A Study on The Adaptive Navigation Support Technology for Individualized Cyber Learning System (사이버 교육 시스템에서의 개별학습을 위한 적응적 탐색 지원 기법 연구)

  • In this study, We are developed learner traits analysis and profile management software modules to develop learnable courseware fits to learner's individual traits in cyber learning system. We specified learner's personal information, performance information, preference information and portfolio information as learner's traits variables in this study, these four types of information are managed in learner profile management DB based on elaborate analysis to learner's traits. And we consists of curriculum sequencing module using high and low level sequencing technology, these are used in organizing learning contents sequencing with learning topic and specific learning task. The advice algorithm module developed based on adaptive navigational support and rule based technology. This Result of Research are able to be used for develop learnable courseware fits to learner's individual traits in cyber learning systems.

  • 코로나로 인해 비대면 온라인 수업으로 운영된 수업환경에서 컴퓨터공학 분야의 대표적인 실습기반 교과목인 프로그래밍 수업은 학습자들에게 온라인 수업이지만 대면 수업의 실재감을 제공하는 질적 개선 방법을 모색할 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 연구는 플립러닝에 기반 한 실시간 수업을 활용하여 실습 기반 프로그래밍 수업에서 학습자의 능동적 수업 참여를 유도하고, 교수자와 학습자, 학습자와 학습자 간의 상호작용이 원활한 수업을 통해 대면 수업 수준의 실재감을 학습자에게 제공하고 학습효과를 높이고자 하였다. 적용결과, 온라인 수업에서 플립러닝 기반 수업 설계가 실습 기반 수업에 대면수업 수준의 학습 효과 및 만족도가 있었음을 조사·분석하였다.

  • 온라인 학습 환경을 효율적으로 구성하는 것은 학습자의 학습 성공을 촉진할 뿐만 아니라 학습과정의 이해에 절대적으로 필요한 일이다. 만일 학습자와 교수자가 효율적으로 교류하면 학습자가 느끼는 심리적 거리감은 상당히 최소화될 수 있을 것이다. 이 연구는 학습자들의 온라인 학습에서 교류적 거리의 구조 지각은 성별에 따라 달라지는가를 알아보고 온라인 환경에서의 수업만족도, 지속성, 학업성취도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 구조의 하위영역이 무엇인지를 밝혀 학습자들의 학습효과를 체계적으로 높일 수 있는 온라인 환경의 요소를 탐색하는데 있다. 설문을 통해 수집된 자료는 연구 목적에 따라 다양한 분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구 결과 학습자의 일반적 특성인 성별에 따른 교류적 거리의 구조 지각수준은 의의있는 차이가 없었다(p>.05). 교류적 거리의 구조 지각수준과 학습자가 지각하는 수업만족도간에 의의있는 상관이 있었으며, 학습자의 학습 지속성과도 통계적으로 의의있는 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 학업성취도와 교류적 거리의 구조 지각수준 간에는 유의의한 차이가 발견되지 않았다(p>.05). 교류적 거리의 구조 하위영역 중 수업만족도에 대한 영향력이 큰 하위영역은 과정 상호 작용이며, 학습 지속성에 대한 영향력이 큰 하위영역은 내용 구성요인으로 나타났다.

An Analysis of Learning Effect by Computer Programming Areas based on Leveled Intense and Supplementary Learning (심화.보충형 수준별 학습에 의한 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 영역별 학습 효과 분석)

  • We've run leveled intense and supplementary study groups connected with JAVA regular classes for more effective learning of computer programming. We performed the test for evaluating learning understanding degrees between before and after study to analyze learning effect for three leveled study groups and a non study group, and we also analyzed the differences of learning understanding degrees among 4 learner groups by computer programming areas. As a result, we can reach the result what programming areas are effective to be operated by intense and supplementary study groups. Those areas are the area to improve the ability of programming applying concepts through in-depth understanding of concepts, and the area of programming through mixed knowledges related each other. The study group for low-leveled learners has most improved of four groups. Low-leveled group was behind the other study groups on programming application ability, but the group was more excellent than non study group in most programming areas.

  • 최근에 학습 관리 시스템은 기존의 교수자 중심의 교수설계와는 달리, 학습자들이 스스로 자신의 진도를 판단하거나 관리, 동료들과 연구를 할 수 있도록 도와주는 역할을 한다. 학습 컨텐트 관리 시스템(LCMS: Learning Content Management System)는 컨텐트 관리와 학습자들의 학습 과정 관리를 한데 묶어 융통성 있게 활용할 수 있도록 도와주는 시스템이다. 즉 새로운 컨텐트 묶음을 생성하고, 학습객체(LO: Learning Object)를 통한 코스개발도 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습 객체를 통한 코스의 개발에 초점을 맞추어, 도구의 분석 및 설계 경험을 비교 분석하여 효과적인 웹 기반 CDT-L(Course Development Tool-LCMS)의 분석 및 설계를 위한 기능, 비기능 요소를 추출해 보고자 하였다. 학습 객체의 생성, 분해 조립을 통해 학습코스를 작성함으로써 수업개발의 효율성을 높일 수 있으며, 학습자리 개별적 요구에 컨텐트를 제공해 줄 수 있으며, 학습 객체를 통해 코스개발 도구의 분석 및 설계를 함으로써 비용과 효율성을 보장하며, 학습 컨텐트의 중복을 피하고 학습과정 개발의 효율성을 가지게 한다.

  • Recently, WBI model which is based on web has been proposed in the part of the new activity model of teaching-learning. The demand for the customized coursewares which is required from the learners is increased, the needs of the efficient and automated education agents in the web-based instruction are recognized. But many education systems that had been studied recently did not service fluently the courses which learners had been wanting and could not provide the way for the learners to study the learning weakness which is observed in the continuous feedback of the course. In this paper we propose design of multi-agent system for course scheduling of learner-oriented using weakness analysis algorithm. First, proposed system monitors learner's behaviors constantly, evaluates them, and calculates his accomplishment. From this accomplishment, the multi-agent schedules the suitable course for the learner. The learner achieves an active and complete learning from the repeated and suitable course.

  • Cooperative web-based learning is an teaching strategy in which small teams, each of students with different levels of ability, use a variety of learning activities to improve their understanding of a subject via the web. The objective of this paper is to propose new assessment items for evaluating students fairly in cooperative web-based learning. As a result, improved academic achievement, improved behavior and attendance, and increased self-confidence can be made in cooperative web-based learning due to the fair assessment, In this paper, the environment and instructional strategies for successful learning are firstly examined. In addition, the existing evaluation items in traditional classroom are also analyzed in order to develop new evaluation criteria in the web. Based on these analyzed items, we propose new evaluation items for cooperative web-based learning. In addition, the proposed items related to participant ratio, cooperability, and accountability are analyzed according to team organization styles and instructional models.

  • The appearnace of web technology has accelerated the development of the multimedia technology, the computer communication technology and the multimedia application contents. Researches on WBI(Web-based Instruction) system have combined the technology of the digital library and LOD,. REcently WBI(Web-based Instruction) model which is based on web has been proposed in the part of the new activity model of teaching-learning. As the demand of the customized coursewares from the lwarners is increased, the needs of the efficient and automated education agents in the web-based instruction are recognized. In this paper we propose a system monitors learner's behaviors constantly, evaluates them, and calculates his accomplishment. And the system offers suitable course to learner applying this accomplishment degree to agent's schedules. Therefore, the learner achieves an active and complete learning from the repeated and suitable course semantic-based retrieval.

The Effect of Learner's Locus of Control and Types of Learning Control on Academic Achievement in CAl (CAI 에서 학습자의 통제 소재와 학습 주도권이 학업 성취도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purposes of this study are to test the learning effects of CAI in relation to the learner's locus of control and to test the interactive effects between learner's locus of control and types of learning control. In order to achieve the above purpose, a test was administered to investigate learner's locus of control to 160 First grades of J middle school located in Yosu. On the basis of the test results, the subjects who belonged to the extreme of both pole were divided into the internal and external control groups. Both groups were randomly assigned to teacher-control and learner-control types in CAI. After class, post-test on learning achievement was administered and ANOVA was employed to analyze the data. The research findings are as follows. First, as a result of learning through CAI, the learning scores of internals were shown higher than that of the external group. Second, learner-control group showed higher learning scores than teacher-control group. Third, there was not found a significant interactive effect between learner's locus of control and types of learning control of CAI.
