  • Korea's port infrastructure is rapidly aging, with old port facilities with more than 30 years of public life expected to surge from about 23% in 2019 to 47% in 2029. Traditional, aging ports lose competitiveness in logistics processing, reducing development around the port and increasing human casualties due to the human resource-based maintenance of the facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to solve this problem by establishing systematic management technology based on a digital twin. This research aimed to present the specific implementation steps of a digital twin reflecting smart port technology through cases of port infrastructure disasters, aging status, and smart ports. The study analyzed the port infrastructure linkage system and created and mapped scenarios essential for digital twin implementation. Three-dimensional (3D) modeling and simulation data for disaster and aging management among existing port infrastructure systems were collected. A digital twin port was implemented with 3D modeling. It implements a port digital twin simulation that links data such as sensing data and image data acquired from the port infrastructure in real time. Implementing a digital twin port for port infrastructure disasters and aging management can secure predictive port infrastructure management and disaster safety

  • 본 연구는 광양항 물류산업 인프라 우선순위 분석을 위하여 Fuzzy AHP 기법을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서는 의사결정을 위한 측정요소로 수익성, 용이성, 시급성, 장래성이 선정되었고, 대안으로는 글로벌 네트워킹 구축, 물류전문인력 양성, 친환경저비용항만 운영, 전문물류기업 육성이 선정되었다. 대안의 우선순위는 글로벌네트워킹 구축, 친환경저비용항만 운영, 전문물류기업 육성, 물류전문인력 양성 순서로 나타났다.

  • 스마트 항만 IoT 인프라 및 정보수집 제공 장치 개발 과제는 항만 IoT 인프라와 정보수집 및 제공 장치 개발을 통해 항만물류자원들의 상호 간 초연결 네트워크를 구축하고, 이를 기반으로 실시간으로 정보를 수집 분석하여 제공함으로써 화물, 사람, 장비, 시설 등을 포함하는 항만 내 모든 자원의 연결성을 90% 이상 확보하고, 더불어 선박, 외부트럭, 교량, 교통 등을 포함한 항만 외 외부자원과의 연결성을 강화하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

  • The study herein has focused on offering foundation infrastructure in order for seamen who arrive at Korean ports to use internet service smoothly in waiting time and free time. It also concentrated on how to build communication infrastructure for efficient operations when improving existing ports and developing new ports. For this, it has grasped the tendency of researches concerning the existing port communication and has also investigated the status and problems of communication infrastructure being used currently in ports. So it has suggested several realistic development methods based on mesh network and has reviewed them in terms of the stability, economic feasibility and efficiency. Additionally, this research offers the results of the performance test conducted on major equipment in market by the suggested methods. This research can be a good guideline in building wireless communication systems of ports and is expected to contribute to creating traffic volume by improving the image of ports.

To accomplish the purpose, this paper grasp the change of port logistics circumstances firstly. find out the project of the new port and construct the logistics infrastructure for the new port with the basic facts of the port competitiveness. The construction of the logistics infrastructure for the exploitation of Saemangeum New Port will be conducted as follows ; (1) Construction of logistics environment (2) Planning the port marketing for the extension a logistic market share (3) Construction of logistics chain and IT Network and finally (4) Construction of logistics community.

  • Gwangyang port has aimed to establish and expand infrastructure since 2004 as a way of logistics industry development plan for activation of port and increase in traffic. However, it faces many changes due to reduced development of Gwangyang port, slowdown of traffic, and decrease in terminal operators. The need for review of plan and direction regarding infra is on the rise at this point for the purpose of ensuring the stable growth foothold of Gwangyang port and attaining independence of Port. This report focuses on the software infrastructure improvement alternative rather than hardware infrastructure. To analyze the priority of this alternative, AHP technique was applied as a research methodology. In this study, as a measure for decision-making, profitability, ease, urgency, and prospects have been selected, and alternatively, buildup of global networking, training of logistics professionals, operation of environment-friendly & low cost port, and development of specialized logistics companies have been selected. Survey has been conducted toward shipping companies which use Gwangyang port, port operators, hinterland logistics companies and consignor' logistics professionals. As a result of survey, the priorities of measuring range were shipping companies, port operators, consignor, and hinterland logistics companies. Meanwhile, the priorities of measuring elements were profitability, prospects, urgency and then ease. The priorities of alternatives were found to be a buildup of global networking, operation of environment-friendly & low cost port, development of specialized logistics companies and training of logistics professionals.

자율운항지원 서비스 시나리오 개발 및 인프라 구축

  • 자율운항지원 서비스는 자율운항선박의 항만내 입/출항, 화물 적/양하 및 검사 등의 서비스를 효율적으로 지원하기 위해 개발중이다. 서비스 개발의 실수를 최소화하기 위해 육상 시범운영 인프라를 구축하고, 성능검증 시나리오를 개발하였다. 성능검증 시나리오는 기능적 테스트 방법과 비기능적 테스트 방법에 맞춰 개발되었으며, 육상 시범운영센터를 운영하기 위해 선상 장비, 육상 장비, 네트워크 통신환경 등의 인프라를 구축하였다.

  • 부산항 신항 서컨테이너터미널은 선박 대형화와 완전 무인 자동화부두 구축이라는 설계컨셉에 따라 접안 가능한 최대선박은 3만 TEU 선박으로 결정하고 그에 따라 제반 시설들의 규격을 증대하였으며, 상부 자동화 설비들의 운영에 지장이 발생하지 않도록 대형 유수실, 월파차단벽 등의 침수 방지시설과 크레인 및 AGV구간 부등침하 방지를 위해 41.5m의 광폭케이슨과 176m의 광폭 DCM기초를 적용하고, 최신 설계기준에 의거한 내진 I 등급 구조물로 계획하는 등 안전하고 이용성이 뛰어난 컨테이너 터미널이 구축되도록 하였다.
