한중일 3국간 경제협력이 강화되고 있다. 우리나라는 그 동안 칠레, 아세안, EFTA, 미국과 EU 등 원거리에 있는 국가와 자유무역협정(FTA) 체결을 위한 협상을 벌여 왔다. 이 과정에도 아직도 FTA에 대한 찬반 논란이 끊이지 않고 있지만 04년 이후 중단되었던 한일 FTA협상을 재개할 것인가에 대한 검토가 이루어지고 있다. 또한 한중 FTA의 타당성과 추진 시기에 대해서도 검토되어야 한다는 견해가 대두되고 있다. 한중일간의 FTA 협상이 본격화될 경우 우리나라는 본격적인 시장개방과 함께 동북아협력의 새로운 시대를 맞이할 전망이다. 본 고에서는 최근 한중일 자동차산업의 동향 및 협력현황을 살펴 보고 동북아 3국간 새로운 협력시대의 전개와 그 시사점을 도출해 보기로 한다.

한국광학기기협회(회장 박상진)에서는 2012년도 사업추진방향을 정밀광학산업 기술기반 확충 및 국제 교류 협력 사업 강화, 회원사에 대한 지속적인 경쟁력 제고 등으로 정하고 적극적인 사업을 펼쳐나갈 계획이다. 주요 사업으로 국내외 전시사업, 한일협력사업, 정밀 광학기술 전문인력 양성사업 등을 추진해 나가고 있다. 올해에도 국내 업체들의 제품의 우수성을 전 세계에 널리 알리고 수출 촉진을 위해 해외 유력 전시회를 발굴하여 공동전시사업을 활발히 전개해 나갈 계획이다.

지난 5월 16일부터 17일까지 양일간 롯데호텔 신관 비즈니스센타 '프레스룸' 에서는 한.일 시멘트 업계의 사장단 등 총 19명이 참석한 가운데 "한.일 시멘트 업계 친선 교류회"가 열렸다. 이번 친선 교류회에서 양국은 자국의 시멘트 산업에 대한 현황을 발표하고 질의응답의 시간을 가졌으며 이외에도 시멘트 수급현황과 전망, 에너지 비용 급등에 대한 대책마련, 중국 시멘트 산업과 세계 시멘트 무역시장에 대한 논의, 환경문제와 지구온난화 대응방안 등 다양한 주제를 가지고 깊이있는 대화를 나눴으며 또한 양국간 시멘트 수출입 현황에 대해서도 의견을 개진하였다. 이번 "한일 시멘트 업계 친선 교류회" 에서 심도있게 논의된 양구 현안의 주요 내용을 요약, 정리하였다.

한 일 광학산업 기술협력사업의 일환으로 한일산업기술협력재단과 한국광학기기산업협회가 주관한 기술연수에 참가했다. 필자는 광학이 아닌 전자공학을 전공했지만 광전자 회사를 다니는 연유로 이번 연수에 참가할 수 있는 기회를 얻었다. 연수에는 한국산업기술대학교의 조언정 교수를 포함해 광학업체 대표와 연구원 등 총 17명이 함께했다. 중소기업인들은 물론 대기업인 삼성전자 광학개발 담당자들도 참석해 폭넓은 의견을 나눌 수 있는 자리였다. 지난 1월 27일부터 31일까지 총 4박 5일 동안 참가한 이번 연수는 도쿄대학 광학 관련 연구소 방문 및 세미나, 광학 업체 오하라(OH ARA) 방문, 세계 최대 규모 나노기술 전시회인 '도쿄 나노테크 2013' 참관 등의 일정으로 진행됐다.

"성장기 학생들에게 필요한 영양소를 공급하고, 우유 소비기반을 확보해 낙농산업의 안정적 발전을 도모"하려는 학교우유급식의 취지는 한일 양국뿐만 아니라 모든 나라에게 동일할 것이다. 같은 뿌리를 두고 맺힌 열매의 맛과 모앙이 제각각이듯, 학교우유급식도 목적은 같지만 그 내용과 조건이 나라마다 다르다. 학교우유급식을 실시하고 있는 여러 국가 중에서도 일본은 우수사례로 손꼽힌다. 비슷한 외양, 다른 구조를 가진 일본의 제도를 배우고자 지난 12월 14일부터 18일까지 4박 5일간 해외 학교우유급식 우수사례 조사(낙농진흥회 주관) 일환으로 북해도를 시찰했다.

Korean and Japanese have same structure of sentences because they belong to same family of languages. So, The transfer driven machine translation is most efficient to translate each other. This paper introduce a method which creates a transfer dictionary for Token Based Transfer Driven Koran-Japanese Machine Translation(TB-TDMT). If the transfer dictionaries are created well, we get rid of useless effort for traditional parsing by performing shallow parsing. The semi-parser makes the dependency tree which has minimum information needed output generating module. We constructed the transfer dictionaries by using the corpus obtained from ETRI spoken language database. Our system was tested with 900 utterances which are collected from travel planning domain. The success-ratio of our system is $92\%$ on restricted testing environment and $81\%$ on unrestricted testing environment.

In this study, to characterize the application of CSA and dihydrate gypsum Utilizing industrial byproducts, we investigated the characteristics of CSA and dihydrate gypsum to investigate the characteristics of Mine Liner according to the addition amount. As a result of compressive strength, length change and absorption rate of mining lime wastewater according to CSA addition amount, up to 30% of CSA showed a positive effect on shrinkage and absorption reduction effect as well as strength at initial age. However, due to excessive use of CSA 50%, it was reduced by 15% compared to OPC due to increase of absorption rate and decrease of cement amount due to over expansion rather than shrinkage compensation and void filling.

This study collected and analyzed articles related to military sex crimes covered in the news from February 2019 to May 28, 2022 in order to identify problems arising from sexual crimes in the military. In order to understand the current status of military sexual violence reported in the media, articles were collected using BIGKinds, a news big data analysis system, and using the Textom program, the study was conducted using frequency analysis by period, word cloud, and semantic network analysis techniques for keywords. The study was conducted using the technique. As a result of data analysis, first, it was confirmed that the public's attention was focused on the victims in reports related to sex crimes within the military. Second, the problem of the lukewarm system of the relevant authorities in responding to sex crimes was revealed. Third, there was a lack of support for victims of sex crimes.
