In a global environment, airlines are striving to secure competitiveness and generate profits through customer satisfaction. The first thing to do in order to provide services to customers is the safety of the aircraft, and the basis for realizing safety is the continuous maintenance of maintenance quality. The degree of development of aviation technology is progressing unimaginably fast, but the overall environment of aviation mechanics working at the front line to maintain maintenance quality remains largely unchanged. This study aims to identify the level of education and training provided to aircraft maintenance engineers and safety culture, and to examine the effect of self-esteem on maintenance quality. Previous studies have been conducted on maintenance engineers' education and training, organizational performance, and job stress, but there has been a lack of studies on maintenance quality. Therefore, this study aims to identify the relationship between variables affecting maintenance quality and to suggest implications for improving maintenance quality through empirical analysis.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the priority of curriculums on students preparing to become flight attendants using paired t-test, Borich method, and Herschknowiz's criticality function. As a result of this study, it was discovered that what flight attendants and students needed to study the most were foreign language subjects as English, Chinese, and Japanese. Therefore, a department of universities related to airline service should develop new curriculum to adapt to the trend of globalization. Also, flight attendants need curriculum including subjects related to tourism as an introduction to airline service. This means that the role of flight attendants needs to be expanded and specialized. In conclusion, a department related airline service should try to elevate its quality of education and design curriculum which will help flight attendants become specialists in their field.

본 논문은 RFID/USN 서비스의 국내외 시장 전망 및 적용 사례를 분석하였으며, 향후 서비스를 확대 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 국내외 RFID/USN 서비스 시장 규모는 기기 시장보다 더 커질 것으로 전망되며, 국방/안보, 항공/항만, 도로/교통, 유통/물류, 산업/건설, 제조/공정, 식품/농수 축산, 의료/보건, 도서/출판, 교육/문화/엔터테인먼트, 보안/방범, 재난/재해/환경 등의 분야에서 다양하게 적용되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. RFID/USN 서비스를 확대하기 위해서는 공공 분야를 중심으로 한 대규모 선도 수요 창출이 선행되어야 하며, 모바일 RFID 등 신규 서비스의 창출 및 활성화를 위한 정책 대안이 마련되어야 한다. 그리고 RFID/USN 서비스의 시장 규모와 보급시기 등을 고려하여 우선적으로 적용해야 할 서비스의 발굴을 확대하고, RFID/USN 도입 성과를 가시화하여 민간의 수요를 촉발할 필요가 있다.

This study analyzed the characteristics of each type of subjective perception of cabin crew by applying Q-methodology to understand the competencies required of airline cabin crew. As a result of analyzing 33 Q-samples and 33 P-samples using the Ken-Q Analysis program, four types were identified: "Physical strength and appearance quality-oriented", "job performance-oriented", "communication ability-oriented", and "job consciousness-oriented". Most types showed high agreement on physical factors, ability to cope with emergency situations and work responsibility. The results can be used as basic data to develop effective curriculum for airline training course and airline service majors, and it can be a reference material to help job seekers understand the job and cultivate necessary competencies.

Safety Management System is the aviation industry policy for while operating the aircraft, to ensure the safety crew, aircraft and passengers. For operating a safe aircraft, in order to establish the international technical standards, the International Civil Aviation Organization has established the Annex 19 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation. As a result, member country was supposed to be in accordance with the policy of the International Civil Aviation Organization, to accept the international standard of domestic air law. The South Korean government announced that it would promote active safety management strategy in primary aviation policy master plan of 2012. And, by integrating and state safety programmes(ssp) and safety management system(sms) for the safe management of Annex 19 is to enforce the policy on aviation safety standards. State safety programmes(ssp) is a system of activities for the aim of strengthening the safety and integrated management of the activities of government. State safety programmes(ssp) is important on the basis of the data of the risk information. Collecting aviation hazard information is necessary for efficient operation of the state safety programmes(ssp) Korean government must implement the strategy required to comply with aviation methods and standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization. Airlines, must strive to safety features for safety culture construction and improvement of safety management is realized. It is necessary to make regulations on the basis of the aviation practice, for aviation safety regulatory requirements, aviation safety should reflect the opinion of the aviation industry.

The importance of the security management system for the aviation infrastructure cannot be overemphasized. What is especially important on the security management system for it is the assessment that is detaild and systematic. This article presents a framework based on a Hanulcha-type security management system model for a Information security of the Aviation infrastructure. This system checks, estimates and analyzes the goal of security with effect, especially in case of the security-accident on the aviation infrastructure because this system model gives the integrated security assessment method.

Rapid urbanization is rapidly progressing around the world, and urban problems such as traffic congestion, environmental pollution, and noise pollution are emerging, due to this urban concentration phenomenon, logistics and transportation costs are increasing. Urban Air Mobility(UAM) is a three-dimensional futuristic urban transportation that is expected to become an important transportation axis of smart cities as a service(MaaS) linked to roads, railways, and personal transportation. However, as of July 2023, research on airspace systems, Bertieport design, navigation, and communication for UAM operation is actively being conducted, but little research has been conducted on the concept of pilot education and training and education and training programs. Therefore, this paper aims to present a suitable plan for the domestic pilot training system through SWOT analysis of vertical takeoff and landing(VTOL) pilot education and training programs in the United States and Europe.

본 연구는 증강현실 기반의 항공기 정비훈련 장치의 어플에 관한 것으로, 이는 모바일 디바이스에 설치 및 실행되는 항공기 정비훈련 장치는 훈련 대상 항공기의 정비 매뉴얼에 기반하여 저장부, 식별부, 입력부, 제공부로 구성하였다. 저장부는 작성된 훈련 시나리오를 저장 및 관리하는 훈련 시나리오를 저장한다. 식별부는 모바일 단말의 카메라를 통해 획득된 카메라 영상을 수신 및 분석하여, 카메라 영상 내에 존재하는 부품 각각을 식별할 수 있도록 하였다. 입력부는 모바일 단말의 터치스크린과 버튼을 통해 입력된 사용자 제어값을 획득 및 출력하는 사용자 제어값을 입력하며, 객체 식별 결과 및 사용자 터치 값을 기 저장된 훈련 시나리오에 따라 훈련 대상 부품을 확인하고 훈련 컨텐츠를 증강현실 방식으로 제공하는 훈련 서비스 제공부를 포함하는 어플이다. 본 어플의 평가항목으로는 저장, 식별, 입력, 제공부 항목에 대하여 신뢰성을 평가하였으며, 인식 및 출력에 대한 신뢰성에 문제가 없는 것으로 확인되었다.

The purpose of this study is to examine an influence of university students' major satisfaction on career preparation behavior and the mediating effect of openness to diversity. The survey questionnaire was distributed to 182 university students and SPSS 23.0, AMOS 23.0 program was used for statistical analysis of the data. The results of this study are as follows: First, major satisfaction has a positive effect on openness to diversity and career preparation behavior. Second, openness to diversity has a positive effect on career preparation behavior. Third, openness to diversity has a partiall mediating effect between major satisfaction and career preparation behavior. These results show that the more students enhance their major satisfaction and openness to diversity, the more students enhance their career preparation behavior.

This study is intended to check the empathy and cultural competence of female college students majoring in aviation and tourism service. The number of study subjects was 274. And the descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, and pearson correlation coefficient of data was analyzed through SPSS 20.0. According to the results of study, an average mark of empathy was $3.72{\pm}0.35$, and an average mark of cultural competence was $3.48{\pm}0.47$. When the level of difference in empathy and cultural competence was examined according to the general characteristics, the level of empathy showed a significant difference in the purpose of visiting foreign countries and foreign language skills. And the level of cultural competence showed a significant difference in religion, foreign language skills, foreign friend, experience in international exchange, experience in cultural education abroad, a method of cultural education abroad, and a necessity for cultural education abroad. With regard to correlation, there was a positive correlation between empathy and cultural competence(r=.425, p<.001). And in case of sub-attribute, it was shown that the cognitive factor and emotional factor of empathy has a positive correlation with cultural competence. It was verified that an education plan making it possible to improve cultural competence is required by checking a mutual relationship between empathy and cultural competence through these study results.
