Presently, the level of service(LOS) of the domestic roads are evaluated by using average speed of passing by vehicles. However, this method has been designed by considering the degree of congestion on the road only, without considering the reality of traffic safety. Therefore, for the LOS to serve as an index evaluating proper road design and operation, it should be able to deal with wider coverage than known factors which directly affects road users. Therefore the study wants to explore the concept of user cost, as a factor that covers traffic safety and flow, for evaluating roads. Also, the study wants to develop UML based user-centric design, not a one-time development method, for evaluating risk order of roads.

This study investigated and analyzed electrical energy curtailment effect by each business department and by energy use efficiency elevation equipment because do an energy use plan that is enforced in each variety business that is developed in domestic by model. When plan the recent electrical energy use with this, I wish to contribute in energy use general planning establishment improvement that is aiming energy efficiency improvement newly by groping improvement plan moment deduce problem. Specially, search present condition and problem by electrical energy curtailment equipment application that probes mass and analyzed, and is applied in present our country according to analysis contents to the latest energy use plan that was enforced on energy use rationality narration but allowed purpose.

Sony has recently launched a remote play service that connects PC and PlayStation4 using the Internet. This service enables the network connection between the external network and PS4 network. After the service released, additional security threats may arise in remote environments with new services. Therefore, those threats should have been analyzed. In this paper, as applying threat modeling to remote play system, threats have been analyzed and identified. After cost-effective and usability analysis, finally, reasonable security measure of each threat has been suggested.

Life time of facilities is different In case of operating environment and frequency of use. So, the durable year of the facilities is only considered to replace the facilities at present. Thus, system management is needed economical assesment based on condition evaluation through performance analysis of facilities. This research makes a proposal for scientific condition evaluation table through physical assessment, performance analysis assessment, durable years assessment about satellite communication facilities being used in K-water. Consequentially, reasonable replacement plan is established for satellite communication facilities.

In order to accelerate the development of the Film Industry of Korea it is quite necessary to evaluate the value of Film Production Company appropriately and then to activate investment through its work of estimating. So far however, the researches on the evaluation model for Korean Film Production Company has been rarely conducted considering those of any other advanced countries. Therefore, the appropriate valuation model among numerous valuation model for film firms has not been provided until now. So the purpose of this article is to suggest the rational decision making criteria for the investment of Film Production Company by comparing with DCF, FCF, and ROV model through the empirical research focused on case study. According to the results of research, ROV model is more efficient and available comparing other two methods.

The matter of the calculation of the mutual access fee has become one of the hottest issues among service providers and attracted concerns from concerned regulatory authorities. It is essential to conclude a rational and systematic procedure for interconnection costs and charge between fixed and mobile networks. In this paper, I proposed the conversion factor scheme between circuit switched voice and packet switched data service in the domestic CDMA mobile system based on analysis of the rational GSM allocation method of common cost.

Third, this paper carries comparing study between an effective technology commercialization education system and technology commercialization education system currently introducing in Korea.

A core point of the KESLI consortium raises the participation score of the joining institute and improves the cohesive force and reliability to cope with prices continued rising of publishers, commonly and gives the actual profit to the joining institute by providing the base able to utilize the academic information with dispersion owning the national institutes. In this study the whole opinion of the consortium joining institute is collected in the future in order to deduce the reasonable and advantageous consortium model in which the consortium joining institute can be commonly applied. The ultimate purpose of this study is to improve the irrational system related to flame retardant coating performance test of field flame retardant coating articles and to secure the reliability of flame retardant coating through rational flame retardant coating test. To achieve this, the analysis was conducted on the interior finishing materials used in the interior fields and the trends of recent field flame retardant coating, based on the results of flame retardant coating performance test of field flame retardant coating articles which the first-line fire stations have recently conducted. And I attempted to present the methods of field flame retardant coating performance test suitable to current realities and the ways of improvement for securing reliability by analyzing the problems with the methods and procedures of field flame retardant coating articles and the registration system of flame retardant coating business.

Over the last couple of years, established Cumulus Pricing Scheme(CPS) has become an important research issue for efficiently charging differentiated internet services. This paper proposes the adjusted CPS technique that expressed information of over or under-use of resources in bandwidth. And, 1 propose CPS with respect to the six main pricing and charging conditions. Also, accumulation technique may indicate an information between specified charging and eventually requires to adapt the initial contract. So called red and green Cumulus Points(CP) are used to judge the behavior of customer. At this point, the actual resource consumption is described by function v(t) at time t.
