The study aims to examine the service preference between the NEIS(National Education Information Systems) and alternatives, based on the benefits, costs and risks of NEIS service for parents, and finally propose the vitalizations plans for that public services. As a part of public services, NEIS has not only provided the educational information for the students, which enables school parents to suffice for information need, and but also leaded in the parents' participation for the various educational policies. However, major NEIS users such as teachers and parents recently began to blame for the various data errors and connection failures of NEIS. Despite of the research importance, most of NEIS studies severely depended on TAM and researches investigating the preference of school parents for NEIS services rarely exist. The study classifies NEIS parents services into benefits, costs, and risks based on ANP BCR model, identifies the preference for the services, compares the NEIS services and alternatives, and provides the results of sensitivity analyses. The analyses identify that NEIS was not frequently used by school parents and that the service preference of the school parents was not considered yet. Consequently, the study stresses the acceptance vitalizations plans for NEIS.

According to increasing smartphone users, Public mobile services is expanding across all areas, including education. We have to prepare NEIS(National Education Information System) student and parent service based on smartphone that provide information about student's school life for the smartphone users. Therefore, in this paper, we conducted an online questionnaire survey for student and parent. User's perception for existing services were analyzed by factors of content availability, service utilization, and user affinity. Reliability analysis of the collected data, the results of correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were found reliable. The user affinity factor have the most significant impact on user satisfaction and intention to user smartphone service. Consequently, the study stresses a measure of NEIS student and parent service based on smartphone and public education information service through the perception analysis of these.

NEIS (National Education Information SystTem) provides educational information to parents while students are not able to have the direct access to their own academic information. Students filed their request to the National Human Right Agency. The objective of this study is to investigate the feasibility of students direct access to their own information and how to do it. In detail, online survey was conducted from 3,300 students, teachers and parents who are the stake holders of student information service on NEIS regarding whether they are for it, if so how to do it. The result indicated that students, parents and teachers are all positive in that order. It is unexpected that teachers who need to input and are responsible for the accuracy and reliability for student information are also for it. Although the human right law suggests all students have the right to direct access to their own information, the order of operation can be from secondary school level if the operation can not be done all at the same time. The range of information provided through this service is in principle the same as what parents can access except the counseling information.

In this research, we are looking for new ways to parents' participation in the school education through the educational information. The qualitative research about this research is not at all state. We use the method of study based on the grounded theory. The case analysis object is a outstanding school of the educational information in 2007, ten excellent schools of the cyber home service, two research schools 2 and two schools of research for NEIS. The parents make the learning check on situation of the students and communicate with school through the cyber home learning service and NIES. Also, It is bringing parents around the school closer through the SMS service and is communication path out of time and space. We make the things that make communications work through it. We know it is building trust with the parent and school.

The purposes of this study are to investigate the perception and satisfaction of parents about e-books and to suggest ways to improve library e-book services. A user survey of one hundred twenty parents is carried for library use, computer use, and e-book user / non user behavior, library e-book service evaluation, selection of children's e-books and so on. Based upon the results, proactive library e-book service promotion such as public relations and e-book user education, easy access to e-book collections, recognition of e-book services at libraries, positions for e-book librarians and their professional continuing education, and self-evaluation of library e-book services.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the family relationship and the awareness of child abuse of parents with elementary and middle school children. This study also examines the mediating effect of parenting stress between the family relationship and awareness of child abuse. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted to school parents living in A metropolitan area and the 389 data were used for analysis. As a result of the analysis, their child abuse awareness showed that family relationship effected their awareness of child abuse positively and on parenting stress negatively. In addition, the partial mediating effect of parenting stress was proved between the family relationship and child abuse awareness. The results of this analysis signify that the family relationship is the important independent variable and parenting stress is the main mediating variable between the two variables. According to these analysis results, this study suggested that it is necessary to enhance family relations enhancement programs, child abuse prevention manual, and various parenting support services and strengthen the function of Health Family Support Center as a delivery system of family welfare services.

This study aimed to analyse the structural relationships among family resilience, experience of child abuse prevention education, and awareness of abuse behaviors. Data were collected from 389 school parents residing A metropolitan area. The results of this study are as follows : 1) the variable of the family resilience and the experience of child abuse prevention education among school parents had positive statistic association with the awareness of abuse behaviors. 2) the experience of child abuse prevention education was found to mediate between the family resilience and the awareness of abuse behaviors. Based on these study results, several suggestions were made to improve the awareness of school parents' abuse behaviors in terms of the enhancement of their family resilience and service delivery system for child abuse prevention.

Effective information delivery between school and parents is very important in preschool and the lower classes of elementary school. It is because by the fact that the traditional method of information delivery relies on kids to deliver school information but they are not sufficiently matured enough to deliver information correctly. In this point of view, this paper proposes a new information delivery method combining internet homepage and mobile message services and develops a information delivery system to support that method. Proposed method and developed system are able to correctly deliver information within the desired time and they do not increase the burden of communication costs and teacher's works.

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the servicesape focused on Taekwondo gym. More specifically, this study was to investigate the effect of servicescape on gym's image, parents' satisfaction and re-enroll intention. The 250 survey questionnaires were distributed among the trainee's parents of through convenience sampling. Due to the reliability of data, 18 samples were discarded and 232 samples were put to actual analysis. By using SPSS Ver. 21.0, data were analyzed for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, the variables of servicescape which was ambient condition, cleanliness and comfort had positive effects on gym's image. Second, the servicescape which was consist of ambient condition, cleanliness, comfort and safety had significantly effects on parents' satisfaction. Third, servicescape which was consist of s ambient condition, cleanliness, comfort and safety had significantly effects on re-enroll intention. This study has a positive meaning in that it confirms the importance of the servicescape of the Taekwondo gym and presents the operation strategy through the servicescape.

Various problems are occurring as teachers and student's parents communicate directly through mobile phones. In this study, a service model was proposed that allows teachers and student's parents to communicate through SNS platforms without knowing each other's mobile phone numbers. In the civil complaint communication service model proposed in this study provides, communication key sets are provided as public data, and a commonly used SNS platform uses the relevant relationship information to implement communication. This model also has expandability that can be applied not only to teachers, but also to ① officers who need to communicate with the parents of soldiers, ② nursing, health and nursing care personnel who frequently contact patient caregivers, and ③ welfare officials.
