  • 소형제트엔진은 주로 연구, 실험, 교육 등의 목적으로 사용되고 있다. 이러한 소형제트엔진은 고도가 높고 고속으로 비행하는 드론에 추력 발생 장치로서의 중요한 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 그러나 엔진의 실질적인 활용을 위해서는 기존의 유선으로 구성된 컨트롤러를 무선으로 제어할 수 있는 방식으로 재구성하는 것이 필요하다. 이 중에서도 연료펌프의 무선제어시스템이 우선적으로 개발되어야만 다른 부분에 대한 무선제어개발이 가능해질 것이다. 본 논문에서는 소형 제트 엔진의 연료 펌프를 무선으로 제어할 수 있는 방식을 적용한 임베디드 시스템의 구성과 방식에 대해 제안하고 있다.

  • 기존의 제설작업은 인력에 의존하여 시간과 비용이 많이 소요되고, 작업 중 발생할 수 있는 안전사고의 위험성이 존재한다. 본 논문은 제설작업의 효율성과 안전성 그리고 신속성을 높이기 위해 임베디드시스템을 활용한 드론용 제설장치의 설계에 대해 다루고 있다. 임베디드시스템은 RF모듈을 구성하고 무선으로 제어조종이 가능하도록 고안하였다. 드론에 장착되는 제설장치의 임베디드시스템으로는 아두이노메가2560을 채택하였다. 아두이노메가2560은 제설장치의 제어에 필요한 실시간 데이터수집, 처리, 응답을 처리와 RF모듈에서 오는 데이터에 대한 연산 및 제어 수행을 할 수 있다. 제설장치를 장착한 드론은 기존의 제설작업보다 안전하고 신속하게 수행될 것으로 기대된다.

  • In a global environment, airlines are striving to secure competitiveness and generate profits through customer satisfaction. The first thing to do in order to provide services to customers is the safety of the aircraft, and the basis for realizing safety is the continuous maintenance of maintenance quality. The degree of development of aviation technology is progressing unimaginably fast, but the overall environment of aviation mechanics working at the front line to maintain maintenance quality remains largely unchanged. This study aims to identify the level of education and training provided to aircraft maintenance engineers and safety culture, and to examine the effect of self-esteem on maintenance quality. Previous studies have been conducted on maintenance engineers' education and training, organizational performance, and job stress, but there has been a lack of studies on maintenance quality. Therefore, this study aims to identify the relationship between variables affecting maintenance quality and to suggest implications for improving maintenance quality through empirical analysis.

  • 비행안전과 효율적인 정비를 수행하기 위해서는 우수한 항공정비사의 양성이 절대적으로 필요하다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 개인의 행동유형이 항공정비사로서의 업무 숙련도에 미치는 영향이 있는지를 검증하기 위하여 항공정비학과에 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 DISC 진단지를 통해 행동유형을 조사하였다. 개인 별 행동유형과 항공기체, 항공기관 및 항공전기 전자 실습성적을 분석하여, 행동유형과 실기 실습 숙련도의 상관관계를 분석하여 항공정비사의 행동 유형이 직무 숙련도에 미치는 영향과 행동 유형별 적합한 항공정비직무를 예측하기 위한 실증연구를 수행하였다.

  • 4차산업 혁명의 대표 영역인 인공지능은 과학기술뿐 아니라 사회, 경제, 문화 등 우리 사회의 전 분야에 적용되어가고 있다. 이것은 교육기관에서 인공지능 관련 컴퓨터 전공자만이 아닌 여러 전공 각 분야의 전공자 또한 인공지능 교육을 받아야 함을 의미하는 것이다. 이에 따라 전 분야에 걸친 A·I융합 인재의 양성이 관심사항이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 항공정비사 양성을 위한 국토교통부 전문교육기관 지정기준에 제시된 교육과목 및 내용에 소프트웨어 교육을 위해 시스템 제어에 관한 이론/실습교육의 추가를 제안하였다. 제안한 교육내용은 항공정비 분야에서의 A·I융합 인재양성에 한 방안이 될 것이라 기대한다.

  • Ten AOC(Air Operation Certificate) holders certified by MOLIT of Korea are operating their own maintenance training program. Though the maintenance training program is approved by the same authority, the contents of the program are different even in the mandatory training courses among AOC holders. The survey interview showed that the maintenance training in mandatory training should have the same contents and requirements. Throughout the survey and focus group discussion, this paper suggests the list and contents of the initial mandatory training and the list, contents and interval for the recurrent mandatory training. This paper also suggests how to implement the on-line training program for recurrent mandatory training to keep the quality of the airline maintenance training program.

  • The purpose of this study is to establish the training standards for HF of aviation maintenance reflecting the growing relevance of aviation maintenance technicians' ability to perform their work for the safety and efficiency of airline operation. For this purpose, previous studies on the concept of human factors were examined, and the HF training standards of the advanced international aviation bureaus such as the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO), Federal Aviation Administration(FAA) and European Aviation Safety Agency(EASA) were compared with the operational technical standards of Korea Aviation Safety Law. In addition, the actual status of human factors education and training were examined for Korea's two full service carriers (FSC) and four of the low cost carriers (LCC). The study results revealed that Korea's human factors education and training standards were weak compared with international standards, and that most airlines were not able to systematically implement human factors education and training. These results complement the existing problem of training standards for aviation maintenance human factors in Korea and support the development of a standard model of the training course for aviation maintenance human factors which meets international standards.

The Effect of Individual Factors on Safety Behavior of Aircraft Maintenance Technician (개인적인 요인이 항공정비사의 안전행동에 미치는 영향)

  • As the domestic aviation industry grows, the aviation maintenance field is also growing rapidly. This change calls for more aircraft maintenance technicians, and interest in safety accidents is also increasing. Individual safety climate indicates the importance of safety in the organization. We expect that three individual factors (training effectiveness, procedure effectiveness, and work pressure) relate to safety behavior in the workplace via individual safety climate. The purpose of this research is investigating the relationship between individual factors and aircraft maintenance technician's safety behavior. Previous studies related to individual factors were examined for literature review. Based on the previous studies, research model was constructed. Hypothesis was verified by effected data from 305 samples were employed for final survey. The results show that individual factors were meaningful factors to effect perceived safety behavior, and safety knowledge & safety motivation were related to safety compliance & safety participation.

Tracking Control of IPMSM using the Active Disturbance Rejection Control (매입형 영구자석 동기전동기의 능동외란제거제어를 이용한 추종제어)

  • Active disturbance rejection control is a method in which the disturbance is removed from the controller by estimating the state variable using the Luenberger observer. The Luenberger observer is estimated by defining a nonlinear term including disturbance with constant characteristics in a steady state as a state variable. It can be shown that the speed tracking performance is improved by compensating the estimated state variable to the PI controller and the IP controller. The disturbance removal performance of the tracking control can be confirmed by observing that the estimated state error is within 1.9 [%] in the case of load fluctuation and the steady-state state tracking error converges to zero.

  • There are various types of foreign object debris (FOD) in the aviation industry. Tools lost by workers can act as a risk factor throughout aircraft operation, manufacturing, and maintenance fields. Accidents caused by tools lost due to workers' carelessness continue to occur throughout the aviation industry. Aviation-related institutions such as FAA and EASA have established tool control regulations and systems to prevent FOD occurrence. However, in Korea, related regulations and procedures are insufficient. A systematic and effective tool control system is required for reliable manufacturing, airworthiness, operation, and maintenance of aircraft. In this paper, tool control regulations and procedures of domestic and foreign air traffic authorities and aviation industry-related organizations were studied. A wireless communication-based tool control system was proposed based on the NAS 412's tool control regulations certified by the National Standards Association.
