Implicit Time Integration Scheme for Real-Time Hybrid Test System (실시간 하이브리드 실험 시스템을 위한 Implicit 시간적분법)

  • The Real-Time Hybrid Test system presented in this paper is based on the pseudodynamic test method, and it combines physical testing with model-based simulation. The system is designed to achieve a rate of loading that is significantly higher than that of a conventional pseudodynamic test approaching the real-time response of a structure subjected to earthquake loads. To provide robust computation environment for the analysis of many degree-of-freedom structures, the system adopts an implicit time integration scheme in the model-based simulation. This paper presents an overview of the developed system and numerical simulations that were conducted to evaluate the performance of the computation scheme adopted here. Results of these studies have demonstrated the good performance of the computation scheme for real-time multiple-degree-of-freedom tests.

Seismic Performance of Shear Dominant Hybrid Steel Link Beam with Circular Web Opening (원형 개구부가 있는 전단지배 하이브리드 강재 연결보의 내진성능)

  • Cyclic loading tests for shear dominant hybrid steel link beams with circular web openings were performed to evaluate the seismic performance. Four half-scaled specimens with bolted connections were tested. The test parameter is a diameter of the web opening, i.e., shear strength ratio ($V_{pw}/V_p$) of the link beam and presence of top-seat angles. Using test results, adequate design shear strength of link beam was finally suggested. Test results showed that when the shear capacity is less than half of the plastic shear strength, seismic performance was improved due to mitigation of pinching under reversed cyclic inelastic deformations.

  • Retaining large stability margin is essential in designing a feedback control system to deal with the uncertainties inherently existing in the mathematical model and the control apparatus. The LQG controller in general loses the stability margin due to the embed Kalman filter. The performance of a control system called LTR with a DUOX structure(LTR/DOUX) to overcome the demerit of LQG controller is to be investigated from the responses in both the time and the frequency domain. The results indicated that the LTR/DOUX recovered the gain margin of 30dB approximately 20 times more than that of LQG/DOUX, resulting in a robust stable control system.

  • 최근 신재생 에너지를 사용하는 산업 응용분야의 다양화로 인해, 1kW~수십kW 대용량 부하들이 적용되는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 이렇게 시스템 용량이 커질수록 전력변환장치의 고효율화는 중요하며, 특히 고효율 트랜스포머를 이용하는 토폴로지들이 선호된다. 또한 다양한 레벨의 산업 응용분야들을 만족시켜주기 위해서, 다양한 부하조건이 요구되어진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는, 다출력에 적합한 절연형 회로구조들에서 다양한 레벨의 서브 전원들을 출력하기 위한 몇 가지 방법들을 비교 분석한다. 이를 바탕으로, 대용량 하이브리드 전력변환장치의 설계를 제안하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증한다.

Components sizing of powertrain for a Parallel Hybridization of the Mid-size Low-Floor Buses (중형저상버스 병렬형 하이브리드화를 위한 동력전달계 용량매칭)

  • Most studies on hybrid buses are on large-sized buses and not mid-sized low-floor buses. This study uses MATLAB simulation to evaluate the fuel efficiency of such buses powered by diesel. Based on the results, a hybrid electric vehicle system is recommended for the best combination of power and gear ratio. A parallel hybrid system was selected for the hybridization, which transmits front and rear wheel power independently. The necessary power to satisfy the target performance was calculated, and the applicable capacity area was designed. Dynamic programing was used to create and optimize a component sizing algorithm, which was used to scale the capacity of each component of the power source to satisfy the design criteria. The fuel efficiency rate, optimum power source capacity, and gear ratio can be improved by converting a conventional bus into a parallel hybrid bus.

  • Hybrid network infrastructure has been deployed as the most important technology for the advanced research networking community such as Internet2, SURFnet, etc. However, further research needs to be performed in terms of feasible design and implementation of architecture for inter-domain collaborative network infrastructure, which is essential to end-to-end collaborative research based on high-end applications. In this paper, we suggest a framework for distributed and virtual network operations based on hybrid research networks and efficient cooperation between multi-domain hybrid networks, which aims to provide collaborative network environment for high-end applications. Suggested framework is designed to adopt decentralized model of multi-domain hybrid research network management. A collaborative and distributed virtual model that is characterized by cooperation among hybrid research networks that insist on maintaining their autonomy and control, can also contribute for researchers and other end-users to manage and operate their own virtual networks.

  • 네이티브 어플리케이션의 한계를 극복하기 위해 웹 서비스를 이용한 Hybrid Application이 개발되었다. Hybrid Application은 단말기의 센서, 카메라 등 기기의 기능을 Application이 지원하고 내부 구조와 인터페이스, 데이터 전송 등에 Web기술을 이용하여 기존 네이티브 어플리케이션의 단점을 보완하고 장점을 합한 것이다. 웹 기반으로 구현 되었기 때문에 다양한 기기와 해상도에 적용이 가능하고 문제 발생 시 웹과 동일하게 실시간 업데이트가 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 HTML5과 하이브리드 어플리케이션 기반의 SNS 메신저를 설계하고 구현하였다. SNS의 게시판 기능과 메신저를 결합하여 커뮤니케이션을 강조한 어플리케이션을 구현하여, one-source-multi-platform SNS 시스템을 구축하였다.

  • The current web implementation largely falls into process-oriented and object-oriented methods. Both ways implement the programs to be used for simple design of external outfit and auxiliary function of hybrid webs and it might lead to cost problems arising from waste of time and man-power to develop with it. Therefore, managed structural system programming which can be applied under .NET framework is suggested in a bid to solve these problems. The structural system design method under .NET environment by applying CS concept prefers to adopting the optimized design configuration suited to proper interfaces of UI configuration, which offers the environment to maintain the inheritance relationship by taking form of the balanced class allotment by domain, and continue to keep the connectivity between UX and UI which leads to application of interface of UX objects as form of objects through connection with objects in class design process. This development method enables programs to be implemented focused on representation methods of UI and UX, and helps relieve much of the burden on development costs.

  • LTE 대역인 2.5-2.68GHz에서 동작하는 버틀러 스위치를 설계하기 위해 버틀러 매트릭스의 구성요소인 3dB 하이브리드 커플러와 크로스오버를 다단 브랜치 선로의 구조로 구성하여 광대역 특성을 갖는 평면 구조의 버틀러 스위치를 설계하였다. 설계된 버틀러 스위치는 동작대역에서 23.9dB ~ 34.18dB의 좋은 반사손실 특성과 비교적 작은 $7.124^{\circ}$의 위상오차를 보였다.

  • 본 고에서는 산업용 제어장치로 그 응용범위가 확장되고 있는 서보시스템의 기술발전과정과 전동력 출력용량을 기준으로 적용가능 한 산업분야를 도시했고 시장으로부터 서보시스템에 요구되는 내용과 이에 대응하는 기술개발방향을 설명하였다. 관련기술 발전추이 코너를 통해 단위 자동화시스템을 구성하는 요소 주제인 서보드라이브, 영구자석모터 및 정밀센서분야의 기술발전 동향을 설명하였으며, 특히 대용량형 영구자석모터 개발과정에서 요구되는 기술상의 특징을 정리했고, 세부 설계기술인 전자기해석, 구조설계, 발열억제 및 시험평가분야에 대해 설명과 적용 사례를 나타냈다. 사출성형기를 대상으로 대형 서보모터의 실증사례를 보였고 유압하이브리드 방식과의 차별성을 소개했다. 향후 서보모터와 드라이브에 있어서의 기술 발전 방향에 대해 간략히 기술하였다.
