최근 4차 산업혁명 및 인터넷 환경이 변화되면서 대학 교육환경의 빠른 변화와 산업체에 재 교육이나 온라인 교육에 있어, 교육자 중심에서 수요자 중심으로 교육환경을 바꾸고자 하는 노력을 하고 있다. 우리나라에서는 2018년부터 '한국형 나노디그리' 모델을 개발하고 한국형 무크 강좌도 확대하겠다는 계획을 밝혔다. 이에 본 논문에서는 MOOC에 대해서 알아보고 오픈소스 플랫폼(Moodle, Tao-testing, Joomla)를 활용하여 MOOC를 구축함으로서 대학교의 환경을 최소의 비용으로 강의자 및 교육자 위주의 환경에서 수요자가 원하는 교육환경으로 개선하는 방안을 제시한다.

공무원 교육시스템에서 역량 개발의 관심은 공공부문의 우수인재 양성의 측면과 개인의 역량 개발을 통한 국민의 눈높이에 맞는 행정서비스를 위해 매우 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 인터넷과 통신 기술에 기반을 두어 대규모 학습자에게 무료로 제공되고 있는 MOOC의 도입과 2015년 한국형 무크(K-MOOC)의 시작으로 평생교육, 대학교육, 기업교육은 물론 공무원의 교육훈련 프로그램에서도 MOOC의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공무원의 역량 개발의 관점에서 K-MOOC의 활용방안과 현재 진행 중인 Gov-MOOC에 대한 활성화 방안을 토대로 공무원 교육훈련제도의 개선방안을 제언하고자 한다.

Nowadays, within the paradigm shift of e-learning, MOOCs service has been expanded among a number of global leading universities and this has affected our domestic universities' e-learning to look for different possibilities and new challenges. In consideration of our domestic educational condition, it is required to contemplate how university e-learning can be changed and developed with focus on MOOCs from the perspective of convergence development. This study suggests plans for convergence development in university e-learning based on MOOCs with conceptual model. We conducted the studies on relevant literature of university e-learning and MOOCs, expert consultation, SWOT analysis, survey for those involved of e-learning centers, etc. Through this process, we developed a final plan which integrates 'open advanced education course service', 'teaching and learning curation service', 'teaching and learning practice service', 'creative teaching and instruction method development and sharing service', and 'cloud based educational platform support service', etc with the perspective of convergence development. Also we designed convergence development plan based on MOOCs. It is assumed that the result of this research provides advanced plans for development of university e-learning and the base for further discussion of introduction and application of MOOCs service in domestic university.

The purpose of the study was to understand the various aspects of learning experiences of Korean university students on K-MOOC. Analyses on the major motivation of the enrollment in a certain MOOC class, the actual learning experiences in the class and the perception of the achievement of the class were the three main foci of the current study. The study employed inductive content analysis as a major analysis tool. Reflective journals from 94 students who enrolled in K-MOOC classes were collected and analyzed at the end of the semester. The result of this study indicated that most of students selected the specific K-MOOC classes based on their general interests on the topics the class offered. Other factors such as intellectual curiosity, practical reasons for their study or work and popularity were also influential on the selection of MOOC classes. Watching videos, taking quizzes and taking tests were the three major sources of the students' satisfaction. Most students felt that K-MOOC is technically satisfactory. However, some students reported on simple errors and absence of advanced functions in the platform. Students perceived positively on their academic achievements of obtaining knowledge(remembering and understanding), attitudes (receiving), and skills through K-MOOC. This study ultimately showed a new awareness of learning experiences around K-MOOC from the perspective of the students. Future research is needed to understand the relationships between the students' learning experience and the students' performance in MOOC classes.

The purpose of this study was to analyze trends of domestic research on MOOCs(Massive Open Online Courses) for the last 10 years and provides implications for research on education and learning using MOOC. A total of 70 research papers were selected for the analysis. As a result, the research papers on MOOC in Korea have been increasing from 2012 to 2018. Of the 70 research papers, 31 were clearly indicated research subjects, and most of the research was conducted for university students. Regarding the research type, survey research(27.1%) were the most common. The predictors used in the study of MOOCs are demographic characteristics and perceived usefulness and ease of use for independent variables, satisfaction, perceived usefulness and ease of use for the mediators, usage intention and persistence for dependent variables were frequently used. Further implications were discussed for the study.
