The Genetic Algorithm is one of the population surface modelling tool in the field of urban and environmental research based on the gridded population data. Taking the East-Hwasung area as the case, this study first builds a gridded population data based on the GIS databases as well as municipal population survey data. The study then constructs the attribute values of the explanatory variables by way of GIS tools. The regression model constructed with the same variables is also run as a comparative purpose at the same time. It is shown that the GenAlg output predicted as much consistent and meaningful coefficient estimates for the explanatory variables as the regression model, indicating that it is a very useful interdisciplinary research tool to find optimal solutions in urban problems.

This thesis will show the preparation of politic alternative plan about reaction through studying the domestic and overseas research trend and theories about online games analyzing the related problems. Online games have been already placed as the major culture trend in our society and produced the economic wealth as the major theme of 'Korean trend hot wind', including improvement of our foreign confidence. And the investments in online games and related industry are expected to be great Blue Ocean to us to have relatively deficient endowed resources. But with these beneficial effects, many unexpected reactions have happened and often published by medias, and they will be expected to be serious. So, it is to establish the united solution system of disputes related to online games which are spread in each law. Through this, we must draw prevention effects and use that as the evidence of rational judgements. And we must make the base to give online games the opportunity of upgrading to national strategic industry and try to conduct the research in various fields between academic organizations.

The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of nurses's clinical career and communication within organization on teamwork competency. A cross sectional descriptive survey design was used. Convenience sampling method of 141 nurses who work at a university hospital located in S city was used. The structured questionnaire was administered from July $20^{th}$, 2015, to July, $31^{th}$, 2015. The average working periods of research subjects was 8.84 years. The regression model with communication within organization and clinical career against teamwork competency was statistically significant. And this model could explain 37.7% of teamwork competency(Adj $R^2=.377$). Especially, vertical communication and clinical career, horizontal communication were identified as the influencing factors on nurses' teamwork competency.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a development model of English literature database, which will be widely available for narrative creation and editing in digital environment. The database will be allowed to assist effective recycling of various motifs prompted by existing literary works. This paper suggests how to build a story database of English literature by demonstrating a motif abstracting model with Hamlet originally written by William Shakespeare. It is hoped that this study will contribute to producing quality contents of storytelling and also give English literature experts chances of collaboration in the development of digitalized contents.

The purpose of this study is to review articles related to disaster training for nursing students and nurses by investigating the contents and effects of research. Electronic databases, including CINAHL, Pubmed and RISS were searched. Papers published only in English or Korean were included. Twelve studies were selected from the 3,588 references screened. Most training programs took less than 8 hours, focusing mostly on the response phase of disaster. Intervention methods included simulation, debriefing, action learning, role play, problem based learning and so on. It was found that disaster training programs have significant positive effects on disaster management competency, disaster knowledge, disaster nursing related self-confidence, and disaster response competency. It was also revealed that multidisciplinary practice would help learners enhance cooperation and collaboration with other team members and foster a positive professional identity. Among the selected articles, the randomized controlled trial(RCT) study was just one. Therefore, RCTs are further needed to verify the effects of such an disaster training. Also, further studies considering the characteristics of department and nursing interventions based on all phases of disaster are needed.

The research object is stepwise process of absorptive capacity is important factor to get the successful result of technology commercialization training program. We analyze the relationship between absorptive capacity and educational performance with empirical study to the students who attended the technology commercialization training program. Results show that potential absorptive capacity has positive effect on realized absorptive capacity. Realized absorptive capacity also has the positive effect on educational performance. We conclude the successful technology commercialization training program is based on the stepwise process of absorptive capacity. That means technology commercialization training program will set up based on not functional but stepwise process. Further more, technology commercialization training program must be practical, focusing, interdisciplinary, and repetitive courses.

With the rapid development trend in multidisciplinary science and convergence technology, digital data storages have been necessary in order to accumulate a huge amount of information with high security. The possibility that biological DNA code system can offer encoding and decoding information has been illustrated by many researchers. In this review, we summarized current issue of info-convergence nanohybrid system, so-called infohybrid. DNA-inorganic nanohybrid materials and devices to achieve DNA-based molecular information system are presented. The possible applications focusing on tracking-and-traceability management, authenticity verification, and nano-forensics are also reviewed with four steps of encoding, encrypting, decrypting and decoding. We also highlighted the potential of smart code system with Nano-Bio-Info-Cogno (NBIC) convergence technology through the recently published case study of Avatar DNA nanohybrid system with smart phone.

The purpose of this study was to verify the moderating effects of the stress coping styles on the effects of internet addiction on the self-esteem of the 2030 generation during the Covid19 period. The 762 samples were selected through an online survey, and the collected data were conducted using the SPSS WIN26.0 program for frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, Internet addiction had a negative effect on self-esteem, and only seeking social support among the four sub-factors of stress response served as a moderator variable in the relationship between Internet addiction and self-esteem. Based on the results, the followings were suggested: expansion of research subjects regarding Internet addiction and interdisciplinary convergence study, providing universal provision of stress coping management programs, building a community at the local level, and discovery and reinforcing variables that offset the negative role of self-esteem of 2030 generations.

This study was conducted to utilize as the fundamental data for the improvement in curriculum, practicum programs and educational facilities of four-year universities with dental hygiene department which have increased rapidly by through analyzing the satisfaction level of dental hygiene students in four-year and three-year colleges with their departments. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. The satisfaction level with their department of dental hygiene students who were surveyed was 3.18 out of possible five points, which was on the average. 2. As for satisfaction level with the departments by educational system, the students who were in four-year colleges in the metropolitan area expressed lower satisfaction than the students who were in local and three-year colleges. The three-year college students were more gratified with the curriculums than the four-year college students(t=2.03, p<0.05), and the latter was more satisfied with the educational facilities(t=-4.12, p<0.001) and interpersonal relationships(t=-3.07, p<0.01) than the former. 3. In the case of the three-year college students, those whose colleges were located in the metropolitan area were more contented with the educational facilities(t=5.28, p<0.001), and there were no significant differences in satisfaction level with other factors. 4. In the case of the four-year college students, the local college students were more contented with the curriculums(t=-5.39, p<0.001), educational facilities(t=-5.18, p<0.001) and the departments(t=-3.98, p<0.001) than their counterparts in the colleges located in the metropolitan area. In terms of satisfaction level with the department of dental hygiene, the four-year college students located in the metropolitan area expressed noticeably lower satisfaction with the curriculums than the local and three-year college students. As a result, the development of each curriculum which is suitable for the four-year course is required, and so is the improvement in the educational facilities as well.
