하이브리드 3D프린팅기술-입체전자회로 제작기술

  • 1980년대 처음 세상에 등장한 3D프린팅기술은 시제품을 빠르고 경제적으로 생산하려는 초기의 목적에서 나아가 현재에는 직접 제품생산에 적용하려는 시도들이 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 이를 극복하기 위해서는 몇 가지 해결해야 할 문제들 또한 존재하는 것이 현실이다. 전자제품의 회로 제작에 3D프린팅기술을 적용하기 위한 기술들이 개발되고 있으며, 이는 기존의 플라스틱 재료를 이용하는 3D프린팅기술과 전도성 재료를 토출하여 도선을 성형하는 기술이 융합된 하이브리드 3D프린팅기술로 발전되고 있다. 입체전자기술로 알려지고 있는 이 기술은 단일 공정으로 다양한 소재를 사용하여 구동이 가능한 회로소자를 제작할 수 있기 때문에 주문형 회로소자, 웨어러블 디바이스 및 플렉서블 디바이스 등의 개발에 매우 유용하게 적용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 향후에는 복잡한 회로소자 제작기술로 발전할 것이며 따라서, 현재의 반도체 제작공정을 대체할 수 있는 기술로 발전이 가능할 것이다.

Dual Mode-AODV for the Hybrid Wireless Mesh Network (하이브리드 무선 메시 네트워크를 위한 듀얼모드-AODV)

  • With the Development of Wireless Network Technology and Wireless Link Technology, Wireless Mesh Network (WMN) is Attracting Attention as a Key Technology to Construct the Wireless Transit Network. The WMN has been Studied for a Long Time in Various Fields, however there are still many Problems that have not been solved yet. One of them is the Routing Problem to find an Optimal path in a Multi-hop Network Composed of Wireless Links. In the Hybrid-WMN, which is one of the Three Types of WMN, Optimal Path Selection Requires Research on Path Search Protocols that Effectively use the Infrastructure Mesh as a Transit Network, Together with Research for a Routing Metric with Excellent Performance. Therefore, this Paper Proposes a Dual Mode-AODV(Ad hoc On-demand Distance Vector) for Hybrid-WMN. Simulation result shows that the Path Selection Delay was Reduced by 52% than AODV when the Proposed Dual Mode-AODV was applied.

An Adaptive Switching Mechanism for Three-Dimensional Hybrid Cameras (하이브리드 입체 카메라의 적응적인 스위칭 메커니즘)

  • Recently, various types of three-dimensional cameras have been used to analyze surrounding environments. In this paper, we suggest a mechanism of adaptively switching active and passive cameras of hybrid cameras, which can extract 3D image information more accurately. The suggested method first obtains brightness and texture features representing the environment from input images. It then adaptively selects active and passive cameras by generating rules that reflect the extracted features. In experimental results, we show that a hybrid 3D camera consisting of passive and active cameras is set up and the proposed method can effectively choose appropriate cameras in the hybrid camera and make it possible to extract three dimensional information more accurately.

Design of a Size-reduced Ring Hybrid Coupler Using an Artificial Dielectric Substrate (가유전체 기판을 이용한 소형화된 링 하이브리드 커플러의 설계)

  • This paper describes the design of a size-reduced ring hybrid coupler for microwave band using an artificial dielectric substrate(ADS). ADS structure adopts the second substrate on which has lots of the metalized via-holes. The effective capacitance and effective dielectric constant per unit length of ADS increases compared to the normal substrate due to the via-holes. This enables the physical length of microstrip transmission line to be reduced by adopting ADS instead of the normal substrate. In order to present an example of size-reduction of microwave wireless circuit by ADS, a size-reduced 3GHz ring hybrid coupler is designed, fabricated and measured in this work. The designed coupler has the smaller size from the normal one by 65% due to the ADS, while no critical degradation from ideal performances is observed. The measured power division ratio at two output ports are -3.05dB and -3.135dB, respectively. In addition, the phase differences are 3o for in-phase division and 176o for out of phase split. The measured performances are so similar to ideal ones, and prove the design of size-reduced ring hybrid coupler using ADS is successful.

Hydrodynamic Response Analysis of Hybrid Floating Structure according to Length of Damping Plate (수평감쇠판 길이에 따른 하이브리드 부유식 구조물의 거동 특성 분석)

  • New businesses such as marine leisure and floating construction have recently flourished on the coast. As a result, consideration is given to a floating structure appropriate for marine environments. In this study, we applied a damping plate to increase the stability of a hybrid floating structure that was expanded by vertical and horizontal stacking of mobile unit modules. In the numerical analysis using ANSYS AQWA, the behavioral characteristics of the floating structure were analyzed according to the length change of the damping plate. However, the wave forces acting on a floating structure are excessively calculated by the resonance of fluid surrounded by the structure in the numerical analysis using potential flow. Therefore, we used the damping zone option of the ANSYS AQWA in the frequency domain analysis.

  • The small size of hybrid rocket using PE-$LN_2O$ was designed, constructed and launched for a development basic technology of Hybrid rocket vehicle. The hybrid engine ignition system was designed with valve system using external actuator and confirmed working without any fault. To design fuel grain an internal ballistics design was carried out, and to estimate rockets flight path an external ballistics analysis was carried out. So the rocket was designed and constructed, and the launch test proves that hybrid rocket's design was suitable. The hybrid rocket(weight : 9kg, diameter : 110 mm, height : 1.7 m) was launched successfully. But parachute was deployed on mid-flight and the mission could not finish its purposed flight. Some of problems were found in this activity but next launch vehicle will be improved.

An Experimental Study on Static Behaviors of Composite Sandwich Bridge Decks with Hybrid GFRP-Steel Core (하이브리드 GFRP-강재 심재를 갖는 복합샌드위치 교량바닥판의 정적거동에 관한 실험 연구)

  • This paper presents the flexural behavior of a hybrid Glass Fiber-Reinforced Polymer(GFRP)-steel decks for use in deteriorated bridge decks replacement. Static load tests were conducted to investigate the structural characteristics of the hybrid FRP-steel deck. The tested deck panel satisfied the design criteria. The failure mode of the hybrid deck was demonstrated ductility with deformation beyond initial yielding. The responses were compared with the ANSYS finite element predictions. It was found that the presented hybrid deck was efficient for use in bridges. The thickness of the hybrid deck may be decreased when compared to that of the all FRP deck with similar flexural rigidity.

Climate Change Policy Analysis Considering Bottom-up Electricity Generation System (발전부문 하이브리드 모형을 사용한 기후변화 정책효과 분석)

  • We develop a hybrid model which allows the change in electricity generation mix by adding the electricity-sector components of bottom-up model to the conventional CGE model. The electricity sector is represented as a sum of separate generation technologies, each of which has the form of DRTS (Decreasing Returns to Scale) production function, unlike the conventional CGE model. We compare the effects of the 30% emission reduction target using the hybrid model with those using the conventional CGE model. The cost of meeting the target is lower with the hybrid model than the conventional CGE. It is consistent with previous studies in that adding the bottom-up components to the top-down model reduces the cost of emission reduction. In an extra analysis we find that an additional regulation like RPS (Renewable Portfolio Standard) increases the cost.

  • In this work, we conducted a study of fuel consumption characteristics and regenerative braking recovery rate by conducting an experiment using a TMED type parallel hybrid electric vehicle. As regenerative braking technology is considered essential to improve the energy efficiency of the hybrid vehicle, it is necessary to conduct research on the regenerative braking system. Therefore, the electrical characteristics, current balance, and fuel consumption were investigated using an EC type chassis dynamometer with experimental conditions as per IM240 mode. From the results, it was observed that when the initial SOC condition was lower, the engine operating time of the hybrid vehicle increased, and the energy efficiency decreased. While operating in the driving mode characteristics condition and the driving characteristics condition, the difference in the average fuel consumption was not significant. However, after completion of the experiment, there was a difference in the engine operation.

  • 최근 기후변화와 댐 상류 토지이용 변화 등과 같은 다양한 원인에 의해 댐 유입량의 변동성이 증가하면서 댐 관리 및 운영조작 의사 결정에 어려움이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 댐 유입량의 변동 특성을 반영하여 댐 유입량을 정확하고 효율적으로 예측할 수 있는 방안이 필요한 실정이다. 머신러닝 기술이 발전하면서 Auto-ML(Automated Machine Learning)이 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. Auto-ML은 데이터 전처리, 최적 알고리즘 선택, 하이퍼파라미터 튜닝, 모델 학습 및 평가 등의 모든 과정을 자동화하는 기술이다. 그러나 아직까지 수문 분야에서 댐 유입량을 예측하기 위한 모델을 개발하는데 있어서 Auto-ML을 활용한 사례는 부족하고, 특히 댐 유입량의 예측 정확성을 확보하기 위해 High-inflow and low-inflow 의 변동 특성을 고려한 하이브리드 결합 방식을 통해 Auto-ML 기반 앙상블 모델을 개발하고 평가한 연구는 없다. 본 연구에서는 Auto-ML의 패키지 중 Auto-sklearn을 통해 홍수기, 비홍수기 유입량 변동 특성을 반영한 하이브리드 앙상블 댐 유입량 예측 모델을 개발하였다. 소양강댐을 대상으로 적용한 결과, 하이브리드 Auto-sklearn 앙상블 모델의 댐 유입량 예측 성능은 R2 0.868, RMSE 66.23 m3/s, MAE 16.45 m3/s로 단일 Auto-sklearn을 통해 구축 된 앙상블 모델보다 전반적으로 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 FDC (Flow Duration Curve)의 저수기, 갈수기 구간에서 두 모델의 유입량 예측 경향은 큰 차이를 보였으며, 하이브리드 Auto-sklearn 모델의 예측 값이 관측 값과 더욱 유사한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 홍수기, 비홍수기 구간에 대한 앙상블 모델이 독립적으로 구축되는 과정에서 각 모델에 대한 하이퍼파라미터가 최적화되었기 때문이라 판단된다. 향후 본 연구의 방법론은 보다 정확한 댐 유입량 예측 자료를 생성하기 위한 방안 수립뿐만 아니라 다양한 분야의 불균형한 데이터셋을 이용한 앙상블 모델을 구축하는데도 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
