A Study on Scale Development for Marina Service Quality (마리나 서비스품질 척도개발에 관한 연구)

  • Marina industry is growing as a higher value-added business. This study aims to develop a tool that measures marina service quality from marina users' perspective. As the result of empirical analysis, five of marina service quality aspects including physical facilities, support services, activity programs, employees' attitude, and safety were drawn. In addition, 20 measurement items whose reliability and validity were verified were suggested. The scale developed by this study is not only an important tool to measure marina service quality but also contributes to marina service quality control, and seem, to provide useful information for establishing marketing strategies.

Appearance Patterns of fish collected by stow net in coastal waters off Gochang from Spring and Summer (봄-여름 고창 연안에서 주목망에 어획된 어류의 출현양상)

  • In 2014, fishes caught using stow nets in coastal waters off Gochang from May to October were assessed for appearance patterns. The fishes were caught at four research stations (St.) and were found to comprise 37 species, 18 families, and 7 orders. The dominant species were Thryssa kammalensis, Setipinna tenuifilis, and Sardinella zunasi. To gain a measure of their biodiversity, all species were assessed for their number, richness, diversity, evenness, and dominance. The highest and lowest numbers of total fishes caught were recorded in September (4,819 individuals) and October (828 individuals), respectively. The diversity was the highest in October (H' = 2.478) and lowest in June (H' = 0.880). The evenness index was the highest in October (E = 0.780) and lowest in June (E = 0.343). The richness index was the highest in October (R = 3.424) and lowest in May (R = 1.552). Finally, the dominance index was the highest in June (D = 86.2%) and lowest in October (D = 40.3%).

Species composition and seasonal variations of fish in Eelgrass(Zostrera marina) Bed in coastal waters off Jedo, Yeosu (여수 제도 연안에서 잘피밭에 서식하는 어류의 종조성 및 계절변동)

  • In 2012, fishes caught by three-side fyke net in the coastal waters of Jedo were assessed for species composition and seasonal fluctuation in their abundance. The fish were caught at two research stations (St.) and were found to comprise 53 species, 39 families, and 9 orders. The dominant species were Takifugu niphobles, Lateolabrax maculatus, and Acanthopagrus schlegelii. To gain a measure of their biodiversity, all the species were assessed for their number, richness, diversity, evenness, and dominance. The highest and lowest number of total caught fish individuals was recorded in summer and winter, respectively. The diversity index was the highest in summer and lowest in winter. The evenness index was the highest in summer and lowest in spring. The richness index was highest in summer and lowest in winter. Furthermore, the dominance index was highest in spring and lowest in autumn.

Analysis on Development Strategy Alternatives of Jeju Cruise Tourism Industry (제주 크루즈 관광산업의 발전 전략 대안 분석)

  • The objective of this study was to propose the priorities among the possible development strategies that can activate the industry while the market potential of cruise tourism industry has been increasing. To achieve the research aim, the A'WOT (SWOT-AHP) method was adopted in this study focusing on Jeju cruise industry. As a result of analysis, the strength factor (0.421) was the most important thing among the proposed factors. And, opportunity (0.348), weakness (0.135), and threat (0.096) factors were calculated in turn. Based on the A'WOT analysis, the most urgent thing among the strategy alternatives was 'Installation of dedicated department for Jeju cruise industry'. Accordingly, this result can be utilized as the fundamental data in order to make an optimal decision following by the environmental changes in Jeju cruise industry.

  • 최근 지식, 정보, 기술의 새로운 패러다임으로 대표되는 지식정보화사회에 대응하기 위한 준비가 전 세계적으로 추진되고 있으며, UN해양법 발효, WTD체제 출범에 따른 어장축소와 수산물수입 전면자유화 등 많은 어려움에 처한 수산업을 고부가치적인 수산업으로 육성하고, 경쟁력 있는 산업으로 육성하기 위해서는 어업인 상호간 지식정보교환, 수산기술의 보급 및 교육을 위한 평생교육 체계, 어촌관광자원의 홍보 및 활용을 통한 국민에게 사랑 받는 어촌건설이 필요하며 특히 현재 급속도로 진행되고 있는 사회 전반적인 정보화의 물결이 어촌에는 확산되고 있지 않으며, 정부의 정보인프라정책에도 소외되고 있어 어업생산기반인 어업인에 대한 정보화마인드 함양 및 어업에 대한 정보인프라 조기구축이 시급하다. 본 연구는 급속히 보급되고 있는 인터넷을 이용하여 정보화에 소외된 어업인이 정보화 격차의 해소와 보다 신속하고 살아있는 정보와 지식을 제공하고자 시스템을 구축하였다.

하수 수중방류에 의한 확산영향 예측

  • 해안을 따라 인구밀도가 증가하고 임해지역공단 등 산업시설이 밀집하여 처리되지 않은 하 폐수가 증가하고 있다. 특히, 최근엔 필리핀 보라카이와 같이 관광 위락시설에 의한 하수가 대량으로 발생하고 있다. 또한, 세계적으로 거의 모든 국가의 주요 해안도시는 이러한 도시하수를 바다로 방류하고 있다. 현재로선 이러한 하 폐수의 처리는 바다의 자정능력(self-purification capacity) 한계를 고려한 하수의 해양으로의 방류가 최선의 방법으로 판단된다. 현재 국내에서는 지역에 따른 배출허용기준에 따라 하수의 처리수 방류가 규제되고 있지만, 확산영역에 대한 법적 기준치는 제시되지 않고 있으며, 인근에 위치한 권리자들과의 이해관계 해결에만 몰두하고 있는 실정이다. 또한 확산영향예측이 원역 해석모형(Far Field analysis model)에 의해 수행되기 때문에 근역(Near Field)에서의 영향을 간과하고 있다고 판단된다. 따라서 금회 연구에서는 기존 연구결과를 기준하여 특정해역에 대한 원역과 근역 해석에 따른 확산영향 예측을 수행하고 그 결과를 비교하여 앞으로의 해석방법을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this study was to propose a measure for eco-cultural regeneration by a detailed examination of closed down schools, old defective residences, deteriorated industrial facilities and space no long in use located throughout Ijak-do. The reserch method utilized a selection of the major elements from the eco-cultural regeneration element of island regions and a measure for application and regeneration on the deteriorated facilities of Ijak-do was proposed.

  • 본 연구에서는 하천부터 하구까지의 댐 구조물 건설로 인해 해안으로의 표사 공급원이 감소하는 것을 정량적으로 검토하였다. 내륙과 해양의 전이역인 연안은 농수산업, 임해산업단지, 발전소 및 항만과 같은 산업 인프라, 관광 및 레크리에이션 등의 다양한 편익을 제공하여 높은 경제 사회 환경적 가치가 있다. 그러나 80년대 이후 무분별하게 추진되어온 각종 연안 개발은 직 간접적인 해안의 침식문제를 발생시켰다. 우리나라 서해의 경우 하천으로부터의 토사 유입 차단은 심각한 수준이다. 아직 그 영향이 해안으로 완전히 파급되지 못하여 그로 인한 장기 해안 침식이 두드러지지 않고 있으나 고파랑에 의한 빈번한 침식과 저질의 세립화 현상을 통하여 현재 진행형임을 알 수 있다. 그러나 일단 피해가 심각해지기 시작하면 돌이킬 수 없는 재앙이 될 측면도 많다. 따라서 우리나라 유역의 개발과 수리구조물 건설 현황을 살펴 이로 인한 해안 침식 결과가 얼마나 심각할 수 있는 지를 살펴본다. 본 연구에서는 수리구조물로 인한 토사량 감소 중 가장 주요한 토사 공급원 감소 원인인 댐으로 인한 토사량 감소율에 대한 연구를 진행한다. 먼저 각 댐의 건설 전, 유역면적당 토사량과 댐 건설 후, 해안 유입 토사량 사이에 감소율을 계산하고, cascade 방법에 의하여 댐군에 의한 토사감소율을 산정한다. 유입 토사량 감소율을 산정하고 토사 공급원 감소로 인한 표사 수지 분석을 통해 해안 침식 폭의 위험도 평가를 실시한다.

  • This paper proposes an evaluation model to assessment of development and operation for maritime leisure in Mokpo Port.. The proposed model is combination of SWOT(Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to evaluate development and operation for maritime leisure. The evaluation hierarchical structure is structured by ISM(Interpretive structural modeling) and composed of five level. At the third level, It combine SWOT into the assessment system. Strength and Weakness are internal factors. Opportunities and threats are external factors. There are economic and maritime leisure development in the model. There are three development and operation investment as Third-Sector, company, local organization. According to the results, the participants perceive prefer to strength and opportunity and found that the priority for the development and operation for maritime leisure of Third-Sector.
