Maker education rooted on Maker Movement refers to constructivist learning approach in which students as makers participate in producing visible outcomes through self-directed inquiry and creative hands-on activities in a real life context to solve their personal or social problems. The Maker education, therefore, stresses cultivation of 'maker mindset' in the process-oriented learning environments, pursuing evaluation aspects different from those in the existing educational system. In this context, this study aimed to explore an evaluation framework for the Maker education which reflects the Maker mindset: First, a literature review was conducted to search for the evaluation framework of the maker education which consists of the category of 5 ONs (Minds-on, Hands-on, Hearts-on, Social-on, Acts-on) representing intellectual, physical, emotional, interpersonal and practical aspects, respectively; Second, a Delphi survey for content validity was carried out to confirm the adequacy of the 5 ONs category along with sub-elements for each category. Finally, this study presented the evaluation framework for the Maker education, which is expected to be used as feedback rather than a measuring tool for the process and environments of the Maker education.
The objective of this study is to examine the factors affecting adolescents' intention to buy e-Learning web site, expecially focuses on the moderating effect of adolescents's conformity. The main results are as follows. First, teacher's ability, personalized service, easy for service search, interaction between students, service revival for joining e-Learning sites affect intention to buy e-Learning web site through perceptual usefulness, except for entertainment. Second, perceptual usefulness has positive effect on intention to buy. Third, According to conformity, personalized service has different effect on perceptual usefulness. The result shows higher in high conformity group than low conformity group. It means e-Learning companies should focus on reference group or special group to effect their marketing strategy on adolescents. Lately, preceded studies investigated using SERVQUAL or SERVERF which were suit to offline. But, this study found e-Learning factors which are suitable to online. So, the factors and the results are more useful to e-Learning companies.
Digital transformation is about revolutionizing the interaction between virtual and reality. The complex problems that arise in this process must be solved, and one of the methods is computing thinking. Therefore, this study aims to observe whether software education that uses unplugged as liberal education is effective in enhancing computing thinking. For this, 5 elements of computing thinking were extracted and unplugged was applied to liberal software classes, and classes were conducted. During one semester, 16 sessions of classes were conducted and computing thinking enhancement was measured through surveys. As a result, the computing thinking of the students increased overall after classes. Observation surveys showed that, among computing thinking elements, students of all academic fields felt difficulties conceptualizing abstraction elements, those of arts and physical education felt more difficulties with algorithm elements, and those of the humanities felt more difficulties with pattern recognition elements. In the future, various contents for each element should be developed by academic field to aid learner understanding.

The sand table training is one of the most effective training method in military operations which can accomplish missions such as simulation and rehearsal without limitations related to time, space, money and so on. Previous sand table training has many problems like that the sand table cannot represent real field condition because of its physical properties. So, it is hard to be preserved and impossible to include much of information into them. In this paper, we make an approach based on Augmented Reality(AR) to solve these problems and propose an efficient military training briefing tool with virtual sand table environment described as actual battle field Virtual Tactical Map(VTM) can realize a virtual military training with simple action like moving marker or tangible interface by hand. Real-time state information of VTM gives us more organic intelligence for entire situation. Tangible AR interface provides users with a contents authoring tool that is natural, intuitive and easy to deal with as interaction between user in real world and system that augmented real world with virtual object. VTM is a newly designed military training briefing tools. A military training content can be reproduced and it is possible that user uses this content later. Thus, it shows us potential possibilities of AR applications on military leaning field.
Purpose: Normal education operation was difficult in the national disaster situation of Coronavirus Infection-19. Non-face-to-face education can be an alternative to face to face education, but it is not easy to provide the same level of education. In this study, the professor of disaster management field will identify problems that can occur in the overall operation and progress of non-face-to-face education and seek ways to improve non-face-to-face education. Method: Non-face-to-face real-time education was largely categorized into pre-class, in-class, post-class, and evaluation, and case studies were conducted through the professor's case studies. Result&Conclusion: The results of the survey are as follows: First, pre-class, it was worth considering providing a non-face-to-face educational place for professors, and the need for prior education on non-face-to-face educational equipment and systems was required. In addition, it seems necessary to make sure that education is operated smoothly by giving enough notice on classes and to make efforts to develop non-face-to-face education programs for practical class. Second, communication between professor and learner, and among learners can be an important factor in non-face-to-face mid classes. To this end, it is necessary to actively utilize debate-type classes to lead learners to participate in education and enhance the educational effect through constant interaction. Third, non-face-to-face post classes, policies on the protection of privacy due to video records should be prepared to protect the privacy of professors in advance, and copyright infringement on educational materials should also be considered. In addition, it is necessary to devise various methods for fair and objective evaluation. According to the results of the interview, in the contents, which are components of non-face-to-face education, non-face-to-face education requires detailed plans on the number of students, contents, and curriculum suitable for non-face-to-face education from the design of the education. In the system, it is necessary to give the professor enough time to fully learn and familiarize with the function of the program through pre-education on the program before the professor gives non-face-to-face classes, and to operate the helpdesk, which can thoroughly check the pre-examination before non-face-to-face education and quickly resolve the problem in case of a problem.
This study examines the effect of goal orientation (GO) on employee' self-esteem and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Also, this paper investigates the mediating effect of employee' self-esteem and the moderating effect of leader's ethical leadership. The results of this study targeted 1,656 employees working at company and public institution were as follows: First, we found that learning goal orientation (LGO) and performance prove goal orientation (PPGO) had a positive impact on employee' self-esteem. But performance avoid goal orientation (PAGO) was not directly related to self-esteem. Second, LGO and PPGO had a positive effect on employee' OCB. But PAGO was not related to OCB. Third, the mediating role of self-esteem in the relationship between GO variables (LGO, PPGO) and OCB was statistically significant. Finally, the interaction term of employee' GO (LGO, PPGO) and leader's ethical leadership was not related to OCB, whereas the positive link between PAGO and OCB was stronger when leader's ethical leadership was high. In particular, this study presented with implications for future research, limitations of this study.
This study has been conducted on 213 students in 4-year universities located in the regions of Daejeon and Chungnam in order to investigate a method to develop a smart device based culinary education application and the results and development method were as follows. First, the most often used smart device was a smart phone, which is used for over 5 hours a day and mainly used for SNS. Second, they utilized a smart device for language and major study during their spare time, wanted educational contents most and thought them useful for learning. Third, most of the students were positively aware of the necessity and learning effects of culinary education applications, and the response rate to utilize the application once a week was highest. Also, they hoped various recipes and simple cuisine and craftsman cooking. Therefore, the functions of SNS mostly often used by students should be added to promote interaction between teachers and students. And more contents should be made for students to use easily in moving or in their spare time. Furthermore, various videos of teaching and theoretical information should be included. And the applications focused on recipes and simple and craftsman cooking should be developed and uploaded on a school homepage and on popular portal sites so that students can easily utilize them.
The purpose of this study is to analyze differences in satisfaction with remote learning after the outbreak of COVID-19 between two-year college students and four-year university students. The analysis results regarding differences in satisfaction according to the types of remote learning were as follows: first, male students had greater satisfaction with the hybrid type of in-person and non-contact lecturers than female students; secondly, two-year college students had a higher level of satisfaction with all the types of remote learning than four-year university students; and thirdly, there were significant differences in students' satisfaction with the hybrid type of in-person and non-contact lectures according to the grades in a four-year university. The study then analyzed differences in satisfaction with the management and content of remote learning, interactions with professors, and exams and found that two-year college students exhibited a greater level of satisfaction than four-year university students. No significant differences were found in satisfaction with remote learning according to the grades both in two-year college students and four-year university students. The findings of the study demonstrate significant differences in overall satisfaction with remote-learning according to college and university types. That is, two-year college students had greater satisfaction with remote learning than four-year university students. It is critical to take into consideration the characteristics of students according to college and university types in the development process in order to raise the effects of remote learning based on these analysis results.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the experiences of teachers who participated in the development of online science class videos in the context of covid-19, their perception of online science class, and the characteristics of the online science class content developed by teachers. A survey and interviews were conducted with ten elementary school teachers who made online science class videos themselves. Also the characteristics of the online science class were investigated by analyzing the online science class video produced by the participants. As a result, participants in the study recognized the lack of production time, difficulty in filming and editing, concerns over misconceptions, the problem of solving copyrights for existing materials, and the burden of external disclosure. Although it was a teacher who had experience producing online science class video contents, no research participants actively answered the merits of online science class. On the other hand, the study participants cited that the shortcomings of online science classes were that students had fewer opportunities for inquiry and lack of communication or interaction. In particular, these shortcomings were thought to have a great influence on the quality of online science classes, especially in making inquiry classes difficult. Some teachers took a negative view that online science classes could not completely replace face-to-face classes. However, if multiple teachers are presented with supplementary teaching activities that complement the content-based online teaching method, the method of combining online science classes and face-to-face classes is not. Through the analysis of the contents of the online science class, the introduction and arrangement steps of the online science class were similar to the process of the face-to-face science class, but the inquiry step and the conceptual explanation step showed a big difference from the face-to-face science class.

Recently, digital and the Internet are widespread out of the world, and multimedia processing technology and the development of information and communication technology in education using the Internet as the demand is rapidly increasing. Also, we tan easily use informations with less restrictions of time and space. however, several kinds of audio, media to integrate multimedia data, such as the proliferation of demands for representation. Therefore, in 1998, W3C presented an international standard, SMIL in order to solve multimedia object representation and synchronization problems. By using SMIL, various multimedia elements can be integrated as a multimedia document with proper view in a spate and time. Using this SMIL document, we can create new internet radio broadcasting service that delivers not noly audio data but also various text, image and video. In this paper, with the system, teachers can easily create multimedia courseware and living broadcast their torture on network, students can receive audio-video information of the teacher, screen displays of the teachers computer. Moreover students can communicate with teacher simultaneously by text editor windows. Students can also order courseware after class.
