The conventional image segmentation method using level set has been disadvantage since level set function in the gradient-based model evolves depending on the local profile of the edge. In this paper, a new model is introduced by hybridizing level set formulation and complementary smooth function in order to smooth the driving force. We consider an alternative way of getting the complementary function(CF) which is much easier to simulate and makes sense for most cases having no triple junctions. The rule of thumb is that CF must be computed such that the difference between their average and the original CF function should be able to introduce a reliable driving force for the evolution of the level set function. This proposed hybrid method tries to minimize drawbacks the conventional level set method.

This study a Descriptive research to examine the Moderating Effects of Sense of National Security between Military field experience and Major satisfaction, On the focus of noncommissioned officer's department of College. A questionnaire survey has been conducted on noncommissioned officer's department of MOU collage with ROKMC. As a result, First, Military field experience had positively significant with Major satisfaction. Second, Sense of National Securit was proven to have a moderating effect in the relationship between Military field experience and Major satisfaction. Based on the results, the theoretical and practical implications of the research findings are discussed, and recommendation for future research are provided.

The personal information protection act has been enacted from 2011 for the protection of public and private privacy. Since the application area of the law is so broad, there is a limit to covers everything in the financial field. In this paper, I'll discuss an impact and problem by the personal information protection act. and propose some new task to build an efficient personal information protection governance on financial sector.

By the development of medical devices, high-frequency medical devices are becoming widely used. Imaging diagnosis in hospital and clean treatment by high-frequency medical devices and cancer treatment through high-frequency heaters around us, all serve as the examples. However, it still lacks the measures to the problems of the RF(Radio Frequency) mutual interference between the high-frequency devices. In order to prevent the problematic factors for technical and industrial development, a new reasonable and suitable test method is required. In this paper, we study a standard test method for EMC evaluation to solve the RF mutual interference.

늘어나는 자연재해에 대응하여 새로운 보험 상품이 개발되고 있으며, 보험료 및 보험보상료의 증가에 따른 재보험율의 조정과정이 과학적 근거하에 작업이 이루어져야함에도 불구하고 2006년까지 이와 같은 재해 규모와 피해를 예측하거나 모의할 수 있는 시스템은 한국에서는 거의 드문 상황이었다. 본 과제의 목적은 남한 지역을 대상으로 하여 지진, 태풍, 해일, 풍수해 등의 주요4대 재해에 대한 정보를 지리정보와 더불어 구축하여, 민간 보험사에서 자연재해에 대응하여 계획을 세우고, 과학적인 기준 마련하는 것이다. 구축된 데이터는 국가NGIS 사업의 결과물인 1: 5,000 수치지도를 근간으로 하여 각 재해별로 참조할 수 있는 각 부처의 자료를 가공하여 격자화 하여 구축하였으며, 민간보험사에 보유하고 있는 물건의 주소를 포인트 위치로 산정하여 지역별로 검색이 가능하도록 구축하였다. K-weather 등의 기상정보서비스를 실시간으로 연결하여, 태풍 및 풍수해 발생시78개 지점의 자료가 실시간으로 입수되어 주변현황을 모의할 수 있도록 하였으며, 종합적인 피해모델의 경우는 주로 물건의 수와 총액수준으로 평가할 수 있도록 하였다. 각 재해에 대한 취약성 함수는 뮌헨 재보험사의 것을 기본으로 하였으나 상세한 변수조정은 실제 자료를 대응시키면서 최적화된 값을 선정하였다. 본 시스템 구축은 과거자료를 중심으로 한 부분과 임의의 태풍 및 강수량을 특정위치에 적용하였을 때, 보험사가 지불해야할 보험금 액수를 산정할 수 있도록 하였으며, 향후 보험 상품의 지역적 차별화에 근거자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 각 재해의 총합이 각 행정구역과 격자의 위험도로 상대적인 위험도 주제도가 생산이 됨에 따라 보다 합리적인 민간회사의 의사결정에 GIS가 사용될 수 있음을 보여주는 사례로 연구의 의의를 두겠다.

This study was conducted to find out the factors affecting community people choice of dental clinic so that the results could be served as basic information to formulate marketing strategies for dental clinic. 238 people in Ulsan metropolitan city were surveyed through a self administered questionnaire. 1. All the Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ values related with dental clinic's internal factor, external factor and access were more than 0.6. 2. The most important factor of dental clinic choice was dentist's faithfulness. 3. On the occasion of choosing dental clinic, internal factor was more important than external factor. 4. The most important factor of dental clinic choice was dental clinic's access on more than 46 years old.

원자력발전소 화재방호기준인 KEPIC 원자력발전소 화재방호기준과 대부분의 소방시설관련 NFPA 기준에서는 소방시설 또는 소방시설에 사용하는 구성품(이하 "소방용품"이라 한다)은 관할기관(AHJ : Authority Having Jurisdiction) 받아들일 수 있는 인증(Approved) 되거나 등록된(Listed)된 제품을 사용하도록 규정되어 있다. 따라서 KEPIC 기준이 국내 원자력 발전소에 적용되기 위한 선결과제로 KEPIC 기준에서 요구하는 소방용품의 수급이 원활이 이루어질 수 있는지의 검토가 필요하다. KEPIC 기준은 대부분 NFPA 기준을 적용하고 있기 때문에 KEPIC 기준대로 설계가 이루어지려면 NFPA 기준에서 요구하는 동등이상의 구조와 성능을 갖는 소방용품으로 소방시설을 설치할 필요가 있다. 미국의 경우 일반적으로 UL인증제품이나 FM인증제품이 NFPA 기준에서 의미하는 관할기관이 요구하는 인증 및 등록된 제품으로 인정되고 있으나, 국내의 경우 소방관계법규에 근거하여 정부규격(소방방재청 고시)에 의해 주요 소방용품에 대한 의무검정제도를 운영하고 있어 원자력발전소 화재방호에 KEPIC 기준을 적용할 경우 소방용품의 수급이 원활치 않을 수 있으므로 국내에서 검정받은 소방용품으로 대체할 수 있는 지의 검토가 필요하다. 이에 따라, 국내 소방검정제도와 미국 UL인증제도를 비교하고 또한 국내 기술기준과 UL인증 시험기준이 있는 대표적 주요 소방용품 10가지에 대한 국내검정기준과 미국 UL인증 시험기준의 비교분석 등을 통하여 원자력발전소 화재방호에 KEPIC기준이 적용될 경우에 합리적인 소방용품의 적용방안에 대하여 검토하였다.

Inventory management is an important factor for cost saving in a construction project. stock yard of general public residence site is secured. but site of the downtown area is not. inventory management of site was performed an intuition and an experience. According to inventory management of site is necessary systematic and efficient. This study examine general idea stock and inventory management. and suggests a EOQ determination method considering stock yard size. and particularity of site.

In this study, based on a I-roll embedded steel composite deck, it is suggested a new type of simplified composite deck and analyzed under construction loading. Using ABAQUS, it's estimated effects of welding amount of steel plate and I-section, existence of a hole of I-section's flange, and a location of hole. For a reasonable verification of modeling, compare Euler-Beam theory with F.E.M models. In result, it is verified that change of welding amount increase more maximum bending tension stresses at the central part's section of span when elements are partial-welded. Also, verify that deflection is slightly increased when a hole existed compared with no hole.

The issue of this research is to verify the influence of effort that university students putting and employment goal setting regarding employment preparation behavior. And which behavior affects to the employment goal achievement. This research could surely find that it is positive to employment goal setting. But employment goal setting is not enough to get a actual job. So we should manage job counseling program, and methodical subjects which is directly connected to employment. And also we have to enlarge the opportunity to experience actual job to help graduate students to get a job.
