The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job stress and coping style in college students. Participants were 314 students in a college. Data were collected using a self administered questionnaire. The survey was conducted from May 02, 2018 to May 28, 2018. There were statistically significant correlations between personality stress, family environmental stress, academic stress, school environment stress and emotion - centered coping style among sub - variables of job stress, Job anxiety stress was significantly correlated with social support seeking and emotion - centered coping style. Since college students' emotional stress coping style is related to depressive emotional and physical health problems, it is necessary to provide a psychological treatment program for early detection and coping with psychological support services, and a mixed service such as education, lecture, and camp. In addition, it is thought that strategic action skill training (plan, method, and technology) is needed to change from emotion - centered coping style to problem - solving style.

The purpose of this study was to examine the satisfaction of dental hygiene students receiving dental hygiene education with their major, their view of profession and the correlation between their satisfaction with major and view of profession in an attempt to provide some information on how to teach students to accept the occupation of dental hygienist as a profession. 1. As for satisfaction with major, the dental hygiene students were most satisfied with awareness of dental hygienist, and they were least satisfied with courses. 2. The major satisfaction score was 3.51. The students whose academic standing was higher and who wanted to work in a general hospital or university hospital expressed more satisfaction with their major(p<0.01, p<0.05). 3. Concerning view of profession, they placed the most significance on the independence of dental hygiene, and put the least value on social awareness. 4. The view of profession score was 3.48. The students whose academic standing was higher regarded the job of dental hygienist as a profession(p<0.05). 5. As to the relationship between satisfaction with major and view of profession, those who were more satisfied with their major gave more weight to the job of dental hygienist as a profession(p<0.001).

The purpose of this study is to explore and propose policy alternatives by examining students' educational experiences at Chungbuk National University (CBNU). Some of the outstanding research findings of the study as follows. Students at CBNU think that they are capable of team-working and utilizing internet while less so with foreign language skill. With regard to academic achievement, students responded that they have seen a relatively low outcome in foreign language competency. In terms of their job placement, CBNU students highly recognize their logical thinking skill, creativity, and activity, whereas lower satisfaction with social service, study abroad, and internship experience. For further development of the survey analysis, this study suggests additional items included to make a sophisticated analysis possible such as scholarship, part-time job, educational outcome. This is expected to allow researchers to tab into the effect of finance of CBNU students. More detailed information on students' characteristics also need to be added; collaborative learning, student faculty interaction, co-work with students from diverse background, etc., which would allow the analysis of the impact of extra-curricula activities.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of career flexibility on employment status, career growth, and job satisfaction longitudinally. Demographic information(gender, age, parent's income level, and students' perceived financial states of family), vocational identity, employment status, career growth, and job satisfaction at 1, 2, and 3 years after the first data collection with a sample of 259(time 1), 229(time 2), 182(time 3) were collected respectively. Multivariate regression and logistic regression analysis were performed. Results showed that in-breadth career exploration positively predicted to employment status at time 1, 2, 3 consistently and career flexibility also positively predicted to employment status at time 2, 3. The longitudinal effect of career flexibility was found that the expectancy of career flexibility had shown to have stronger effect. In addition, career growth was influenced by in-depth career exploration at time 2, 3. On the other hand, no variables were related to job satisfaction in this study. Results of the current study provided the new insights for career education and limitation and future suggestions were discussed.

Despite the numerous graduates being produced in practical music and history, which have not been shorter than 30 years, the employment of students remains an unsolvable task. Most graduates are employed by private institutes as music instructors or got involved in band activities, which are non-regular work and not stable. The rapid development of K-pop along with national strength has changed our lives as well. As a result, the cultural and artistic fields, which were previously recognized only as luxury, have rapidly become popular. In the form of learning, internalized and experiencing, not just watching has a huge impact on improving the quality of our lives. This is reflected in national policies including the operation of cultural arts, education programs in elementary, middle, and high schools, and art programs designed to improve the welfare of residents at local community centers. It is time to expand its job-horizon to the relevant fields, and thus focus on promoting programs related to obtaining certificates to help our students find jobs. In addition, the government should create a course for music teacher certification in the field of practical music that differs from the current music teacher certification of secondary schools. It is very urgent to establish the teaching course in four-year universities or graduate schools of practical music education.

The aim of study is to suggest the improvement of the major curriculum used in the department of furniture design in two-year colleges. For this purpose two processes were conducted step by step. The first phase was to evaluate the jobs selected by job analysis specialist and staffs in charge in July 2009, and to analyze what are the desired points for the good adaptability and business improvement in case that student would find job in relevant field after graduating from colleges. Furniture design coordinator hereupon was selected as the object and DACUM (Developing A CurriculUM) was applied to the method of job analysis. In the second process conducted from September 2009 to October 2010, the customized curriculum based on the result from the first phase was newly opened to help student create any design result. This study was composed of the result of job analysis, the customized curriculum based on it and the research of efficiency through the end result and finally the discussion how to improve the customized education for the future. It is no doubt very important process for the step up of quality of college education, the improvement of students' competence and their good adaptability after finding jobs. This study should lay the foundation of different job analysis and the customized curriculums accordingly for not only furniture design coordinator, also for various furniture design-related jobs, and furthermore it should be expected that the continuous research and development contributes to the realization of college education to raise excellent students.

The clinical practices provide the students with a good opportunity to study the practical experiences in their field through the clinical training education in hospital. Now, in this study, comparing the perceptions of the clinic teachers with those of students at the clinical site. The study was conducted to the students attending universities located in Seoul and who finished the clinical practices in 2013. The questionnaires were distributed to the student and collected from them. The study were conducted to 275 questionnaires with frequency analysis, crosstabs, chi-square test and McNemar test. The major motivation was of the select radiography course was high employment rate(44.0%) and the satisfaction of radiography course was general(53.1%). 51.3% of the study answered 8 weeks current duration of clinical practices is proper. The 3-year course students answered that the period of clinical practices would be proper if it is performed in the winter vacation in their second year in college(47.3%). The 4-year course students answered that the first semester in their third years is proper for clinical practices( 27.7%). The students answered that they felt the lack in their knowledge on the professional field(32.4%) during the clinical practices and some of the practical training is different from the education performed at school(68.4%). Most of answered that they were satisfied with the clinical practices and among them they recognized the importance of the clinical practices ($3.94{\pm}0.89$). After the clinical practices, their desire for getting job as a radiography has changed from 84.1% to 82.9%. The reason why they want the job related to the radiation is because the job is stable (changed from 49.0% to 46.0% after the clinical practice) while the reason why they don't want be a radigrapher because that job is not proper for them (changed from 37.0% to 40.7% after the clinical practice) The effort should be made to enhance the position of radiation professionals through the improved education system to the students, rather giving them education for just employment.

Recently, Universities's idea of employment are activity discussed. Especially, Service oriented departments' argument about the curriculum and the environment tests its accomplishment with value in employment. Therefore, this study has been done on the department of airline service which has representation of employment. This study determines the condition and the position of the department of airline services that it estimates the future service orientation in organizations placing education. It appeared that self-esteem affected Physical environment, and service effect quality as a company's loyalty. Accordingly, to improve self-esteem working staff in service should be improved. And other various measures education service quality, self-esteem, and company's loyalty should be taken as well.

간학문적 특성이 강한 의류학은 최근 급변하는 사회환경 즉, 학생들의 전문적 경험에 대한 요구, 패션업계와의 유기적 상호관계, 컴퓨터 등 과학기술의 발달, 사회의전문화, 세분화, 정보화, 세계화 등에 능동적으로 대처하여 의류학 졸업생들의 경쟁력을 강화시키기 위하여 보다 질적으로 향상된 의류학의 방향을 모색하도록 요구받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 1) 의류학의 목표는 무엇이며 현재 강조되고 있는 분야와 교과목 및 취업기회는 어떠한지, 그리고 미래에 의류학이 당면할 수 있는 문제들은 무엇인지, 2) 프로그램이 어떻게 바뀌어졌으며 앞으로 어떠한 방향으로 발전되어 갈 것인가에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 연구방법은 전국 43개 4년제 대학의 의류학 관련 교수 110명을 대상으로 설문지법을 사용하였으녀 회수된 58부(53% 회수율)를 SAS로 통계처리하여 Likert's method of summated ratings로 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 의류학의 목표가 가정중심의 복지 향상(M=2.5, SD=1.0)에서 의류학 분야의 전문인을 양성(M=4.8, SD=0.4)하는 것으로 변화하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전반적으로 디자인 분야(M=4.8, SD=0.5)와 구성분야 (M+4.5, SD=0.7)가 풍부한 교과목과 함께 강조되고 있으며 디자인 분야의 취업성향이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 교과목이 많이 증설되었으며 (특히 디자인분야) 실험실습시간이 증가되고 인접학문 교과목과 현장실습경험이 증가추세에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 의류학의 발전을 위해 전문적 이미지 제고와 함께 졸업생의 취업기획의 증가, 의류산업체와의 인턴제도를 통한 산학협동, 그리고 컴퓨터 활용 증대 등이 요구되고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of a career exploration education to job-seeking anxiety, career maturity and Career decision-making in an effort to prove the effectiveness of career exploration education. The subjects in this study were 65 high school student who were users of B high school in the city of Gwang-Ju. An experimental group and a control group were organized with 65 high school student' each, and a career exploration education was conducted in nine sessions, once a week. The major findings of the study were as follows: The experimental group who participated in the career exploration education felt less job-seeking anxiety, improvement in career maturity and Career decision-making.
