 V2X(Vehicle-to-Infra/Vehicle/Nomadic)가 통신기술부분으로 이용되고 있다. V2X는 차량과 차량, 인프라, 모바일간의 통신을 도로차량에 적용한 모든 형태의 통신방식을 지칭하는 용어를 의미한다. 이러한 V2X 통신기술을 사용하기 위해서는 각 통신기술마다 주파수가 필요하며 ITU-R에서는 관련 주파수를 권고하고 있다. 하지만 국내 ITS 서비스용으로 할당된 주파수가 ITU-R의 권고사항 및 국외 현황과 상이하여 국내 차량 간 통신 기술 표준화가 보류 상태에 있으며 기술개발이 늦어지고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 ITS 주파수 할당 현황을 비교하였고, 해외 ITS 산업 동향 및 기술개발동향에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 본 연구 결과는 국내 ITS 주파수 재분배 혹은 추가 할당에 대한 정책 결정시 참고가 될 수 있을 것이다.

  • In this study, keyword network analysis was performed based on global and domestic journals, and network text analysis was conducted for news and articles to examine major issues and research trends on supply chain risks after COVID-19. As a result of analyzing the supply chain risk, after COVID-19 which was relatively insufficient in previous studies, research trends and topics such as supply chain risk recovery, response and public welfare, which are different from previous previous studies, were found in global and domestic journals, news and articles and it was possible to suggest practical strategies and insights for supply chain risk strategies for firms.

  • As the complexity of social problems and interdependency increased significantly, research on social entrepreneurship(SEship) increased rapidly. In this study, systematic approaches(bibliometrics analysis, citation network analysis, and keyword network analysis) were performed to identify research trends in business administration. To this end, keywords of 883 SEship papers published in prominent journals in the SCOPUS database were collected to investigate the existing research flow. The results of this study can be helpful for grasping the perspective of scholars in the business administration on SEship research and determining research topics through understanding related concepts.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the factors that have the impact on Vietnamese female consumers' attitude towards PPL and purchase intention on products in K-Drama. Additionally, the current study aims to discover the moderating effect of usual perception on PPL and the effect of usual flow level on the effects of PPL informativeness and intrusiveness. The existing PPL related research have focused on the effect of the domestic contents on the domestic consumer. However, it is significant that this study examines the impacts of domestic contents on foreign audience' purchase intentions on advertised products. The empirical results are as follows. First, informativeness has positive impacts on attitudes towards PPL and purchase intentions on products. Second, intrusiveness has negative impacts on the outcome variables. Third, attitudes towards PPL shows positive effect on purchase intentions on products. Lastly, the research revealed some interesting evidences on the moderating effects of usual perception on PPL and usual flow level on the main effects.

  • Recently, most firms have difficulties in predicting business context due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, terrorism, social and political interests, as well as market factors such as rapid technological change, diversification of customer needs, and intensification of competition with competitors, thereby increasing the importance of risk management. The purpose of this study is to analyze trends of the risk management field concentrating on SCM, which is increasingly interested, and to identify key researches in this field and provide useful academic information. This study collected the information of the articles published in journals using the Scopus database, and analyzed both the network generated by keywords proposed in the articles and the network generated by the information for citations and co-authorship.

The Effects of Firms' Foreign Market Focus on the Bias of Analysts' Earnings Forecasts: Focusing on CEO Characteristics (기업의 해외시장 집중화가 애널리스트 성과예측정보에 미치는 영향: 최고경영자 특성의 조절효과)

  • This paper investigates the effects of firms' foreign market focus on the optimistic bias of analysts' earnings forecasts. Based on a sample of 852 U.S. manufacturing firms between 1994 and 2015, our empirical results suggest that higher growth of foreign market focus is associated with greater levels of analysts' forecast optimism. Drawing on the CEO career horizon and the upper echelon theory literature, we find evidence that CEOs' career horizon and functional background as a CFO moderates the relationship between the growth rate of foreign market focus and analysts' forecast optimism. This shows that while financial analysts perceive internationalization strategies as signaling growth potential, such perception can vary depending on CEOs' individual characteristics.

온라인소액결제의 속성중요도와 이용행동에 관한 연구

  • 온라인거래가 폭발적으로 증가하면서 온라인결제에 대한 이용자 수요가 증가하고 있다. 특히 최근 들어 온라인소액결제는 다양한 디지털재화(MP3, VOD, 사이버머니 등)를 구입하는 데 활발하게 사용되고 있으며, eBay의 PayPal, 구글의 Checkout 등 해외에선 이미 차세대 온라인 비즈니스 영역으로 주목 받고 있다. 온라인소액결제는 전자 상거래에서 사용되는 결제 방식으로 금액이 작은 온라인 거래에서 사용되는 결제를 말한다. 하지만 온라인소액결제에 대한 국내외적인 성장에도 불구하고 이 분야에 대한 연구는 거의 전무한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 온라인소비자들이 온라인 환경에서 소액결제를 이용할 때, 선호하는 결제수단과 중요시 여기는 속성에 대한 실증연구를 진행했다. 온라인 소액결제는 연령층에 따라 신용카드 결제와 상품권, 사이버머니 등의 결제 선호로 나뉘어 지고, 개인정보 보장 등과 같은 안전성에 관련된 속성을 중요시 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 향후, 온라인 소액결제에 대한 소비자 특성과 도입 및 발전전략에 대한 다양한 해석을 통해 이비즈니스 분야에 실질적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Relative Competitive Strengths of Overseas Chinese Firms in China: Advantages of Homeland Investment (중국투자 화교기업의 상대적 경쟁력: 모국투자의 이점)

  • Since China opened its market to foreign investors, overseas Chinese firms have been the biggest foreign investors. Because of the uncertain market environment, other foreign finns incurred larger liabilities of foreignness than overseas Chinese finns. Some parts of liabilities of foreignness stem from cultural differences and last for quite long time. Therefore better understanding of Chinese culture and guanxi network can give overseas Chinese finns competitive advantages over those from other countries by offering market information and reducing transaction costs. Also better management skills, information about export markets and abundant capital allow them to maintain competitive strengths over local firms. As foreign firms accumulate market knowledge in China, they can reduce liabilities of foreignness. However, it is very difficult for foreigners to understand Chinese cultures and to utilize guanxi network as well as Chinese. It is likely that Overseas Chines firms can have competitive strengths in some industries such as banking, retailing, and foreign trade, where relationship with local contractors and exploitation of worldwide Chines networks can play important roles to make successful business deals.

  • The purpose of this study is to show the works of Jeju artists and ways to contribute to the Jeju tourism industry, with the research background in that it has recently continued to accept the works of Jeju contemporary artists and draws active works. As a measure to achieve this research purpose, the Deep Dream Generator software was judged to be an effective method for promoting this study. As a specific research process, we will use the Deep Dream Generator to synthesize each of the works of Jeju artists and works of famous foreign artists provided by Deep Dream Generators with their own photos of Jeju Oreum and display the results, and attempt to reinterpret Jeju Oreum using artificial intelligence. In addition, it is expected to revitalize Jeju's art works and tourism by seeking ways to use the results in Jeju tourism products.
