산업용 안전모는 그 기능상 耐貫通性과 衝擊吸收性이 중요하다. 이중내관통성은 별로 어려움이 없으나 충격흡수성은 무게 및 크기가 제한되고 극히 간단한 안전모의 구조에 충격을 충분히 흡수하는 Bumper작용까지 하여야 하므로 기준에 합격할수 있는 안전모를 제작하기 위하여는 여간 어려운게 아니다. 이에 論者는 일정한 무게의 추가 일정한 높이에서 자유낙하하여 안전모에 충격을 加하고서 반발할때까지의 안전모의 수직운동(변형)이 어느정도 이루어저야 하는지에 대하여 관심을 갖었다. 즉 모체든 착장체든 또는 모체와 착장체의 연결장소에서든 일정한 충격량을 받았을때 모체의정점(낙하물과 최초로 접한부분)이 수직으로 S'의 거리 만큼 움직여 주고 운동이 정지된다고 보았을때 S'과 m(추의중량), S(추가 떨어지는 높이) Fi(충격이 흡수되고 남은 충격력)와의 관계식을 뉴톤의 운동법칙으로 부터 수학적 방법으로 유도 함으로서 시험조건 및 검정 기준에 주어진 수치인 m, S, Fi,을 대입하므로서 S'을 알 수 있는바 이것을 기초로 안전모의설계및 제조된 안전모의 충격흡수 정도를 용이하게 판단 할 수있다.

This paper presents the new method for removing impulse noise using wavelet. Time and frequency-localization capabilities in denoising can provide excellent specialties comparing with the existing methods, because of including detail information of signal. The method in this paper, using denoising by threshold and slope of signal by wavelet, has superior denoising effect and can recognize edge of original signal. For objective judgement, the test signals are used HeaviSine and DTMF and this paper simulated by test signals which have added to impulse noise of different site individually.

In comparing with the role, scope, and description method of edition statement between monograph and old traditional books, There are some problems solving as follows : 1) Kind of issue offering information on variant imprint must be distinguished from edition merely identifying the newest thing among same materials in the edition area of old traditional books. 2) because of a rule that edition statement follow title statement according to ISBD, could not make a most of the characteristics of old traditional books. As a result of a n.0, pplication MARC format for solving above the problems, the followings have been identified. 1) Subfield in the 245tag can be made a distinction between kind of issue and edition with when describing edition statement of old traditional books. 2) As defining newly the Fixed-Length Data Elements of Marc format, not only basic index terms, such as author, title, etc., but also edition statement on variant kind of issue will be able to provide with restrict index terms.

본 논문에서는, 한국어 활용에 있어 중의성을 해소해 주고 심미적 효과를 줄 수 있는 개념인 띄어쓰기를, 교정이 아닌 입력 보조의 관점에서 접근한다. 사람들에게 자판을 통한 텍스트 입력이 언어활동의 보편적인 수단이 되면서 가독성을 포기하고서라도 편의를 택하는 경우가 증가하게 되었는데, 본 연구에서는 그러한 문장들의 전달력을 높여 줄 수 있는 자동 띄어쓰기 및 그 활용 방안을 제시한다. 전체 시스템은 dense word embedding과 딥 러닝 아키텍쳐를 활용하여 훈련되었으며, 사용된 코퍼스는 비표준어 및 비정형을 포함하는 대화체 문장으로 구성되어 user-generate된 대화형 문장 입력의 처리에 적합하다.

Most studies analyse the frequecny polities intuitively based on the assumptin that there is no question in the frequency regulation by the government. But this paper started from the concept of frequency as economic goods. This paper conclude that frequency regulation by the government is needed to redistribute the economic surplus causing excessive demand. There are five methods in the frequency assignment-comparative healing, auction, lottery, Joint consortium and pioneer preference. The five methods are studied form the view of welfare economics and the respective political Implications are proposed in this paper.

지난 2010년 상하이 세계박람회 중국관(中國館)에서는 1000년 전 중국 북송(北宋)시대의 회화인 '청명상하도(淸明上河圖)' 원작(5m)을 20배(110m)로 확대한 <디지털 청명상하도>를 선보였다. 이 그림은 중국 북송(北宋)시대 한림학사(翰林學士) 장택단(張擇端)이 북송의 도성인 변경(卞京 : 현재의 개봉)의 청명절 풍경을 세밀하게 묘사한 풍속화로 중국인들이 '국보1호'로 여기는 고서화(古書畵)다. 가로 528.7cm, 세로 24.8cm짜리 두루마리 그림에 수도에 드나드는 사람들의 일상이 파노라마처럼 펼쳐진 작품이다. 이를 디지털 복원한 것이 <디지털 청명상하도>다. 이 콘텐츠에는 다양한 전시 기술이 쓰였고 압도적인 스케일을 자랑한다. 지난 6년동안 중국 대도시를 중심으로 디지털콘텐츠 형태로 순회 전시중이다. 2010년 제작당시 어떠한 기술로 <디지털 청명상하도>가 만들어졌으며, 미래 그 어떤 시점에 등장 할 가능성이 있는 "가상현실(VR) 청명상하도(淸明上河圖)"는 어떤 기술의 형태로 나타날 수 있을지 예측해 보고자 한다.

매실(Pruno mume Sieb. et Zucc)은 장미 나무과의 앵두나무 속에 속하는 핵과류로서 원산지는 중국이며, 아시아 대륙의 동남부인 한국, 중국, 일본의 온난한 지역에만 분포하는 동양의 고유한 품종이다. 3,000년전 중국의 고서 신농본초경(神農本草經)에 의하면 매실은 가장 오래된 과수의 일종으로서 약용으로 사용되어 왔다고 하였다(1). 우리나라에서는 삼국시대부터 관상용으로 정원에 심었고, 열매를 이용한 것은 한의학이 도입된 고려중엽부터라고 하였다(2). 매실을 본격적으로 재배하기 시작한때는 신품종이 도입된 1980년대 초부터이며, 1980년 재배면적 및 생산량이 150 ha, 913톤인데 비하여 2000년도에는 1,034ha, 7743톤으로 급증하였다(3). Many international organizations build a global communications network called the GMDSS by close cooperation, and ITU-R, IMO and IEC apply it for the modernization of the international marine radiocommunication system, but a modernization study of the GMDSS to reflect such a technique by the rapidly development of the wireless communication technology recently progresses. Such effort was submitted for adoption with WRC-12 held in 2012. This paper analyzed standardization trends for marine radiocommunication modernization discussed around ITU-R recently and analyzed research activities for frequency allocation for new technical introduction and described it.

Mixing characteristics of unlike impinging streams double injectors have a great effect on combustion stability and combustion efficiency for liquid rocket engine. In this study a cold test was carried out, using water and TCE as simulants, in order to examine the effect of design parameters such as impingement angle, orifice diameter ratio and momentum ratio on the mass distribution and mixing quality.

SPL 방법론을 적용하여 개발한 제품군 시험은 모든 제품에서 사용되는 공통 부분과 일부 또는 단일 제품에서만 사용되는 가변 부분을 종합적으로 고려해야 하기 때문에 단일 소프트웨어 시험과는 상당히 다르다. 시험 커버리지는 작성된 시험에 대한 적절성을 측정하는 데에 사용되는 동시에 적절한 시험을 작성하기 위한 가이드로 사용되기 때문에 중요하다. SPL 시험에서 시험 커버리지 측정은 제품군을 구성하는 멤버제품 별로 측정될 수도 있지만, 이는 재사용을 기반으로 중복된 개발관련 활동의 최소화를 지향하는 SPL 의 원칙에 맞지 않다. 따라서 개별 제품이 아닌 SPL 수준에서 시험 커버리지 기준을 측정하고 시험의 적절성을 평가하기 위해서는 다른 방법이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 구성가능한 소프트웨어 시스템(highly configurable software system)에 SPL 시험 방법을 적용하여 SPL 기반 제품군을 위한 시험 커버리지의 측정 방법을 제안하고 실험의 수행 결과를 기술하여 제안한 방법의 적절성을 검증한다.
