  • 반폐쇄해역에서는 해수교환이 어렵고 육상에서 유입부하와 적조 등의 영향을 강하게 받기 때문에 항상 수질과 저질이 악화되기 쉬운 환경에 처해 있어서 이의 개선을 위한 일환으로 해양식물(잘피)의 서식환경을 복원하여 해양정화에 기여하기 위한 친환경적 접근이 필요하다. 다양한 해상환경조건하에서 잘피의 서식은 변화므로 특히, 파랑의 극한 외력여건에 견디는 친환경 잘피 지지구조물 기술개발이 우선되어야 한다. 본 연구는 잘피장 조성의 기반기술로 해양식생 지지용 바이오 블록을 개발하고 특히, 관광지 및 해양클러스터 단지로 대외적으로 알려져 있는 영도해역에서 영도구가 야심차게 준비해오고 있는 해상낚시터 인근해역에 적용할 수 있는 바이오 블록의 현장시범거치를 통해 잘피 등 해양식생을 유도하기 기반을 마련하기 위한 기초연구로 대상구역에서의 파랑해석과 식생 조성 후에 파랑의 반응특성을 수치모델을 통해 분석하고자 하였다. 계산 결과는 대상지역에 적용할 사면 피복재로 바이오 블록의 규격을 결정하는데 반영될 것이며 후속 연구에서 실제블록의 제작과 현장거치를 수행하고자 한다.

Methods to Propel Tourism of Yeosu City Using Big Data (빅데이터를 활용한 여수관광 활성화 방안)

  • The fourth industrial revolution introduced at world economic forum in 2016 has had huge effects on tourism industries as well as the change of core technologies in ICT such as big data, IoT, etc, This paper proposes the methods to propel tourism of Yoesu city through big data analysis and questionnaires. Sensitive words and positive-negative trend are extracted by Social Metrics and the keywords for Yeosu tour trends are extracted and analyzed by Naver datalab, and the results are visualized by R language. And frequency, difference, factor, covariance and regression analysis in SPSS are executed for the questionnaires for 493 visitors who traveled in Yeosu city. Sentiment analysis for Yeosu tour and maritime cable car shows that positive effect is much more than negative one. The analyses for questionnaires in SPSS show that Yeosu area is statistically significant to tour satisfaction index and tour revitalization for Yeosu, and favorite sightseeing places and searching electronic devices for age groups are different. The sightseeing places such as a maritime park with soft contents that give joyfulness and healing to tourists are highly attracted in both the big data and questionnaires analysis.

  • The objective of this paper was to analyze the relationships between the factors of selection attributes and the behavior intention focusing on Domestic tourists in Chuja island. This paper utilized the path analysis to investigate the factors of selection attributes affecting the visitors' satisfaction and re-visit intention through service value as mediating factor. This study showed the most important thing among the factors influencing service value in research model was 'uniqueness of island'. Finally, this paper presented that the selection attributes had affected overall satisfaction and re-visit intention through the mediation of service value. In addition, this study calculated total effect including indirect and direct effect of the choice attributes on behavior intention. This result can give the stakeholders related to Chujado island a implication for a better policy of tourism development.

Problems and Ways of Improvement towards the Maldevelopment of Reserved Areas of Natural Environments, Ulleung Island (울릉도 자연환경자원보호구역에서의 난개발 문제점과 개선방안)

  • This study is to discuss the problems due to the maldevelopment occurred at the reserved areas of natural environments of the Ulleung Island, Gyeongsangbuk-do province, and it also suggests the ways of solving them The types of the maldevelopment practiced on the Ulleung Island consist of the change of land use, the opening of a round road, the destruction of mountains for the construction of harbor, the development of tourist areas, and the construction of military facilities. The decreased habitat of animals and the pollution of drinking water are occurred by the change of land use. The destruction of ecological system is due to the opening of a round road. The damage of natural landscape and the change of ocean eco-system is closely related to the construction of harbor and the destruction of mountains. Finally, the damage of rare plants and the pollution of drinking water are due to the development of tourist areas and the construction of military facilities. In the followings, the ways of solving the problems occurred by the various types of maldevelopment are suggested. First, the planning of pro-environmental development has to be established and practiced to preserve rare plants which are damaged due to the change of land use. Second, the destruction of natural landscape and resources has to be minimized by the implementation of environmental impact assesment when road and harbor are constructed. Third, the stones needed for the development of islands ought to be imported from mainland. Fourth, the established tourist areas are needed to rationally manage and the potential tourist areas has to be transferred to the reserved areas of natural environments. Fifth, military facilities should be constructed though the cooperation of autonomous local government. Finally, government officers' and residents' conscience of protecting and reserving natural environments is needed, and government has to give residents financial supports.

  • Ocean Literacy is an understanding of the ocean's influence on you and your influence on the ocean. This research developed the 7 ocean education model courses using ocean literacy based on the analysis of ocean education programs which executed 23 agencies in Busan. These model courses are combined in the type of indoor theory, indoor experience, field study and field experience. Also, this makes the guide map for ocean education in a 76cm*56cm size to distinguish and choose the course easily. This map is the format combined in geological location and tourist attraction spots in Busan, includes education centers, contents, lead time and so on, and it is possible for educatees to handle their preference and seasonality elastically. This map including ocean education model course is a milestone to activate ocean education, and is helpful to reach the goal of ocean education and to lead ocean professionals. In addition, this research presents the development of teaching materials, training aids to complement the weakness of indoor education, the development of cyber education through making video contents as the activation measures of ocean education.

A Study of imagination of Brand Personality on Marine Tourism Destination (해양관광지 브랜드 개성의 이미지화 효과에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Brand Personality to Marine Tourism Destination Images and Intention to Recommend. For this purpose, factor analysis was applied to 42 of J.Aaker's Brand Personality Scale and 5 personality dimensions were extracted. This analysis was also applied for cognitive and affective images and two of cognitive images and three of affective images were extracted. Multiple regression was done to estimate the relative effects of Brand Personality to both cognitive and affective images and intention to recommend. The results indicated brand personality influenced on both cognitive and affective images and intention to recommend directly and also found affective images was influenced by cognitive images. The results also suggested useful insight for future study. The Brand Personality Scale which developed for the product by Aaker might not be suitable for measuring the marine tourism destination brand personality and necessary to develop the new scale suitable for marine tourism destination personality, and be needed to study together with other moderating variance such as satisfaction and congruency with image to verifying the exact effect between different variables.

Analysis on Time Dependent Traffic Volume Characteristics on Highways linked to Recreation Areas (관광지 종류별 일반국도 교통량의 시간별 특성 연구)

  • The variation in the traffic volume on any given roads is the reflection of its user's economic activities and life patterns. And traffic volume flows in every hour usually take different charateristics depending on the location and the function of the roads. This study produced the Monthly Adjustment Factor, Weekly Adjustment Factor and Design hourly Factor, each of which is the index indicating the traffic volume charaterirstics on the highways leading to the recreation areas in the mountainous and seaside tourist sites. Applying these results, it might be possible to calculate the optimal AADT (Annual Average Daily Traffic) and DHV (Design Hour Volume), also be a help to establish a traffic management policy. Finally, it hopes to promote new version of KHCM (Korea Highway Capacity Manual) which includes traffic volume characteristics on recreation areas.

  • 1996년도 UN해양법협약의 발효와 각국의 배타적 경제수역(EEZ) 선포로 연안역에 대한 관심이 국제적으로 고조되고 있는 가운데 우리나라에서도 연안역 관리법(가칭)이 제정되었다. 국토해양부는 연안역 공간이용 효율성 극대화와 부존 해양자원의 치계적인 개발과 보전을 위하여 연안역 관리법을 특별법으로 제정하였으며 1998년 중에 시행령 등 하위법령을 제정해 시행키로 하였다. 이 이후로도 연안역 특별법에 대한 연구는 계속 진행중이며, 현제 연안역은 연안어업, 수산양식장, 모래채취, 염전, 해수욕장, 관광지, 해양시설, 간척, 매립지, 공업단지 등으로 많이 이용되고 있다. 그러나 연안역 안전시설에 대한 상세 설계기준 및 시공에 대해서는 자세히 다루고 있지 않다. 연안역은 관광객이 증가하면서 안전시설과 구난장비의 미비한 실정으로 인해 인적 물적 피해가 빈번히 발생 증가하고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 안전사고의 다발지역을 분석해 보면 관광객으로 인하여 방파제 주변에서의 안전사고가 증가하고 있는 상황이며, 이로 인한 인명피해도 증가하고 있다. 방파제에 대한 안전사고를 막기 위하여 우선적으로 방파제에 대한 안전사고를 해결하고자 인명피해를 막는 구난시설들에 대한 간격 등의 기준을 제시하였다. 다른 지역에 비하여 연안역은 파도에 의하여 사람이 떠내려가는 것을 고려하여 구난시설의 간격을 해안이나 다른 안전시설에 비하여 더 짧게 하였으며, 구난시설이 피해자에게 빠르게 전달되고자 멀리 던진 수 있으며, 구난시설을 잡음과 동시에 숨을 쉴 수 있는 여건이 조성되도록 연구하였다. 안전사고를 효율적으로 방지하기 위하여 인간공학을 접한 안전시설을 연구를 하였다. 인간공학이란, 인간의 행동, 능력, 한계, 특성 등에 관한 정보를 발견하고, 이를 도구, 기계, 시스템, 과업, 직무, 환경의 설계에 응용함으로 인간이 생산적이고 안전하며 쾌적하고 효과적으로 이용할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 인간공학은 인간이 사용할 수 있도록 설계하는 과정에 있어 인간의 활용성 및 편리성을 증대하는 학문으로 보며, 설계초기 단계에서부터 인간의 요소의 체계적인 고려를 필요로 하게 되었다. 이 논문은 과거에 일어났던 사고사례들을 주시하면서 앞으로의 미래에 똑같은 사고사례가 발생하지 않도록 예방하이 위하여 인간공학과 안전시설을 통하여 연안역의 안전시설의 설치기준에 도움이 되는 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

  • Recently, the marine leisure are being emphasized with improving the quality of life style by increased income and spare time. Also, there is a increasement of people's interest in marine leisure activities. But resources and facilities do not grow in proportion to the quantitative growth of the current marine leisure industry. Besides, a leisure ship operator tends to choose a simple or familiar route of the local area rather than a new leisure routes which are not explored due to lack of accessible areas information. This paper proposes a routes recommendation system in order to solve above problems based on marine resource database. The databases have been constructed through investigation and analysis of navigational information such as environmental conditions including weather conditions and sea status, field of marine leisure activities, tourist attractions and natural landscape, and marine leisure prohibited areas. Therefore we have developed and implemented the route recommendation system that provides various information necessary to route operation of leisure boats.

An Analysis of Difference between Importance and Satisfaction of Destination Attractiveness for Marine Sport Event using IPA Method (IPA기법을 활용한 해양스포츠이벤트 관광지 매력성에 대한 중요도와 만족도의 차이분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the analysis of differences between importance and satisfaction of destination attractiveness for the national marine sports games using IPA method. By doing so, this study aimed to utilize the result of study for a practical marketing strategy in operating and establishing Korean marine sports market circumstances. The participants of this study consisted of 328 who were participated in marine sport event (yacht, fin-swimming, canoe, triathlon and so on) of 9th national marine sports games. Samples were extracted by convenient sampling method. A total 328 questionnaires were collected in this study except data which did not respond or trustless responded. In data processing, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, frequency analysis, paired t-test and Importance-Performance Analysis were performed through SPSS 20.0. The results were as follows. First, I quadrant included Programs Multiplicity, Pamphlet, Stand preparations, Food Cleanliness, Effective Progress, Guide Know-How, Food taste. Third, II quadrant included Pre-Publicity, Internet Information, Proper Food Price, Shade Facilities, Convenient Parking, Restroom Cleanliness, Number of Restroom, Safety Facilities. Fourth, III quadrant included Entertaining Program, Number of Guide, Local Culture, Game Progress, Directional Sign. Fifth, IV quadrant included Performance Program, Well-Matched Event, View Distance, Various Food.
