This study was conducted to promote male nursing students' adaptation to college life by identifying life stress, grit, and degree of adaptation to college life, and the effect of grit mediating effect on the relationship between life stress and college life adjustment. became The subjects of this study were 209 male nursing college students enrolled in nursing departments in 5 major cities. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 25.0. Life stress showed a significant negative correlation with college life adaptation and grit, but grit showed a positive correlation with college life adaptation. As a result of mediating effect verification, the final model explained 43.5% of college life adaptation. Therefore, in order to improve male nursing students' adaptation to college life, it is required to develop a program that can lower life stress and increase grit and college life adaptation level.

The purpose of study was to investigate the effects of career decision efficacy, learning Flow, and academic achievement on department adaptation of dental hygiene students. The subjects of the study are self-administered surveys of 200 students who indicated their intention to participate. 181 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 18.0. The results of this study show that career decision efficacy, learning flow, academic achievement affect to major satisfaction, major confidences, major attachment. The results of this study show that career decision efficacy, academic achievement affect to major vision. Some dental hygienists students need support systems such as learning methods and educational environment that can improve academic achievement and learning commitment in order to help students adapt to their department. In addition, education and career support for career decision efficacy should be continuously maintained.

This study was collected from June 8, 2023 to June 23, 2023 from 230 nursing students at a university to identify the factors affecting nursing students' adaptation to college. Data was analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 24.0 Program. As a result of the study, whether the adaptation to college according to general characteristics has been heard about new technologies(t=2.830, p=.018) showed a statistically significant difference. Nursing students' adaptation to college showed a strong positive correlation with grit and negative correlation with self-control. It was found that nursing students' grit affects the adaptation to college(F=117.48, p<.001), and the explanatory power was 33.7%. It is necessary to develop and apply irregular programs to enhance grit for students' adaptation to college, and repetitive research is needed in consideration of the relationship between technostress and self-control.

This study was conducted to examine the self-efficacy and rejection sensitivity of nursing college students and their college life adjustment, as well as to identify the impact of self-efficacy and rejection sensitivity on college life adjustment. An online survey via URL was conducted on 154 enrolled students from nursing colleges nationwide. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 23.0 statistical software for descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the self-efficacy of the subjects was 3.80±0.63 points, rejection sensitivity was 2.67±0.83 points, and college life adjustment was 3.58±0.54 points. The factor influencing the college life adjustment among nursing college students was self-efficacy (β=.42, p<.001), while rejection sensitivity showed a significant negative correlation with adaptation to university life (r=-0.24, p=.003), but it was not a significant influencing factor. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and utilize various teaching methods and programs for psychological and social support to enhance self-efficacy in order to improve the adjustment of nursing college students to college life.

This study identified the degree of self-worth and college life adjustment of students in the department of paramedicine, and analyzed whether there was a difference according to the presence or absence of religion and the intimacy of family members. An online survey was conducted on 183 students in department of paramedicine students attending a university, and the subject's gender, religious affiliation, and intimacy with family members were analyzed by frequency and percentage. Self-worth and adjustment to college life according to the presence or absence of religion and intimacy with family members were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA. As a result, there was a difference in self-worth according to religion status and family closeness. According to intimacy with family members, there was a significant difference in academic adjustment among the sub-factors of college life adjustment. Through the results of this study, it is necessary to consider the existence of religion and intimacy with family members in setting up a counseling strategy tailored to the factors of personal self-worth improvement and college life adjustment. It is proposed to develop a college life adjustment promotion program to improve various self-worth, apply it to department of paramedicine students, and verify its effectiveness.

This study was conducted to describe the relationship of Career Identity, Major Satisfaction and College Adaptation of nursing freshmen. The participants were 202 nursing freshmen in K city from October 15 to November 4. The data was collected by questionnaires and was analyzed using SPSS 20.0. There was a significant positive correlation among Career Identity, Major Satisfaction and College Adaptation of nursing freshmen. It was found that the effect of Career Identity and Major Satisfaction on College Adaptation was 45.0%. The results of this study provided a foundation to recognize importance of College Adaptation and to develop intervention program to improve College Adaption of nursing freshmen.

In this study, we looked at whether the character strength of foreign students affects the adaptation of university life and tried to figure out whether cultural adaptation stress has mediating effect. To this end, we set up a research model based on prior research, conducted a survey of 263 foreign students belonging to G City and N City, and analyzed the data using the spss statistics program. As a result of the study, the character strength of foreign students was affecting the adaptation of university life, and the cultural adaptation stress of international students partially mediated the relationship between character strength and university life adaptation. Therefore, it is suggested that it is necessary to develop a program that reduces cultural stress and to have a professional counselor in the university who can continuously consult international students.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of nursing students' self-leadership, humanity, and resilience on college life adaptation. The subjects of this study were 190 freshmen from the Department of Nursing in C city. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-tset, ANOVA, pearson correlation, and multiple regression. As a result, the factors that have a significant influence on the college life adaptation were self-leadership, personality, resilience, school life satisfaction, and the number of friends. Humanity was the most influential factor(β=.659, p<.001) in college life adaptation, followed by self-leadership(β=.274, p=.001), and number of friends(β=.258, p=.003). The explanatory power of the model was 51.2%(F=40.72, p<.001). In addition, there was a high positive correlation between self-leadership, humanity, resilience and college life adaptation. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a program that can help college life adaptation by improving the personality and self-leadership of freshmen in nursing.

비지도형 도메인 적응(UDA)에 대한 최근 연구는 도메인 적응에 대한 설명 및 전이 가능한 특징을 풀어 내기 위해 적대적 학습에 의존한다. 그러나 기존 방법에는 대상 도메인의 클래스 인식(class-aware) 정보를 고려하지 않고는 잠재 공간의 구별 가능성을 완전히 보장할 수 없다는 것과 소스 및 대상 도메인의 샘플만으로는 잠재 공간에서 도메인 불변(domain- invariant) 특성을 추출하기에 부족하다는 두 가지 문제가 있다고 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 알려진 UDA의 도메인 적응시 발생되는 문제를 해결하기 위해 Adversarial Discriminative Domain Adaptation(ADDA)에서 mixup을 활용해 신경망의 로버스트네스를 향상시키는 것을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study aimed to identify the relationship between department adaptation, career satisfaction and major satisfaction of the male students in department of dental hygiene and to provide basic data to improve their major satisfaction. The subjects were 102 male students attended dental hygiene departments at four universities in Seoul, Gangwon-do and Gyeongsang-do. The survey was completed a self administered questionnaire survey available on a website from September to October 2019. The collected data were analyzed frequency, mean and standard deviation, correlation and logistic regression using the SPSS 22.0 program. The questionnaire consisted of a total of 36 questions, with each item scored on a 5-point Likert scale. The mean score of male students of dental hygiene department major satisfaction was 3.32, department adaptation was 3.48 and career satisfaction was 3.08. The results of the correlation analysis shows that major satisfaction has a statistically significant positive correlation between career satisfaction and departmental adaptation(p<0.01), career satisfaction was a statistically significant positive correlation to the departmental adaptation(p<0.01). As a result of regression analysis with Independent variables such as departmental adaptation(β=0.410) and career satisfaction(β=0.457) were analyzed to have a significant positive effect on the major satisfaction(p<0.001). Accordingly, the department adaptation and job career satisfaction are critical factors for major satisfaction.
